背景技术

由以上所述,如何提供一种具有更高灭火剂喷射流量速度和范围的消防设 备, 成为本领域技术人员亟需解决的技术问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此, 本发明提供一种矩阵式脉冲多管发射灭火装备, 其具有较现有 消防设备更高的灭火剂喷射流量速度和范围。
为实现上述目的, 本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种矩阵式脉冲多管发射灭火装备, 包括多个并排设置的脉冲炮管,脉冲 炮管包括临时或长期容纳灭火介质容器的身管、设置在身管尾部的发射药筒和 设置在发射药筒上的后盖;
发射药筒内设置有彼此连通的药包容纳腔和发射腔,发射腔的直径小于药 包容纳腔, 并与身管相连通;
灭火介质容器包括与身管内壁间隙配合的外壳、位于外壳两端的密封垫片 和填充于灭火介质容器中的灭火介质。

如图 1中所示, 本发明实施例所提供的矩阵式脉冲多管发射灭火装备中包 括多个并排设置的脉冲炮管。
脉冲炮管中包括身管 1、 发射药筒 2及后盖 3。
身管 1用以临时或长期容纳灭火介质容器 4。 身管 1由塑料、 薄壁金属或其 他复合材料制成。
发射药筒 2设置在身管 1的尾部, 其内部设置有彼此连通的药包容纳腔 21 和发射腔 22 ,发射腔 22的直径小于药包容纳腔 21的直径, 一则便于发射药包的 定位, 同时聚拢发射药包燃爆后产生高压气流与冲击波,使灭火介质被充分地 搅动, 高速喷出。

本领域技术人员可以想到的是,本发明实施例所提供的矩阵式脉冲多管发 射灭火装备可以安装在舰船、 坦克、 装曱车、 牵引车、 卡车等轮式、 链轨式、 轨道式的移动平台上, 还可以固定设置在石油钻井平台、 隧道、 地铁、 矿山坑 道、 生产车间等易燃、 易爆危险源附近。

