Definitions
- the present invention relates to a dental implant related to an artificial tooth, and more particularly, to adopt a more stable elastic coupling method between the fixture and the abutment to facilitate the implant procedure, the structure of the abutment lower fastening shaft coupled to the fixture
- the present invention relates to an improved dental implant that maintains a stable rigidity so that a stable combination of a fixture and abutment can be maintained for a long time without damage to the fastening shaft.
- an implant refers to a replacement of a lost natural tooth itself, or a fixture is implanted in the jawbone (alveolar bone) to fuse with the jawbone (alveolar bone) for a predetermined period of time, and then the abutment and artificial teeth are placed thereon.
- a fixture is implanted in the jawbone (alveolar bone) to fuse with the jawbone (alveolar bone) for a predetermined period of time, and then the abutment and artificial teeth are placed thereon.
- the prosthesis it is a dental procedure that restores the original function of the tooth.
- a fixture fixed to the alveolar bone and a fastening portion of the fixture and abutment are joined by a screwing method.
- the "dental implant" of the Republic of Korea Patent Publication No. 10-0668368 is a fixed body formed in the shaft hole and placed in the jawbone (alveolar bone), and the shape memory alloy inserted into the shaft hole in the lower portion Forming a fastening leg of the, is provided with a dental implant comprising abutment to be elastically connected to the fixture through the fastening leg to chew food.
- Such a conventional dental implant allows the fastening grooves of the fixture and the fastening protrusions of the abutment to elastically complementarily complement the male and female, thereby preventing the loosening of the screws and the fracture of the screws. The effect can be obtained.
- such a conventional dental implant is a leg structure in which the lower fastening shaft of the abutment is opened downward when external pressure is applied to the implant from the outside, so that the connection part of the fastening leg extending from the abutment is structurally weak and cracked. Or breakage or release of the fastening leg from the fixture.
- the fastening legs of the shape memory alloy cannot be made thick for elastic coupling with the fixing body, and are extended from the upper mounting portion where the prosthesis is mounted. Therefore, when the external pressure in the lateral direction is applied to the implant, the stress is applied. Due to the occlusion force applied intensively at the starting point of the fastening leg, cracking occurs rapidly at the fastening leg connection part of the abutment, and as a result, the abutment breaks apart from the fixture and falls off, thereby greatly increasing durability and service life. There is a problem of shrinking.
- An object of the present invention is to solve the conventional problems as described above, by adopting an elastic coupling method between the fixture and the abutment to facilitate the detachment between the fixture and the abutment improved dental implants to facilitate the implant procedure In providing.
- another object of the present invention is to combine the fixture and the abutment in an elastic coupling manner, to maintain the fastening shaft structure and strength of the abutment so that the occlusal force applied to the abutment does not affect the fastening portion to the elastic coupling, It is to provide a dental implant that can be firmly supported against the lateral external pressure applied to the implant, and to increase the durability of the fastening portion to extend the service life of the implant.
