본 발명은 사용자의 관련 정보를 기록 및 관리하기 위한 사용자 인터페이스 제공 방법, 서버 및 컴퓨터 판독 가능한 기록 매체에 관한 것이다. 보다 상세하게는, 사용자에 의해 신규의 이력 또는 신규의 목표에 대한 입력이 완료되면, 상기 이력 또는 상기 목표와 관련된 시계열적 시작점 또는 시계열적 종료점에 대한 정보를 획득하고, 시계열적 정보에 대응되는 기준선 상의 지점 또는 상기 지점의 근방에 상기 이력 또는 상기 목표와 관련된 내용이 입력되었다는 것을 표시하기 위한 기본입력내용존재표시영역을 디스플레이함으로써, 개개인의 이력 정보를 시각적으로 한눈에 알아보기 쉽게 하고 효율적으로 표시하기 위한 사용자 인터페이스 제공 방법, 서버 및 컴퓨터 판독 가능한 기록 매체에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 기업에서 인재를 채용하기 위하여는, 채용공고를 자사 홈페이지 등에 게재하고, 이를 통해 다수의 지원자들로부터 이력서를 접수 받아 이를 검토한 후, 그 검토결과에 따라 일련의 대면면접을 시행하여 자사가 원하는 인력을 최종 채용하는 순서를 따른다.
그러나, 이러한 종래의 체제 하에서, 기업 측에서는 지원자들이 자의적으로 작성한 이력서만을 검토하기 때문에, 만약, 지원자 측 이력서에 거짓사실이 기재되어 있다 하더라도 이를 신속하게 사전 인지할 수 없게 되며, 결국, 그에 따른 손실을 고스란히 감수할 수밖에 없게 된다.
특히, 이력서에는 단순히, 자기소개 글, 경력항목, 학력항목 등만이 단순 기재되는 것이 일반적이기 때문에, 기업 측에서는 인력을 채용하여 일정 기간 직접 근무시켜보기 전까지는 구체적인 역량(예컨대, 업무수행능력, 도덕성, 성실성, 주변 동료와의 화합능력, 인격완성도, 조직 적응성 등)은 물론, 인력채용에 필요한 여러 객관적인 부가정보(예컨대, 전 직장의 실제 퇴직사유 등)도 전혀 파악할 수 없게 되며, 결국, 부실 인력의 채용으로 인한 각종 손실을 고스란히 감수할 수밖에 없게 된다. 한국공개특허공보 제10-2012-0138494호는 상술한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여, '소셜인증을 이용한 이력서 관리 장치 및 방법'을 제안하고 있으나, 한국공개특허공보 제10-2012-0138494호에 의하더라도 보다 신뢰도 높은 사용자의 정보를 제공할 수는 있지만, 이를 위하여는 별도의 인증 절차를 받아야 하는 번거로움이 존재한다.
더 나아가, 기존의 이력서 및 이를 통한 채용 시스템에 있어서 보다 더 중요한 단점은, 해당 인재의 이력 등이 텍스트 형식으로 방대하게 기재되어 있기 때문에, 기업의 담당자들은 수 많은 이력서를 일일이 읽고 판단하는 것이 어렵다는 것이었으며, 이에 따라 수 많은 인재 가운데에서 옥석을 가려내기가 여간 어려운 것이 아니었다는 것이다.
본 발명은 상술한 문제점을 모두 해결하는 것을 그 목적으로 한다.
또한, 본 발명은 사용자의 이력 사항을 표시함에 있어서 시계열적 의미를 포함하고 있는 기준선, 기본입력내용존재표시영역 등을 시각적으로 디스플레이되도록 함으로써, 사용자의 전반적인 이력 사항을 한 눈에 확연하게 파악할 수 있도록 하는 것을 다른 목적으로 한다.
또한, 본 발명은 사용자에게 이미 입력된 목표를 삭제할 수 있는 권한을 부여하지 않음으로써, 사용자가 상황에 맞춰 이력 사항을 변경하여 작성하는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 하는 것을 다른 목적으로 한다.
또한, 본 발명은 사용자가 입력한 이력 또는 목표를 증빙할 수 있는 콘텐츠를 첨부할 수 있도록 함으로써, 사용자 정보에 대한 신뢰도를 높이는 것을 또 다른 목적으로 한다.

본 발명에 의하면, 사용자의 이력 사항을 표시함에 있어서 시계열적 의미를 포함하고 있는 기준선, 기본입력내용존재표시영역 등을 통해 사용자의 이력을 매우 직관적으로 디스플레이함으로써, 기업의 관리자 등이 사용자의 이력 사항을 매우 간편하고 정확하게 파악할 수 있도록 할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명에 의하면, 사용자에게 이미 입력된 목표를 삭제할 수 있는 권한을 부여하지 않음으로써, 사용자가 상황에 맞춰 이력 사항을 변경하여 작성하는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명에 의하면, 사용자가 입력한 이력 또는 목표를 증빙할 수 있는 콘텐츠를 첨부할 수 있도록 함으로써, 사용자 정보에 대한 신뢰도를 높일 수 있다.

도 1에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 전체 시스템은 통신망, 사용자의 단말 장치 및 서버를 포함하여 구성될 수 있다.
먼저, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 통신망(100)은 유선 또는 무선 통신의 양태로 구성될 수 있으며 WAN(Wide Area Network), LAN(Local Area Network), 이동 통신망, 인공 위성 통신망 등 다양한 통신망으로 구성될 수 있다. 보다 구체적으로, 본 발명에서 말하는 통신망(100)은 IEEE 802.11, CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access), WCDMA(Wideband Code Division Multiple Access), GSM(Global System for Mobile communications), LTE(Long Term Evolution) 등의 기술에 의하여 구현되는 무선 통신망을 포함할 수도 있다. 그러나, 통신망(100)은, 굳이 이에 국한될 필요 없이, 공지의 유무선 데이터 통신망, 공지의 전화망 또는 공지의 유무선 텔레비전 통신망을 그 적어도 일부에 있어서 포함할 수도 있다.

