本发明涉及一种旋转淋浴喷头。
背景技术
旋转出水的技术方案在卫浴设备中已经成熟,其特点是在出水面上设置多个喷嘴同时出水,然后利用驱动装置驱动整个出水面旋转,达到多个喷嘴大范围公转出水的效果。另一类的旋转出水是喷嘴自转的方案,即喷嘴自身在驱动装置的驱动下发生自转,形成单股可以自转的水流。
不论上述出水面旋转还是喷嘴自转,往往都无法两者兼顾。而且,因出水面、喷嘴的转动速度相当高,无法无法达到预期的视觉效果及淋浴感。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种旋转淋浴喷头,其克服了背景技术所存在的不足。本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种旋转淋浴喷头,包括:壳体、面盖组件、可转动地设置在该壳体内的叶轮,该叶轮的顶面设有叶片,该叶轮的底面的偏心位置设有转轴;该壳体对应该叶片设有斜水孔;及:
收容在该壳体内的行星减速机构,包括套设于该转轴上的齿轮及设置在该壳体内回转面上的固定齿圈,该齿轮上部设有与该固定齿圈相啮合的一级减速齿圈,下部设有驱动齿圈;
该面盖组件通过一内设的二级减速齿圈与该驱动齿圈啮合。

该叶轮20受水流的冲击可在该壳体内发生转动。该叶轮20的顶面设有若干叶片22。该叶轮20的底面的偏心位置设有三个转轴24。这三个转轴24以该叶轮20的中心为中心呈环形阵列排布。
该固定座30对应该叶片22设有斜水孔32。该固定座30内回转面上设有一固定齿圈52。该固定座30套住该叶轮20。该固定盖10与该固定座30的顶部连接从而盖住该叶轮20。
该连接座40用于与花洒主体连接在一起。该连接座40的外回转面上设有用于与花洒本体相连接的螺纹42。该连接座40套住该固定座30与该行星减速机构50。

当水流冲击从该斜水孔32冲击该叶片22时,该叶轮20绕该芯轴80高速转动。该叶轮20同时驱动该齿轮54转动,该齿轮54从而驱动该输出转盘56低速转动。由于该盖板62与该输出转盘56连接,因此该面盖64随该输出转盘56同步转动(公转)。又由于该固定齿盘70固定不动,因此在该面盖组件60转动的同时,该喷嘴66的齿环662与该固定齿盘70啮合传动,使该喷嘴66自身也发生转动(自转)。
根据行星减速机构50的动作原理可以得出,当该固定齿圈52的齿数是48,该一级减速齿圈542的齿数是18,该驱动齿圈544的齿数是19、该二级减速齿圈562的齿数是51时,该行星减速机构50的传动比可以达到153:1。
请参照图6,该连接座40的螺纹42可以直接与花洒的主体螺接在一起,拆装相当方便。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,故不能依此限定本发明实施的范围,即依本发明专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明涵盖的范围内。
工业实用性
本发明公开了一种旋转淋浴喷头,该叶轮通过行星减速机构、二级减速齿圈可驱动面盖组件转动,同时面盖组件内设的喷嘴在固定齿盘的驱动下自转。行星减速机构可实现两级减速,使得高速旋转的叶轮能够驱动面盖组件低速旋转,同时喷嘴即随面盖组件公转又自转,从而实现了较佳的动态按摩效果,提供一种安静的淋浴环境,同时兼具完美的视觉效果和人体舒适度。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种旋转淋浴喷头,包括:壳体、面盖组件、可转动地设置在该壳体内的叶轮,该叶轮的顶面设有叶片,底面的偏心位置设有转轴;该壳体对应该叶片设有斜水孔;其特征在于,还包括:
    收容在该壳体内的行星减速机构,包括套设于该转轴上的齿轮及设置在该壳体内回转面上的固定齿圈,该齿轮上部设有与该固定齿圈相啮合的一级减速齿圈,下部设有驱动齿圈;
    该面盖组件通过一内设的二级减速齿圈与该驱动齿圈啮合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种旋转淋浴喷头,其特征在于:还包括芯轴及固定齿盘,该芯轴的顶端穿过该叶轮并与该壳体的顶部连接,底端插入到该面盖组件内与该面盖组件转动连接,该固定齿盘同心固设于芯轴底端,该面盖组件内设有环形阵列排布的喷嘴,该喷嘴的外表面上设有齿环,所述齿环与该固定齿盘相啮合。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种旋转淋浴喷头,其特征在于:该面盖组件还包括输出转盘、盖板、面盖,该盖板将该喷嘴盖设在该面盖内,该输出转盘收容在该壳体内,该盖板与该输出转盘固定连接,所述二级减速齿圈设置在该输出转盘的内回转面上。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的一种旋转淋浴喷头,其特征在于:该面盖内设有杯座,该喷嘴设置在该杯座内。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的一种旋转淋浴喷头,其特征在于:该盖板与该输出转盘螺纹连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种旋转淋浴喷头,其特征在于:该转轴的数量是三个,该这些转轴环形阵列布置,该齿轮的数量是三个,该这些齿轮环形阵列布置。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种旋转淋浴喷头,其特征在于:该一级减速齿圈的齿数小于该驱动齿圈的齿数。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种旋转淋浴喷头,其特征在于:该壳体包括连接座、固定座及固定盖,该连接座套住该固定座,该固定盖与该固定座的顶部连接从而盖住该叶轮,该斜水孔设置在该固定座上,该固定齿圈设置在该固定座的内回转面上。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种旋转淋浴喷头,其特征在于:该连接座的外表面上设有用于与花洒本体相连接的螺纹。
  10. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种旋转淋浴喷头,其特征在于:该叶轮通过行星减速机构、二级减速齿圈可驱动面盖组件转动;面盖组件内设的喷嘴随面盖组件公转,同时在固定齿盘的驱动下喷嘴还自转。
