Abstract

The present invention relates to steel for low-temperature service which can be used in a wide range of temperatures encompassing low temperatures as in liquefied gas storage tanks and transportation facilities, as well as room temperatures, and provides steel for low-temperature service having excellent surface processing quality even after a process for processing, such as tensioning, and a method for manufacturing the same.
