由于话权终端会将采集到的语音通过无线集群交换中心传输到参与本次 通话的其它终端, 因此, 可选地, 由无线集群交换中心在接收到话权终端采集 到的语音时,将该话权终端采集到的语音转发给语音录制装置, 即上述获取上 述通话过程中所有话权终端采集到的语音, 包括: 接收无线集群交换中心发送 的所有话权终端采集到的语音。其中, 上述无线集群交换中心是整个无线集群 系统的核心, 它控制所有专网通信的业务,提供交换功能及和系统内其它功能 的连接。 当然, 本发明实施例中也可以由话权终端将采集到的语音直接发送给 语音录制装置或通过其它设备发送给语音录制装置, 此处不作限定。

本发明实施例中, 当需要播放某个通话的录音时,通话录音回放装置查询 参与该通话的所有终端,如果是半双工个呼通话或全双工个呼通话, 则参与该 通话的所有终端即为参与该通话的主叫终端和被叫终端,如果是组呼通话, 则 参与该通话的所有终端即为该组中的所有终端。
在查询到参与该通话的所有终端后,从数据库中获取上述所有终端在该次 通话过程中的实时地理位置信息。其中, 上述终端的实时地理位置信息可以在 该次通话过程中通过 GPS定位方式获得, 或者, 也可以在该次通话过程中通 过其它定位方式获得, 此处不作限定。
本发明实施例中,上述通话的语音录制文件和参与上述通话的所有终端在 上述通话过程中的实时地理位置信息对应存储在数据库中, 因此,通话录音回 放装置可以根据上述通话的语音录制文件,从数据库中获取参与上述通话的每 个终端在上述通话过程中的实时地理位置信息。
可选地,数据库中存储指示上述通话的语音录制文件的文件标识, 与指示 标识之间的对应关系, 因此,通话录音回放装置能够根据上述通话的文件标识 地理位置信息。
503、 播放上述通话的语音录制文件, 并显示参与上述通话的所有终端在 上述通话过程中的地理位置;
可选地, 上述实时地理位置信息包括: 终端标识, 各个实时定位点的定位 时间和位置坐标。
在一种应用场景中,通话录音回放装置根据步骤 502获取的上述实时地理 位置信息,计算参与上述通话的所有终端的各个实时定位点在上述语音录制文 件的播放时间轴上的位置; 播放上述通话的语音录制文件, 并根据各个实时定 位点的位置坐标以及上述计算得到的各个实时定位点在上述语音录制文件的 播放时间轴上的位置,按照上述语音录制文件的播放进度在地图上同步显示上 述参与上述通话的所有终端的位置。
在另一种应用场景中,在步骤 503之前,根据步骤 502获取的上述实时地 理位置信息,计算参与上述通话的所有终端的各个实时定位点在上述语音录制 文件的播放时间轴上的位置;根据各个实时定位点的位置坐标以及计算的上述 所有终端的各个实时定位点在上述语音录制文件的播放时间轴上的位置,将上 述通话的语音录制文件,地图以及在上述通话过程中上述所有终端在上述地图 上的各个位置点合成为上述通话的视频文件,则步骤 503只需要播放该合成的 视频文件, 即可实现在播放上述通话的语音录制文件的过程中,显示参与上述 通话的所有终端在上述通话过程中的地理位置。
需要说明的是, 本发明实施例中的终端可以为手机、 带有定位功能的对讲 机或者车载终端或者其它能够进行通话且带有定位功能的终端, 此处不作限 定。本发明实施例中的通话录音回放装置集成在可通过网络访问录音服务器或 语音数据库的计算机或其它设备中。
由上可见, 本发明实施例中在需要播放通话录音时, 获取该通话的语音录 制文件以及参与该通话的所有终端在该通话过程中的实时地理位置信息,并在 播放该通话的语音录制文件的同时,显示参与该通话的所有终端在该通话过程 中的地理位置, 解决了传统语音录制系统在语音回放时仅能回放声音的弊端。 下面以一具体应用例对本发明实施例中的通话录音回放方法进行描述,请 参阅图 6, 本发明实施例中的通话录音回放方法, 包括:

本发明实施例中,上述通话的语音录制文件和参与上述通话的所有终端在 上述通话过程中的实时地理位置信息对应存储在数据库中, 因此,通话录音回 放装置可以根据上述通话的语音录制文件,从数据库中获取参与上述通话的每 个终端在上述通话过程中的实时地理位置信息。
