在上述的新型集成房屋拼装式型材中,所述的型材本体上设有至少一个沿着型材本体轴向延伸的中间通道,在中间通道的两侧分别设有至少一个沿着型材本体轴向延伸的外侧通道;分体式结构的型材本体的两个半体相互卡接后在两个半体连接处形成上述中间通道。中间通道可用于走线,从而方便电线、导线、网线等线路的布置。
在上述的新型集成房屋拼装式型材中,所述的外侧通道内填充有填充物;至少一个中间通道中穿设有沿着型材本体轴向延伸的加强件。填充物能够进一步提高保温、隔音等性能,而加强件能够进一步提高结构强度。填充物的种类多种多样,采用发泡材料填充是较为优选的一种。将发泡材料注入外侧通道后,能够自行发泡,从而使得外侧通道填充密实。
在上述的新型集成房屋拼装式型材中,两个半体的结构相同且其中一个半体相对于另一半体首尾对调后卡接在一起,所述的型材本体两侧的拼接结构中心对称。
在上述的新型集成房屋拼装式型材中,所述的拼接结构呈逐级升高的台阶状,在拼接结构靠近两块面板的低端侧和高端侧分别设有凸部和凹部,且凸部和凹部的形状相适应。显然,拼接结构还能采用其他各种类型的结构,例如曲形面、凹凸面、弯折面等结构。
在上述的新型集成房屋拼装式型材中,本型材还包括呈长条状的齐平条,所述的齐平条的一侧具有平面,另一侧具有能与所述拼接结构形状互补的填充结构。齐平条能够使得拼接结构被填充,从而形成平面,以便于型材与其他结构连接。
在上述的新型集成房屋拼装式型材中,本型材还包括呈长条状且能扣合在型材本体侧部的扣接条,所述的扣接条的横截面呈U型,在U型的开口部形成向内凸出的扣紧部;所述的扣接条和型材本体之间还设有沿着型材本体轴向延伸的U型扣,所述的U型扣的强度大于扣接条和型材本体的强度。
在上述的新型集成房屋拼装式型材中,本型材还包括呈柱状且能固定在型材本体端部的柱体,所述的柱体包括四个分别呈长条状且结构相同的直角条,四个直角条分布在同一矩形的四角且相邻的两个直角条之间形成供型材本体端部插入的开口或者通过连接条固定连接,且在插入开口的型材本体端部和柱体之间设有U型的连接扣。
与现有的技术相比,本发明的优点在于:型材本体相对置的两侧设有分别呈凹凸状的拼接结构,相邻的两块型材本体的拼接结构能够相互吻合从而形成迷宫式密封结构,这种结构,使得用型材本体拼成的墙面具有高度的密封性且牢度较高,而且,型材本体拼接方便,节省人力;型材本体配合齐平条、柱体等使用时,可以快速、方便的将立柱和墙面拼接完成,快速完成房子的安装过程。

具体实施方式
实施例1
如图1所示,本新型集成房屋拼装式型材包括呈长条状且中空的型材本体1,该型材本体1呈扁形,型材本体1相对置的两侧设有分别呈凹凸状的拼接结构100,另一相对置的两侧分别为面板101,相邻的两块型材本体1的拼接结构100能够相互吻合从而形成迷宫式密封结构。由于设置了拼接结构100,当型材本体1与另一型材本体1拼接后,拼接处能够形成迷宫式密封结构,从而有效提高密封性,确保密封防水、防漏光。在拼接处不设置密封条等结构的情况下也能保证密封性。当然加设密封条能够进一步提高密封性。此外,通过拼接方式实现连接,操作简便,拆 装效率高。
本实施例中,型材本体1为一体式结构。一体式结构的型材本体1易于加工,结构强度更高;而分体式结构的型材本体较为轻巧,便于运输,且易于搭配色彩。通常集成房屋的内外墙颜色不一致,当采用一体式结构的型材本体1时,通过双色共挤的方式进行加工,从而使得型材本体1的两个面板101具有不同的颜色。凹凸状的拼接结构100为平齿形或锯齿形或弧形凹凸,当然也可以是其他的形状,设置成凹凸状的拼接结构100,目的是为了使两块相邻的型材本体1在拼合的时候形成迷宫式密封结构。迷宫式密封结构具有极高的密封性和牢固度,尤其是在强风环境中也不会出现漏风漏水的现象,且在拼合的时候非常方便,不需要专用的工具。
