在中国发明专利(CN202711140U)中,公开了一种支架,该支架包括可与电子产品的显示屏连接的固定板、可插、拔固定于一键盘底部的支撑脚以及连接于所述固定板与所述支撑脚之间的转轴,所述支撑脚与所述固定板可分别绕所述转轴转动,该支撑脚包括绕转轴转动的第一支撑脚和第二支撑脚,通过转动任一支撑脚来调节二者之间的支撑角度,以支撑电子产品并调节电子产品的显示屏与第一支撑脚和第二支撑脚之间的角度。然而,这种用于支撑并调节电子产品放置角度的支架仅适用于水平放置平面,例如,桌面。然而,该支架无法满足用户将电子产品固定于任意安装物上的要求,例如,该安装物可以是墙壁、门窗、家具、运动器械、冰箱、玻璃、金属、横杆、柱状物或者任意光滑物表面。
技术问题
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供提供一种支架固定座,旨在解决现有技术中支架难以满足用户将电子产品固定于任意安装物上的要求的问题。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的,一种支架固定座,设置于支架与安装物之间并用于将所述支架固定于所述安装物上,所述支架包括用于支撑电子产品的支撑部以及固定臂,所述支架还包括用于安装所述电子产品的连接部、具有连接臂的第一支撑脚以及与所述第一支撑脚同轴转动并具有水平部的第二支撑脚,所述第一支撑脚和所述第二支撑脚与所述连接部转动连接,所述水平部卡设于所述连接臂的内侧以形成所述固定臂,所述支架固定座包括固定板、固定安装于所述固定板上并固定连接于所述固定臂的连接组件以及设置于所述固定板上并固定连接于所述安装物的固定组件。
进一步地,所述固定组件包括设有固定孔的所述固定板以及穿过所述固定孔以将所述支架固定于所述安装物上的紧固件。
进一步地,所述固定组件包括设有一对贯穿孔的所述固定板以及穿过所述贯穿孔以将所述支架固定于所述安装物上的固定带,所述贯穿孔位于所述固定板相面对的两侧边。
进一步地,所述固定组件包括设置于所述固定板上的连接部件以及与所述连接部件固定连接并吸附于所述安装物上的吸盘部件,所述连接部件与所述连接组件分别设置于所述固定板的相对两表面上。
优选地,所述吸盘部件包括吸附于所述安装物上的吸盘体、固定安装于所述吸盘体和所述连接部件之间的压盘、转动连接于所述连接部件并位于所述压盘与所述连接部件之间的调节件以及位于所述调节件与所述吸盘体之间并通过调节所述调节件以相对所述压盘移动的抵顶部件。
优选地,所述固定板设有收容孔,所述连接部件包括位于所述收容孔外围的挡止圈,所述挡止圈设有缺口,所述调节件包括设有导通孔的连接柱以及沿所述连接柱径向延伸并位于所述缺口内的调节杆,所述压盘包括与所述吸盘体边缘连接并容置于所述挡止圈内且固定于所述固定板上的盘体部以及沿所述盘体部突出并穿过所述导通孔容置于所述收容孔内的导柱。
优选地,所述抵顶部件包括用于抵顶所述吸盘体的抵顶件、弹性连接于所述抵顶件与所述调节件之间的弹簧以及与所述抵顶件固定连接并卡设于所述调节件上的固定柱,所述抵顶件包括抵顶所述吸盘体的抵顶盘以及沿所述抵顶盘突出以套设所述弹簧并设有通孔的连接杆,所述固定柱沿所述弹簧的径向插入所述通孔并固定连接于所述调节件上,所述导柱设有容置所述连接杆和所述弹簧的容置孔以及与所述容置孔相互贯通且用于供所述固定柱滑动的滑动孔。
优选地,所述调节件设有位于所述连接柱上并朝向所述固定板的扣合部,所述固定柱的两端卡合于所述扣合部。
进一步地,所述连接组件包括设置于所述固定板上并沿所述固定臂的底部环抱所述固定臂的挂扣部以及安装于所述固定板上并沿所述固定臂的顶部限制所述固定臂的接插件,所述接插件与所述挂扣部分别位于所述固定臂的相对两侧。
优选地,所述接插件包括固定安装于所述固定板上并位于挂扣部上方的固定罩、容置于所述固定罩内并可相对所述固定罩上下移动以与上述固定臂配合的扣合件以及弹性连接于所述固定罩与所述扣合件之间的弹性件。
有益效果
本发明提供的支架固定座通过连接组件与支架的固定臂可拆卸连接,以将支架与支架固定座固定安装,便于根据不同的安装物换用不同的支架固定座,另外,通过固定组件将安装有电子产品的支架固定安装于安装物上,实现对电子产品的壁挂或者悬挂,可以在不同的安装物上使用电子产品,使用方便,结构简单。

本发明的实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
