本发明涉及通信技术领域, 尤其涉及一种政企网通信装置及通信方法、 计算机存储介质。 背景技术
传统的政企语音通信以用户交换机( Private branch exchange, IP PBX ) 技术为主, 主要用于接入用户的语音, 设备主要是各类座机, 而随着政企 网的人员办公需求, 员工在工作中大多会使用手机、 个人电脑或者平板电 脑进行办公, 所以政企网对于这些终端也都有协同办公的需求。 因此, 如 何实现各种终端都能基于政企网进行通信成为现在亟待需要解决的问题。 发明内容
鉴于上述的分析, 本发明旨在提供一种政企网通信装置及通信方法、 计算机存储介质, 用以解决现有的政企网不能支持浏览器终端进行通信的 问题。
本发明实施例主要是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种政企网通信装置, 包括:
接收单元, 配置为接收浏览器用户终端通过具备基于浏览器的实时通 信 WebRTC能力的浏览器发送来的与被叫终端进行通话的通话请求;
处理单元, 配置为根据所述通话请求建立该浏览器用户终端与所述被 叫终端的连接。
优选地, 所述处理单元进一步包括第一处理模块和 /或第二处理模块; 所述第一处理模块, 配置为在所述接收单元接收到的是政企网内部的 浏览器用户终端发送来的通话请求时, 进行协议转换, 根据所述被叫终端 号码查询已注册的用户, 当查询到所述被叫终端时, 建立该政企网内部的 浏览器用户终端与所述被叫终端的连接;

下面结合附图来具体描述本发明的优选实施例, 其中, 附图构成本申 请一部分, 并与本发明的实施例一起用于阐释本发明的原理。 为了清楚和 简化目的, 当其可能使本发明的主题模糊不清时, 将省略本文所描述的器 件中已知功能和结构的详细具体说明。
本发明实施例的主要目的是提供一种政企网通信装置及通信方法, 该 通信装置不但能够支持政企网内部不同的类型的终端进行互拨, 还能支持 政企网内外不同类型的终端进行通话, 且通话不依赖于运营商网络, 大大 节省了费用, 从而降低了成本。 下面就通过几个具体实施例对本发明的技 术方案进行详细说明。
实施例一
本发明实施例提供了一种政企网通信装置, 参见图 1, 该装置包括相互 耦合的接收单元 11和处理单元 12。 本发明实施例通过接收单元 11接收浏 览器用户终端通过具备基于浏览器的实时通信 WebRTC能力的浏览器发送 来的与被叫终端进行通话的通话请求, 接收到通话请求后, 处理单元 12根 据所述通话请求建立所述主叫终端和所述被叫终端的连接。 其中, 处理单 元 12先进行协议转换, 根据所述被叫终端号码查询已注册的用户, 当查询 到所述被叫终端时, 再建立所述主被叫终端的连接。 协议转换具体为将通 话请求中的主被叫终端信息和媒体信息等转换为内部统一的协议。
本发明实施例中的具有能够登陆浏览器的主叫终端通过具备 WebRTC 能力的浏览器以超文本传输协议 (HTTP-Hypertext transfer protocol, HTTP) 或者网页套接字 WebSocket方式向所述接收单元发送通话请求, 而本政企 网内已注册不能上网的主叫终端如各种座机, 直接向接收单元 11发送通话 请求, 处理单元 12对通话请求进行协议转换建立主、 被叫终端的连接。
本发明实施例的所述处理单元 12首先需要将接收到的所述通话请求转 换为预设协议, 再根据所述通话请求建立主、 被叫终端连接。 所述预设协 议为本发明实施例的政企网通信装置内部通用的一个协议, 如: SIP协议、 Opus, G.711协议或者是其他的相关处理协议。
举例说明,处理单元 12将通话请求统一转化为政企网通信装置内的 SIP 协议, 或者是当被叫终端是政企网内部的座机用户时, 将通话申请转换为 Opus和 G.711协议。
本发明实施例中的所述主叫终端包括: 政企网内部的已注册的浏览器 用户终端和座机用户终端, 浏览器用户终端如手机、 个人电脑、 平板电脑, 政企网内部的浏览器用户可以在企业办公室, 也可以是在出差地, 座机用 户终端如普通话机 ost, 宽带话机( SIP Phone )或宽带视频话机 (SIP video Phone), 或者是政企网外部的浏览器用户终端, 如手机、 个人电脑或平板电 脑;