可选地,数据库中存储指示上述通话的语音录制文件的文件标识, 与指示 标识之间的对应关系, 因此,通话录音回放装置能够根据上述通话的文件标识 地理位置信息。
603、 根据上述实时地理位置信息, 计算参与上述通话的所有终端的各个 实时定位点在上述语音录制文件的播放时间轴上的位置;
在本发明实施例中, 上述实时地理位置信息包括: 终端标识, 各个实时定 位点的定位时间和位置坐标。
则通话录音回放装置通过公式:定位点在语音录制文件的播放时间轴上位 置=定位时间 -通话的起始时间,即可计算出参与上述通话的所有终端的各个实 时定位点在上述语音录制文件的播放时间轴上的位置。
举例说明,假设步骤 601获取到的语音录制文件为通话 1的录音, 参与通 话 1的终端为终端 101和终端 102,通话 1的起始时间为 2013-11-2的 13:05:07, 通话时长为 1分钟, 假设上述实时地理位置信息为实时的 GPS信息, 上述位 置坐标由经度和纬度组成,步骤 602获取到的终端 101和终端 102在 2013-11-2 的 13:05:07至 2013-11-2的 13:06:07的实时地理位置信息如表 1所示:

604、 播放上述通话的语音录制文件, 并根据各个实时定位点的位置坐标 以及上述计算得到的各个实时定位点在上述语音录制文件的播放时间轴上的 位置,按照上述语音录制文件的播放进度在地图上同步显示上述参与上述通话 的所有终端的位置;
其中, 上述地图可以是 Maplnfo、 ArcGIS或与 MapInfo、 ArcGIS类似的 离线地图, 也可以是 Google Map、 百度地图等在线地图, 此处不作限定。
当语音录制文件开始播放时在地图上显示各个终端的位置, 可选地,每个 终端依据不同状态在地图上显示不同图标,例如设置不在线的终端显示灰色图 标,在线且当前占有通话权的终端显示绿色图标,在线无通话权的显示蓝色图 标。 可选地, 根据终端的类型, 对不同类型的终端使用不同图标进行显示。 可 选地, 通过终端配备的人员职务(如刑警、 交警等), 在地图上使用不同的图 标来指示终端。可选地,在指示终端的图标上面还可以显示该终端的号码和别 名、或者使用者的名字等。上述方式均可以依据具体的使用场景和行业来进行 定制, 此处不作限定。
可选地, 由用户在播放语音录制文件时, 自主选择是否需要显示终端在通 话过程中的移动轨迹。
由于本发明实施例是在播放语音录制文件获取相应终端在通话过程中的 实时地理位置信息, 因此, 能够在语音录制文件播放时由用户灵活控制, 随时 选择在地图上显示或隐藏用户需要的信息。 下面以一具体应用例对本发明实施例中的通话录音回放方法进行描述,请 参阅图 7-a, 本发明实施例中的通话录音回放方法, 包括:
701、 获取通话的语音录制文件;

可选地,数据库中存储指示上述通话的语音录制文件的文件标识, 与指示 标识之间的对应关系, 因此,通话录音回放装置能够根据上述通话的文件标识 地理位置信息。
703、 根据上述实时地理位置信息, 计算参与上述通话的所有终端的各个 实时定位点在上述语音录制文件的播放时间轴上的位置;
其中, 步骤 703与图 6所示实施例中的步骤 603类型, 其具体实现方式可 以参阅图 6所示实施例中的步骤 603中的描述, 此处不再赘述。
704、 根据各个实时定位点的位置坐标以及计算的上述所有终端的各个实 时定位点在上述语音录制文件的播放时间轴上的位置,将上述通话的语音录制 文件,地图以及在上述通话过程中上述所有终端在上述地图上的各个位置点合 成为上述通话的视频文件;
本发明实施例中将上述通话的语音录制文件,地图以及在上述通话过程中 上述所有终端在上述地图上的各个位置点合成为上述通话的视频文件的方法 有多种, 以 DirectShow为例进行说明, 如图 7-b所示为 DirectShow的架构方 式,依据 DirectShow 的架构方式,可使用 Map window capture filter, WAV file filter, AVI Mux filter, File writer 这四个模块来实现语音、 地图以及终端在地 图上的位置合成视频文件。 具体地:
