一种医用贴敷固定胶带,包括底层的硅凝胶层(1)和覆盖在硅凝胶层(1)上方的聚氨酯膜层(2),硅凝胶层(1)和聚氨酯膜层(2)之间还设有由网状结构的连接层(3),网状结构的连接层(3)可以使硅凝胶渗入其形成的空隙中,使硅凝胶层(1)形成一个以网状结构连接层(3)为骨架的整体,使得硅凝胶不易局部脱落,加强胶带本身的强度和胶带与皮肤粘接的牢固度。该胶带透气性好、对皮肤无刺激、贴敷效果好,不易脱落。

一种医用贴敷固定胶带
技术领域
本发明涉及胶带领域, 具体的说是一种医用贴敷固定胶带。
背景技术
目前, 医用胶带, 例如创可贴或伤口垫等, 是贴覆于皮肤上作为固定伤口或敷料之用, 所述的胶带部分, 主要是在载体层的一面涂布有胶水, 以便贴覆在皮肤上进行固定。 虽然胶 带能贴覆在皮肤上达到固定以及防护的目的, 但是因为胶带用胶水贴覆不易透气, 所以会产 生泛红、 发痒、 产生过敏的现象, 并且如果胶带遭遇水分或汗水的浸湿, 使皮肤上的水分或 汗渍不易散发, 反而浸渍在皮肤表面, 不仅粘着力降低, 胶带容易脱落, 更有甚者, 皮肤因 长期浸湿而泛白、 起褶皱, 更容易滋生细菌, 使伤口发炎不易愈合; 而且这种胶带在拆换 时, 易拉伤皮肤。
发明内容
本发明提供一种医用贴敷固定胶带, 解决了现有胶带存在的缺陷, 对皮肤无毒、 无剌 激, 防水、 透气性好, 贴敷固定牢固、 舒适, 剥离温和、 柔顺, 不会产生痛感。
为了达到上述目的, 本发明采用如下的技术方案: 一种医用贴敷固定胶带, 包括底层的 硅凝胶层和覆盖在所述硅凝胶层上方的聚氨酯膜层。
硅凝胶无毒、 无味, 能很好固定住敷料, 但是拆换敷料时不会对皮肤造成拉伤; 聚氨酯 膜为无毒无害、 弹性佳的薄膜, 具有抗菌性能, 透气性好, 与皮肤直接接触亲柔, 无伤害, 伤口愈合快。
作为优选, 所述硅凝胶层和所述聚氨酯膜层之间还设有连接层。
连接层可以加强硅凝胶层与聚氨酯膜层之间的连接, 使两者不易分离, 提高了胶带的强 度和牢固度, 延长了其使用寿命。
作为优选, 所述连接层为网状结构。
网状结构的连接层可以使硅凝胶渗入其形成的空隙中, 从而使硅凝胶层形成一个以网状 结构连接层为骨架的整体, 使得硅凝胶不易局部脱落, 因而加强胶带本身的强度和胶带与皮 肤粘接的牢固度。
作为优选, 所述连接层为无纺布层。
无纺布层既可具有网状结构特征, 又具有轻薄透气和成本低廉等特点。 作为优选, 所述连接层具有粗超的上下表面。
通常连接层使用薄型材料, 粗糙的上下表面有利于硅凝胶即使在较大压力条件下依然能 在连接层上下表面形成较好的互联, 从而进一步加强薄型连接层作为硅凝胶层的骨架的支撑 功能, 增强胶带本身的强度和胶带与皮肤粘接的牢固性, 特别是使得硅凝胶不易局部脱落。
作为优选, 所述硅凝胶层设有透气孔, 使整个胶带的透气性更好。
作为优选, 所述透气孔的直径为 1-5 mm。
太小的透气孔透气效果差, 透气孔直径过大会使硅凝胶层整体化差, 容易脱落, 导致胶 带强度差、 寿命短。
作为优选, 所述透气孔均匀分布, 提高硅凝胶的整体化, 加大胶带的拉伸强度。
通过实施上述的技术方案, 本发明具有如下的有益效果: 1.较现有胶带透气性好, 避免 了伤口处皮肤浸渍泛白, 细菌的滋生导致发炎, 有利于伤口的快速愈合; 2. 对皮肤无剌 激、 无伤害, 贴敷舒适, 剥离温和、 柔顺, 不会产生痛感; 3.贴敷效果好, 不易脱落, 尤其 是硅凝胶层不容易产生局部脱落现象, 而且胶带的整体牢固性好, 使用寿命长。

如附图 1所示的一种医用贴敷固定胶带, 包括底层的硅凝胶层 1和覆盖在所述硅凝胶层 1上方的聚氨酯膜层 2, 硅凝胶层 1和聚氨酯膜层 2之间还设有由网状结构的无纺布形成的 连接层 3, 网状结构的连接层 3可以使硅凝胶形成一个以网状结构连接层为骨架的整体, 使 其不易局部脱落, 提高了胶带的整体牢固度, 无纺布无毒, 透气性好, 而且具有一定的抗菌 性, 利于伤口的愈合, 无纺布的成本也低, 采用无纺布降低了胶带的生产成本; 无纺布上下 表面粗超, 所述硅凝胶层 1设有均匀分布的透气孔 11, 透气孔 11的直径为 1-5皿, 本实施 例为 2mm, 合适孔径大小的透气孔 11可以加强硅凝胶的整体性, 本身的强度和胶带与皮肤 粘接的牢固性, 特别是使得硅凝胶不易局部脱落。

1.一种医用贴敷固定胶带, 其特征在于: 包括底层的硅凝胶层 (1) 和覆盖 在所述硅凝胶层 (1) 上方的聚氨酯膜层 (2)。
2.根据权利要求 1所述一种医用贴敷固定胶带, 其特征在于: 所述硅凝胶 层 (1) 和所述聚氨酯膜层 (2) 之间还设有连接层 (3)。
3.根据权利要求 2所述一种医用贴敷固定胶带, 其特征在于: 所述连接层 (3) 为网状结构。
4.根据权利要求 2所述一种医用贴敷固定胶带, 其特征在于: 所述连接层 (3) 为无纺布或竹纤维布。
5.根据权利要求 3所述一种医用贴敷固定胶带, 其特征在于: 所述连接层 (3) 具有粗糙的上下表面。
6.根据权利要求 5所述一种医用贴敷固定胶带, 其特征在于: 所述硅凝胶 层 (1) 设有透气孔 (11)。
7.根据权利要求 6所述一种医用贴敷固定胶带, 其特征在于: 所述透气孔 (11) 的直径为 0.5- 5 mm。