请参照图1和图2,本发明第一实施例提供的支架固定座1设置于支架2与安装物(未图示)之间并用于将支架2固定于安装物上,所述支架2包括用于支撑电子产品4的支撑部以及与所述支架固定座1配合的固定臂21,所述支架2还包括用于安装所述电子产品4的连接部22、具有连接臂231的第一支撑脚23以及与所述第一支撑脚23同轴转动并具有水平部241的第二支撑脚24,24',所述第一支撑脚23和所述第二支撑脚24,24’与所述连接部22转动连接,所述水平部241卡设于所述连接臂231的内侧以形成所述固定臂21,所述支架固定座1包括固定板11、固定安装于所述固定板11上并固定连接于所述固定臂21的连接组件13以及设置于所述固定板11上并固定连接于所述安装物的固定组件12。该支架固定座1采用所述连接组件13与固定安装有电子产品4的支架2固定连接,并将固定组件12固定安装于安装物上以将支架2固定于安装物上,这样,将安装有电子产品4的支架2直接固定至安装物上,即将电子产品4固定于任意安装物上。优选地,所述电子产品4可以是平板电脑、智能手机、电子书或者掌上电脑等。优选地,该安装物可以是墙壁、门窗、家具、运动器械、冰箱、玻璃、金属、横杆、立柱或者任意具有光滑表面的物体等,不限于所列举的。
请再次参照图1和图2,本实施例中,所述第二支撑脚24为T型,或者所述第二支撑脚24’为U型,所述第二支撑脚24,24’可以为其他任意形状。在其他实施例中,所述支架2的固定臂21由连接臂231和水平部241一体成型而制成,所述支架2的其他结构与上述实施例的相同。
具体的,请参照图3,所述固定组件12a设有固定孔14a,并包括穿过所述固定孔14a以将所述支架2固定于所述安装物3a上的紧固件15a。在本实施例中,所述固定孔14a设置于固定板11上,该紧固件15a为螺栓、螺丝或者螺钉等,利用紧固件15a穿过固定孔14a可以将支架2固定于墙壁等安装物3a上,以便于用户将电子产品4固定于墙壁等安装物3a上。在其他实施例中,所述固定组件12还包括固定于所述安装物3a上并与所述固定板11可拆卸连接的支托架(未图示),所述支托架包括设有固定孔并与所述固定板11相对的背板、位于所述背板相对两侧以夹设于所述固定板11的侧板以及位于沿所述背板底部突出以支挡所述固定板11的底板,通过将紧固件15a固定于背板的固定孔内以将该固定组件12a固定于墙壁等安装物3a上,并将固定有电子产品4的支架2固定于墙壁等安装物3a上。
请参照图1和图4,所述连接组件13包括设置于固定板11上并沿所述固定臂21的底部环抱所述固定臂21的挂扣部131以及安装于所述固定板11上并沿所述固定臂21的顶部限制所述固定臂21的接插件132,所述接插件132与所述挂扣部131分别位于所述固定臂21的相对两侧。更优地,所述挂扣部131与所述固定板11由一体成型而制成。该挂扣部131沿固定板11凸出且呈L型以使固定臂21挂扣于所述支架固定座1上。并利用接插件132抵持于固定臂21以将支架2固定于挂扣部131与接插件132之间。
请参照图4,进一步地,所述接插件132包括固定安装于所述固定板11上并位于挂扣部 131上方的固定罩133、容置于所述固定罩133内并可相对所述固定罩133上下移动以与上述固定臂21配合的扣合件134以及弹性连接于所述固定罩133与所述扣合件134之间的弹性件135。本实施例中,所述固定罩133设有一对朝向所述挂扣部131开口设置的滑动口1331以及与所述固定板11相对的按压孔1332,所述扣合件134包括容置于所述固定罩133内的本体部1351,沿所述本体部1351朝向所述挂扣部131突出并穿过所述滑动口1331以抵接于所述固定臂21的接插部1352,沿所述本体部1351突出以容置于所述按压孔1332内的按压部1353以及位于所述本体部1351上以与所述弹性件135配合的抵接部1354。使用时,通过拨动所述按压部1353使按压部1353沿按压孔1332移动,以使弹性件135处于自由状态或者压缩状态,而使所述接插部1352伸出滑动口1331以抵接所述固定臂21或者容置于所述固定罩133内以便于拆装固定臂21。更优地,所述弹性件135为弹簧,该弹簧一端抵接于所述抵接部1354以及另一端抵靠于所述固定罩133上。