한편, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 사용자 단말 장치(300)는 서버에 접속한 후 통신할 수 있는 기능을 포함하는 디지털 기기로서, 데스크탑 컴퓨터, 노트북 컴퓨터, 워크스테이션, PDA, 웹 패드, 이동 전화기 등과 같이 메모리 수단을 구비하고 마이크로 프로세서를 탑재하여 연산 능력을 갖춘 디지털 기기라면 얼마든지 본 발명에 따른 사용자 단말 장치(300)로서 채택될 수 있다. 특히, 사용자 단말 장치(300)에는 서버(200)가 제공하는 사용자의 관련 정보를 기록 및 관리하기 위한 인터페이스를 제공 받을 수 있도록 하는 브라우저(browser) 관련 프로그램이 포함되어 있을 수 있다.
이하에서는, 본 발명에 따른 서버의 내부 구성과 각 구성요소의 기능에 대하여 살펴보기로 한다.

다음으로, 사용자 정보 노출부(230)는, 사용자에 의하여 신규의 이력 또는 신규의 목표에 대한 입력이 완료되면, 입력된 신규의 이력 또는 목표에 대한 기본입력내용존재표시영역을 디스플레이하는 기능을 수행할 수 있다. 사용자 정보 노출부(230)는 기본입력내용존재표시영역을 디스플레이함에 있어서, 시간단서 획득부(220)에서 획득한 신규의 이력 또는 목표와 관련된 시계열적 시작점 또는 시계열적 종료점에 대한 정보를 참조로 하여, 이에 대응되는 기준선 상의 시계열적 지점 또는 상기 시계열적 지점의 근방에 배치된 특정 단위 영역에 기본입력내용존재표시영역이 생성되어 디스플레이되도록 할 수 있다. 여기서, 신규의 이력 또는 목표에 대응하는 기본입력내용존재표시영역이 복수 개인 경우, 기준선의 시계열적 정보를 참조로 하여 기본입력내용존재표시영역이 배치되어 디스플레이되도록 할 수 있다.
또한, 사용자 정보 노출부(230)는, 특정 이력에 대한 기본입력내용존재표시영역이 생성된 후 특정 이력에 속한 종속 이력에 대한 입력이 완료되면, 특정 이력과 관련된 기본입력내용존재표시영역의 근방에 종속 이력과 관련된 내용이 입력되었다는 것을 표시하기 위한 종속입력내용존재표시영역을 디스플레이하는 기능을 더 수행할 수도 있다. 예를 들어, 사용자가 ‘A’ 학교에 입학한 후 졸업하였다는 특정 이력이 입력되어 이에 대응되는 기본입력내용존재표시영역이 생성된 후, 사용자가 ‘A’학교 재학 중 수행했던 프로젝트 또는 수상경력에 관한 내용이 특정 이력에 속한 종속 이력으로서 입력된 경우 기본입력내용존재표시영역의 근방에(가령, 기본입력내용존재표시영역이 디스플레이되는 템플릿 내의 소정의 단위영역의 근방에 위치하는 또 다른 단위영역을 통해) 종속입력내용존재표시영역이 디스플레이되도록 할 수 있다. 또한, 후술하는 바와 같이, 사용자 정보 노출부(230)는, 이력의 특성 카테고리에 따라 기본입력내용존재표시영역 및 종속입력내용존재표시영역의 색깔 등을 달리하여 디스플레이하는 기능을 수행할 수도 있다.
다음으로, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 데이터베이스(240)에는, 사용자가 입력한 사용자의 이력 또는 목표와 관련된 내용 등이 저장될 수 있다. 비록 도 2에서 데이터베이스(240)가 서버(200)에 포함되어 구성되는 것으로 도시되어 있지만, 본 발명을 구현하는 당업자의 필요에 따라, 데이터베이스(240)는 서버(200)와 별개로 구성될 수도 있다. 한편, 본 발명에서의 데이터베이스(240)는, 컴퓨터 판독 가능한 기록 매체를 포함하는 개념으로서, 협의의 데이터베이스뿐만 아니라 파일 시스템에 기반을 둔 데이터 기록 등을 포함하는 광의의 데이터베이스일 수도 있으며, 단순한 로그의 집합이라도 이를 검색하여 데이터를 추출할 수 있다면 본 발명에서의 데이터베이스(240)가 될 수 있다.
다음으로, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 통신부(250)는 템플릿 제공부(210), 시간 단서 획득부(220), 사용자 정보 노출부(230) 및 데이터베이스(240) 로부터의/로의 데이터 송수신 또는 사용자 단말 장치(300)와 서버(200) 간의 통신이 가능하도록 하는 기능을 수행할 수 있다.
마지막으로, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 제어부(260)는 템플릿 제공부(210), 시간 단서 획득부(220), 사용자 정보 노출부(230), 데이터베이스(240) 및 통신부(250) 간의 데이터의 흐름을 제어하는 기능을 수행할 수 있다. 즉, 본 발명에 따른 제어부(260)는 서버(200)의 외부로부터의/로의 데이터 흐름 또는 서버(200)의 각 구성요소 간의 데이터 흐름을 제어함으로써, 템플릿 제공부(210), 시간 단서 획득부(220), 사용자 정보 노출부(230), 데이터베이스(240) 및 통신부(250)에서 각각 고유 기능을 수행하도록 제어할 수 있다.
이하에서는, 도 3 내지 도 7을 참조로 하여, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따라 제공되는 사용자 인터페이스를 보다 구체적으로 설명하도록 한다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 템플릿 상에 기본입력내용존재표시영역 및 종속입력내용존재표시영역이 위치하는 상태를 예시적으로 설명하기 위한 도면이다.
