Description

迷你制冰盒 技术领域
本发明涉及一种迷你制冰盒,尤其涉及一种用于冰箱内的迷你制冰盒。
背景技术
目前,冰箱中的制冰盒组件主要是由托架、制冰盒、旋钮、储冰盒四大部件组成,使用者在对制冰盒给水制冰后通过操作旋钮将冰块置于储冰盒中,留待冰镇时使用。但由于储冰盒是一盒体,体积大不便直接取出,所以在冰镇饮品时需另外寻找器皿盛取冰块,给使用者带来不便。而且制冰盒组件体积大,占用冰箱的使用空间,向制冰盒内加水时,水易漏入冰箱中,导致在冷冻过程中水汽蒸发后冻结在内胆上形成霜,从而影响冰箱制冷效果。此外,冰箱内存放的其他物品产生的气味会对制出冰块的口味有所影响,冰块也易受细菌污染。
鉴于以上问题,有必要提供一种新的迷你制冰盒,以解决上述技术问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明解决的技术问题是提供一种迷你制冰盒,该迷你制冰盒将可扭曲的冰格件设置在外壳内,并通过相对旋转盒体或盒盖而将所述冰格件扭曲进行脱冰,同时脱离的冰块收容在冰盒内,故而可将制冰、脱冰、储冰装置融为一体,且体积小巧、不串味、脱冰迅速、使用寿命长。
为解决上述问题,本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种迷你制冰盒,包括外壳以及设置在所述外壳内并呈柔性可扭曲的冰格件,其中
所述外壳包括盒体以及与所述盒体相配合并可相对于所述盒体旋转的盒盖,所述盒体、盒盖共同形成一收容空间,所述收容空间包括位于一侧以收容所述冰格件的固定腔以及位于另一侧以收容冰块的收容腔,所述冰格件的两端分别固定在所述盒体和所述盒盖上。
进一步地,所述外壳可呈圆柱状设计,且在所述外壳的外侧壁上设置有防止所述迷你制冰盒滚动的凸块。
进一步地,所述外壳可为一透明体,且其外侧壁上设置有标志注水位置的刻度线。
进一步地,所述收容空间的内壁面的横截面可呈圆形,所述冰格件外壁面的横截面呈弧形,且所述冰格件的外壁面贴靠所述固定腔的内壁面设置。
进一步地,所述盒盖可设有与所述盒体相配合的中空的筒状柱体、设置在所述筒状柱体一端的帽盖以及固定在所述帽盖上的密封盖。
进一步地,所述盒盖上可设置有注水口,且所述密封盖与所述注水口相对应的一侧可向外翻转以打开或者关闭所述注水口。
进一步地,所述筒状柱体或所述帽盖内还可设有与所述盒体顶部相抵靠的突环,所述突环与所述盒体顶部之间形成有相互抵接的第一接触面以及第二接触面。
进一步地,所述筒状柱体或帽盖内可设有与所述盒体相配合的密封圈。
进一步地,所述盒体可包括与所述筒状柱体相配合的配合端、位于所述配合端一侧的底端以及连接所述配合端和所述底端的连接端。
进一步地,所述盒体内侧底端、盒盖内侧顶端均可设置有卡持槽,所述冰格件的两端分别设置有与所述卡持槽相配合的卡持块。
本发明的有益效果是:相较于现有技术,本发明的迷你制冰盒将可扭曲的冰格件设置在外壳内,并通过相对旋转盒体或盒盖而将所述冰格件扭曲进行脱冰,同时脱离的冰块收容在冰盒内,故而可将制冰、脱冰、储冰装置融为一体,且本发明迷你制冰盒体积小巧、不串味、脱冰迅速、使用寿命长。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案以及优点更加清楚,下面结合附图和具体实施例对其进行详细描述。
参见图1和图2,本发明迷你制冰盒1000包括外壳100以及设置在外壳100内并呈柔性可扭曲的冰格件200,外壳100包括盒体120以及与盒体 120相配合并可相对于盒体120旋转的盒盖110,盒体120、盒盖110共同形成一收容空间130以收容冰格件200以及冰块(图中未示出),冰格件200的两端分别固定在盒体120和盒盖110上。将迷你制冰盒1000静置时,收容空间130包括位于一侧以固定冰格件200的固定腔131以及位于另一侧以收容冰块的收容腔132。收容空间130的内壁面的横截面呈圆形,冰格件200外壁面的横截面呈弧形,且冰格件200的外壁面贴靠固定腔131的内壁面设置。
