Description

GEAR MECHANISM FOR TRANSMISSION OF ENGINE VALVE
FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is used in the filed of automobiles industries to replace the timing chain with gear mechanism.
Background of the Invention
A four-stroke cycle engine for a vehicle such as scooter or. motorcycle is generally provided with a valve actuating mechanism. The valve actuating mechanism has a cam shaft having one end on which a cam sprocket is mounted, and the cam sprocket is linked with a chain drive sprocket mounted on a crank shaft through a timing chain. The rotation of the drank shaft is transmitted to the cam shaft through the timing chain, thereby actuating the valve actuating mechanism.
In mis method, timing chain is used to move the cam shaft. The timing chain is made from the number of links. During me continues use due to friction timing chain is damage and start to creates noise so, user is required to replace the timing chain at regular interval and by that reason timing is also changed
To overcome the above limitation, in the present invention timing chain is replaced with gear mechanism, which can nqt be damage for a long time and by that reason, engine timing is also not changed;
Summary of the Invention
In the p esent inve tjon, as shown in Fig.l, crankshaft is connected with piston so whe crankshaft is come in force, gear (1) is mounted on crankshaft so, gear (1) is also rotates. Teeth of Gear (1). is match with teeth of gear (2) so, gear (2) is also rotates. Teeth of gear (2) is match with gear (3) so, gear (3) is also rotates. Crankshaft is connected with gear (3) at the back side and at the inside of engine so, crankshaft is also rotates, which is shown in Fig.2. As show in Fig.1 , gear (3) is connected with crankshaft so, crankshaft is also rotates. Bearing (1) and Bearing (2) are mounted on crankshaft so, bearing (1) and bearing (2) is also rotates. Due to rotational movement of bearing, outer part of bearing is also push outside. Due to outer side push, connecting rod fitted at the other end is also rotates and which also rotates two other bearing fitted on such rod which also push to valve fitted at other end of bearing to exhaust the C02 completely and at the same time second valve intake the fresh air from the atmosphere.
In this method crankshaft is moved by par ¾a¾"sWssidri i me^hi^ftism. Gear (3) gives rotational movement to the crankshaft. Bearings are fitted on the crankshaft so, due to rotational movement , connecting rod is also rotates and by the movement of connecting rod, valve is also move up and down so, engine is also move.
In the present invention, timing chain is replaced with gear transmission mechanism. Crankshaft moves bearing up and down so, which open and close the valve arid valve moves the engine.
Object of the Invention
In the present invention timing chain is replaced with gear transmission mechanism so, maintenance cost is reduce and friction lost is also reduce.
In the present invention, timing chain is replaced so, it also reduce the replacement cost.
The further object of the present invention is, timing chain is replace so, noise pollution is also reduce.
In the present invention, timing chain is replaced with gear mechanism so, timing chain setting is not required to adjust every time. In the present invention, gear mechanism is working for a long time so, its not required to replace for a long duration time.
Detailed description of drawings:
With the above and other objects in vie which will become apparent from the following detailed description, some preferred forms of the invention are shown in the drawings in which:
Fig.1 represents the front view of gear transmission mechairiism
Fig.2 represents the outer view of crankshaft mechanism
Fig.3 represents the connecting rod mechanism.
Exemplar embodiments of the invention are discussed in detail below while specific exemplary embodiments are discussed, it should be understood that this is done for illustration purpose only. A person skilled in the relevant art will recognize that other components and configuration can be used without parting from the spirit and scppe of the invention.
Detailed description of the invention
Before explaining the present invention in detail, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited in its application to the details of the construction and arrangement of parts illustrated in the accompanying drawings. The invention is capable of other embodiments; as depicted in different figures as described above and of being practiced or carried out in a variety of ways. It is to be understood that the phraseology and terminology employed herein is for the purpose of description and not of limitation. As show in Fig.l, gear (3) is connected with crankshaft so, crankshaft is also rotates.
In this memod-crari-kshaft is moved by gear transmission" Mechanism. Gear
(3) gives rotational movement to the crankshaft. Bearings are fitted on the crankshaft so, due to rotational movement , connecting rod is also rotates
. , .
and by the movement of connecting rod, valve is also move tip and down so, engine is also move. In the present invention, timing chain is replaced with gear transmission mechanism. Crankshaft moves bearing up and down so, which open and close the valve and valve moves the engine. Whiles the invention has been described with respect to the given embodiment, it will be appreciated that many variations, modifications and other applications of the invention may be made. However, it is to be expressly understood that such modifications and adaptations are within the scope of the present invention, as set forth in the following claims.
