Abstract

Le marbre naturel et le granit naturel, qui sont utilisés dans le domaine de la construction civile, sont des ressources non renouvelables qui ne sont pas perpétuellement disponibles. On a essayé de reproduire les attributs du marbre et du granit naturels par des procédés artificiels et à moindre coût. Bien que ces produits ressemblent de près aux pierres naturelles, les procédés utilisés dans la fabrication de ces articles sont lents, et lesdits articles sont difficiles à recycler étant donné qu'ils sont à base d'une combinaison de matériaux différents. La présente invention a pour objet un procédé de préparation d'un panneau composite en polypropylène et d'impression numérique et de revêtement de celui-ci extérieurement pour obtenir un aspect esthétique et une dureté requise. Le procédé comprend un traitement corona; l'application et le séchage d'une couche d'apprêt; l'application et le durcissement d'une couche de base sur la surface séchée; le ponçage du panneau à l'aide de toiles émeri fines; l'impression numérique et le durcissement du panneau poncé; l'application et le durcissement d'une couche d'apprêt; et l'application et le durcissement d'un revêtement pour gagner en dureté de surface, résistance à l'abrasion, résistance aux rayures, résistance au feu et brillance.