도 3을 참조하면, 시계열적 의미를 가지는 기준선은 참조번호(310)으로 표시되어 있지만, 반드시 직선일 필요는 없을 것이다. 도 3에서는 기준선(310)의 제일 밑 부분이 해당 사용자가 태어난 날짜를 나타내고, 기준선(310)을 따라 상부 방향으로 올라갈수록 시간이 현재의 시점에 가까워진다. 또한, 특정 시기에 해당되는 이력이나 목표 등이 입력되는 경우 해당 기준선(310)의 특정 시기에 해당되는 위치에 근접한 단위 영역을 통해 기본입력내용존재표시영역(330) 또는 종속입력내용존재표시영역(340)이 디스플레이되도록 할 수 있다. 여기서, 참조번호(320)은 템플릿에 포함되어 있는 육각형의 단위 영역을 의미하며, 기본입력내용존재표시영역(330)은 기준선(310)에 가장 근접하게 위치하는 단위 영역을 통해 디스플레이되는 영역으로서, 기준선(310)과 바로 밀착해 붙어 있는 영역이 이에 해당할뿐만 아니라, 기준선(310)에 의해 짤린 육각형이 위치한 시계열적 위치에서는 상기 짤린 육각형과 밀착해 붙어 있는 영역이 이에 해당할 것이다. 한편, 이와 같은 기본입력내용존재표시영역(330)에 직접 또는 간접적으로 붙어 있는 단위 영역을 통해 종속입력내용존재표시영역(340)이 될 것이다.
다시 도 3을 참조하면, 사용자의 단말 장치에 디스플레이되는 템플릿은 기준선(310), 복수의 단위 영역(320)을 포함할 수 있다. 사용자의 이력 또는 목표에 대한 정보가 입력되기 전에는 기준선(310) 및 내부가 비어 있는 것으로 시각적 효과가 나타나는 복수의 단위 영역(320)만이 표시될 수 있으며(물론, 단위 영역(320)이 반드시 화면 상에 표시되어야 하는 것은 아님), 신규의 이력 또는 목표에 대한 입력이 완료되거나, 이미 생성된 기본입력내용존재표시영역에 해당되는 이력의 종속 이력(즉, 세부 이력)과 관련된 내용이 입력되면, 비어 있는 상태의 단위 영역들 중 소정의 적절한 위치의 단위 영역에 기본입력내용존재표시영역(330) 또는 종속입력내용존재표시영역(340)이 생성될 수 있다.
보다 구체적으로, 사용자의 의해 신규의 이력 또는 신규의 목표에 대한 입력이 완료되면, 특정 이력 또는 특정 목표에 대한 기본입력내용존재표시영역(330)을 템플릿을 통해 디스플레이함에 있어서, 상기 기본입력내용존재표시영역(330)에 해당되는 이력 또는 목표와 관련되어 시간단서 획득부(220)에 의해 획득되는 시계열적 시작점 또는 시계열적 종료점에 대한 정보를 참조로 하여 결정되는 특정 단위영역을 통해 디스플레이되도록 할 수 있다. 복수의 기본입력내용존재표시영역이 배치되어야 하는 경우, 각각의 기본입력내용존재표시영역에 해당되는 이력 또는 목표와 관련된 시계열적 시작점 또는 시계열적 종료점에 대한 정보를 참조로 하고 기준선의 시계열적 정보도 같이 참조로 하여, 양측의 시계열적 정보가 매칭되는 기준선의 해당되는 위치에 해당 기본입력내용존재표시영역을 디스플레이함으로써, 복수의 기본입력내용존재표시영역이 기준선의 시계열적 흐름을 따라 순차적으로 디스플레이되도록 할 수 있다. 여기서, 사용자에 의해 신규의 이력 또는 신규의 목표에 대한 입력이 완료되는 프로세스의 구체적인 방법론을 논하면, 도 3과 같은 사용자 인터페이스와는 별도의 화면을 통해 제공되는 도 4 및 도 5와 같은 사용자 인터페이스를 통해 자신의 이력 또는 목표 등에 대해 텍스트 등으로 입력하는 경우를 상정할 수도 있을 것이고, 다른 예로서, 도 3과 같은 사용자 인터페이스가 제공되는 화면 상에 디스플레이되는 격자형으로 배열된 복수의 단위 영역 중 특정 단위 영역을 사용자가 직접 선택(가령, 마우스 클릭)하여 자의 이력 또는 목표 등에 대한 입력을 시도하는 경우를 상정할 수도 있을 것이다. 전자의 경우, 시간단서 획득부(220)가 사용자에 의해 입력된 텍스트 등을 분석하여 시계열적 시작점 또는 시계열적 종료점에 대한 정보를 추출해 낸 후, 이와 같이 추출해 낸 정보를 참조로 결정되는 특정 단위 영역을 통해 사용자 정보 노출부(230)가 기본입력내용존재표시영역 또는 종속입력내용존재표시영역 등을 디스플레이할 수 있을 것이며, 후자의 경우, 사용자에 의해 직접 선택된 특정 단위 영역 자체에 시계열적 위치 정보(기준선의 어느 지점에 근접해 있는 단위 영역인지에 따라 시계열적 위치가 결정됨)가 부여되어 있으므로, 사용자에 의해 직접 선택된 해당 특정 단위 영역을 통해 사용자 정보 노출부(230)가 기본입력내용존재표시영역 또는 종속입력내용존재표시영역 등을 디스플레이할 수 있을 것이다. 다만, 본 명세서에서는 주로 전자의 경우를 상정하여 설명하도록 한다.