优选地, 在本实施例所提供的矩阵式脉冲多管发射灭火装备中, 安装板 5 上的定位孔呈矩阵式布置, 多个上述的身管 1彼此平行, 呈矩阵式固定设置在 安装板 5上。 为了减轻上述实施例所提供的矩阵式脉冲多管发射灭火装备在使用过程 中产生的振动, 进一步地, 如图 1中所示, 在发射药筒 2的外部套设有减震圈 6。
减震圈 6的一端靠在上述支撑环 11的端面上,另一端则与压在后盖 3上的固 定挡板 7相抵定位。 同时, 减震圈 6将安装板 5卡在自身的中部。
在发射药包燃爆过程中,减震圈 6对发射药筒 2产生的振动进行一定的过滤 和緩冲, 防止其带动矩阵式脉冲多管发射灭火装备整体产生晃动。
具体的,在上述实施例所提供的矩阵式脉冲多管发射灭火装备中, 灭火介 质为粒状物、 液体或粘稠液态物, 如, 水、 砂子、 粮食、 淤泥、 雪、 土、 干粉 或泡沫等一切可以用于朴灭火源的物质。
本发明还提供了一种消防车, 包括轮式或履带式的行走装置 8, 还包括设 置上述的矩阵式脉冲多管发射灭火装备。
为了便于调整消防车中矩阵式脉冲多管发射灭火装备的喷射角度、喷射方 向等, 进一步的, 在本发明实施例所提供的消防车中, 利用可调节底座连接上 述的矩阵式脉冲多管发射灭火装备与上述的行走装置。
本领域技术人员可以理解的是, 上述的可调节底座具有多种的实现方式, 下面以其中的一种为例进行简要的说明。
可调节底座中包括摇架、 下架和上架。其中摇架直接与上述的矩阵式脉冲 多管发射灭火装备相连接; 摇架与上架铰接相连, 以实现矩阵式脉冲多管发射 灭火装备的俯仰摆动; 同时, 上架铰接于与行走装置相连接的下架上, 以实现 矩阵式脉冲多管发射灭火装备的水平转动。
为了提高本发明上述实施例所提供矩阵式脉冲多管发射灭火装备的自持 能力, 以便于独立进行长时间的灭火作业, 进一步地, 在行走装置上设置有储 备发射药筒和储备灭火介质容器。
进一步的, 为了提高上述实施例所提供消防车的自动化程度, 以便于消防 人员在恶劣的火场环境中进行遥控作业,本发明另一实施例所提供的消防车中 还包括监视装置、 伺服驱动装置和控制装置的遥控组件。
具体的,监视装置中包括有监视器及与监视器相连接的摄像机, 该摄像机 设置于上述的矩阵式脉冲多管发射灭火装备上。 作为优选, 设置两台摄像机, 通过将图像叠加以准确定位和显示在齐射时所产生的灭火涡流所覆盖的面积。 同时,在必要时增设热感应成像设备,或直接利用热感应成像设备替换摄像机。
伺服驱动装置为设置在可调节底座中的伺服电机, 通过控制伺服电机转 动, 实现对矩阵式脉冲多管发射灭火装备俯仰角和水平角的调节。
控制装置与监视装置、伺服驱动装置相连接,通过监视器和控制装置中的 控制杆实现遥控控制。或进一步在控制装置中设置自动控制模块, 实现自动化 灭火。 同时,控制装置与上述矩阵式脉冲多管发射灭火装备中的每一脉冲炮管 相连接, 以控制矩阵式脉冲多管发射灭火装备进行单射、 齐射或组合式齐射。
本说明书中各个实施例釆用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是 与其他实施例的不同之处, 各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种矩阵式脉冲多管发射灭火装备, 其特征在于, 包括多个并排设置 的脉冲炮管, 所述脉冲炮管包括临时或长期容纳灭火介质容器的身管、设置在 所述身管尾部的发射药筒和设置在所述发射药筒上的后盖;
所述发射药筒内设置有彼此连通的药包容纳腔和发射腔,所述发射腔的直 径小于所述药包容纳腔, 并与所述身管相连通;
所述灭火介质容器包括与身管内壁间隙配合的外壳、位于所述外壳两端的 密封垫片和填充于所述灭火介质容器中的灭火介质。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的矩阵式脉冲多管发射灭火装备, 其特征在于, 所述身管与所述发射药筒同轴设置, 所述身管的直径大于所述发射药筒的直 径。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的矩阵式脉冲多管发射灭火装备, 其特征在于, 所述身管的尾部内侧设置有支撑环,所述发射药筒的一端可拆卸地与所述支撑 环相连。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的矩阵式脉冲多管发射灭火装备, 其特征在于, 多个所述身管彼此平行呈矩阵式固定设置,还包括设置有与所述身管位置对应 的定位孔的安装板, 所述发射药筒设置在所述定位孔中;
以及套设在所述发射药筒外部的减震圈和固定挡板,所述减震圈设置在所 述固定挡板与所述安装板和所述安装板与所述支撑环之间。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的矩阵式脉冲多管发射灭火装备, 其特征在于, 所述外壳及所述密封垫片为脆性材料材质。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的矩阵式脉冲多管发射灭火装备, 其特征在于, 所述灭火介质为粒状物、 液体或粘稠液态物。
7、 一种消防车, 包括轮式或履带式的行走装置, 其特征在于, 还包括上 述权利要求 1-6任一项中所述的矩阵式脉冲多管发射灭火装备。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的消防车, 其特征在于, 所述矩阵式脉冲多管发 射灭火装备通过可调节底座与所述行走装置相连接,所述可调节底座包括与所 述矩阵式脉冲多管发射灭火装备相连接的摇架、与所述行走装置相连接的下架 和连接所述摇架与所述下架的上架。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的消防车, 其特征在于, 还包括设置在所述行走 装置上的储备发射药筒和储备灭火介质容器。
10、 根据权利要求 8所述的消防车, 其特征在于, 还包括监视装置、 控制 装置和伺服驱动装置;
所述监视装置包括监视器和设置在所述矩阵式脉冲多管发射灭火装备上 的摄像机和\或热感应成像设备;
所述伺服驱动装置包括设置在所述可调节底座中的伺服电机;
所述控制装置与所述监视装置、 所述伺服驱动装置相连接。
