The present invention consists of a system and method of assembly for the extraction of odors from a toilet that works automatically using a proximity detection system. The system comprises a nozzle preferably made of silicone or in any material that is hygienic and easy to clean, comprising a structure adapted to aspirate a large amount of air and lead it to a fan device that evacuates the gases into a filter so that the air returns to the environment without any residue, which causes a bad smell.
Campo de la invención Field of the Invention
The present invention has its application within the field of toilet manufacturing and specifically to the industry dedicated to providing innovative solutions in the bathroom and interior design industry.
Antecedentes de la invención Background of the invention
The presence of unpleasant odors is a problem that occurs in industrial, commercial and residential environments. To solve the problem, extraction systems with fans, ducts and others have been adapted to replace the contaminated air. However, this problem is more difficult to address when it comes to enclosed spaces, such as public or private bathrooms. The use of natural ventilation is not the best solution because it turns out to be very slow and sometimes odors can spread in other spaces, which is annoying for people.
In practice, different systems have been implemented to eliminate smells. A first way is to place a ventilation equipment in the installation so that it absorbs the air in the bathroom and replaces it with clean air. However, this system has the disadvantage that when it is necessary to replace a large volume of air, an equally large ventilation equipment is required, which implies greater power consumption and greater noise production.
Another quite popular system is the use of air fresheners that mask bad odors through chemical fragrances. In this case, for the system to produce the proper effect, a large amount of chemical agent is required, which is usually not economical.
Some toilets have extraction systems incorporated in the lid, in the seat or in the same body of the toilet, which conduct the gases directly from the rate of the toilet to the ventilation system or to some type of filter. However, this type of system is expensive since the construction of the toilet is complex and often bulky, or in the case of a conventional toilet, modifications involving usually expensive mechanisms are required.
As can be seen, there is a need for a system that avoids the above inconveniences, that has an adequate, effective efficiency and that can be used in any type of toilet without the need for a permanent installation to eliminate odors from bathrooms effectively, Economical and fast.

The deodorizer assembly system and method comprises an extraction nozzle which adapts to the shape of the toilet flange, a system of channels for conducting the extracted gases, a fan that produces the extraction force, and an outlet pipe for Bring the gases to a filter.
The main contribution of the present invention is in the structure developed for the extraction nozzle. This nozzle is designed so that it has a wide area for the collection of gases and a smaller area for their exit. Following the nozzle, a reduction box is connected which contains the system fan, this fan sucks the air and sends it to the ventilation ducts of the installation, an insulating gasket completes the hermetic seal of the device.
In the event that ventilation ducts are not available, the invention provides for the use of an activated carbon filter, silica gel, potassium permanganate and sodium bicarbonate, which absorbs odors once the contaminated air passes through it .