한편, 신규의 목표에 대한 입력이 완료되는 경우, 입력된 목표가 아직 달성되지 않은 경우에는, 상기 입력된 목표에 대응되는 기본입력내용존재표시영역에는 목표가 달성되지 않았음을 시각적으로 표시하는 효과가 디스플레이되도록 할 수 있다(가령, 현재 진행 중인 목표임을 나타내기 위하여 해당 기본입력내용존재표시영역 전체가 주기적으로 깜빡거리는 효과를 내도록 할 수도 있다). 참고로, 목표에 대한 기본입력내용존재표시영역이 생성되면, k회에 걸쳐 편집할 권한을 부여하지만 생성된 목표를 삭제할 권한은 부여하지 않도록 함으로써, 사용자가 목표 달성에 실패한 후 해당 목표를 삭제하는 등의 조작을 방지할 수 있다.
기본입력내용존재표시영역(330)은 이력의 특성 카테고리에 따라 이에 대응되는 시각적 효과를 가지도록 함으로써 다른 특성 카테고리를 가지는 기본입력내용존재표시영역(330)과 차별되도록 하여 디스플레이될 수 있으며, 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 이력의 특성 카테고리에 따라 해당 영역 내의 색깔을 달리하여 디스플레이되도록 할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 이력의 특성 카테고리의 예로서는, 법조 카테고리, 상업 카테고리, 학업 카테고리, 예체능 카테고리, 디자인 카테고리, 언론 카테고리 등등을 상정할 수 있을 것이나, 반드시 이와 같이 구분되어야 하는 것은 아니다. 이와 같이 해당 사용자가 어느 특성 카테고리에 해당하는 이력 등을 입력하는지에 따라 기본입력내용존재표시영역(330)의 색깔을 달리하여 디스플레이되도록 할 수 있다.
한편, 상기에서는 특성 카테고리별로 해당 영역 내의 색깔을 달리하여 디스플레이하는 경우를 상정하여 설명하였지만, 해당 영역의 테두리의 색깔까지 차별화하는 경우를 생각해 볼 수도 있다. 구체적으로, 기본입력내용존재표시영역(330)은 이력의 특성 카테고리의 상위 개념 및 하위 개념에 따라 해당 영역의 테두리의 색깔과 해당 영역 내의 색깔을 달리하여 디스플레이되도록 할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 기본입력내용존재표시영역의 이력이 직장과 관련된 것일 때, 기본입력내용존재표시영역의 테두리 색깔은 사용자의 직장이 속하는 산업군에 따라 결정되고, 기본입력내용존재표시영역 내의 색깔은 사용자가 상기 직장에서 담당했던 세부 직종을 참조로 하여 결정되도록 할 수도 있으며, 경우에 따라 색깔을 결정하는 기준을 달리 설정할 수 있음은 물론이다.
한편, 기본입력내용존재표시영역(330)을 노출시킬 단위 영역을 결정함에 있어서, 신규의 이력 또는 목표의 시계열적 시작점 또는 종료점에 대한 정보뿐만 아니라, 이력 또는 목표의 특성 카테고리를 참조로 할 수도 있다. 보다 구체적으로, 신규의 이력 또는 목표의 특성 카테고리에 따라, 기본입력내용존재표시영역(330)은 기준선(310)을 기준으로 일측에 디스플레이될 수도, 다른 일측에 디스플레이될 수도 있다. 예를 들어, 학업, 직장에 대한 이력이나 이와 관련된 목표가 입력되는 경우에는 도 3과 같은 기준선(310)을 기준으로 하여 오른쪽에 디스플레이되도록 할 수 있다.
이와 반대로, 학업, 직장을 제외한 이력, 예를 들어, 봉사활동, 자격증, 동호회활동, 예체능활동 등에 관련된 이력 및 목표에 대한 기본입력내용존재표시영역(330)은 도 3과 같은 기준선(310)을 기준으로 왼쪽에 디스플레이되도록 할 수 있다.
한편, 기본입력내용존재표시영역(330)이 디스플레이된 후, 기본입력내용존재표시영역(330)의 이력의 종속 이력에 관한 내용이 새롭게 입력되는 경우, 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 기본입력내용존재표시영역(330)의 근방에, 즉, 기본입력내용존재표시영역(330)과 직접적으로 밀착되는 단위 영역 또는 간접적으로 다른 단위 영역을 경유하여 붙어 있는 단위 영역에, 종속입력내용존재표시영역(340)이 디스플레이되도록 할 수 있다. 여기서, 해당 기본입력내용존재표시영역(330)에 종속되는 종속 이력 중 먼저 입력된 종속 이력일수록 해당 기본입력내용존재표시영역(330)에 근접한 단위 영역에 노출되도록 할 수 있을 것이나, 반드시 이에 한정되는 것은 아니며, 가령, 한 행(즉, 기준선(310)을 기준으로 할 때 시계열적 위치가 같은 한 행)에 디스플레이될 수 있는 종속입력내용존재표시영역(340)의 개수를 초과하여 종속 이력이 입력된다면, 해당 기본입력내용존재표시영역(330)이 속한 행의 바로 위 또는 바로 아래에 새로운 행을 생성하여 해당 행에다가 종속입력내용존재표시영역(340)을 추가로 디스플레이되도록 할 수도 있을 것이다. 이때, 새로운 행의 신설에 따라 기준선(310)의 시계열적 위치 데이터를 조정해야 할 필요가 있을 것이다. 또한, 변형 실시예로서, 특정 이력에 속한 종속 이력에 대한 입력이 완료되더라도 곧바로 종속입력내용존재표시영역(340)을 디스플레이하지 않는 경우를 상정할 수도 있을 것인데, 이 경우에는 상기 특정 이력과 관련된 기본입력내용존재표시영역(330)에 대한 선택이 있음이 감지되고 나서야(가령, 기본입력내용존재표시영역(330)에 마우스를 오버하는 행위나 클릭하는 행위가 감지되고 나서야), 상기 특정 이력과 관련된 기본입력내용존재표시영역(330)의 근방에 상기 종속 이력과 관련된 내용이 입력되었다는 것을 표시하기 위한 종속입력내용존재표시영역(340)이 디스플레이되도록 할 수도 있을 것이다.
