本发明是关于一种换气扇。
背景技术
图1是公知技术示意图,如图所示,一种公知的换气扇1000,包括:设有开口1001的换气扇框架1002、设于框架1002内的马达(图中未示)及安装于马达(图中未示)上的扇叶1003、安装于换气扇框架1002的开口1001下方并遮盖该开口1001的面罩2000,所述面罩2000上设有安装人感感应等功能单元的开口2100以及功能盖2200。
当顾客购买换气扇1000时,选择的是不带人感感应等功能的换气扇1000,而当顾客使用一段时间后,想要增加人感感应等功能的话,只需购买所需的人感感应等功能单元后,先将面罩2000拆下,再将安装于面罩2000的开口2100上并遮盖该开口2100的功能盖2200拆下,最后将人感感应等功能单元安装到面罩2000上设有的开口2100上即可。由于此操作顾客一般是站在高处操作的,所以,功能盖2200必须要很容易就被拆卸下来。
相反,当顾客不增加人感感应等功能的话,功能盖2200就需要一直也就是长期安装在面罩2000的开口2100上,所以,功能盖2200是否能够很牢固地被安装于面罩2000的开口2100上也是很重要的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种换气扇,功能盖可简单拆装且可牢固被固定于面罩的开口。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种换气扇,包括:下方设有开口的换气扇框架、设于框架内的马达及安装于马达上的扇叶、安装于换气扇框架的开口下方并遮盖该开口的面罩,所述面罩上设有安装功能单元的开口以及功能盖,所述功能盖设有向上方延设的延长片,所述面罩的开口与所述延长片相互卡合。
所述的功能盖为方形;所述的延长片为所述功能盖的至少一对对边向上方延设形成,所述的延长片的底端设有开孔;所述面罩的开口的至少一对对边向内侧设有与所述延长片上设有的开孔相互卡合的凸块。
所述延长片的顶端设有向外侧突出而形成的卡扣,所述面罩的开口与卡扣相接触的边上设有从底端向上方延设的支撑片。

图3A是本发明第一实施例的功能盖示意图;图3B是本发明第一实施例的面罩的开口示意图;图3C是本发明第一实施例的功能盖安装在面罩的开口上示意图;图3D是图3A中的A-A线方向的剖示图。如图所示,一种换气扇,包括:下方设有开口(图中未示)的换气扇框架(图中未示)、设于框架内的马达(图中未示)及安装于马达上的扇叶(图中未示)、安装于换气扇框架(图中未示)的开口(图中未示)下方并遮盖该开口的面罩200,所述面罩200上设有安装人感感应功能单元的开口210以及安装于该开口210上的功能盖220,所述功能盖220为方形,所述功能盖220的至少一对对边223设有向上方延设的延长片221,所述延长片221的底端设有开孔222,所述面罩200的开口210的至少一对对边211向内侧设有与所述延长片221上设有的开孔222相互卡合的凸块212,所述开孔222的上侧500以及下侧501向所述开孔222以及功能盖220的内侧倾斜设置。
通过上述结构,当换气扇使用一段时间后,需要增加人感感应功能时,只需将面罩200的开口210上的功能盖220拆下后,将人感感应功能单元装入即可。由于功能盖220的至少一对对边223设有延长片221,当要将功能盖220拆下时,只需一手握住换气扇面罩200,另一手向内抓握并挤压功能盖220上设有的延长片221,并往下用力推压,此时,延长片221由于向内的挤压而变形,所以,面罩200的开口210的至少一对对边211设有的凸块212将从延长片221的底端设有的开孔222中松脱,而且,再通过往下的推压力,功能盖220可以很容易从面罩200的开口210上被拆卸下来。
然而,当不需要增加人感感应功能时,由于延长片221的底端设有的开孔222与面罩200的开口210上设有的凸块212相互卡合,所 以,功能盖220可以很牢固地被固定在面罩200上而不会脱落。
所述延长片221的顶端设有向外侧突出而形成的卡扣224,所述面罩200的开口210的、与卡扣224相接触的边上设有从底端向上方延设的支撑片214。
