최근에는 정보통신기술의 발달로 말미암아 원거리 데이터통신망을 매개하여 다양한 분야에 대한 정보를 적어도 하나이상의 호스트서버를 통하여 다수의 가입자측으로 실시간 제공하는 정보제공기술이 활발하게 실현되고 있는 중이다.

또한, 유저가 모바일 단말기를 통해 다운로드한 특정 업체들의 모바일 페이지를 모두 저장하게 되면 너무 방대한 저장공간을 차지하게 되고, 즉시 삭제해버리게 되면 해당 업체에 대한 정보(예컨대, 연락처 등)를 차후에 다시 열람하기가 어렵다는 문제가 있었다.
본 발명은 상기한 종래 기술의 사정을 감안하여 이루어진 것으로, 모바일 페이지를 미보유한 업체에 대해서 전자명함을 포함한 모바일 페이지를 제작하여 관리하고, 유저의 어플리케이션을 통해 검색 요청신호가 인가되면 해당 업체의 전자명함과 모바일 페이지가 패키지로 이루어진 데이터를 전송하여 열람하게 하며, 열람이 종료되면 전자명함을 유저단말기에 자동 저장하고 모바일 페이지는 URL 정보만 남기고 자동 삭제처리하게 관리하는 모바일 정보 관리시스템 및 그 방법을 제공함에 그 목적이 있다.

또한, 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 모바일 정보 관리시스템은 유저 단말기(2)에 탑재된 어플리케이션을 통해, 유저가 이미 기업 자체적으로 전자명함이나 모바일 페이지를 제작하여 관리하는 업체에 대해서도 검색 및 모바일 정보의 열람을 소망할 수도 있는 바, 이 경우 단지 링크정보인 URL만을 유저에게 제공하는 것이 아니고, 해당 기업의 모바일 정보를 다운로드하여 보다 빠른 정보 제공이 가능하도록 한다.
또, 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 모바일 정보 관리시스템은 이미 기업 자체적으로 전자명함이나 모바일 페이지를 제작하여 관리하는 업체에 대해서 해당 모바일 정보의 갱신 여부를 일정주기별로 체크하여 모바일 정보의 갱신을 반영하여 유저에게 제공되도록 한다.
한편, 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 모바일 정보 관리시스템은 기업 서버에 기업의 모바일 정보를 저장하고 관리하지 않는 업체에 대해서는, 해당 직원의 단말기에 설치하여 쉽게 자사의 모바일 정보를 편집할 수 있도록 한다.

즉, 기업체는 간단하게 연락처 및 기업정보를 담고 있는 전자명함(70)도 유저에게 제공할 필요가 있지만, 상품정보 및 약도정보, 기업 이력 및 투자정보 등을 좀더 광범위하게 담고 있는 모바일 페이지(72)도 필요하므로, 상기 모바일 정보 관리서버(50)의 운영업체는 모바일 정보가 부재한 기업의 전자명함(70)과, 해당 기업의 모바일 페이지(72)를 모두 제작하고, 상기 모바일 정보 관리서버(50)에 기업별로 저장하여 관리한다.
한편, 상기 유저 단말기(2)에 탑재된 상기 모바일 정보 열람 어플리케이션(10)은 구동 종료시 전자명함(70)은 저장하고, 모바일 페이지(72)는 해당 모바일 페이지(72)의 URL은 저장하며 모바일 페이지(72)의 컨텐츠는 삭제 처리하게 상기 모바일 정보 열람 어플리케이션(10)이 구성된다.
유저가 검색한 해당 기업의 상기 전자명함(70)은 모바일 페이지(72)에 비해 상대적으로 작은 용량의 데이터이므로 유저 단말기(2)에 저장하고, 모바일 페이지(72)의 콘텐츠는 삭제하고 해당 모바일 페이지(72)의 URL 정보는 저장한다.