在本实施例中,外壳100整体为一圆柱状的透明体,但在其他实施例中,本发明迷你制冰盒1000可以制成内壁面为圆柱状、外壁面为任意几何形状的制冰装置。参见图2、图3并结合图1所示,盒盖110设有与盒体120相配合的中空的筒状柱体112、设置在筒状柱体112一端的帽盖113以及固定在帽盖113上的密封盖114。盒盖110外侧顶端设置有注水口111,且注水口111与收容腔132相连通,密封盖114与注水口111相对应的一侧可向外翻转以开启注水口111。筒状柱体112在轴向上设置有若干个长条形透气缝115,其位于筒状柱体112远离帽盖113的一端,且长条形透气缝115的高度小于筒状柱体112自身高度的1/2,如此设置既可以减小与盒体120之间旋转摩擦力又能确保迷你制冰盒1000的密封性,使得使用者在反向旋转脱冰时不必过于费力。
筒状柱体112或帽盖113内还设有与盒体120顶部相抵靠的突环117,突环117与盒体120顶部之间形成有相互抵接的第一接触面118以及第二接触面119,通过第一接触面118、第二接触面119之间的紧密配合达到密封盒体120的目的。进一步地,为达到更好的密封效果,也可在直接在筒状柱体112或帽盖113内设置密封圈以与盒体120相配合达到进一步的密封。帽盖113内侧顶端上还设置有用以固定冰格件200的第一卡持槽116。
盒体120包括与盒盖110的筒状柱体112相配合的配合端121、位于配合端121一侧的底端122以及连接配合端121和底端122的连接端123。连接端123的外圆直径大于配合端121的外圆直径,等于底端122以及筒状柱体112的外圆直径,使得盒体120与盒盖110配合良好,且整体视觉效果较好。底端122内侧底面124上设有与第一卡持槽116相对应的第二卡持槽125,连接端123的外侧壁上还设置有标志注水位置的刻度线126以及防止迷你制冰盒1000滚动的凸块127。
参见图4并结合图1所示,冰格件200包括由若干个冰格210整齐排布构成的半圆柱状的制冰盒220以及自制冰盒220两端分别向外突伸的卡持块230。卡持块230分别与第一卡持槽116、第二卡持槽125相配合用以固定制冰盒220。第一卡持槽116、第二卡持槽125与卡持块230的配合面均设置有倒角,用以减小摩擦力,增加迷你制冰盒1000的使用寿命。
使用时,取本发明迷你制冰盒1000,打开密封盖114,将水注入迷你制冰盒1000内,直至水位达到刻度线126的位置。此时,关闭密封盖114,将迷你制冰盒1000横向放置在冰箱的冷冻室(图中未示出)内,使水自动注满冰格件200,静置6小时(时间视具体情况而定)直至冰格件200内的水成型为冰块。取出上述迷你制冰盒1000,将盒盖110与盒体120反向旋转,使得冰格件200扭曲,进而使得冰格件200内的冰块脱落至收容腔132。打开密封盖114或盒盖110,倾斜盒体120取出冰块。当迷你制冰盒1000需要清洗时,可打开盒盖110,取出冰格件200,分别对各个部件进行清洁。
相较于现有技术,本发明的迷你制冰盒1000将可扭曲的冰格件200设置在外壳100内,并通过相对旋转盒体或盒盖而将冰格件200扭曲进行脱冰,同时脱离的冰块收容在迷你制冰盒1000内,故而可将制冰、脱冰、储冰装置融为一体,且迷你制冰盒1000体积小巧、不串味、脱冰迅速、使用寿命长。
特别需要指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在本发明的引导下所作出的针对本发明的等效变化,仍应包含在本发明申请专利范围所主导的范围中。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种迷你制冰盒,包括外壳以及设置在所述外壳内并呈柔性可扭曲的冰格件,其中
    所述外壳包括盒体以及与所述盒体相配合并可相对于所述盒体旋转的盒盖,所述盒体、盒盖共同形成一收容空间,所述收容空间包括位于一侧以收容所述冰格件的固定腔以及位于另一侧以收容冰块的收容腔,所述冰格件的两端分别固定在所述盒体和所述盒盖上。