通过上述结构,当将功能盖220安装到面罩200的开口210上时,只需一手握住换气扇面罩200,另一手握住功能盖220并对准面罩200的开口210后,再向上推压功能盖220,此时,延长片221的顶端设有的向外侧突出而形成的卡扣224穿过面罩200的开口210,卡扣224与面罩200的开口210设有的从底端向上方延设的支撑片214相接触,由于所述卡扣224为向外侧即向外周方向突出而形成,所以,卡扣224的外周大于面罩200的开口210的外周,同时,卡扣224的外周也大于支撑片214的外周,通过向上推压,所述卡扣224与开口210接触受到挤压而向内变形,当卡扣224穿过开口210并伸出于面罩200的支撑片214时,卡扣224受到的向内的挤压被释放而恢复原形,由于卡扣224的外周大于支撑片214的外周,所以,卡扣224突出于支撑片214,通过支撑片214与卡扣224相接触,功能盖220被支撑并被固定于面罩200的开口210上,而且,面罩200的开口210上设有的凸块212也与延长片221的底端设有的开孔222相卡合,从而起到双重固定的作用。
另外,当向上或向下推压功能盖220时,面罩200的开口210上设有的凸块212与功能盖220的延长片221的底端设有的开孔222的上侧500或下侧501的倾斜相接触。因此,凸块212与向功能盖220前进方向倾斜的地方相接触,凸块212可以顺畅地滑入功能盖220的开孔222内,从而将功能盖220卡入开口210内。
所以,当换气扇不需要增加人感感应功能时,即使经长期使用,功能盖220的延长片221出现变形而导致面罩200的开口210上设有的凸块212从延长片221的底端设有的开孔222中脱落的话,通过所述延长片221的顶端设有的向外侧突出而形成的卡扣224与所述面罩200的开口210上设有的从底端向上延设的支撑片214的相互接触卡合,功能盖220也可以很牢固地被固定在面罩200的开口210上而不 会脱落。
第二实施例
图4A是本发明第二实施例的功能盖示意图;图4B是本发明第二实施例的面罩的开口示意图;图4C是本发明第二实施例的功能盖安装在面罩的开口上示意图;图4D是图4A中的B-B线方向的剖示图。如图所示,一种换气扇,包括:下方设有开口(图中未示)的换气扇框架(图中未示)、设于框架内的马达(图中未示)及安装于马达上的扇叶(图中未示)、安装于换气扇框架(图中未示)的开口(图中未示)下方并遮盖该开口的面罩200,所述面罩200上设有安装人感感应功能单元的开口310以及功能盖320,所述功能盖320为方形,所述功能盖320的至少一对对角设有向上方延设的延长片321,所述延长片321上设有开孔322,所述面罩200的开口310的至少一对对角设有与所述延长片321的上端设有的开孔322相对应的、从底端向上方延设的支撑片324,所述支撑片324的顶端设有向内侧突出的卡钩325,所述卡钩325与开孔322相互卡合,所述开孔322的上侧600以及下侧601向所述开孔322以及功能盖320的内侧倾斜设置。
所述的功能盖320的至少一对对角上设有的延长片321为所述功能盖320的一条边的端部与另一条相邻的边的端部向上方延设并相连接而形成,所述延长片321的两条边的上端均设有开孔322。
通过上述结构,当换气扇使用一段时间后,需要增加人感感应功能时,只需将面罩200的开口310上的功能盖320拆下后,将人感感应功能单元装入即可。由于功能盖320的至少一对对角设有向上方延设的延长片321,当顾客要将功能盖320拆下时,只需一手握住换气扇面罩200,另一手向内抓握并挤压功能盖320上设有的延长片321,并往下用力推压,此时,延长片321由于向内的挤压而变形,所以,支撑片324的顶端设有的向内侧突出的卡钩325将从延长片321上设有的开孔322中松脱,而且,再通过往下的推压力,功能盖320可以很容易从面罩200的开口310上被拆卸下来。
另外,当向上或向下推压功能盖320时,面罩200的开口310上 设有的支撑片324的顶端设有的向内侧突出的卡钩325与功能盖320的延长片321的上端设有的开孔322的上侧600或下侧601的倾斜相接触。
而且,卡钩325与向功能盖320前进方向倾斜的地方相接触,卡钩325可以顺畅地滑入功能盖320的开孔322内,从而将功能盖320卡入开口310内。
然而,当不需要增加人感感应功能时,由于延长片321上设有的开孔322与支撑片324的顶端设有的向内侧突出的卡钩325相互卡合,所以,功能盖320可以很牢固地被固定在面罩200的开口310上而不会脱落。
所述延长片321上端设有的开孔322的上方设有向外侧突出的定位块326。
