本发明的基于Email的P2P数据处理方法以及本发明的基于Email的P2P数据处理系统具有下述优点:
用户群广泛,使用成本低廉。目前大部分消费者都使用电子邮件作为信息传递工具,在使用本专利提供的转账功能时,只需在电子邮件客户端装入转账插件即可;可以无缝地跨平台使用,PC、平板电脑、智能手机均支持电子邮件收发功能,顺应移动互联网时代的发展潮流;
简单易用,适用于家里、办公室或公共场合,室内或室外,静止或移动等等多种环境,在提款模式转账流程中,转账方甚至无需知道收款人账号信息,大大简化了转账难度;
通过与电子票据服务结合,消费者可以获得电子转账凭证,并随时查询个人记录;通过个人电子邮件账号与银行卡号关联,可以大大拓展无卡支付业务渠道。

具体实施方式
下面介绍的是本发明的多个实施例中的一些,旨在提供对本发明的基本了解。并不旨在确认本发明的关键或决定性的要素或限定所要保护的范围。
图1是表示本发明的基于Email的P2P数据处理系统的系统结构图。
如图1所示,本发明的基于Email的P2P数据处理系统主要包括:转帐发起方Email客户端100、转帐接收方Email客户端200、Email服务器300(包括了转帐发起方Email服务器和转帐接收方Email服务器的统称,后文中也称为“邮件服务器”)、支付服务器400、第三方支付网关500。
转帐发起方Email客户端100与Email服务器300之间能够进行邮件收发,并且,为了使通讯工具能够完成P2P转帐功能在转帐发起方Email客户端100集成转帐插件,由此,能够使得转帐发起方Email客户端100以密送方式向支付服务器400发送支付指令。所述转帐插件具备:邮件客户端插件模块,用于管理所述支付服务器的客户端证书;邮件管理模块,用于将邮件内容密送至所述支付服务器。
同样地,转帐接收方Email客户端200与Email服务器300之间能够进行邮件收发。Email服务器(即邮件服务器)300用于提供邮件服务。
支付服务器400用于根用户发送的支付指令向第三方支付网关500发送转帐指令并且将转帐结果反馈到Email服务器300。第三方支付网关500主要用于为持卡人提供转帐业务服务。
接着,对于利用基于Email的P2P数据处理系统实现的基于Email的P2P数据处理方法进行说明。
首先,对于本发明的第一实施方式的基于Email的P2P数据处理方法进行说明。
图2是表示本发明第一实施方式的基于Email的P2P数据处理方法的流程图。
在第一实施方式中,在转帐发起方,需要将个人Email帐号与支付帐号(包括借记卡号、虚拟帐号等)建立绑定关系,并且在转帐接收方也需要将人Email帐号与支付帐号(包括借记卡号、虚拟帐号等)建立绑定关系。
下面参照图2对于本发明第一实施方式的基于Email的P2P数据处理方法 具体流程进行说明。
步骤S101:转帐发起方Email客户端100通过邮件服务器300向转帐接收方Email客户端200发送转帐通知邮件,同时,利用转帐发起方Email客户端100具备的转帐插件将转帐通知邮件以密送的方式发送到支付服务器400。具体地,在转帐发起方Email客户端100输入转帐接收方邮件地址、转帐金额等信息,向邮件服务器300发出转帐通知邮件,利用邮件服务器300将转帐通知邮件发送到转帐接收方Email客户端200的转帐接收方邮件地址。
步骤S102:支付服务器400基于从转帐发起方Email客户端100收到的转帐通知邮件,根据转帐接收方邮件地址查询转帐接收方的接收帐号,向第三方支付网关500发送转帐指令。
步骤S103:第三方支付网关500完成转帐支付流程后反馈转帐结果到支付服务器400。
步骤S104:支付服务器400收到转帐结果后向邮件服务器300发送转帐结果邮件。
步骤S105:邮件服务器300向转帐发起方Email客户端100和转帐接收方Email客户端200分别发送转帐结果通知邮件。
这样,利用上述本发明第一实施方式的基于Email的P2P数据处理方法,只需要在电子邮件客户端转入转帐插件即可,转帐方甚至无需知道收款人帐号信息也能够完成转帐,大大简化了转帐难度。而且,可以无缝地跨平台使用,PC、平板电脑、智能手机均支持电子邮件收发功能,能够利用这些平台通过发送邮件即可完成转帐手续,因此,具有操作简单、成本低廉、实用性高的优点。
接着,对于本发明第二实施方式的基于Email的P2P数据处理方法进行说明。