显然,拼接结构100能采用其他各种类型的结构,例如曲形面、凹凸面、弯折面等结构。本实施例中,拼接结构100呈逐级升高的台阶状,在拼接结构100靠近两块面板101的低端侧和高端侧分别设有凸部13和凹部14,且凸部13和凹部14的形状相适应。当相邻的两块型材本体1拼合时,凸部13和凹部14形成外部的密封机构,对拼接结构100形成的密封结构起到了保护作用,也就提高了拼接结构100形成的密封结构的密封性和牢固度。凸部13中还可以设置有贯穿孔131。在贯穿孔131中可以穿入钢筋等材料,从而提高型材本体1的强度。
型材本体1上设有至少一个沿着型材本体1轴向延伸的中间通道11,在中间通道11的两侧分别设有至少一个沿着型材本体1轴向延伸的外侧通道12。中间通道11和外侧通道12的设置,节省了型材本体1的成本,减轻了型材本体1的重量,便于拼装。中间通道11可用于走线,从而方便电线、导线、网线等线路的布置。外侧通道12内填充有填充物;至少一个中间通道11中穿设 有沿着型材本体1轴向延伸的加强件9。填充物能够进一步提高保温、隔音等性能,而加强件9能够进一步提高结构强度。填充物的种类多种多样,采用发泡材料填充是较为优选的一种。将发泡材料注入外侧通道后,能够自行发泡,从而使得外侧通道填充密实。如图13所示,加强件9为三个侧面封闭一个侧面具有开口的长条形槽状结构,其中封闭的三个侧面中部均向内凹进,当加强件9穿设在中间通道11中时,加强件9的每个侧面均与中间通道11抵靠,从而加强中间通道11的牢度,也就提高了型材本体1的牢度。
如图4所示,本型材还包括呈长条状的齐平条3,齐平条3的一侧具有平面31,另一侧具有能与所述拼接结构100形状互补的填充结构32。齐平条3包括连接在一起的舌部33和基础部34,其中同一侧的舌部33和基础部34形成平面31,所述的基础部34另一侧具有与凸部13形状、大小相对应的齐平凹部35,当齐平条3与拼接结构100拼合时,齐平凹部35与凸部13相互吻合,与平面31相对的一侧的基础部34、舌部33和齐平凹部35形成填充结构32。齐平条3的内部还具有连接舌部33和基础部34的加固板36。
如图5、图6和图10所示,本型材还包括呈长条状且能扣合在型材本体1侧部的扣接条4,所述的扣接条4的横截面呈U型,在U型的开口部形成向内凸出的扣紧部41;所述的扣接条4和型材本体1之间还设有沿着型材本体1轴向延伸的U型扣5,所述的U型扣5的强度大于扣接条4和型材本体1的强度。U型扣5的强度大于扣接条4和型材本体1的强度,防止了扣接条4和型材本体1直接起接触从而损坏扣接条4和/或型材本体1,起到了加固保护作用。
如图7-9所示,本型材还包括呈柱状且能固定在型材本体1 端部的柱体6,所述的柱体6包括四个分别呈长条状且结构相同的直角条61,四个直角条61分布在同一矩形的四角且相邻的两个直角条61之间形成供型材本体1端部插入的开口63或者通过连接条62固定连接,且在插入开口63的型材本体1端部和柱体6之间设有U型的连接扣7。所述直角条61两端设置有直角条凹槽611,所述连接条62两端设置有连接条卡板621,连接条卡板621能与直角条凹槽611卡接从而使直角条61通过连接条62固定连接。
如图9和图11所示,插入开口63的型材本体1端部抵靠在连接扣7内壁,连接扣7的两侧分别设有呈45度角的斜面71,相邻设置的两个连接扣7的斜面71贴合在一起。
当柱体6的四个直角条61两两之间分别形成供型材本体1端部插入的开口63时,在柱体6内设有四个连接扣7,在每个连接扣7中分别插有型材本体1端部且该型材本体1端部抵靠在连接扣7内壁,相邻的两个连接扣7的斜面71贴合在一起,从而使四个连接扣7相互支撑。作为加固方案,可以将两个相邻的斜面71用螺丝钉或螺母副进行连接,从而将四个连接扣7牢牢的紧固在一起,当然,连接扣7也可以与直角条61进行螺合,此处不再赘述。
如图9和图12所示,柱体6与固定在地面的地脚8相套接,所述的地脚包括地脚底座81和地脚支柱82,当柱体6与地脚8套接时,所述地脚支柱82插入到四个连接扣7形成的内腔中且与连接扣7抵靠。