通过 Map window capture filter捕捉地图显示的窗口的内容, 然后输入到
AVI Mux filter, 该地图窗口显示了参与通话的各个终端在语音录制文件的播 放时间轴上对应时间点的位置图标和相关信息 (如终端号), 其内容和回放时 看到的内容一致。
WAV file filter依据语音录制文件的语音格式来确定,如果是标准的 WAV 文件, 则 WAV file filter可以是系统自带的 WAV文件解析 filter。
通过 AVI Mux filter将 Map window capture filter输出的图像信息与 WAV file filter输出的音频信息按照时间点对齐的原则生成 AVI文件流。
通过 File writer将 生成的 AVI文件流保存为视频文件, 从而完成上述视 频文件的合成。 此处不作限定。
705、 播放上述视频文件;
通话录音回放装置可以调用电脑上的任意通用视频播放软件来播放上述 视频文件,使用户听到该通话的声音, 且看到参与该通话的终端在地图上的实 时位置。
由于本发明实施例在步骤 704中生成了视频文件, 因此, 可以通过保存该 视频文件, 当用户需要回放某个通话时, 直接播放该视频文件即可。 本发明实施例还提供一种语音录制装置, 请参阅图 8, 本发明实施例中的 语音录制装置 800, 包括: 第一获取单元 801 , 生成单元 802, 第二获取单元 803和存储单元 804。
其中, 第一获取单元 801用于在通话建立后, 获取上述通话过程中所有话 权终端采集到的语音, 其中, 上述话权终端为在上述通话过程中具有话语权的 终端;生成单元 802用于根据获取单元 801获取的上述通话过程中所有话权终 端采集到的语音, 生成上述通话的语音录制文件, 其中, 上述语音录制文件包 括: 上述通话的语音信息, 上述通话的起始时间点和通话时长; 第二获取单元 息;存储单元 804用于对应存储生成单元 802生成的上述通话的语音录制文件 和第二获取单元 803 获取的参与上述通话的所有终端在上述通话过程中的实 时地理位置信息, 以便在播放上述通话的语音录制文件时,显示上述参与上述 通话的所有终端在上述通话过程中的地理位置。 可选地, 在图 8所示实施例的基础上, 存储单元 804包括: 生成单元, 用 于生成指示上述通话的语音录制文件的文件标识;生成指示参与上述通话的终 端在上述通话过程中的实时地理位置信息的位置信息标识, 其中,每个参与上 述通话的终端在上述通话过程中的实时地理位置信息具有唯一的位置信息标 识; 建立单元, 用于建立上述通话的语音录制文件的文件标识, 以及参与上述 通话的每个终端在上述通话过程中的实时地理位置信息的位置信息标识之间 的对应关系; 存储子单元, 用于存储上述对应关系。

可选地, 第二获取单元 802具体用于: 对于参与上述通话的所有终端中的 每个终端, 当终端每移动预定单位距离时,接收上述无线集群交换中心发送的 该终端在上述通话过程中的实时地理位置信息。
需要说明的是, 本发明实施例中的终端可以为手机、 带有定位功能的对讲 机或者车载终端或者其它能够进行通话且带有定位功能的终端,本发明实施例 中的语音录制装置可以集成在语音服务器中,或者语音录制装置也可以是独立 于语音服务器的装置, 此处不作限定。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例中的语音录制装置可以如上述方法实施例中 的语音录制装置, 可以用于实现上述方法实施例中的全部技术方案, 其各个功 能模块的功能可以根据上述方法实施例中的方法具体实现,其具体实现过程可 参照上述实施例中的相关描述, 此处不再赘述。
