Claims (12)
- 一种含有醇酚类化合物及其衍生物的灭火组合物,其特征在于:所述灭火组合物含有醇酚类化合物及其衍生物;所述灭火组合物利用烟火药剂的燃烧释放出大量的有效灭火粒子。
- 根据权利要求1所述的含有醇酚类化合物及其衍生物的灭火组合物,其特征在于:所述灭火组合物中醇酚类化合物的质量含量≥30%。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的含有醇酚类化合物及其衍生物的灭火组合物,其特征在于,所述醇酚类化合物及其衍生物包括一元醇酚类化合物及其衍生物、二元醇酚类化合物及其衍生物、多元醇酚类化合物及其衍生物中的一种或多种。

- 根据权利要求3所述的含有醇酚类化合物及其衍生物的灭火组合物,其特征在于所述二元醇酚类化合物及其衍生物包括:2,5-二甲基-2,5-己二醇、乙二醇双(2-氨基乙基)四乙酸、1,4-丁炔二醇、新戊二醇、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛、苯酞、对甲苯基二乙醇胺、1,10-癸二醇、2,5-二甲基-3-己炔-2,5-二醇、聚乙二聚(新戊二醇丁二酸)酯、1,4-环己二醇、1,12-十二二醇、(+)2,3-蒎烷二醇、1,2-丙二醇单甲基醚乙酸酯,胶态分散体、1,4-苯二甲醇、1,4-环己烷二甲醇、1,4-双(2-羟乙氧基) 苯、1,8-辛二醇、2,2,3-三甲基-1,3-戊二醇、2,2,4-三甲基-1,3-戊二醇、2-氨基-1-[4-(甲硫基)苯基]-1,3-丙二醇、2-丁炔-1,4-二醇、3,6-二硫杂-1,8-辛二醇、N-苯基二乙醇胺、二甘醇酸、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、水杨醇、乙二醇单硬脂酸酯、异山梨醇、4,4二羟基二苯砜、2-溴邻苯二酚、2,7-二羟基萘、对苯二酚、2,5-二氯酚、2,5-二叔丁基对苯二酚、2,6-二羟基甲苯、2,6-二羟基萘、1,4-苯二酚、1,4-二甲氧基苯、1,4-环己二醇、1,5-二羟基萘、1,6-二溴-2-萘酚、1.3-二羟基萘、2,3-二羟基萘、3,4-二羟基甲苯、2,5-二甲酚、4-甲基邻苯二酚、4-氯间苯二酚、邻苯二酚、3,3`,5,5`-四溴双酚A、4-叔丁基邻苯二酚、对叔丁基邻苯二酚、间苯二酚、叔丁基对苯二酚、双酚S、双酚A环氧树脂、双酚F树脂、四溴双酚A双(2-羟乙基)醚、溴百里酚蓝、4-(4-硝基苯偶氮)间苯二酚、4,4-(1,3-二甲基亚丁基)二苯酚、4,4-(2-乙基亚己基)二苯酚、4,6-二氯间苯二酚。
- 根据权利要求3所述的含有醇酚类化合物及其衍生物的灭火组合物,其特征在于所述多元醇酚类化合物及其衍生物包括:甘露醇、三(羟甲基)丙烷、异丙醇铝、盐酸三乙醇胺(XZ)、甘露醇发酵培养基、D-山梨醇、吡哆辛盐酸、4-叔丁基环己醇、肌醇、三(羟甲基)氨基甲烷、麦芽糖醇、三异丙醇胺、胡椒醇、植酸钠、DL-薄菏醇麦芽醇、赤藓糖醇、二季戊四醇、季戊四醇类树脂、季戊四醇磷酸酯多元、季戊四醇四-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸酯、聚乙二醇、聚乙二醇单甲醚、聚乙烯醇30,000-70,000、聚乙烯醇磷酸铵、木糖醇、三(羟甲基)硝基甲烷、三季戊四醇、三异丙醇胺环硼酸酯、山梨醇、甜醇、乙基纤维素、间苯三酚、焦性没食子酸、羟基萘酚兰二钠盐、三溴酚。
- 根据权利要求4或5或6中任一项所述的含有醇酚类化合物及其衍生物的灭火组合物,其特征在于:所述灭火组合物还包括辅灭火材料。
- 根据权利要求7所述的含有醇酚类化合物及其衍生物的灭火组合物,其特征在于:所述辅灭火材料包括:氯系阻燃剂、有机磷系阻燃剂、磷-卤系阻燃剂、氮系阻燃剂及磷-氮系阻燃剂、无机阻燃剂或其任意组合。
- 根据权利要求7所述的含有醇酚类化合物及其衍生物的灭火组合物,其特征在于:所述灭火组合物还包括添加剂,添加剂的含量为0.1-10%。
- 根据权利要求9所述的含有醇酚类化合物及其衍生物的灭火组合物,其特征在于:所述添加剂为硬脂酸盐,石墨、水玻璃,酚醛树脂、虫胶、淀粉,糊精,橡胶、环氧树脂、缩醛胶、羟丙基甲基纤维素中的一种或几种。
- 根据权利要求9所述的含有醇酚类化合物及其衍生物的灭火组合物,其特征在于所述灭火组合物的各组分及其质量百分含量为:醇酚类化合物及其衍生物 35%~90%辅灭火材料 5%~60%添加剂 1%~10%。
- 根据权利要求11所述的含有醇酚类化合物及其衍生物的灭火组合物,其特征在于所述灭火组合物的各组分及其质量百分含量为:醇酚类化合物及其衍生物 55%~90%辅灭火材料 5%~40%添加剂 1%~5%。
