技术领域
本发明用于燃气灶具领域,特别是涉及一种智能供断燃气的灶具。
背景技术
目前各类可燃气体在人们的生活中已是不可缺少的重要组成部分,它给人们的生活带来了很多方便。然而燃气的使用也给人们的生活带来了一些事故隐患。很多用户使用燃气灶具时,经常忽略或忘记管道主阀的关闭,使可燃气体在胶管中带压滞留,结果由胶管老化、脱落、龟裂、火源自熄及灶具阀门失控等原因产生的燃气泄露所引起的中毒、火灾、爆炸等事故时常发生,给人们的生命财产造成巨大的损失。如何安全使用燃气,消除和避免这些事故隐患的发生,是燃气使用过程中一个急需解决的问题,也是各级政府及广大市民急切关注的重大问题。
现有的燃气安全器械,如:管道终端阀门、燃气报警阀、压控自闭阀等,这些装置可有效防止此类事故的发生,但是,使用时需手动操作,使得便捷性很差,而且容易遗忘而存在诸多隐患。
此外,现有的燃气灶具在使用过程中,当厨师将锅具离开燃烧器进行其他操作时,燃烧器内的火焰不能够及时关闭,从而存在火焰空烧、浪费燃气的现象。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种可自动阻断或导通燃气供应,使用便捷、避免遗忘,杜绝火焰空烧、浪费燃气的节能减排型智能供断燃气的灶具。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种智能供断燃气的灶具,包括面板、位于面板上的锅具放置架以及设有点火装置的燃烧器,与燃烧器接通设有燃气管,燃气管上设有控制阀,控制阀当锅具放置在锅具放置架上时可阻断燃气管内燃气,当锅具离开锅具放置架时可导通燃气管内燃气。
进一步作为本发明技术方案的改进,控制阀包括位于锅具放置架下方的磁吸气阀,磁吸气阀包括阀体、与燃气管接通的进气口和出气口以及可在阀体内上下移动来阻断或导通进气口和出气口的磁性阀芯。
进一步作为本发明技术方案的改进,磁性阀芯与阀体间设有弹性连接件。
进一步作为本发明技术方案的改进,阀体与锅具底面的距离为1cm~5cm。
本发明的有益效果:本智能供断燃气的灶具中,当锅具离开锅具放置架时,控制阀动作并导通燃气管内燃气,同时,配合燃烧器上的点火装置实现对锅具的火焰加热;而当锅具使用完毕后并放置在锅具放置架时,控制阀动作并阻断燃气管内燃气。本发明通过上述设计,以锅具与锅具放置架的位置关系确定燃气管内燃气的供断,使用便捷、避免遗忘,保证使用安全的同时,杜绝火焰空烧和燃气浪费,最终实现节能减排的效果。

具体实施方式
参照图1、图2,本发明提供了一种智能供断燃气的灶具,包括面板1、位于面板1上的锅具放置架2以及设有点火装置3的燃烧器4,与燃烧器4接通设有燃气管5,燃气管5上设有控制阀6,控制阀6当锅具7放置在锅具放置架2上时可阻断燃气管5内燃气,当锅具7离开锅具放置架2时可导通燃气管5内燃气。
本智能供断燃气的灶具中,当锅具7离开锅具放置架2时,控制阀6动作并导通燃气管5内燃气,同时,配合燃烧器4上的点火装置3实现对锅具7的火焰加热;而当锅具7使用完毕后并放置在锅具放置架2时,控制阀6动作并阻断燃气管5内燃气。本发明通过上述设计,以锅具7与锅具放置架2的位置关系确定燃气管5内燃气的供断,使用便捷、避免遗忘,保证使用安全的同时,杜绝火焰空烧和燃气浪费,最终实现节能减排的效果。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,控制阀6包括位于锅具放置架2下方的磁吸气阀,磁吸气阀包括阀体61、与燃气管5接通的进气口62和出气口63以及可在阀体61内上下移动来阻断或导通进气口62和出气口63的磁性阀芯64,磁性阀芯64与阀体61间设有弹性连接件65。
由于锅具7大多为铁质锅体,控制阀6优选为磁吸气阀,当锅具7从燃烧器4上取走并放置在锅具放置架2上时,阀体61与锅具7底面的距离为1cm~5cm,此时,磁性阀芯64在磁力的作用下克服自身重力和弹性连接件65(优选为设在阀芯上侧的压缩弹簧)的弹力,在阀体61内向上滑动并阻断进气口62和出气口63,从而实现燃气管5内燃气的断供,熄灭燃烧器4上的火焰;当锅具7从锅具放置架2上取走后,磁性阀芯64在自身重力和弹性连接件65的张力下,在阀体61内向下滑动并导通进气口62和出气口63,同时配合配合燃烧器4上的点火装置3实现对锅具7的火焰加热。
当然,本发明创造并不局限于上述实施方式,熟悉本领域的技术人员在不违背本发明精神的前提下还可作出等同变形或替换,这些等同的变型或替换均包含在本申请权利要求所限定的范围内。

Claims (4)

  1. 一种智能供断燃气的灶具,其特征在于:包括面板、位于所述面板上的锅具放置架以及设有点火装置的燃烧器,与所述燃烧器接通设有燃气管,所述燃气管上设有控制阀,所述控制阀当锅具放置在锅具放置架上时可阻断燃气管内燃气,当锅具离开锅具放置架时可导通燃气管内燃气。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的智能供断燃气的灶具,其特征在于:所述控制阀包括位于所述锅具放置架下方的磁吸气阀,所述磁吸气阀包括阀体、与燃气管接通的进气口和出气口以及可在所述阀体内上下移动来阻断或导通进气口和出气口的磁性阀芯。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的智能供断燃气的灶具,其特征在于:所述磁性阀芯与阀体间设有弹性连接件。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的智能供断燃气的灶具,其特征在于:所述阀体与锅具底面的距离为1cm~5cm。