물론, 상기 모바일 정보 열람 어플리케이션(10)에 대한 유저의 설정에 따라 해당 전자명함(70)도 삭제시키고, 검색 이력만으로도 미리 검색했던 모바일 정보를 다시 불러올 수 있으므로 검색 이력만 저장하는 것도 가능하다.
참조부호 26은 기업 자체적으로 전자명함이나 모바일 페이지를 제작하여 저장하고, 유저 단말기(2)의 요청에 대응하여 전송하는 모바일 페이지 보유업체 서버(26)를 나타낸다.
참조부호 28은 전자명함이나 모바일 페이지가 없는 중소기업이나 영세 기업의 서버인, 모바일 페이지 미보유 업체서버(28)를 나타내는 것이나, 서버가 아니고 단말기일 수도 있다.
참조부호 30은 다수 기업의 직원이 소유하면서, 상기 모바일 정보 관리서버(50)에 저장된 자사의 모바일 정보를 간단하게 편집할 수 있도록 내부에 모바일 정보 편집 어플리케이션(31)을 설치한 업체 모바일 단말기(30)를 나타낸다.
먼저, 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 모바일 정보 관리시스템의 동작 기능을 살펴보면, 유저는 유저 단말기(2)의 모바일 정보 열람 어플리케이션(10)에 특정 검색어를 입력할 수 있다.

그러면, 상기 모바일 정보 관리서버(50)가 해당 검색어와 매칭되는 모바일 정보가 존재하는지 여부를 판단한다.
만약, 모바일 정보가 상기 모바일 정보 관리서버(50)내에 존재하는 경우라면, 상기 모바일 정보 관리서버(50)는 해당 모바일 정보를 상기 모바일 정보 열람 어플리케이션(10)으로 전송한다.
이 때, 상기 모바일 정보는 해당 검색 기업의 전자명함(70)과, 모바일 페이지(72)이다.
반면에, 해당 검색기업의 모바일 정보가 상기 모바일 정보 관리서버(50)에 존재하지 않는 경우라면, 상기 모바일 정보 관리서버(50)는 해당 기업 서버로 모바일 정보 다운로드를 요청한다.

해당 기업의 모바일 정보에 대한 허용이 이루어지면, 상기 모바일 정보 관리서버(50)는 해당 기업 서버로부터 모바일 정보를 다운로드하여 저장한다.
따라서, 차후 또 다른 유저가 유저단말기(2b)를 통해 해당 기업의 모바일 정보를 요청하는 경우에는, 이미 해당 기업의 모바일 정보가 상기 모바일 정보 관리서버(50)에 다운로드되어 저장된 상태이므로, 해당 기업 서버로 모바일 정보를 요청하는 과정을 생략할 수 있다.

도 4는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 모바일 정보 관리시스템에 포함된 모바일 정보 편집 어플리케이션의 데이터 처리상태를 도시한 도면이다.
이를 참조하면, 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 모바일 정보 관리시스템은 상기 모바일 정보 관리서버(50)를 운영하는 업체측에서 모바일 정보를 제작해준 특정 기업의 직원이 빠르고 간편하게 해당 모바일 정보를 편집할 수 있도록 하는 바, 해당 직원이 보유한 업체 모바일 단말기(30)에 모바일 정보 편집 어플리케이션(31)을 설치함으로써 상기 모바일 정보 관리서버(50)에 저장된 자사의 모바일 정보를 간단하게 편집할 수 있다.
일반적으로, 영세한 기업의 경우에는 전자명함(70)이나 모바일 페이지(72)를 제작하는 것도 어렵지만, 제작된 전자명함(70)이나 모바일 페이지(72)의 정보 변동상황이 발생되었을 때, 해당 정보를 편집하는 것도 어렵고 번거로우며, 자꾸 미루게 된다.