图3是表示本发明第二实施方式的基于Email的P2P数据处理方法的流程图。
在第二实施方式中,在转帐发起方,需要将个人Email帐号与支付帐号(包括借记卡号、虚拟帐号等)建立绑定关系,而转帐接收方人Email帐号与支付帐号(包括借记卡号、虚拟帐号等)未建立绑定关系。
步骤S201:转帐发起方Email客户端100通过邮件服务器300向转帐接收 方Email客户端200发送转帐通知邮件,同时,利用转帐发起方Email客户端100具备的转帐插件将转帐通知邮件以密送的方式发送到支付服务器400。具体地,在转帐发起方Email客户端100输入转帐接收方邮件地址、转帐金额等信息,向邮件服务器300发出转帐通知邮件,利用邮件服务器300将转帐通知邮件发送到转帐接收方Email客户端200的转帐接收方邮件地址。
步骤S202:支付服务器400基于从转帐发起方Email客户端100收到的转帐通知邮件,向转帐接收方发送转帐注册通知邮件。
步骤S203:转帐接收方通过转帐接收方Email客户端200将表示转帐接收方邮件地址与转帐接收方支付帐号之间的绑定关系的绑定转帐账户信息发送到邮件服务器300,邮件服务器300再将该绑定转帐账户信息发送到支付服务器400。
步骤S204:支付服务器400根据所述转帐账户信息中转帐接收方邮件地址与转帐接收方支付帐号之间的绑定关系,将包含的转帐接收方支付帐号的转帐指令发送到第三方支付网关500。
步骤S205:第三方支付网关500完成转帐支付流程后反馈转帐结果到支付服务器400。
步骤S206:支付服务器400收到转帐结果后向邮件服务器300发送转帐结果邮件。
步骤S207:邮件服务器300向转帐发起方Email客户端100和转帐接收方Email客户端200分别发送转帐结果通知邮件。
这样,利用上述本发明第二实施方式的基于Email的P2P数据处理方法,只需要在电子邮件客户端转入转帐插件即可,转帐方甚至无需知道收款人帐号信息也能够完成转帐,而且接收方也无需预先绑定邮件地址与帐号,这样能够简化转帐难度,而且,可以无缝地跨平台使用,PC、平板电脑、智能手机均支持电子邮件收发功能,能够利用这些平台通过发送邮件即可完成转帐手续,因此,具有操作简单、成本低廉、实用性高的优点。
综上所述,本发明的基于Email的P2P数据处理系统以及数据处理方法具有简单、方便、安全、跨平台等特点,是对目前现有线上转账模式的有益补充,通过构建了一种基于Email的信用支付体系,解决了用户个人转账渠道不通畅的 难题。
以上例子主要说明了本发明的基于Email的P2P数据处理系统以及数据处理方法。尽管只对其中一些本发明的具体实施方式进行了描述,但是本领域普通技术人员应当了解,本发明可以在不偏离其主旨与范围内以许多其他的形式实施。因此,所展示的例子与实施方式被视为示意性的而非限制性的,在不脱离如所附各权利要求所定义的本发明精神及范围的情况下,本发明可能涵盖各种的修改与替换。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种基于Email的P2P数据处理方法,其特征在于,包括下述步骤:
    账户绑定步骤,将转帐发起方邮件地址与转帐发起方支付帐号绑定,将转帐接收方邮件地址与转帐接收方支付帐号绑定;
    转帐通知邮件发送步骤,转帐发起方Email客户端通过邮件服务器将转帐通知邮件发送至转帐接收方Email客户端,同时转帐发起方Email客户端向支付服务器发送转帐通知邮件;
    转帐指令发送步骤,支付服务器向根据转帐通知邮件第三方支付网关发送转帐指令;
    转帐结果反馈步骤,第三方支付网关将转帐结果反馈到支付服务器;以及
    转帐结果邮件通知步骤,邮件服务器将转帐结果邮件通知转帐发起方Email客户端和转帐接收方Email客户端。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的P2P数据处理方法,其特征在于,
    在所述转帐通知邮件发送步骤中,转帐发起方Email客户端以密送方式向支付服务器发送转帐通知邮件。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的P2P数据处理方法,其特征在于,
    在所述转帐通知邮件发送步骤中,将至少包括转帐接收方邮件地址和转帐金额的转帐通知邮件发送至转帐接收方Email客户端和支付服务器。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的P2P数据处理方法,其特征在于,