在房屋安装时,将地脚8固定在地面上,将柱体6及连接扣7拼装完成,将地脚支柱82套入到连接扣7中,此时完成柱体6的安装;将穿设有加强件9的型材本体1通过拼接结构100拼接成墙面,在拼接时,可先将型材本体1的两端插入到柱体6的开 口63中从而使型材本体1与柱体6固定,从而完成墙面的拼接;扣接条4的作用是当墙面上需要设置窗台结构时,可将扣接条4扣在型材本体1上,由于扣接条4突出在型材本体1的外部,从而形成窗台结构。
本型材的材料和制作工艺可以采用申请人之前申请的发明专利“一种新型复合材料及其制备方法”[申请号:200710067254.5],需要说明的是,在本申请中,型材采用一体式的双色共挤工艺,即型材的主材质采用PVC木塑发泡,型材外部还包覆有一层硬质PVC共挤层,型材内侧的PVC共挤层采用墙面颜色,型材外侧的PVC共挤层采用外墙颜色。
实施例2
如图2、图3所示,本实施例与实施例1的形状、结构、安装过程和制作工艺基本相同,不同之处在于,所述的型材本体1为分体式结构;分体式结构的型材本体1包括包括呈长条状且中空的两个半体2,两个半体2均呈扁形且相互卡接,且分体式结构的型材本体1的拼接结构100由两个半体2相同侧的侧部拼接而成。当采用分体式结构的型材本体1时,可以选取所需颜色的半体2,拼接后形成使得型材本体1的两个面板101具有不同的颜色,从而适应墙面内外颜色不同的需求。
两个半体2的结构相同且其中一个半体2相对于另一半体2首尾对调后卡接在一起,所述的型材本体1两侧的拼接结构100中心对称。半体2上分别设有若干间隔分布的卡板22和/或卡槽21,两个半体2上的卡板22和卡槽21分别一一对应且相互卡接。分体式结构的型材本体1的两个半体2相互卡接后在两个半体2连接处形成上述中间通道11。在中间通道11的两侧分别设有至少一个沿着半体2轴向延伸的外侧通道12。外侧通道12内填充有填充物;至少一个中间通道11中穿设有沿着型材本体1轴向延 伸的加强件9。填充物能够进一步提高保温、隔音等性能,而加强件9能够进一步提高结构强度。填充物的种类多种多样,采用发泡材料填充是较为优选的一种。将发泡材料注入外侧通道后,能够自行发泡,从而使得外侧通道填充密实。
最外侧的卡板22上设有向外延伸的条形的凸条221,最外侧的卡槽21上设有与凸条221相配合的凹槽211,其中凸条221和凹槽211上均设置有相互配合的锯齿,从而使凸条221与凹槽211的结合更牢固。
半体2相对置两侧其中一侧向外突出形成条形的半体凸部23,另一侧向内凹陷形成与半体凸部23的形状、大小相配合的半体凹部24,所述的卡板22和卡槽21设置在在半体凸部23和半体凹部24之间的同一个侧面上,当一个半体2的卡板22与另一个半体2卡槽21对应连接时,连接在一起的两个半体2相对置的两个侧面形成拼接结构100。半体凸部23和半体凹部24呈梯形台形状,半体凸部23一侧设有凹部14,半体凹部24一侧设有凸部13,凸部13与凹部14形状相适应。最外侧的卡板22和卡槽21的外侧面处于同一个平面上且与半体凸部23、半体凹部24、凸部13和凹部14一起构成拼接结构100。
本文中所描述的具体实施例仅仅是对本发明精神作举例说明。本发明所属技术领域的技术人员可以对所描述的具体实施例做各种各样的修改或补充或采用类似的方式替代,但并不会偏离本发明的精神或者超越所附权利要求书所定义的范围。
尽管本文较多地使用了型材本体1、半体2、齐平条3、扣接条4、U型扣5、柱体6、连接扣7、地脚8、加强件9、中间通道11、外侧通道12、凸部13、凹部14、卡槽21、卡板22、半体凸部23、半体凹部24、平面31、填充结构32、舌部33、基础部34、齐平凹部35、加固板36、扣紧部41、直角条61、连接条62、开 口63、斜面71、地脚底座81、地脚支柱82、拼接结构100、面板101、贯穿孔131、凹槽211、凸条221等术语,但并不排除使用其它术语的可能性。使用这些术语仅仅是为了更方便地描述和解释本发明的本质;把它们解释成任何一种附加的限制都是与本发明精神相违背的。