하지만, 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 모바일 정보 관리시스템은 어플리케이션의 구동시 간단하게 상기 모바일 정보 관리서버(50)에 저장된 자사의 모바일 정보를 억세스할 수 있으므로, 해당 업체의 직원이 간단하게 정보를 편집할 수 있다.
또한, 특정 기업중, 전자명함(70)이나 모바일 페이지(72)를 제작하고 자사의 기업서버에 해당 모바일 정보를 저장하고 운영하는 업체들도 있다. 이 경우에는, 상기 모바일 정보 관리서버(50)는 일정 주기마다 해당 모바일 페이지 보유업체 서버(26)에 접속하여 해당 모바일 정보 버전을 확인함으로써 저장된 모바일 정보의 갱신이 필요한지를 판단한다.
이 때, 상기 모바일 페이지 버전의 확인은 모바일 페이지 갱신 일자의 비교를 통한 확인이다.
버전 확인시, 상기 모바일 정보 관리서버(50)에 저장된 모바일 정보의 갱신이 필요하다고 판단된 경우, 상기 모바일 정보 관리서버(50)는 해당 기업 서버로부터 모바일 정보를 다운로드하여 갱신하는 바, 이때 상기 편집정보가 전자명함의 편집정보인 경우, 상기 모바일 정보 관리서버(50)는 각 유저의 모바일 정보 열람 어플리케이션(10)과 통신하여 해당 모바일 단말기(2)로 편집정보를 전송한다.
즉, 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 모바일 정보 관리시스템은 상기 기업 직원의 편집 요청에 의한 모바일 정보의 갱신을 처리하거나 또는 상기 모바일 정보 관리서버(50)가 기업 정보에 저장된 모바일 정보와, 상기 모바일 정보 관리서버(50)에 저장된 모바일 정보의 버전을 비교하여 정보 갱신의 필요성을 판단하여 모바일 정보의 갱신이 이루어지도록 한다.
편집에 의한 정보 갱신인 경우, 먼저 어느 한 기업 직원의 모바일 단말기에 설치된 모바일 정보 편집 어플리케이션(31)으로부터 모바일 정보 편집신호가 수신되는 지를 상기 모바일 정보 관리서버(50)가 판단한다.
만약, 편집신호가 수신된 경우라면, 상기 모바일 정보 관리서버(50)가 해당 편집정보를 갱신한다.
이 때, 상기 편집정보가 전자명함 정보인 경우, 해당 전자명함을 저장한 유저 단말기(2)를 각 모바일 정보 열람 어플리케이션(10)과의 통신으로 상기 모바일 정보 관리서버(50)가 추적하고, 해당 기업의 전자명함의 편집정보를 갱신 처리한다.
한편, 상기 모바일 정보 관리서버(50)는 모바일 정보를 자체 관리하는 기업의 모바일 정보에 일정 주기로 접속하는 바, 버전 비교를 통해 해당 기업의 모바일 정보 갱신이 이루어졌는지 여부를 판단한다.
만약, 정보 갱신이 이루어진 경우, 상기 모바일 정보 관리서버(50)는 해당 모바일 정보를 갱신하여 저장한다.
이 경우에도, 상기 갱신정보가 전자명함 정보인 경우, 해당 전자명함을 저장한 유저 단말기(2)를 각 모바일 정보 열람 어플리케이션(10)과의 통신으로 상기 모바일 정보 관리서버(50)가 추적하고, 해당 유저 단말기(2)에 저장된 해당 전자명함을 갱신 처리한다.
도 5는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 모바일 정보 관리시스템에 포함된 모바일 정보 열람 어플리케이션의 구성을 도시한 블록도이다.
이를 참조하면, 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 모바일 정보 관리시스템에 포함된 모바일 정보 열람 어플리케이션(10)은 그 내부에, 어플리케이션 구동시, 상기 모바일 정보 관리서버(50)에 대해 자동으로 통신 접속이 이루어지도록 한 인터페이스부(API: 12)와; 모바일 정보 검색어를 입력하거나 페이지를 넘기는 키신호를 입력하는 키입력부(14)와; 검색 기업의 전자명함을 저장하는 전자명함 저장부(16)와; 검색 기업의 모바일 페이지 URL 정보를 저장하는 모바일 페이지 URL 저장부(18)를 포함하여 구성된다.
