Technical Field
The present invention relates to air purifying apparatus, and is especially one deodorizing machine.
Background
The deodorizing machine is one common air purifying equipment and consists of mainly casing, blower, light source, controller, etc. the blower sucks outside air into the casing, and the light source emits light to sterilize and deodorize air to complete the exhaust of purified air. The existing deodorizing machine has the defects that the flowing path of air in a shell is straight, the flowing distance of the air in the shell is short, the time for receiving illumination of the air is short, and the purifying effect of the air is not ideal. Some deodorants increase the air purifying effect by increasing the housing or increasing the illumination intensity of the light source, but such designs result in a large deodoriser and an increase in power consumption of the deodoriser. In addition, the light emitted by the light source is easy to project out of the shell, and light pollution is easy to be caused.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, the present invention is a deodorizing machine, which comprises a housing 1, a fan 2, a light source 3, a cover structure and a control device 5, wherein a vent 111 is provided on the housing 1, the fan 2, the light source 3, the cover structure and the control device 5 are all provided in the housing 1, and the light source 3 comprises a light emitting portion 31 located in the cover structure. The cover structure includes a first cover 41, the light emergent portion 31 of the light source 3 is located in the first cover 41, a first through hole 411 and a first shielding plate 412 located at the first through hole 411 are located on a side wall of the first cover 41, and the first shielding plate 412 is inclined to the side wall of the first cover 41.
Through the above structure, when air enters the housing 1, it is blocked by the first cover 41 and the first shielding plate 412, and the air flows in a more tortuous path, so that the flowing time of the air is longer, the time of receiving the light is longer, and the air purifying effect is optimized. In addition, the first shielding plate 412 can block light, so as to prevent light emitted from the light source 3 from directly passing through the first through hole 411 and then exiting the housing 1 through the air vent 111, thereby reducing light pollution caused by light leakage.
The light source 3 further includes a base 32, the light emitting portion 31 is mounted on the base 32, and the base 32 is disposed on the cover structure. Alternatively, the entire light source 3 may be disposed in the first housing 41.
The first housing 41 and the first shutter 412 are integrally formed, that is, the first housing 41 is bent by punching, thereby forming the first through hole 411 and the first shutter 412.
The cover structure further includes a second cover 42 covering the first cover 41, and a second through hole 4221 and a second shielding plate 4222 located at the second through hole 4221 are formed on a sidewall of the second cover 42, and the second shielding plate 4222 is inclined to the sidewall of the second cover 42.
By this structure, the flow path of the air can be made more bent to make the air more turbulent, the residence time of the air in the housing 1 is longer, the air is made to flow sufficiently and receive the illumination, and the effect of air purification is optimized. In addition, a purifying space 43 is formed between the first housing 41 and the second housing 42, and the inner side wall of the first shielding plate 412 can reflect the light emitted from the light source 3 into the purifying space 43 to purify and deodorize the air in the purifying space 43, and the air after the light treatment bypasses the first shielding plate 412 and then passes through the first through hole 411 to enter the first housing 41 to receive the light again so as to further purify and deodorize. Therefore, the residence time of the air in the shell 1 is longer, more illumination can be received, so that the air purifying effect is better, the size of the shell 1 and the power of the light source 3 do not need to be increased, and the cost is reduced.
In addition, due to the existence of the second shielding plate 4222, the light in the purifying space 43 can be prevented from directly passing through the second through hole 4221 and reaching the air vent 111, and further the light pollution caused by the light leakage can be effectively avoided.
The direction of the first shielding plate 412 is opposite to the direction of the second shielding plate 4222, so that the first shielding plate 412 can be prevented from directly reflecting the light emitted by the light source 3 to the second shielding plate 4222, and further, the light emitted by the light source 3 can be prevented from being directly reflected twice by the first shielding plate 412 and the second shielding plate 4222 and projected out of the cover body structure, and light pollution caused by light leakage can be further avoided.
The inner side wall of the first shielding plate 412 is set as a mirror surface, or the inner side wall of the first shielding plate 412 has a reflective layer, so that the reflective efficiency of the first shielding plate 412 can be improved, and more light can be reflected to the purifying space 43 through the first shielding plate 412.
In addition, the inner side wall of the first housing 41 is also provided as a mirror surface, or the inner side wall of the first housing 41 is also provided with a light reflecting layer.
A cavity 112 communicating with the vent 111 is provided in the housing 1, and the light source 3 and the cover structure are located in the cavity 112. A pick-and-place opening 113 communicated with the cavity 112 is arranged on the shell 1, and a baffle cover 13 is arranged at the pick-and-place opening 113. The blocking cover 13 is detachably connected with the shell 1 through a screw, a buckle and other structures. With this structure, the cover structure and the light source 3 can be cleaned, repaired, replaced, and the like through the access opening 113.
The housing 1 comprises a rear shell 11 and a front shell 12 which are connected together, a cavity 112 is arranged on the rear shell 11, an air outlet 114 communicated with the cavity 112 is arranged on the rear shell 11, and the fan 2 is arranged on the front shell 12 and aligned with the air outlet 114. When the rear case 11 and the front case 12 are detached, the cleaning and maintenance of the blower fan 2 are facilitated.
The second housing 42 includes an end cap 421 and a housing tube 422 formed by bending a sheet material, and an end of the housing tube 422 is inserted into the end cap 421 to simplify the structure of the second housing 42 and facilitate production thereof. The first housing 41 is inserted into the end cover 421, so that the first housing 41 is more conveniently installed and positioned.
The above examples are only preferred embodiments of the invention, and other embodiments of the invention are possible. Equivalent modifications and substitutions can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit of the invention, and these equivalent modifications or substitutions are intended to be included within the scope of the present claims.