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种新型集成房屋拼装式型材,包括呈长条状且中空的型材本体(1),该型材本体(1)呈扁形,其特征在于,所述的型材本体(1)相对置的两侧设有分别呈凹凸状的拼接结构(100),另一相对置的两侧分别为面板(101),相邻的两块型材本体(1)的拼接结构(100)能够相互吻合从而形成迷宫式密封结构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的新型集成房屋拼装式型材,其特征在于,所述的型材本体(1)为一体式结构或分体式结构;分体式结构的型材本体(1)包括呈长条状且中空的两个半体(2),两个半体(2)均呈扁形且相互卡接,且分体式结构的型材本体(1)的拼接结构(100)由两个半体(2)相同侧的侧部拼接而成。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的新型集成房屋拼装式型材,其特征在于,所述的半体(2)上分别设有若干间隔分布的卡板(22)和/或卡槽(21),两个半体(2)上的卡板(22)和卡槽(21)分别一一对应且相互卡接。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的新型集成房屋拼装式型材,其特征在于,所述的型材本体(1)上设有至少一个沿着型材本体(1)轴向延伸的中间通道(11),在中间通道(11)的两侧分别设有至少一个沿着型材本体(1)轴向延伸的外侧通道(12);分体式结构的型材本体(1)的两个半体(2)相互卡接后在两个半体(2)连接处形成上述中间通道(11)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的新型集成房屋拼装式型材,其特征在于,所述的外侧通道(12)内填充有填充物;至少一个中间通道(11)中穿设有沿着型材本体(1)轴向延伸的加强件(9)。
  6. 根据权利要求2或3所述的新型集成房屋拼装式型材,其特征在于,两个半体(2)的结构相同且其中一个半体(2)相对于另一半体(2)首尾对调后卡接在一起,所述的型材本体(1)两侧的拼接结构(100)中心对称。
  7. 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的新型集成房屋拼装式型材, 其特征在于,所述的拼接结构(100)呈逐级升高的台阶状,在拼接结构(100)靠近两块面板(101)的低端侧和高端侧分别设有凸部(13)和凹部(14),且凸部(13)和凹部(14)的形状相适应。
  8. 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的新型集成房屋拼装式型材,其特征在于,本型材还包括呈长条状的齐平条(3),所述的齐平条(3)的一侧具有平面(31),另一侧具有能与所述拼接结构(100)形状互补的填充结构(32)。
  9. 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的新型集成房屋拼装式型材,其特征在于,本型材还包括呈长条状且能扣合在型材本体(1)侧部的扣接条(4),所述的扣接条(4)的横截面呈U型,在U型的开口部形成向内凸出的扣紧部(41);所述的扣接条(4)和型材本体(1)之间还设有沿着型材本体(1)轴向延伸的U型扣(5),所述的U型扣(5)的强度大于扣接条(4)和型材本体(1)的强度。
  10. 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的新型集成房屋拼装式型材,其特征在于,本型材还包括呈柱状且能固定在型材本体(1)端部的柱体(6),所述的柱体(6)包括四个分别呈长条状且结构相同的直角条(61),四个直角条(61)分布在同一矩形的四角且相邻的两个直角条(61)之间形成供型材本体(1)端部插入的开口(63)或者通过连接条(62)固定连接,且在插入开口(63)的型材本体(1)端部和柱体(6)之间设有U型的连接扣(7)。
