- the movement of the slide unit 200 does not necessarily need to be performed step by step, but will be described below with reference to an embodiment in which the slide unit 200 moves step by step.
- FIG. 5 is a view showing a slide unit 200 of the mobile terminal 100 according to the present invention
- Figure 6 is a view seen from the inner side of the slide guide 250
- Figure 7 is an exploded perspective view of FIG.
- the slide unit 200 includes a slide housing 210 having a shape corresponding to the shape of the slide slot 102 ′ formed on the rear surface of the case, a camera window 211 and a slide housing 210 formed on the rear surface of the slide housing 210. It includes a reflector 213 coupled to the inside to guide the light flowing through the front opening 215 to the camera 121.
- the slide unit 200 may include a back button 220. By omitting the buttons located on the front and side and forming a button pressed on the back by physical force to reduce the size of the bezel of the front, it is possible to form a thin side thickness of the mobile terminal (100).
- the back button 220 is mounted on the slide housing 210 and is positioned inside the button top 221 and the button top 221 directly pressed by the user, as shown in FIG. 7, when the button top 221 is pressed.
- the change is made of a substrate portion 225 including a metal dome 226 to generate an electrical signal.
- the substrate unit 225 may use the flexible printed circuit board 227 for electrical connection with the main substrate located in the electronic device of the mobile terminal 100. Using the flexible printed circuit board 227 may not interfere with the movement of the slide unit 200.
- the rear button 220 may further include a slide base 230 that is fixed to the slide housing 210 and coupled to the inner side of the slide housing 210 to support the back button 220. Since the portion of the front opening 215 should be opened without interrupting the light incident from the front opening 215 and the camera window 211 of the slide unit 200 to reach the camera 121, it is shown in FIG. As described above, the slide base 230 does not cover the entire inner surface of the slide unit 200 but covers only a part thereof. The slide base 230 may be located on the inner side of the portion where the back button 220 is located.
- the slide guide 250 is fixed to the electric unit and is located inside the slide unit 200.
- the slide guide 250 is coupled to the slide unit 200 so that the slide unit 200 is not separated from the slide slot 102 ', and the slide unit 200 moves along the extension direction of the slide slot 102'. Guide.
- the slide guide 250 includes a protrusion 257 positioned at the side of the slide unit 200, and the protrusion 257 is formed at the side of the slide unit 200 and extends in one direction. To combine.
- the slide unit 200 may move the slide unit 200 in one direction within the length of the guide slot 217.
- the slide unit 200 needs to protrude in the rear direction when the slide unit 200 slides only in one direction and slides to capture an image in front of the slide unit 200.
- the slide unit 200 may further include an elastic member 255 for pressing the slide unit 200 in the rear direction.
- the slide guide 250 and the elastic member 255 are integrally formed, but may be separately provided.
- the elastic member 255 may use a leaf spring 255 that exerts a force in the rear direction of the mobile terminal 100, and corresponds to a shape of the leaf spring 255.
- the recess 235 may be formed in the slide base 230.
- the recess 235 is formed in a '-' shape, so that the end of the leaf spring 255 slides along the inclination of the recess 235 when the slide unit 200 slides. Initially you can force the slide to move automatically.
- the slide unit 200 may slide the slide unit 200 by gravity when the mobile unit 100 is turned upside down, but the elastic member 255 may move the slide unit 200. Since the state is pressing in the back direction, the user can push the slide unit 200 in the front direction while pressing the slide unit 200 to move the slide unit 200.
- the groove 217a is formed in the guide slot 217 in the front direction so that the projection 257 is seated in the groove 217a of the slide guide 250 in the state where the user does not apply the force in the front direction so that the slide unit 200 This does not move. That is, the position of the recess 217a formed in the slide guide 250 may be formed in at least one of a state where the first stage slide is moved and a state where the second stage slide is moved. In the drawing, although the groove 217a is not formed in the state where the slide unit 200 is fully coupled to the slide slot 102 '(see FIG. 9A), the groove 217a may be further formed.
- the leaf spring 255 protrudes from the slide guide 250 at a predetermined angle in the rear direction, and at this time, a position folded from the slide guide 250 is recessed in a state where the slide unit 200 finishes the slide movement.
- the end of the portion 235 is formed to be bent, so that when the two-stage slide movement is completed, the shape of the recess and the inclined surface of the leaf spring coincide with each other, so that the slide moved state can be stably fixed. have.
- the end of the leaf spring 255 may be slightly bent the end so that the angle formed with the slide guide 250 is small. As shown in FIG. 8, since the recess 235 formed in the slide base 230 has a 's' shape, when the position of the slide unit 200 is changed back to its original position, the 's' shape is bent. The end of the leaf spring 255 in contact with the portion may be difficult to move the slide to the original position. In order to prevent this by bending the end of the leaf spring 255, it is possible to smoothly move the slide.
- hook 231 for fastening the slide unit 200 so that the slide unit 200 does not protrude in the rear direction by the elastic force of the elastic member 255 when the slide unit 200 is coupled to the slide slot 102 '. 251 may be further included.
- the first hook 231 protruding from the slide unit 200, that is, the slide base 230 in the full length direction, and is located in the full length and is engaged with the first hook 231 before the slide unit 200 moves.
- the slide may further include a second hook 251 that is separated from the first hook 231.
- the second hook 251 may be configured as part of the slide guide 250 as shown in the figure.
- steps may be provided on the hooks 231 and 251.
- the sliding unit 200 may be protruded only slightly in the rear direction.
- FIGS. 9A to 9C are diagrams illustrating a slide guide 250 part and a hook part according to a slide movement of the slide unit 200.
- the hooks 231 and 251 include a plurality of steps 231a, 231b, 251a, and 251b in a stepped shape, and thus the first hook 231 and the second hook 251 are stepwise. Can be separated. Between the ends of the hooks (231, 251) may include an inclined surface to move smoothly.
- the first hook 231 and the second hook 251 are completely engaged so that the second end 231b of the first hook 231 and the first of the second hook 251 are moved.
- the stage 251a is coupled, and the first stage 231a of the first hook 231 and the second stage 251b of the second hook 251 are coupled.
- the slide unit 200 may slide in one direction through the guide slot 217 and the protrusion 257, and protrude in the rear direction by the hook and the elastic member to slide in three stages as illustrated in FIGS. 2A to 4C. 200 is movable.
- the receiver hole and the camera 121 positioned at the top of the front side may be omitted to reduce the bezel at the top front side.
- the front direction can be photographed using the camera 121 located at the rear side, so that the manufacturing cost can be reduced by reducing the number of cameras 121, and when the front direction photographing, the camera 121 is photographed in the rear direction. Therefore, high quality images and images can be obtained even when shooting in the front direction.