다만, 상술한 바와 같이, 기본입력내용존재표시영역(330)에 대한 이력의 특성 카테고리에 따라 기준선(310)을 기준으로 일측에 디스플레이될 수도, 다른 일측에 디스플레이될 수도 있으므로, 종속입력내용존재표시영역(340)을 노출함에 있어서 기본입력내용존재표시영역(310) 근방에 디스플레이되도록 하되, 기준선(310)을 기준으로 기본입력내용존재표시영역(330)과 동일한 측면에 디스플레이되도록 할 수 있다.
특정 이력과 관련하여 기본입력내용존재표시영역(330) 및 종속입력내용존재표시영역(340)이 모두 생성된 경우, 기본입력내용존재표시영역(330) 및 종속입력내용존재표시영역(340)은 동일한 시각적 효과를 가지는 것을 디폴트로 하며, 특정 이력에 해당되는 특성 카테고리에 따라 이에 대응되는 시각적 효과를 가지면서 다른 특성 카테고리를 가지는 영역들과 차별되도록 하여 디스플레이되도록 할 수 있다. 특히, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 특정 이력에 해당되는 특성 카테고리에 따라 해당 영역 내의 색깔을 다른 특성 카테고리를 가지는 영역들과 차별되도록 하여 디스플레이되도록 할 수 있으며, 이때 특정 이력에 해당되는 특성 카테고리의 상위 개념 및 하위 개념에 따라 기본입력내용존재표시영역(330) 및 종속입력내용존재표시영역(340)의 테두리의 색깔과 기본입력내용존재표시영역(330) 및 종속입력내용존재표시영역(340) 내의 색깔을 다른 특성 카테고리를 가지는 영역들과 차별되도록 하여 디스플레이되도록 할 수 있음은 앞서 설명한 바와 같다.
한편, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 템플릿 제공부(210)는 기본입력내용존재표시영역(330) 또는 종속입력내용존재표시영역(340) 각각에 대응되는 이력과 관련하여 해당되는 이력을 증빙하기 위한 콘텐츠를 첨부할 수 있는 사용자 인터페이스를 제공할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 사용자가 디자인 관련 업무를 수행하였으며 이에 대한 이력을 입력한 경우, 상기 사용자 인터페이스를 통하여 사용자가 제작한 작품에 대한 사진을 첨부하여 자신의 이력을 증빙할 수 있다.
이때, 기본입력내용존재표시영역 또는 종속입력내용존재표시영역을 디스플레이함에 있어서, 특정 이력과 관련된 증빙서류를 첨부하지 않은 영역에 대해서는 나머지의 특정 이력과 관련된 기본입력내용존재표시영역 및 종속입력내용존재표시영역과는 다른 시각적 효과를 나타내도록 디스플레이할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 증빙서류를 첨부하지 않은 기본입력내용존재표시영역 또는 종속입력내용존재표시영역에 대하여는 특성 카테고리에 상관없이 회색으로 디스플레이되게끔 할 수도 있다.
도 4 및 도 5는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 사용자의 이력과 관련된 내용을 텍스트 등을 사용하여 입력할 수 있도록 하는 사용자 인터페이스를 예시적으로 나타낸 도면이다.
도 4에 도시된 바와 같은 사용자 인터페이스는 사용자가 근무했던 회사의 회사명, 지역, 국가, 근무했던 기간, 산업군, 직무군, 입사동기, 주요업무 등을 입력할 수 있는 영역을 포함할 수 있다. 도 4에서는 직장에 관한 이력을 입력하기 위한 사용자 인터페이스인 것으로 산정하여 설명하였으나, 이에 제한된 것은 아니며, 경우에 따라 다양한 종류의 이력을 입력하기 위한 사용자 인터페이스가 제공될 수 있다.
한편, 시간단서 획득부(220)는, 도 4와 같은 사용자 인터페이스를 통해 입력된 정보 중 사용자가 근무했던 기간에 관한 내용으로부터 이력과 관련된 시계열적 시작점 또는 시계열적 종료점에 대한 정보를 획득할 수 있을 것이다. 또한, 사용자 정보 노출부(230)는, 도 4와 같은 사용자 인터페이스를 통해 입력된 정보 중 산업군, 직무군 등과 같은 정보로부터 기본입력내용존재표시영역 및 종속입력내용존재표시영역이 어떠한 시각적 효과를 가지도록 하여 디스플레이되도록 할지 결정할 수 있을 것이다. 가령, 해당 기본입력내용존재표시영역 및 종속입력내용존재표시영역에 대하여 디스플레이될 색깔을 결정할 수 있다.
도 5는 사용자에 의하여 사용자가 근무했던 회사의 회사명, 지역, 국가, 근무했던 기간, 산업군, 직무군, 입사동기, 주요업무 등과 관련된 내용의 입력이 완료된 경우를 설명하기 위한 도면이다. 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이, 특정 이력에 대한 입력이 완료되면 이에 대응되는 기본입력내용존재표시영역(610) 및 종속입력내용존재표시영역(620, 622, 624, 626, 628, 630)이 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이 생성될 수 있다. 참고로, 영역(628)은 기준선(600)에 바로 밀착되어 붙어 있지만, 종속입력내용존재표시영역에 해당하며, 이는 영역(628)에 시계열적 위치(가령, 영역(610)에 기재되어 있는 2011.11)가 기재되어 있지 않은 것으로부터 미루어 짐작할 수도 있을 것이다(한 행에 디스플레이될 수 있는 종속입력내용존재표시영역의 개수를 초과할 경우 이와 같이 새로운 행을 신설할 수 있다는 것은 앞서 설명한 바와 같다).
