本发明涉及办公器件领域， 更具体的说， 涉及一种邮件提示器。
【背景技术】
本人已设计了一种邮件提示器， 包括壳体、 电路板以及通过导线与所述电 路板连接的与电脑进行插接配合的 usb插头， 电路板上设有指示灯和声控电路 板； usb插头与电脑插接， 当接收到邮件时指示灯发出光亮， 同时声控电路发出 声音提醒使用者有未读邮件， 从而方便使用者发现未读邮件。 壳体包括通过热 熔固定的面壳和底壳， 电路板通过螺丝固定在底壳上。 此方案未公开。 面壳和 底壳热熔固定， 热熔固定不易拆卸， 一旦壳体内的器件出现故障就不易拆开壳 体进行检查和维修。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种可拆卸固定的面壳和底壳。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的： 一种邮件提示器， 包括壳体、 固定在所述壳体内的电路板和通过导线与所述电路板连接的 usb插头，所述壳体 包括可拆卸固定的面壳和底壳。
优选的， 所述面壳和底壳通过螺丝固定。 螺丝固定牢固， 便于安装和拆卸。 优选的， 所述面壳设有螺孔柱， 所述底壳设有与所述螺孔柱配合的螺丝孔。 面壳和底壳通过螺丝固定的一种具体方式。
优选的， 所述底壳沿所述螺丝孔延伸有一延伸部， 所述延伸部内表面设有 与所述螺丝孔内的螺纹配合的螺纹。 螺丝孔延伸有延伸部增加和螺丝的配合面 积， 使固定更加牢固。

本发明公开一种邮件提示器， 如图 1至图 3所示， 包括壳体、 固定在所述壳 体内的电路板 3和通过导线与所述电路板 3连接的 usb插头 4,所述壳体包括可 拆卸固定的面壳 1和底壳 2。本发明由于壳体的面壳 1和底壳 2通过可拆卸固定 的方式固定， 从而方便拆卸面壳 1和底壳 2, —旦壳体内的器件出现故障就方便 拆开壳体进行检查和维修。
本实施例中， 面壳 1和底壳 2通过螺丝固定， 螺丝固定牢固， 便于安装和拆 卸， 具体的， 结合图 2和图 3 , 面壳设有螺孔柱 11 , 底壳 2设有与螺孔柱 11配 合的螺丝孔 21 ; 底壳 2沿螺丝孔 21延伸有一延伸部 22, 延伸部 22内表面设有 与螺丝孔 21内的螺纹配合的螺纹， 从而增加和螺丝的配合面积， 使固定更加牢 固。
如图 2所示， 面壳 1边沿设有用于放置底壳的平台 12, 面壳 1和底壳配合时 底壳放置在面壳 1内使面壳 1和底壳 2固定更加牢固。 本实施例平台 12到面壳 边沿的距离等于底壳的厚度， 这样设置使面壳 1 和底壳的表面平整。 延伸部的 高度等于螺孔柱 11到平台的高度， 这样设置在底壳放置在平台上时延伸部和螺 孔柱 11 接触， 不仅平台对底壳起到限位支撑的作用， 同时延伸部和螺孔柱 11 也对底壳起到限位支撑的作用。
本实施例中， 底壳 2沿螺丝孔 21设有用于放置螺丝的凹陷， 设置凹陷使螺 丝位于壳体内部， 防止螺丝受损。
本实施例中， 电路板 3通过螺丝固定在底壳 2上， 螺丝固定牢固， 便于拆卸 和安装电路板 3 , 电路板 3上设有指示灯和声控电路； 当接收到邮件时指示灯发 光， 同时声控电路发出声音， 从而提醒使用者有未读邮件。
如图 1所示， 邮件提示器还包括通过导线与电路板 3连接的 usb接口 6, usb 接口 6通过一固定件 7固定在壳体上，设置 usb接口 6便于其它 usb器件与电脑 连接配合， 进而方便使用。
如图 1所示， 邮件提示器还包括固定在面壳 1上的邮件标志 5 , 通过邮件标 志 5方便使用者辨认， 且方便消费者购买。
本实施例面壳 1和底壳 2也可以采用其它的可拆卸固定方式， 比如， 面壳和 底壳通过卡接固定。

3、 如权利要求 2所述的邮件提示器， 其特征在于， 所述面壳设有螺孔柱， 所述底壳设有与所述螺孔柱配合的螺丝孔。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的邮件提示器， 其特征在于， 所述底壳沿所述螺丝孔 延伸有一延伸部， 所述延伸部内表面设有与所述螺丝孔内的螺纹配合的螺纹。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的邮件提示器， 其特征在于， 所述面壳边沿设有用于 放置所述底壳的平台。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的邮件提示器， 其特征在于， 所述平台到所述面壳边 沿的距离等于所述底壳的厚度。
7、 如权利要求 5所述的邮件提示器， 其特征在于， 所述延伸部的高度等于 所述螺孔柱到所述平台的高度。
8、 如权利要求 3所述的邮件提示器， 其特征在于， 所述底壳沿所述螺丝孔 设有用于放置螺丝的凹陷。
9、 如权利要求 1所述的邮件提示器， 其特征在于， 所述面壳和底壳通过卡 接固定。
10、 如权利要求 3 所述的邮件提示器， 其特征在于， 所述邮件提示器还包 括通过导线与所述电路板连接的 usb接口。