    在所述转帐指令发送步骤中,支付服务器根据转帐通知邮件中包含的转帐接收方邮件地址查询对应的转帐接收方支付帐号,并且根据该支付帐号向第三方支付网关发送转帐指令。
  5. 一种基于Email的P2P数据处理方法,其特征在于,包括下述步骤:
    转帐发起方账户绑定步骤,将转帐发起方邮件地址与转帐发起方支付帐号绑定;转帐通知邮件发送步骤,转帐发起方Email客户端通过邮件服务器将转帐通知邮件发送至转帐接收方Email客户端,同时转帐发起方Email客户端向支付服务器 发送转帐通知邮件;
    转帐接收方账户绑定步骤,支付服务器向转帐接收方Email客户端发送转帐注册邮件,转帐接收方Email客户端通过邮件服务器将表示转帐接收方邮件地址与转帐接收方支付帐号之间的绑定关系的绑定转帐账户信息发送到支付服务器;
    转帐指令发送步骤,支付服务器根据所述转帐账户信息将转帐指令发送到第三方支付网关;
    转帐结果反馈步骤,第三方支付网关将转帐结果反馈到支付服务器;以及
    转帐结果邮件通知步骤,邮件服务器将转帐结果邮件通知转帐发起方Email客户端和转帐接收方Email客户端。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的P2P数据处理方法,其特征在于,
    在所述转帐通知邮件发送步骤中,转帐发起方Email客户端以密送方式向支付服务器发送转帐通知邮件。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的P2P数据处理方法,其特征在于,
    在所述转帐通知邮件发送步骤中,将至少包括转帐接收方邮件地址和转帐金额的转帐通知邮件发送至转帐接收方Email客户端和支付服务器。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的P2P数据处理方法,其特征在于,
    在所述转帐指令发送步骤中,支付服务器根据所述转帐账户信息中包含的转帐接收方邮件地址查询对应的转帐接收方支付帐号,并且根据该支付帐号向第三方支付网关发送转帐指令。
  9. 一种基于Email的P2P数据处理系统,其特征在于,包括:
    邮件服务器,用于提供邮件服务;
    转帐发起方Email客户端,与所述邮件服务器之间能够进行邮件收发并且具有转帐插件,能够以密送方式向支付服务器发送支付指令;
    转帐接收方Email客户端,与所述邮件服务器之间能够进行邮件收发;
    支付服务器,用于根据接所述支付指令向下述的第三方支付网关发送转帐指令并且将转帐结果反馈到所述邮件服务器;
    第三方支付网关,用于根据转帐指令实现转帐业务。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的基于Email的P2P数据处理系统,其特征在于,
    所述转帐插件具备:
    邮件客户端插件模块,用于管理所述支付服务器的客户端证书;
    邮件管理模块,用于将邮件内容密送至所述支付服务器。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的基于Email的P2P数据处理系统,其特征在于,
    所述转帐接收方Email客户端也具有所述转帐插件。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的基于Email的P2P数据处理系统,其特征在于,
    所述转帐发起方Email客户端向支付服务器发送支付指令时利用所述支付服务器的客户端证书进行签名后发送,
    所述支付服务器在收到所述支付指令后进行解密之后向所述第三方支付网关发送转帐指令。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的基于Email的P2P数据处理系统,其特征在于,
    所述支付服务器还用于根据转帐接收方邮件地址向所述转帐接收方Email客户端发送转帐注册邮件,
    所述转帐接收方Email客户端还用于将表示转帐接收方邮件地址与转帐接收方支付帐号之间的绑定关系的绑定转帐账户信息发送到邮件服务器,
    所述邮件服务器还用于将所述转帐账户信息发送到所述支付服务器。