도 5 및 도 6을 참조로 하면, 사용자가 근무했던 회사의 회사명, 근무기간, 업종, 직종, 고용형태, 부서, 직책, 부서 내 인원수 및 입사동기 등과 같이 특정 이력의 기본 정보(510)가 입력되면, 기본입력내용존재표시영역(610)이 기준선(600) 상의 지점의 근방에 위치한 단위 영역에 생성될 수 있다. 이때, 특정 이력이 수행된 기간이 2011년 11월부터 2012년 07월에 해당하므로, 상기 기간에 대응하는 지점(가령, 시작점인 2011년 11월을 기준으로 영역(610)을 노출하는 경우를 도시함)에 생성될 수 있다. 한편, 도 5의 주요 업무(520~540) 및 수상경력(550)은 특정 이력의 종속 이력일 수 있으며, 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이, 특정 이력의 종속 이력에 대응되는 종속입력내용존재표시영역(620, 622, 624, 626, 628, 630)이 기본입력내용존재표시영역(610) 근방에 생성될 수 있다.

본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 사용자 정보 노출부(230)는 사용자에 의해 입력된 이력 또는 목표 중 사용자에 의해 선택된 n 개의 이력 또는 목표에 대해서는 중요한 이력 또는 중요한 목표임을 나타내기 위한 시각적 표시를 나타내도록 하여 디스플레이할 수 있다. 보다 구체적으로, 사용자에 의해 중요한 것으로 선택된 이력 또는 목표에 대응하는 기본입력내용존재표시영역 및 종속입력내용존재표시영역이 주기적으로 깜빡거리는 효과를 나타내도록 할 수 있다. 추가적으로, 해당 이력 또는 목표의 상세내용이 디스플레되이는 화면 상에서는 해당 이력 또는 목표의 상세내용 상의 중요부분에 하이라이팅이 되어 제공되는 시각적 효과를 나타내도록 할 수도 있다.
이상 설명된 본 발명에 따른 실시예들은 다양한 컴퓨터 구성요소를 통하여 수행될 수 있는 프로그램 명령어의 형태로 구현되어 컴퓨터 판독 가능한 기록 매체에 기록될 수 있다. 상기 컴퓨터 판독 가능한 기록 매체는 프로그램 명령어, 데이터 파일, 데이터 구조 등을 단독으로 또는 조합하여 포함할 수 있다. 상기 컴퓨터 판독 가능한 기록 매체에 기록되는 프로그램 명령어는 본 발명을 위하여 특별히 설계되고 구성된 것들이거나 컴퓨터 소프트웨어 분야의 당업자에게 공지되어 사용 가능한 것일 수도 있다. 컴퓨터 판독 가능한 기록 매체의 예에는, 하드 디스크, 플로피 디스크 및 자기 테이프와 같은 자기 매체, CD-ROM, DVD와 같은 광기록 매체, 플롭티컬 디스크(floptical disk)와 같은 자기-광 매체(magneto-optical media), 및 ROM, RAM, 플래시 메모리 등과 같은 프로그램 명령어를 저장하고 수행하도록 특별히 구성된 하드웨어 장치가 포함된다. 프로그램 명령어의 예에는, 컴파일러에 의해 만들어지는 것과 같은 기계어 코드뿐만 아니라 인터프리터 등을 사용해서 컴퓨터에 의해서 실행될 수 있는 고급 언어 코드도 포함된다. 상기 하드웨어 장치는 본 발명에 따른 처리를 수행하기 위해 하나 이상의 소프트웨어 모듈로서 작동하도록 구성될 수 있으며, 그 역도 마찬가지이다.
이상에서 본 발명이 구체적인 구성요소 등과 같은 특정 사항들과 한정된 실시예 및 도면에 의해 설명되었으나, 이는 본 발명의 보다 전반적인 이해를 돕기 위해서 제공된 것일 뿐, 본 발명이 상기 실시예들에 한정되는 것은 아니며, 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상적인 지식을 가진 자라면 이러한 기재로부터 다양한 수정 및 변형을 꾀할 수 있다.
따라서, 본 발명의 사상은 상기 설명된 실시예에 국한되어 정해져서는 아니되며, 후술하는 특허청구범위뿐만 아니라 이 특허청구범위와 균등하게 또는 등가적으로 변형된 모든 것들은 본 발명의 사상의 범주에 속한다고 할 것이다.