또한, 상기 모바일 정보 열람 어플리케이션(10)은 그 내부에, 모바일 정보를 화면에 출력하는 화면 표시부(20)와; 어플리케이션의 구동을 종료할 때, 해당 검색 기업의 모바일 페이지 정보를 삭제 처리하는 정보 삭제 처리부(22)와; 검색 기업에 대한 키입력에 따라 상기 모바일 정보 관리서버(50)로 해당 기업의 모바일 정보를 요청하고, 해당 모바일 정보 열람후 자동으로 전자명함과 모바일 페이지의 URL을 저장하고, 모바일 페이지 콘텐츠를 삭제되도록 제어신호를 발생하는 제어부(24)로 이루어진다.
도 6은 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 모바일 정보 관리시스템에 포함된 모바일 정보 편집 어플리케이션의 구성을 도시한 블록도이다.
이를 참조하면, 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 모바일 정보 관리시스템에 포함된 모바일 정보 편집 어플리케이션(31)은 업체의 모바일 단말기(30)에 설치되는 어플리케이션으로, 상기 모바일 정보 편집 어플리케이션(31)은 그 내부에, 어플리케이션 구동시, 상기 모바일 정보 관리서버(50)에 대해 자동으로 통신 접속이 이루어지도록 한 인터페이스부(API: 32)와; 편집 정보를 입력하기 위한 키입력부(34)와; 해당 기업의 전자명함과 모바일 페이지 정보를 저장하는 모바일 정보 저장부(36)를 포함하여 구성된다.
또한, 상기 모바일 정보 편집 어플리케이션(31)은 그 내부에, 해당 기업의 모바일 정보와 편집정보를 비교하는 정보 비교부(42)와; 상기 정보 비교부(42)로부터 편집정보를 인가받아 패치정보를 생성하는 편집 제어부(40)와; 편집할 해당 기업의 모바일 정보를 출력하고, 편집후 패치정보를 화면에 출력하는 화면 표시부(38)와; 편집 내용에 대한 키입력을 통해, 갱신할 해당 모바일 정보의 패치파일을 생성하여 모바일 정보관리 서버(50)로 전송 처리하는 제어부(44)를 포함하여 구성된다.
도 7은 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 모바일 정보 관리시스템에 포함된 모바일 정보 관리서버의 구성을 도시한 블록도이다.
이를 참조하면, 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 모바일 정보 관리시스템에 포함된 모바일 정보 관리서버(50)는 그 내부에, 상기 유저 단말기(2)의 어플리케이션의 요청에 의해 자동으로 통신 접속이 이루어지도록 한 인터페이스부(API: 52)와; 유저 및 기업의 정보를 관리하는 회원 정보관리부(54)와; 각 업체별 전자명함을 등록하고 관리하는 업체별 전자명함 관리부(56)와; 각 업체별 전자명함을 등록하고 변경, 갱신 관리하는 업체별 모바일 페이지 관리부(58)와; 자체 모바일 페이지를 관리하는 기업 서버에 대해, 해당 기업의 모바일 페이지에 대한 정보 다운로드 및 갱신 요청신호를 발생하는 정보 요청신호 발생부(60)를 포함하여 구성된다.