由上可见, 本发明实施例中在通话建立后, 除了获取通话过程中所有话权 终端采集到的语音并生成语音录制文件,还获取参与该通话的所有终端在上述 通话过程中的实时地理位置信息,通过对应存储该语音录制文件和参与该通话 的所有终端在该通话过程中的实时地理位置信息,使得在播放该通话的语音录 制文件时, 能够显示参与该通话的所有终端在该通话过程中的地理位置,解决 了传统语音录制系统在语音回放时仅能回放声音的弊端。 本发明实施例还提供一种通话录音回放装置, 请参阅图 9, 本发明实施例 中的通话录音回放装置 900, 包括:
第一获取单元 901 , 用于获取通话的语音录制文件, 其中, 上述语音录制 文件包括: 上述通话的语音信息, 上述通话的起始时间点和通话时长;
第二获取单元 902, 用于获取参与上述通话的所有终端在上述通话过程中 的实时地理位置信息;
播放单元 903 , 用于播放上述通话的语音录制文件, 并显示参与上述通话 的所有终端在上述通话过程中的地理位置。
在一种应用场景中, 上述实时地理位置信息包括: 终端标识, 各个实时定 位点的定位时间和位置坐标, 播放单元 903包括: 计算单元, 播放子单元和显 示单元, 其中, 上述计算单元用于根据第二获取单元 902获取的上述实时地理 位置信息,计算参与上述通话的所有终端的各个实时定位点在上述语音录制文 件的播放时间轴上的位置; 上述播放子单元用于播放上述通话的语音录制文 件;上述显示单元用于根据各个实时定位点的位置坐标以及上述计算单元计算 的上述各个实时定位点在上述语音录制文件的播放时间轴上的位置,按照上述 播放子单元的播放进度,在地图上同步显示上述参与上述通话的所有终端的位 置。
在另一种应用场景中, 上述实时地理位置信息包括: 终端标识, 各个实时 定位点的定位时间和位置坐标,通话录音回放装置 900还包括: 计算单元和合 成单元, 其中, 上述计算单元用于根据第二获取单元 902获取的上述实时地理 位置信息,计算参与上述通话的所有终端的各个实时定位点在上述语音录制文 件的播放时间轴上的位置;上述合成单元用于根据各个实时定位点的位置坐标 以及上述计算单元计算得到的上述所有终端的各个实时定位点在上述语音录 制文件的播放时间轴上的位置,将上述通话的语音录制文件,地图以及在上述 通话过程中上述所有终端在上述地图上的各个位置点合成为上述通话的视频 文件; 播放单元 903具体用于播放上述通话的视频文件。

获取通话的语音录制文件, 其中, 所述语音录制文件包括: 所述通话的语 音信息, 所述通话的起始时间点和通话时长; 播放所述通话的语音录制文件,并显示参与所述通话的所有终端在所述通 话过程中的地理位置。

根据获取的所述实时地理位置信息,计算参与所述通话的所有终端的各个 实时定位点在所述语音录制文件的播放时间轴上的位置;
播放所述通话的语音录制文件;
根据各个实时定位点的位置坐标以及计算的所述各个实时定位点在所述 语音录制文件的播放时间轴上的位置,按照所述语音录制文件的播放进度在地 图上同步显示所述参与所述通话的所有终端的位置。
7、 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于,
所述实时地理位置信息包括: 终端标识,各个实时定位点的定位时间和位 置坐标; 所述播放所述通话的语音录制文件,并显示参与所述通话的所有终端在所 述通话过程中的地理位置, 之前包括:
根据获取的所述实时地理位置信息,计算参与所述通话的所有终端的各个 实时定位点在所述语音录制文件的播放时间轴上的位置;
根据各个实时定位点的位置坐标以及计算的所述所有终端的各个实时定 位点在所述语音录制文件的播放时间轴上的位置, 将所述通话的语音录制文 件,地图以及在所述通话过程中所述所有终端在所述地图上的各个位置点合成 为所述通话的视频文件;
所述播放所述通话的语音录制文件,并同步显示参与所述通话的所有终端 在所述通话过程中的地理位置, 具体为:
播放所述通话的视频文件。
8、 一种语音录制装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
第一获取单元, 用于在通话建立后, 获取所述通话过程中所有话权终端采 集到的语音, 其中, 所述话权终端为在所述通话过程中具有话语权的终端; 集到的语音, 生成所述通话的语音录制文件, 其中, 所述语音录制文件包括: 所述通话的语音信息, 所述通话的起始时间点和通话时长;
