Abstract

A device for preparing beverages from berries and from a primary liquid component consists in a transparent container which is provided with a neck, and with a lid which is detachably connected to the neck. Positioned in the container is a device for mashing berries, comprised of a rod and, attached to the lower end of the rod, a berry masher in the form of a piston with apertures, the rod being capable of displacement along the central longitudinal axis of the container within the opening of a guiding element which is non-detachably installed in the upper portion of the container. In another variant for carrying out the device, the device for mashing berries comprises a rod having, detachably connected to the lower end thereof, a berry masher in the form of a piston having through-holes allowing for berry juice to mix with a primary liquid component. In yet another variant for carrying out the device, the device for mashing berries comprises a hollow rod having, non-detachably connected to the lower end thereof, a berry masher in the form of a piston, and apertures are provided in the lower portion of the piston and in the masher, allowing for berry juice to mix with a primary liquid component.

Description

Device for making drinks from berries and the main liquid component (options)

A group of utility models relates to devices for preparing drinks from berries and the main liquid component, mixed immediately before use.

Currently, the average buyer is forced to trust the producers of juices and soft drinks, because he has no other choice. The buyer does not see what is added to the water for the preparation of lemonade and in what proportion the juice is diluted.

A device for making beverages is known that contains a water-filled bottle with a cone-shaped bag of concentrate and a lid, the device being provided with an additional bag of concentrate, the bags are closed and equipped with silicon pieces that are attached to the widest part of the cone bags, and the lid is made in the form of a foil stopper with a needle installed in it, facing the inside of the bottle (RU 2097294 C1, publ. 11/27/1997).

In this device, the bag may be opened during transportation, since the needle can damage the bag and premature release of the concentrate into the pure water contained in the bottle will occur.

Decision RU 2174937 C1 (publ. 20.10.2001) discloses a container for separate transportation and storage of liquid and pre-packaged components to be mixed with the liquid during preparation of the beverage, made in the form of a bottle with the possibility of fixing the package with pre-packaged components on it, and the container is equipped with reinforced on the shoulders and / or body and / or bottom of the bottle protrusions, or plates, or loops, or hooks for hanging one or more packages with pre-packaged components.

The disadvantages of this solution are inconvenience during operation and the possibility of opening or damage to packages with components during transportation.

Known devices for the preparation of multicomponent systems (US 3464414 A, 09/02/1969, US 4657534 A, 04/14/1987, DE 202005016492 U1, 02/09/2006, WO 2009061231 A1, 05/14/2009) containing a container for the main liquid component equipped with a lid. These devices have various designs and devices for the release of the introduced components into the main liquid component.

The structural implementation of all of the above devices does not allow you to make a drink from berries and the main liquid component.

The task to which the proposed group of utility models is directed is to create a new device for making drinks from the main liquid component and berries.

The technical result achieved by the proposed group of utility models is the implementation of the purpose of the proposed group of utility models, the convenience and simplicity of preparing drinks.

The technical result for the first embodiment is achieved by the fact that the device for preparing drinks from berries and the main liquid component is a transparent container equipped with a neck and a lid detachably connected to the neck, and inside the container there is a device for kneading berries, consisting of a rod and attached to it the lower end of the berry kneader in the form of a piston with holes to ensure mixing of the juice of the berries with the main liquid component, and the rod is made with the possibility of moving joints along the central longitudinal axis containers in the hole of the guide part, one-piece installed inside the container, in its upper part.

The container is made of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) and is made cylindrical.

The device for preparing drinks from berries and the main liquid component according to the second embodiment is a transparent container (1) equipped with a neck (2) and a lid (3) detachably connected to the neck (2). Inside the container, a device for kneading berries is installed, consisting of a rod (4) and detachably attached to its lower end of the kneader (5) of berries in the form of a piston with through holes (6) to ensure mixing of the juice of the berries with the main liquid component. The rod is made with the possibility movement in the hole (7) of the guide part (8) along the central longitudinal axis (9) of the container.

The guiding part (8) is a cup of cylindrical shape, which is permanently installed inside the container, in its upper part, and the hole (7) in which the rod (4) moves is formed by a through central hole (10) made in the bottom of the cup and a protrusion (1 1) in the form of a cylindrical wall made around said through central hole (10).

The guide part (8), which is a glass, is installed by means of latches (12) located on the inner surface of the container (1) and included in the recesses (13) made in the side wall of the glass.

The berry stretcher (5) is attached to the lower end of the rod (4) by means of a protrusion (17) in the form of a cylindrical wall, forming a blind hole with the upper surface of the berry finisher, into which the lower end of the rod is tightened.

On the inner surface of the lower part of the container (1), latches (18) of the kneader (5) of berries are made. The container (1) is filled with the main liquid component (19) in the form of water, and the kneader (5) rests on the berries (20) laid in the lower part of the container.

Before using the device, berries (20) are laid on the bottom of the container (1). Fill the container (1) with the main liquid component (19), for example, water. The preparation of the drink using the device according to the second varinate is as follows.

The device for preparing drinks from berries and the main liquid component according to the third embodiment is a transparent container (21) provided with a neck (22) and a lid (23) detachably connected to the neck (22). Inside the container (21), a device for kneading berries is installed, consisting of a hollow core (24) and permanently attached to its lower end of the kneader (25) of berries in the form of a piston. In the lower part of the shaft (24) and in the stretcher (25), holes (26), (27) are respectively made to ensure the mixing of berry juice with the main liquid component. The rod (24) is arranged to move in the hole (28) of the guide part (29) along the central axis (30) of the container.

The container (21) is filled with the main liquid component (37) in the form of water, and the stretcher (25) of berries is based on berries (38) laid in the lower part of the container.

The container (21) is closed by a lid (23) screwed onto the neck (22). The device is ready to use. The preparation of the beverage using the device according to the third embodiment is as follows.

Using devices according to the proposed group of utility models, it is possible to prepare fruit drinks from various berries (cranberries, red currants, lingonberries). For example, before preparing a drink from cranberries, devices can be transported and stored in refrigerators. Shelf life of cranberries in water is determined by Soviet GOSTs (see GOST 19215-73, paragraph 4.7: “Wet storage of cranberries is carried out in barrels filled with fresh cold drinking water, covered with wooden lids included in the container.
