Флакон для хранения и смешивания двух компонентов состоит из емкости 1 для основного жидкого компонента, выполненную в виде бутылки из полимерного материала с крышкой 2, имеющее дополнительное дно-колпачок 3, с пространством 4 которое является контейнером для вводимого компонента, на дне емкости 1 имеются грибовидные выступы 5 различной формы. Дно-колпачок 3 внутри имеет выступ-нож 6, а емкость 1 для основного жидкого компонента имеет дно сложной формы с выступом-замком 7. На выступе-замке 7 с помощью аналогичного обратного выступа-замка 7 прикреплено дополнительное дно-колпачок 3, имеющее внутри выступ-нож 6, изогнутый по торцу. Выступ-нож 6 расположен между грибовидными выступами 5 различной формы и упирается торцом в дно емкости 1 для основного жидкого компонента. При использовании устройства дополнительное дно-колпачок 3, плотно сидящее на емкости 1 для основного жидкого компонента за счет выступов-замков 7, с определенным усилием (вручную) поворачивается на 180°. При этом выступ-нож 6 срезает грибовидные выступы 5 различной формы. За счет люфта между выступом-ножом 6 и грибовидными выступами 5 различной формы процесс срезания производится с меньшим усилием. Через образовавшиеся отверстия в дне емкости 1 для основного жидкого компонента последний попадает в пространство 4. Происходит смешивание (растворение) компонентов содержимого пространства 4 с содержимым емкости 1. При необходимости возможно встряхивание устройства.
