因此本优选实施例的箱体结构通过隔离部对箱体结构的多个环状闭合箱体进行分离,从而便于人员对其进行搬运操作。
请参照图2A和图2B,图2A为本发明的箱体结构的环状闭合箱体的展开示意图;图2B为本发明的箱体结构的环状闭合箱体的折叠示意图。本优选实施例的箱体结构的环状闭合箱体20包括多个箱体部21,多个箱体部21通过连接件22依次首尾连接形成环状闭合箱体20,其中连接件22位于环状闭合箱体20的可折叠处。
本优选实施例的箱体结构展开使用时,如图2A所示,四个箱体部21通过连接件22依次首尾连接,相邻的箱体部21的长度方向相互垂直,以形成环状闭合箱体20。然后在该环状闭合箱体20的顶端设置隔离部(图中未示出),在环状闭合箱体20的底端设置隔离部(图中未示出),即可形成一个密闭的容纳空间。
本优选实施例的箱体结构折叠时,如图2B所示,四个箱体部21依然通过连接件22依次首尾连接,但图2B中的环状闭合箱体20通过可折叠处的连接件22进行折叠处理,使得环状闭合箱体20不占据任何的空箱状态时的储运空间。同时空箱状态时,折叠后的环状闭合箱体20与箱面可分开运输,进一步减小了对特定储运空间的浪费。
因此本优选实施例的箱体结构设置有环状闭合箱体20,该环状闭合箱体20具有多个可折叠处,在空箱状态时可将环状闭合箱体20折叠起来,从而节省了空箱状态时箱体的储运空间。
下面对箱体部之间的连接件的设置进行详细说明。
请参照图3、图4A、图4B以及图4C。图3为本发明的箱体结构的第一优选实施例的连接件的结构示意图;图4A为本发明的箱体结构的第一优选实施例的连接件的具体结构示意图之一;图4B为本发明的箱体结构的第一优选实施例的连接件的具体结构示意图之二;图4C为本发明的箱体结构的第一优选实施例的连接件的具体结构示意图之三。本优选实施例的箱体结构中的连接件为弹性材料制成的弯曲部32;该弯曲部32的厚度小于箱体部31的厚度。具体请参照图3,图3中的弯曲部32的厚度小于箱体部31的厚度,这样使得弯曲部32易弯曲。当然这里也可设置弯曲部32的宽度(垂直于箱体部31长度的延伸方向)小于箱体部31的宽度,同样可使得弯曲部32易弯曲,从而方便实现环状闭合箱体的折叠。
优选的,还可以在弯曲部32上设置相应折痕33、穿孔34以及缺口35,使得弯曲部32更易弯曲。具体如图4A、图4B以及图4C所示,图4A中的弯曲部32的两侧设置有折痕33,使得弯曲部32可沿着折痕33进行弯曲。图4B中的弯曲部32上设置有穿孔34,这样可以减小弯曲部32弯曲时的形变量,使得弯曲部32更易弯曲;该穿孔34的形状可根据需要进行任意设置。图4C中的弯曲部上设置有缺口35,这样同样可以减小弯曲部32弯曲时的形变量,使得弯曲部32更易弯曲。
本优选实施例的箱体结构展开时,环状闭合箱体上的弯曲部32的弯曲度均为90度,这样在环状闭合箱体内可形成一容纳空间用于放置货物。
本优选实施例的箱体结构折叠时,环状闭合箱体可通过可折叠处的弯曲部32进行折叠处理,使得环状闭合箱体不会占据任何的空箱状态时的储运空间。
请参照图5A和图5B,图5A为本发明的箱体结构的第二优选实施例的合页结构的结构示意图之一,图5B为本发明的箱体结构的第二优选实施例的合页结构的结构示意图之二。本优选实施例中的箱体结构的连接件为合页结构52,该合页结构52的两个叶片分别固定在相邻的两个箱体部51上,合页结构52的两个叶片通过柔性件53连接。
具体如图5A和图5B所示,相邻的两个箱体部51通过连接合页结构52的两个叶片的柔性件53进行相对运动。该柔性件53的弯曲范围可为0度至180度。
本优选实施例的箱体结构展开时,环状闭合箱体上的合页结构52的柔性件53的弯曲度为90度,这样在环状闭合箱体内可形成一容纳空间用于放置货物。
本优选实施例的箱体结构折叠时,环状闭合箱体可通过可折叠处的合页结构52进行折叠处理,使得环状闭合箱体不会占据任何的空箱状态时的储运空间。
请参照图6A、图6B以及图6C,图6A为本发明的箱体结构的第三优选实施例的合页结构的结构示意图之一;图6B为本发明的箱体结构的第三优选实施例的合页结构的结构示意图之二;图6C为本发明的箱体结构的第三优选实施例的合页结构的结构示意图之三。本优选实施例中的箱体结构的连接件为合页结构62,该合页结构62的两个叶片分别固定在相邻的两个箱体部61上,该合页结构62的两个叶片通过至少一转轴63连接。
其中图6A为合页结构的转轴的弯曲度为180度时的结构示意图,图6B为合页结构的转轴的弯曲度为90度时的结构示意图,图6C为合页结构的转轴的弯曲度为0度时的结构示意图。由于转轴63的设置,可使得合页结构62更加耐用,不会由于箱体结构的频繁折叠而导致连接件的断裂。
本优选实施例的箱体结构展开时,环状闭合箱体上的转轴63的弯曲度均为90度,这样在环状闭合箱体内可形成一容纳空间用于放置货物。
本优选实施例的箱体结构折叠时,环状闭合箱体可通过可折叠处的合页结构62进行折叠处理,使得环状闭合箱体不会占据任何的空箱状态时的储运空间。同时本优选实施例的箱体结构的连接件不易断裂。