当将功能盖320安装到面罩200的开口310上时,只需一手握住换气扇面罩200,另一手握住功能盖320并对准面罩200的开口310后,再向上推压功能盖320,此时,延长片321顶端设有的开孔322与支撑片324的顶端设有的卡钩325相互卡合,再通过开孔322的上方设有的定位块326,当将功能盖320安装到面罩200上之后,即使面罩200的支撑片324的顶端设有的卡钩325经长期使用出现断裂或变形而从功能盖320的延长片321上设有的开孔322中脱落的话,通过所述的定位块326,由于所述定位块326为向外侧突出而设置,当功能盖320安装到面罩200上之后,该定位块326与支撑片324的顶端相接触,即功能盖320通过所述定位块326而挂靠在支撑片324的顶端。所以,功能盖320可以很牢固地被固定在面罩200上而不会脱落。
第三实施例
图5A是本发明第三实施例的功能盖示意图;图5B是本发明第三实施例的面罩的开口示意图;图5C是本发明第三实施例的功能盖安装在面罩的开口上示意图;图5D是图5A中的C-C线方向的剖示图。如图所示,本发明所述的功能盖420的形状和面罩200的开口410的形状为圆形。功能盖420的四周边一部分向上方延设形成延长片421,延 长片421上设有开孔422;所述面罩200的开口410的形状与功能盖420的形状相配合,在面罩200的开口410上形成与所述的延长片421上设有的开孔422相卡合的凸块411,因此,当向上或向下推压功能盖420时,面罩200的开口410上设有的凸块411与功能盖420的延长片421上设有的开孔422的上侧700或下侧701的倾斜相接触。因此,凸块411与向功能盖420前进方向倾斜的地方接触,凸块411可以顺畅地滑入功能盖420的开孔422内,从而将功能盖420卡入开口410内。因此,功能盖420可以很牢固地被固定在面罩200上而不会脱落。
延长片421也可以由功能盖420的四周边全部向上方延设形成。为与延长片421上的开孔422相配合,相应的凸块411也要做适当的变化。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种换气扇,包括:下方设有开口的换气扇框架、设于框架内的马达及安装于马达上的扇叶、安装于换气扇框架的开口下方并遮盖该开口的面罩,所述面罩上设有安装功能单元的开口以及功能盖,其特征在于:所述功能盖设有向上方延设的延长片,所述面罩的开口与所述延长片相互卡合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的换气扇,其特征在于:
    所述的功能盖为方形;
    所述的延长片为所述功能盖的至少一对对边向上方延设形成,所述的延长片的底端设有开孔;
    所述面罩的开口的至少一对对边向内侧设有与所述延长片上设有的开孔相互卡合的凸块。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的换气扇,其特征在于:
    所述延长片的顶端设有向外侧突出而形成的卡扣,所述面罩的开口与卡扣相接触的边上设有从底端向上方延设的支撑片。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的换气扇,其特征在于:
    所述的功能盖为方形;
    所述的延长片为所述功能盖的至少一对对角向上方延设形成;
    所述面罩的开口的至少一对对角设有与所述延长片上设有的开孔相对应的、从底端向上方延设的支撑片,所述支撑片的顶端设有向内侧突出的卡钩,所述卡钩与开孔相互卡合。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的换气扇,其特征在于:
    所述的功能盖为方形;
    所述的一对对角上设有的延长片为所述功能盖的一条边的端部与另一条相邻的边的端部向上方延设并相连接而形成,所述延长片的两条边的上端均设有开孔。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的换气扇,其特征在于:
    所述的功能盖为圆形;
    所述的延长片为所述功能盖的四周边一部分或者全部向上方延设 而形成;
    所述延长片上设有开孔;
    所述面罩的开口上设有与所述延长片上设有的开孔相互卡合的凸块;
    所述面罩的开口的形状与功能盖的形状相配合。
  7. 根据权利要求4或5所述的换气扇,其特征在于:所述的延长片上设有的开孔的上方设有向外侧突出的定位块。
  8. 根据权利要求2、4~6的任意一项所述的换气扇,其特征在于:所述开孔的上侧以及下侧向所述开孔以及所述功能盖的内侧倾斜设置。