또한, 상기 모바일 정보 관리서버(50)는 그 내부에, 자체 모바일 정보를 관리하는 기업 서버에 대해, 해당 기업의 모바일 정보에 대한 갱신시, 해당 정보를 갱신 처리하는 정보 갱신 처리부(62)와; 기업의 모바일 정보 갱신시, 해당 기업의 모바일 정보를 저장하고 있는 유저 단말기(2)를 어플리케이션과의 통신으로 탐색하고, 해당 모바일 정보를 갱신 처리하는 유저정보 갱신 처리부(64)를 더 포함하여 구성된다
또, 상기 모바일 정보 관리서버(50)는 그 내부에, 각 기업별 모바일 정보를 저장하고, 각 모바일 정보별 버전 정보를 저장하는 데이터 저장부(66)와; 각 기업별 모바일 정보를 열람 가능하게 상기 모바일 정보 열람 어플리케이션(10)과 통신하고, 기업의 모바일 정보 편집 어플리케이션(31)으로부터 편집 정보를 수신하면 해당 모바일 정보를 갱신하고, 해당 기업의 모바일 정보를 기저장한 유저단말기(2)를 추적하여 모바일 정보가 갱신되게 처리하는 제어부(68)로 이루어진다.
따라서, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 모바일 정보 관리시스템을 통해, 기업들은 작은 비용으로 전자명함과 모바일 페이지를 제작할 수 있고, 무엇보다 해당 전자명함과 모바일 페이지를 유통시킬 수 있는 모바일 정보 열람 어플리케이션을 대행사가 제작하고 대행사에게 직접 유저에게 유통시킴으로 인해 해당 기업들의 모바일 정보가 더 많이 노출될 가능성이 커진다는 장점이 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 모바일 정보 관리시스템을 통해, 해당 기업의 직원은 전자명함 또는 모바일 페이지에 대한 정보를 변경하고자 하는 경우, 별도의 편집용 어플리케이션을 통해 모바일 단말기에서 간단하게 편집할 수 있으며, 해당 전자명함을 다운로드했던 유저를 추적하여 해당 정보를 갱신시킬 수 있으므로 모바일 정보 갱신시 별도의 홍보나 공지가 필요하지 않다는 장점이 있다.
또, 자체적으로 전자명함이나 모바일 페이지를 제작하고 관리하는 기업들도 별도의 대행사가 자발적으로 해당 기업의 전자명함이나 모바일 페이지를 서버에 다운로드하여 유통을 대행하므로 노출 빈도를 더 높일 수 있고, 해당 기업의 모바일 정보 갱신시에도 별도의 알림없이 해당 대행사가 수시로 버전을 확인하여 정보 갱신으로 판단되면 자동으로 해당 기업의 모바일 정보를 갱신해 가므로 관리가 편리하다는 장점이 있다.
한편, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 모바일 정보 관리시스템 및 그 방법은 단지 상기한 실시예에 한정되는 것이 아니라 그 기술적 요지를 이탈하지 않는 범위내에서 다양한 변경이 가능하다.

Claims (18)

  1. 특정 기업에 대한 모바일 정보 검색 요청신호를 발생하고, 모바일 정보 관리서버(50)로부터 해당 기업의 모바일 정보를 전송받아 화면 출력하는 모바일 정보 열람 어플리케이션(10)이 탑재된 유저 단말기(2)와;
    다수 기업의 모바일 페이지를 저장하고, 상기 유저 단말기(2)로부터 특정 기업에 대한 모바일 정보 검색 요청신호를 수신할 때, 해당 기업의 모바일 정보가 저장되지 않은 경우 해당 기업의 서버로 모바일 페이지 다운로드 요청신호를 발생하고 다운로드하여 상기 유저 단말기(2)로 전송 처리하는 모바일 정보 관리서버(50)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 모바일 정보 관리시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 모바일 정보 관리서버(50)가 상기 유저 단말기(2)로 전송하는 모바일 정보는 전자명함(70)과, 해당 기업의 모바일 페이지(72)인 것을 특징으로 하는 모바일 정보 관리시스템.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 모바일 정보 열람 어플리케이션(10)은 구동 종료시 전자명함(70)은 저장하고, 모바일 페이지(72)는 해당 모바일 페이지(72)의 URL은 저장하며 모바일 페이지(72)의 컨텐츠는 삭제 처리하게 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 모바일 정보 관리시스템.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 해당 기업의 서버가 모바일 정보를 자체 관리하는 모바일 페이지 보유업체 서버(26)인 경우라면, 상기 모바일 정보 관리서버(50)는 일정 주기마다 해당 모바일 페이지 보유업체 서버(26)에 접속하여 해당 모바일 정보 버전을 확인함으로써 저장된 모바일 정보의 갱신이 필요한지를 판단하게 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 모바일 정보 관리시스템.