Claims (33)

  1. 사용자의 관련 정보를 기록 및 관리하기 위한 사용자 인터페이스 제공 방법에 있어서,
    (a) 시계열적 의미를 포함하는 기준선을 제공하는 단계;
    (b) 사용자에 의해 신규의 이력 또는 신규의 목표에 대한 입력이 완료되면, 상기 이력 또는 상기 목표와 관련된 시계열적 시작점 또는 시계열적 종료점에 대한 정보를 획득하는 단계; 및
    (c) 상기 획득된 시계열적 시작점 또는 시계열적 종료점에 대한 정보를 참조로 하여, 이에 대응되는 상기 기준선 상의 지점 또는 상기 지점의 근방에 상기 이력 또는 상기 목표와 관련된 내용이 입력되었다는 것을 표시하기 위한 기본입력내용존재표시영역을 디스플레이하는 단계;
    를 포함하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    (d) 상기 디스플레이된 기본입력내용존재표시영역에 대한 선택이 있음이 감지되면, 상기 선택된 기본입력내용존재표시영역에 대응되어 기록되어 있는 상기 이력 또는 상기 목표에 대한 상세 내용을 제공하는 단계
    를 더 포함하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 기본입력내용존재표시영역은 상기 이력의 특성 카테고리에 따라 이에 대응되는 시각적 효과를 가지면서 차별되도록 하여 디스플레이되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서,
    상기 기본입력내용존재표시영역은 상기 이력의 특성 카테고리에 따라 해당 영역 내의 색깔을 달리하여 디스플레이되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서,
    상기 기본입력내용존재표시영역은 상기 이력의 특성 카테고리의 상위 개념 및 하위 개념에 따라 해당 영역의 테두리의 색깔과 해당 영역 내의 색깔을 달리하여 디스플레이되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서,
    (e) 특정 이력에 대한 기본입력내용존재표시영역이 생성된 후 상기 특정 이력에 속한 종속 이력에 대한 입력이 완료되면, 상기 특정 이력과 관련된 상기 기본입력내용존재표시영역의 근방에 상기 종속 이력과 관련된 내용이 입력되었다는 것을 표시하기 위한 종속입력내용존재표시영역을 디스플레이하는 단계
    를 더 포함하는 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서,
    상기 (e) 단계는,
    상기 특정 이력에 속한 종속 이력에 대한 입력이 완료된 후 상기 특정 이력과 관련된 기본입력내용존재표시영역에 대한 선택이 있음이 감지되면, 상기 특정 이력과 관련된 상기 기본입력내용존재표시영역의 근방에 상기 종속 이력과 관련된 내용이 입력되었다는 것을 표시하기 위한 종속입력내용존재표시영역을 디스플레이하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제6항에 있어서,
    상기 특정 이력과 관련된 기본입력내용존재표시영역 및 상기 특정 이력에 속한 종속 이력과 관련된 종속입력내용존재표시영역은 동일한 시각적 효과를 가지는 것을 디폴트로 하되, 상기 특정 이력에 해당되는 특성 카테고리에 따라 이에 대응되는 시각적 효과를 가지면서 다른 특성 카테고리를 가지는 영역들과 차별되도록 하여 디스플레이되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서,
    상기 특정 이력과 관련된 기본입력내용존재표시영역 및 상기 특정 이력에 속한 종속 이력과 관련된 종속입력내용존재표시영역은 상기 특정 이력에 해당되는 특성 카테고리에 따라 해당 영역 내의 색깔을 다른 특성 카테고리를 가지는 영역들과 차별되도록 하여 디스플레이되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서,
    상기 특정 이력과 관련된 기본입력내용존재표시영역 및 상기 특정 이력에 속한 종속 이력과 관련된 종속입력내용존재표시영역은 상기 특정 이력에 해당되는 특성 카테고리의 상위 개념 및 하위 개념에 따라 해당 영역의 테두리의 색깔과 해당 영역 내의 색깔을 다른 특성 카테고리를 가지는 영역들과 차별되도록 하여 디스플레이되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 제8항에 있어서,
    상기 특정 이력과 관련된 기본입력내용존재표시영역 및 상기 특정 이력에 속한 종속 이력과 관련된 종속입력내용존재표시영역 중 상기 특정 이력과 관련된 증빙서류를 첨부하지 않은 영역에 대해서는 나머지의 상기 특정 이력과 관련된 기본입력내용존재표시영역 및 종속입력내용존재표시영역과는 다른 시각적 효과를 나타내도록 디스플레이하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 제6항에 있어서,
    (f) 상기 기본입력내용존재표시영역 및 상기 종속입력내용존재표시영역 각각에 대응되는 이력과 관련하여 해당되는 이력을 증빙하기 위한 콘텐츠를 첨부할 수 있는 사용자 인터페이스를 제공하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  13. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 사용자에 의해 입력된 이력 또는 목표 중 상기 사용자에 의해 선택된 n 개의 이력 또는 목표에 대해서는 중요한 이력 또는 중요한 목표임을 나타내기 위한 시각적 표시를 나타내도록 하여 디스플레이할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  14. 제13항에 있어서,
    상기 사용자에 의해 선택된 n 개의 이력 또는 목표에 대해서는 주기적으로 해당 기본입력내용존재표시영역이 깜빡거리는 효과를 나타내도록 하거나 해당 이력 또는 목표의 상세내용 상의 중요부분에 하이라이팅하는 효과를 나타내도록 하여 디스플레이하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  15. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 기준선을 기준으로 하여 일측에는 학업, 직장, 및 이와 관련된 목표에 대한 기본입력내용존재표시영역이 디스플레이되도록 하고, 상기 기준선을 기준으로 하여 다른 일측에는 학업, 직장, 및 이와 관련된 목표를 제외한 이력 및 목표에 대한 기본입력내용존재표시영역이 디스플레이되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  16. 제15항에 있어서,
    특정 이력에 대한 기본입력내용존재표시영역이 생성된 후 상기 특정 이력에 속한 종속 이력에 대한 입력이 완료되면, 상기 특정 이력과 관련된 상기 기본입력내용존재표시영역의 근방에 상기 종속 이력과 관련된 내용이 입력되었다는 것을 표시하기 위한 종속입력내용존재표시영역을 디스플레이하되, 상기 기준선을 기준으로 동일한 측면에 디스플레이되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  17. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 사용자의 이력과 관련된 내용을 입력할 수 있도록 하는 사용자 인터페이스를 제공하는 화면을 상기 기준선 및 상기 기본입력내용존재표시영역이 디스플레이되는 화면과는 다른 별도의 화면으로서 제공하되, 상기 사용자의 이력과 관련된 내용을 입력할 수 있도록 하는 사용자 인터페이스를 제공하는 화면을 통해 입력된 정보로부터 상기 이력과 관련된 시계열적 시작점 또는 시계열적 종료점에 대한 정보를 획득하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  18. 제6항에 있어서,