本发明第二实施例提供的支架固定座1是在第一实施例的基础上对固定组件12进行改进,其他未改进的部分与第一实施例相同,请参照图5,所述固定组件12b设有一对位于所述固定板11相对两侧边的贯穿孔14b,并包括穿过所述贯穿孔14b以将所述支架2固定于所述安装物3b上的固定带15b。利用固定带15b将安装有电子产品4的支架2固定于安装物3b上,该安装物3b可以是横杆、立柱等杆状物,可选地,该固定带15b上设有魔术贴、锁扣与扣孔配合的结构、或者固定环扣等,所述固定环扣套设于所述固定带15b上以调节所述固定带15b使用长度。
本发明第三实施例提供的支架固定座1是在第一实施例的基础上对固定组件12进行改进,其他未改进的部分与第一实施例相同,请参照图6,所述固定组件12c包括设置于所述固定板11上的连接部件14c以及与所述连接部件14c固定连接并吸附于所述安装物3c上的吸盘部件15c,所述连接部件14c与所述连接组件13分别设置于所述固定板11的相对两表面上。在该实施例中,利用吸盘部件15c吸附于具有光滑表面的安装物3c上,以将安装有电子产品4的支架2固定于安装物3c上,可选地,该安装物3c可以为光滑玻璃表面、镜面、光滑金属面或者光滑瓷砖表面等。
请参照图7和图8,进一步地,所述吸盘部件15c包括吸附于所述安装物3c上的吸盘体151、固定安装于所述吸盘体151和所述连接部件14c之间的压盘152、转动连接于所述连接部件14c并位于所述压盘152与所述连接部件14c之间的调节件153以及位于所述调节件153与所述吸盘体151之间并通过调节所述调节件153以相对所述压盘152移动的抵顶部件154。使用时,通过调节所述调节件153带动所述抵顶部件154相对压盘152移动并抵顶吸盘体151,从而将吸盘体151中的空气排出形成真空,增加吸盘体151与安装物3c之间的吸力,保证安装可靠度。更优地,所述吸盘体151的边缘处设有便于拆装的开启块1511。
请参照图7至图9,更进一步地,所述固定板11设有收容孔111,所述连接部件14c包括位于所述收容孔111外围的挡止圈141,所述挡止圈141设有缺口142,所述调节件153包括设有导通孔1532的连接柱1531以及沿所述连接柱1531径向延伸并位于所述缺口142内的调节杆1533,所述压盘152包括与所述吸盘体151边缘连接并容置于所述挡止圈141内且固定于所述固定板11上的盘体部1521以及沿所述盘体部1521突出并穿过所述导通孔1532容置于所述收容孔111内的导柱1522。安装时,将所述压盘152的盘体部1521固定于固定板11上并容置于挡止圈141内,调节杆1533位于固定板11与所述盘体部1521之间并可在所述缺口142内转动以带动抵顶部件154移动,所述导柱1522穿过调节件153的导通孔1532并容置于所述固定板11的收容孔111内,所述盘体部1521的边缘与所述吸盘体151的边缘紧密连接。使用时,通过转动调节杆1533以使所述调节杆1533在所述缺口142内转动并带动抵顶部件154移动,以抵顶吸盘体151。
请参照图7至图9,再进一步地,所述抵顶部件154包括用于抵顶所述吸盘体151的抵顶件155、弹性连接于抵顶件155与调节件153之间的弹簧156以及与上述抵顶件155固定连接并卡设于所述调节件153上的固定柱157,所述抵顶件155包括抵顶所述吸盘体151的抵顶盘1551以及沿所述抵顶盘1551突出并设有通孔1553的连接杆1552,所述通孔1553沿所述连接杆1552的径向设置,所述弹簧156套设于所述连接杆1552并抵接于所述抵顶盘1551与调节件153之间,所述固定柱157沿弹簧156的径向插入所述通孔1553并固定连接于调节件153上,所述导柱1522设有容置所述连接杆1552和所述弹簧156的容置孔1523以及与所述容置孔1523相互贯通且用于供所述固定柱157滑动的滑动孔1524。该抵顶盘1551位于吸盘体151与盘体部1521之间并与所述连接杆1552由一体成型而制成,安装时,将弹簧156套设于所述连接杆1552上,将弹簧156和连接杆1552收容于所述容置孔1523内,利用连接杆1552穿过滑动孔1524、弹簧156并插设于固定孔内,且连接杆1552的两端与调节件153的连接柱1531固定配合。更优地,所述弹簧156为塔形弹簧,所述滑动孔1524为长条形孔以使抵顶部件154具有一定移动距离。
请参照图8和图9,优选地,所述调节件153设有位于所述连接柱1531上并朝向所述固定板11的扣合部1534,所述固定柱157的两端卡合于所述扣合部1534。所述固定柱157的两端卡合于所述扣合部1534内以使抵顶部件154随调节件153的转动而沿滑动孔1524移动。