  5. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 기업의 모바일 정보는 해당 기업 직원의 모바일 단말기에 설치된 모바일 정보 편집 어플리케이션(31)에 의해 편집되고, 그 편집정보는 상기 모바일 정보 관리서버(50)로 전송되어 갱신 처리되게 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 모바일 정보 관리시스템.
  6. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 모바일 정보 열람 어플리케이션(10)은,
    어플리케이션 구동시, 상기 모바일 정보 관리서버(50)에 대해 자동으로 통신 접속이 이루어지도록 한 인터페이스부(API: 12)와;
    모바일 정보 검색어를 입력하거나 페이지를 넘기는 키신호를 입력하는 키입력부(14)와;
    검색 기업의 전자명함을 저장하는 전자명함 저장부(16)와;
    검색 기업의 모바일 페이지 URL 정보를 저장하는 모바일 페이지 URL 저장부(18)와;
    모바일 정보를 화면에 출력하는 화면 표시부(20)와;
    어플리케이션의 구동을 종료할 때, 해당 검색 기업의 모바일 페이지 정보를 삭제 처리하는 정보 삭제 처리부(22)와;
    검색 기업에 대한 키입력에 따라 상기 모바일 정보 관리서버(50)로 해당 기업의 모바일 정보를 요청하고, 해당 모바일 정보 열람후 자동으로 전자명함과 모바일 페이지의 URL을 저장하고, 모바일 페이지 콘텐츠를 삭제되도록 제어신호를 발생하는 제어부(24)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 모바일 정보 관리시스템.
  7. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 모바일 정보 관리서버(50)는 그 내부에,
    상기 유저 단말기(2)의 어플리케이션의 요청에 의해 자동으로 통신 접속이 이루어지도록 한 인터페이스부(API: 52)와;
    유저 및 기업의 정보를 관리하는 회원 정보관리부(54)와;
    각 업체별 전자명함을 등록하고 관리하는 업체별 전자명함 관리부(56)와;
    각 업체별 전자명함을 등록하고 변경, 갱신 관리하는 업체별 모바일 페이지 관리부(58)와;
    자체 모바일 페이지를 관리하는 기업 서버에 대해, 해당 기업의 모바일 페이지에 대한 정보 다운로드 및 갱신 요청신호를 발생하는 정보 요청신호 발생부(60)와;
    자체 모바일 정보를 관리하는 기업 서버에 대해, 해당 기업의 모바일 정보에 대한 갱신시, 해당 정보를 갱신 처리하는 정보 갱신 처리부(62)와;
    기업의 모바일 정보 갱신시, 해당 기업의 모바일 정보를 저장하고 있는 유저 단말기(2)를 어플리케이션과의 통신으로 탐색하고, 해당 모바일 정보를 갱신 처리하는 유저정보 갱신 처리부(64)와;
    각 기업별 모바일 정보를 저장하고, 각 모바일 정보별 버전 정보를 저장하는 데이터 저장부(66)와;
    각 기업별 모바일 정보를 열람 가능하게 상기 모바일 정보 열람 어플리케이션(10)과 통신하고, 기업의 모바일 정보 편집 어플리케이션(31)으로부터 편집 정보를 수신하면 해당 모바일 정보를 갱신하고, 해당 기업의 모바일 정보를 기저장한 유저단말기(2)를 추적하여 모바일 정보가 갱신되게 처리하는 제어부(68)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 모바일 정보 관리시스템.