第二获取单元,用于获取参与所述通话的所有终端在所述通话过程中的实 时地理位置信息;
存储单元,用于对应存储所述通话的语音录制文件和参与所述通话的所有 终端在所述通话过程中的实时地理位置信息,以便在播放所述通话的语音录制
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的语音录制装置, 其特征在于,
所述通话为半双工个呼通话, 或者全双工个呼通话, 或者组呼通话; 所述第一获取单元具体用于: 在所述通话过程中,接收无线集群交换中心 发送的所有话权终端采集到的语音。
10、 根据权利要求 8或 9所述的通话录音回放装置, 其特征在于, 所述存储单元包括:
生成单元, 用于生成指示所述通话的语音录制文件的文件标识; 生成指示 一的位置信息标识;
建立单元, 用于建立所述通话的语音录制文件的文件标识, 以及参与所述 通话的每个终端在所述通话过程中的实时地理位置信息的位置信息标识之间 的对应关系;
存储子单元, 用于存储所述对应关系。
11、 根据权利要求 8或 9所述的通话录音回放装置, 其特征在于, 所述实时地理位置信息包括: 终端标识,各个实时定位点的定位时间和位 置坐标;
所述存储单元包括:
计算单元, 用于根据获取的所述实时地理位置信息,计算参与所述通话的 所有终端的各个实时定位点在所述语音录制文件的播放时间轴上的位置; 合成单元,用于根据各个实时定位点的位置坐标以及所述计算单元计算得 到的所述所有终端的各个实时定位点在所述语音录制文件的播放时间轴上的 位置,将所述通话的语音录制文件,地图以及在所述通话过程中所述所有终端 在所述地图上的各个位置点合成为所述通话的视频文件;
存储子单元, 用于: 存储所述通话的视频文件。
12、 一种通话录音回放装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
第一获取单元, 用于获取通话的语音录制文件, 其中, 所述语音录制文件 包括: 所述通话的语音信息, 所述通话的起始时间点和通话时长;
第二获取单元,用于获取参与所述通话的所有终端在所述通话过程中的实 时地理位置信息;
播放单元, 用于播放所述通话的语音录制文件, 并显示参与所述通话的所 有终端在所述通话过程中的地理位置。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述的通话录音回放装置, 其特征在于,
所述实时地理位置信息包括: 终端标识,各个实时定位点的定位时间和位 置坐标;
所述播放单元包括: 计算单元, 用于根据获取的所述实时地理位置信息,计算参与所述通话的 所有终端的各个实时定位点在所述语音录制文件的播放时间轴上的位置;
播放子单元, 用于播放所述通话的语音录制文件;
显示单元,用于根据各个实时定位点的位置坐标以及所述计算单元计算得 到的所述各个实时定位点在所述语音录制文件的播放时间轴上的位置,按照所 述播放子单元的播放进度,在地图上同步显示所述参与所述通话的所有终端的 位置。
14、 根据权利要求 12所述的通话录音回放装置, 其特征在于,
所述实时地理位置信息包括: 终端标识,各个实时定位点的定位时间和位 置坐标;
所述通话录音回放装置还包括:
计算单元, 用于根据获取的所述实时地理位置信息,计算参与所述通话的 所有终端的各个实时定位点在所述语音录制文件的播放时间轴上的位置;
合成单元,用于根据各个实时定位点的位置坐标以及所述计算单元计算得 到的所述所有终端的各个实时定位点在所述语音录制文件的播放时间轴上的 位置,将所述通话的语音录制文件,地图以及在所述通话过程中所述所有终端 在所述地图上的各个位置点合成为所述通话的视频文件;
所述播放单元具体用于: 播放所述通话的视频文件。
15、 一种语音录制系统, 包括:
语音录制装置和通话录音回放装置;
其中,所述语音录制装置如权利要求 8至 11任一项所述的语音录制装置; 所述通话录音回放装置如权利要求 12至 14任一项所述的通话录音回放装