本发明所述的支架固定座1,通过连接组件13与支架2的固定臂21可拆卸连接,以将支架2与支架固定座1固定安装,便于根据不同的安装物换用不同的支架固定座1,另外,通过固定组件12将安装有电子产品的支架2固定安装于安装物上,实现对电子产品的壁挂或者悬挂,可以在不同的安装物上使用电子产品,使用方便,结构简单。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种支架固定座,设置于支架与安装物之间并用于将所述支架固定于所述安装物上,所述支架包括用于支撑电子产品的支撑部以及固定臂,其特征在于,所述支架还包括用于安装所述电子产品的连接部、具有连接臂的第一支撑脚以及与所述第一支撑脚同轴转动并具有水平部的第二支撑脚,所述第一支撑脚和所述第二支撑脚与所述连接部转动连接,所述水平部卡设于所述连接臂的内侧以形成所述固定臂,所述支架固定座包括固定板、固定安装于所述固定板上并固定连接于所述固定臂的连接组件以及设置于所述固定板上并固定连接于所述安装物的固定组件。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的支架固定座,其特征在于,所述固定组件包括设有固定孔的所述固定板以及穿过所述固定孔以将所述支架固定于所述安装物上的紧固件。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的支架固定座,其特征在于,所述固定组件包括设有一对贯穿孔的所述固定板以及穿过所述贯穿孔以将所述支架固定于所述安装物上的固定带,所述贯穿孔位于所述固定板相面对的两侧边。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的支架固定座,其特征在于,所述固定组件包括设置于所述固定板上的连接部件以及与所述连接部件固定连接并吸附于所述安装物上的吸盘部件,所述连接部件与所述连接组件分别设置于所述固定板的相对两表面上。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的支架固定座,其特征在于,所述吸盘部件包括吸附于所述安装物上的吸盘体、固定安装于所述吸盘体和所述连接部件之间的压盘、转动连接于所述连接部件并位于所述压盘与所述连接部件之间的调节件以及位于所述调节件与所述吸盘体之间并通过调节所述调节件以相对所述压盘移动的抵顶部件。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的支架固定座,其特征在于,所述固定板设有收容孔,所述连接部件包括位于所述收容孔外围的挡止圈,所述挡止圈设有缺口,所述调节件包括设有导通孔的连接柱以及沿所述连接柱径向延伸并位于所述缺口内的调节杆,所述压盘包括与所述吸盘体边缘连接并容置于所述挡止圈内且固定于所述固定板上的盘体部以及沿所述盘体部突出并穿过所述导通孔容置于所述收容孔内的导柱。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的支架固定座,其特征在于,所述抵顶部件包括用于抵顶所述吸盘体的抵顶件、弹性连接于所述抵顶件与所述调节件之间的弹簧以及与所述抵顶件固定连接并卡设于所述调节件上的固定柱,所述抵顶件包括抵顶所述吸盘体的抵顶盘以及沿所述抵顶盘突出以套设所述弹簧并设有通孔的连接杆,所述固定柱沿所述弹簧的径向插入所述通孔并固定连接于所述调节件上,所述导柱设有容置所述连接杆和所述弹簧的容置孔以及与所述容置孔相互贯通且用于供所述固定柱滑动的滑动孔。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的支架固定座,其特征在于,所述调节件设有位于所述连接柱上并朝向所述固定板的扣合部,所述固定柱的两端卡合于所述扣合部。
  9. 如权利要求1至8任意一项所述的支架固定座,其特征在于,所述连接组件包括设置于所述固定板上并沿所述固定臂的底部环抱所述固定臂的挂扣部以及安装于所述固定板上并沿所述固定臂的顶部限制所述固定臂的接插件,所述接插件与所述挂扣部分别位于所述固定臂的相对两侧。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的支架固定座,其特征在于,所述接插件包括固定安装于所述固定板上并位于挂扣部上方的固定罩、容置于所述固定罩内并可相对所述固定罩上下移动以与上述固定臂配合的扣合件以及弹性连接于所述固定罩与所述扣合件之间的弹性件。