    상기 기본입력내용존재표시영역 및 상기 종속입력내용존재표시영역이 전혀 없는 상태에서도 상기 기준선은 디스플레이되고 있으며, 이와 더불어 내용이 비어 있는 상태의 격자형 단위영역이 서로 붙어 있는 형태로 디스플레이되고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  19. 제18항에 있어서,
    상기 기본입력내용존재표시영역 및 상기 종속입력내용존재표시영역이 생성될 때, 상기 생성되는 기본입력내용존재표시영역 및 종속입력내용존재표시영역에 해당되는 이력 또는 목표와 관련된 시계열적 시작점 또는 시계열적 종료점에 대한 정보를 참조로 하여 결정되는 특정 단위영역을 통해 상기 기본입력내용존재표시영역 및 상기 종속입력내용존재표시영역이 디스플레이되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  20. 제18항에 있어서,
    상기 디스플레이되고 있는 격자형 단위영역의 화면 상태에서 상기 사용자에 의해 선택되는 특정 단위영역을 통해 상기 기본입력내용존재표시영역 및 상기 종속입력내용존재표시영역이 디스플레이되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  21. 제18항에 있어서,
    상기 단위영역 각각은 육각형의 형태를 가지며, 서로 이웃하는 단위영역과 밀착된 형태로 디스플레이되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  22. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 신규의 목표에 대한 입력이 완료되면, 상기 입력된 목표에 대응되는 기본입력내용존재표시영역에는 아직 상기 목표가 달성되지 않았음을 시각적으로 표시하는 효과가 디스플레이되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  23. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 목표에 대한 기본입력내용존재표시영역이 생성되면, k회에 걸쳐 편집할 권한을 부여하지만, 삭제 권한은 부여하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  24. 사용자의 관련 정보를 기록 및 관리하기 위한 사용자 인터페이스를 사용자 단말에 제공하기 위한 서버에 있어서,
    시계열적 의미를 포함하는 기준선 및 사용자에 의해 신규의 이력 또는 신규의 목표와 관련된 내용이 입력되었다는 것을 표시하기 위한 기본입력내용존재표시영역을 상기 기준선과 연동하여 표시하기 위한 템플릿을 제공하는 템플릿 제공부;
    상기 사용자에 의해 신규의 이력 또는 신규의 목표에 대한 입력이 완료되면, 상기 이력 또는 상기 목표와 관련된 시계열적 시작점 또는 시계열적 종료점에 대한 정보를 획득하는 시간단서 획득부; 및
    상기 사용자에 의해 신규의 이력 또는 신규의 목표에 대한 입력이 완료되면, 상기 시간단서 획득부에 의해 획득된 시계열적 시작점 또는 시계열적 종료점에 대한 정보를 참조로 하여, 이에 대응되는 상기 기준선 상의 지점 또는 상기 지점의 근방에 상기 이력 또는 상기 목표와 관련된 내용이 입력되었다는 것을 표시하기 위한 기본입력내용존재표시영역을 상기 템플릿 제공부에 의해 제공되는 상기 템플릿의 기준에 따라 디스플레이하는 사용자 정보 노출부
    를 포함하는 서버.
  25. 제24항에 있어서,
    상기 사용자 정보 노출부는,
    상기 이력의 특성 카테고리별로 상기 기본입력내용존재표시영역이 각각 차별되는 시각적 효과를 가지면서 디스플레이되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 서버.
  26. 제25항에 있어서,
    상기 사용자 정보 노출부는,
    상기 이력의 특성 카테고리별로 상기 기본입력내용존재표시영역의 색깔을 달리하여 디스플레이되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 서버.
  27. 제24항에 있어서,
    상기 사용자 정보 노출부는,
    특정 이력에 대한 기본입력내용존재표시영역이 생성된 후 상기 특정 이력에 속한 종속 이력에 대한 입력이 완료되면, 상기 특정 이력과 관련된 상기 기본입력내용존재표시영역의 근방에 상기 종속 이력과 관련된 내용이 입력되었다는 것을 표시하기 위한 종속입력내용존재표시영역을 디스플레이하는 것을 특징으로 하는 서버.
  28. 제27항에 있어서,
    상기 사용자 정보 노출부는,
    상기 특정 이력과 관련된 기본입력내용존재표시영역 및 상기 특정 이력에 속한 종속 이력과 관련된 종속입력내용존재표시영역을 동일한 시각적 효과를 가지도록 하여 디스플레이하는 것을 디폴트로 하되, 상기 특정 이력에 해당되는 특성 카테고리에 따라 이에 대응되는 시각적 효과를 가지면서 다른 특성 카테고리를 가지는 영역들과 차별되도록 하여 디스플레이되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 서버.
  29. 제28항에 있어서,
    상기 사용자 정보 노출부는,
    상기 특정 이력과 관련된 기본입력내용존재표시영역 및 상기 특정 이력에 속한 종속 이력과 관련된 종속입력내용존재표시영역을 상기 특정 이력에 해당되는 특성 카테고리에 따라 해당 영역 내의 색깔을 다른 특성 카테고리를 가지는 영역들과 차별되도록 하여 디스플레이되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 서버.
  30. 제24항에 있어서,
    상기 사용자 정보 노출부는,
    상기 기준선을 기준으로 하여 일측에는 학업, 직장, 및 이와 관련된 목표에 대한 기본입력내용존재표시영역이 디스플레이되도록 하고, 상기 기준선을 기준으로 하여 다른 일측에는 학업, 직장, 및 이와 관련된 목표를 제외한 이력 및 목표에 대한 기본입력내용존재표시영역이 디스플레이되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 서버.
  31. 제27항에 있어서,
    상기 템플릿 제공부는,
    상기 기본입력내용존재표시영역 및 상기 종속입력내용존재표시영역이 전혀 생성되지 않은 상태에서도 상기 기준선이 디스플레이되도록 하고 있으며, 이와 더불어 내용이 비어 있는 상태의 격자형 단위영역이 디스플레이되도록 하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 서버.
  32. 제31항에 있어서,
    상기 사용자 정보 노출부는,
    상기 디스플레이되고 있는 격자형 단위영역의 화면 상태에서 상기 사용자에 의해 선택되는 특정 단위영역에 상기 기본입력내용존재표시영역 및 상기 종속입력내용존재표시영역이 생성되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  33. 제1항 내지 제23항 중 어느 한 하에 따른 방법을 실행하기 위한 컴퓨터 프로그램을 기록하는 컴퓨터 판독 가능 매체.