本发明的箱体结构通过隔离部对箱体结构的多个环状闭合箱体进行分离,从而便于人员对其进行搬运操作;且本发明的箱体结构设置有环状闭合箱体,该环状闭合箱体具有多个可折叠处,因此在空箱状态时可将环状闭合箱体折叠起来,从而节省了空箱状态时箱体的储运空间;解决了现有的箱体结构不便于人员进行搬运操作以及浪费储运空间的技术问题。
综上所述,虽然本发明已以优选实施例揭露如上,但上述优选实施例并非用以限制本发明,本领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,均可作各种更动与润饰,因此本发明的保护范围以权利要求界定的范围为准。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种箱体结构,其包括:
    多个环状闭合箱体,用于形成所述箱体结构内的容纳空间;以及
    隔离部,包括:
    隔离面,用于隔离所述环状闭合箱体形成的所述容纳空间;
    凸起件,设置在所述隔离面外侧,用于分离与所述隔离部相邻的两个环状闭合箱体;以及
    固定槽,用于固定与所述隔离部连接的所述环状闭合箱体;
    其中所述凸起件突出于所述环状闭合箱体的外侧所在平面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的箱体结构,其中所述环状闭合箱体包括:
    多个箱体部,所述多个箱体部通过连接件依次首尾连接形成所述环状闭合箱体;
    其中所述连接件位于所述环状闭合箱体的可折叠处。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的箱体结构,其中所述连接件为弹性材料制成的弯曲部。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的箱体结构,其中所述弯曲部的厚度小于所述箱体部的厚度。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的箱体结构,其中所述弯曲部上设置有便于弯曲的折痕以及穿孔;所述弯曲部上还设置有便于弯曲的缺口。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的箱体结构,其中所述连接件为合页结构,所述合页结构的两个叶片分别固定在相邻的两个箱体部上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的箱体结构,其中所述合页结构的两个叶片通过柔性件连接。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的箱体结构,其中所述合页结构的两个叶片通过至少一转轴连接。
  9. 一种箱体结构,其包括:
    多个环状闭合箱体,用于形成所述箱体结构内的容纳空间;以及
    隔离部,包括:
    隔离面,用于隔离所述环状闭合箱体形成的所述容纳空间;以及
    凸起件,设置在所述隔离面外侧,用于分离与所述隔离部相邻的两个环状闭合箱体。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的箱体结构,其中所述凸起件突出于所述环状闭合箱体的外侧所在平面。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的箱体结构,其中所述隔离部还包括:
    固定槽,用于固定与所述隔离部连接的所述环状闭合箱体。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的箱体结构,其中所述环状闭合箱体包括:
    多个箱体部,所述多个箱体部通过连接件依次首尾连接形成所述环状闭合箱体;
    其中所述连接件位于所述环状闭合箱体的可折叠处。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的箱体结构,其中所述连接件为弹性材料制成的弯曲部。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的箱体结构,其中所述弯曲部的厚度小于所述箱体部的厚度。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的箱体结构,其中所述弯曲部上设置有便于弯曲的折痕以及穿孔;所述弯曲部上还设置有便于弯曲的缺口。
  16. 根据权利要求12所述的箱体结构,其中所述连接件为合页结构,所述合页结构的两个叶片分别固定在相邻的两个箱体部上。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的箱体结构,其中所述合页结构的两个叶片通过柔性件连接。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的箱体结构,其中所述合页结构的两个叶片通过至少一转轴连接。