  8. 제4항에 있어서,
    상기 모바일 페이지 버전의 확인은 모바일 페이지 갱신 일자의 비교를 통한 확인인 것을 특징으로 하는 모바일 정보 관리시스템.
  9. 제5항에 있어서,
    상기 편집정보가 전자명함의 편집정보인 경우, 상기 모바일 정보 관리서버(50)는 각 유저의 모바일 정보 열람 어플리케이션(10)과 통신하여 해당 모바일 단말기(2)로 편집정보를 전송하여 정보 갱신을 수행하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 모바일 정보 관리시스템.
  10. 제5항에 있어서,
    상기 모바일 정보 편집 어플리케이션(31)은 그 내부에,
    어플리케이션 구동시, 상기 모바일 정보 관리서버(50)에 대해 자동으로 통신 접속이 이루어지도록 한 인터페이스부(API: 32)와;
    편집 정보를 입력하기 위한 키입력부(34)와;
    해당 기업의 전자명함과 모바일 페이지 정보를 저장하는 모바일 정보 저장부(36)와;
    해당 기업의 모바일 정보와 편집정보를 비교하는 정보 비교부(42)와;
    상기 정보 비교부(42)로부터 편집정보를 인가받아 패치정보를 생성하는 편집 제어부(40)와;
    편집할 해당 기업의 모바일 정보를 출력하고, 편집후 패치정보를 화면에 출력하는 화면 표시부(38)와;

    상기 전자명함 저장부(16)에 저장된 전자명함은 상기 모바일 페이지 URL 저장부(18)에 저장된 URL 정보와 각 기업별로 매칭되게 저장된 것을 특징으로 하는 모바일 정보 관리시스템.
  12. a) 유저 단말기(2)의 모바일 정보 열람 어플리케이션(10)에 특정 검색어를 입력하는 단계와;
    b) 상기 모바일 정보 열람 어플리케이션(10)이 해당 검색어 정보를 모바일 정보관리 서버(50)로 전송하는 단계와;
    c) 상기 모바일 정보 관리서버(50)가 해당 검색어와 매칭되는 모바일 정보가 존재하는 지를 판단하는 단계와;
    d) 모바일 정보 존재시, 상기 모바일 정보 관리서버(50)가 해당 모바일 정보를 상기 모바일 정보 열람 어플리케이션(10)으로 전송하는 단계와;
    e) 모바일 정보 미존재시, 상기 모바일 정보 관리서버(50)가 해당 기업 서버로 모바일 정보 다운로드를 요청하는 단계와;
    f) 상기 모바일 정보 관리서버(50)가 해당 기업 서버로부터 모바일 정보를 다운로드하여 저장하는 단계가 포함되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 모바일 정보 관리방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서,
    상기 모바일 정보는 전자명함과 모바일 페이지 정보인 것을 특징으로 하는 모바일 정보 관리방법.
  14. 제12항에 있어서,
    상기 d)단계와 e)단계의 사이에는,
    상기 모바일 정보 열람 어플리케이션(10)의 구동 종료신호 발생시, 상기 모바일 정보 열람 어플리케이션(10)는 전자명함과 모바일 페이지의 URL을 저장하는 단계와;
    모바일 페이지 컨텐츠 정보는 삭제 처리하는 단계가 더 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 모바일 정보 관리방법.
  15. 제12항에 있어서,
    상기 a)단계 내지 f)단계 중,
    어느 한 기업 직원의 모바일 단말기에 설치된 모바일 정보 편집 어플리케이션(31)으로부터 모바일 정보 편집신호가 수신되는 단계와;
    상기 모바일 정보 관리서버(50)가 해당 편집정보를 갱신하는 단계가 더 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 모바일 정보 관리방법.

    상기 a)단계 내지 f)단계 중,