所述被叫终端包括: 政企网内部已注册的浏览器用户终端和座机用户 终端, 或者是政企网外部的浏览器用户终端和座机用户终端, 浏览器用户 终端如手机、 个人电脑、 平板电脑, 座机用户终端如手机、 普通话机 post、 宽带话机( SIP Phone )或宽带视频话机 (SIP video Phone)。
本发明实施例的接收单元 11在接收所述主叫终端为政企网内部已注册 的浏览器用户终端、 座机用户终端的呼叫请求时, 先判断所述主叫终端是 否有呼叫权限, 当确定有权限时, 触发所述处理单元 12进行连接。
图 2所示为本发明实施例的另一种政企网通信装置的结构示意图, 如 图 2所示, 所述处理单元 12进一步包括第一处理模块 121、 第二处理模块 122、 第三处理模块 123和第四处理模块 124, 且第一处理模块 121、 第二 处理模块 122、 第三处理模块 123和第四处理模块 124均分别与接收单元 11相耦合。
第一处理模块 121在所述接收单元 11接收到的是政企网内部的浏览器 用户终端发送来的通话请求时, 进行协议转换, 根据所述被叫终端号码查 询已注册的用户, 当查询到所述被叫终端时, 建立该政企网内部的浏览器 用户终端与所述被叫终端的连接;
第二处理模块 122在所述接收单元 11接收到的是政企网外部的浏览器 用户终端发送来的通话请求时, 进行协议转换, 根据所述被叫终端号码查 询已注册的用户, 当查询到所述被叫终端时, 建立该政企网外部的浏览器 用户终端与所述被叫终端的连接, 例如, 当政企网外部的浏览器用户终端 呼叫的是企业的客服热线, 第二处理模块 122进行协议转换后, 将该政企 网外部的浏览器用户终端与企业的客服热线进行连接。
第三处理模块 123在所述接收单元 11接收到的是政企网内的座机用户 终端发送来的通话请求时, 进行协议转换, 根据所述被叫终端号码查询已 注册的用户, 当查询到所述被叫终端时, 建立该政企网内的座机用户终端 与被叫终端的连接,
其中, 第一处理模块 121、 第二处理模块 122和第三处理模块 123中的 被叫终端均是政企网内部的用户终端。
第四处理模块 124, 配置为在所述接收单元 11接收到的是政企网内的 座机用户终端, 以及浏览器用户终端发送来的通话请求时, 进行协议转换, 根据所述被叫终端号码查询已注册的用户, 当未查询到所述被叫终端时, 将所述通话请求通过以太网和路由器发送给网络语音电话业务网元, 通过 所述网络语音电话业务网元建立政企网内的座机用户终端、 浏览器用户终 端与被叫终端的连接, 其中, 所述被叫终端是政企网外的用户终端。 其被 叫终端为政企网外的用户, 即未在政企网进行注册的用户。
当然本领域的技术人员也可以根据实际需要只选用其中部分的处理模 块,例如只设置第一处理模块 121、第二处理模块 122和第三处理模块 123, 或者是只设置如图 3和 4所示的装置。 图 3 所示为本发明实施例的再一种政企网通信装置的结构示意图, 如 图 3所示, 所述处理单元 12进一步包括第一处理模块 121、 第二处理模块 122和第四处理模块 124, 且第一处理模块 121、 第二处理模块 122、 第四 处理模块 124均分别与接收单元 11相耦合。 第一处理模块 121在所述接收 单元 11接收到的是政企网内部的浏览器用户终端发送来的通话请求时, 进 行协议转换, 根据所述被叫终端号码查询已注册的用户, 当查询到所述被 叫终端时, 建立该政企网内部的浏览器用户终端与所述被叫终端的连接; 第二处理模块 122在所述接收单元 11接收到的是政企网外部的浏览器用户 终端发送来的通话请求时, 进行协议转换, 根据所述被叫终端号码查询已 注册的用户, 当查询到所述被叫终端时, 建立该政企网外部的浏览器用户 终端与所述被叫终端的连接; 例如, 当政企网外部的浏览器用户终端呼叫 的是企业的客服热线, 所述第二处理模块 122进行协议转换后, 将该政企 网外部的浏览器用户终端与企业的客服热线进行连接; 其中, 第一处理模 块 121和第二处理模块 122的被叫终端均是政企网内部的用户终端。 第四 处理模块 124在所述接收单元 11接收到的是政企网内的座机用户终端, 以 及浏览器用户终端发送来的通话请求时, 进行协议转换, 根据所述被叫终 端号码查询已注册的用户, 当未查询到所述被叫终端时, 将所述通话请求 通过以太网和路由器发送给网络语音电话业务网元, 通过所述网络语音电 话业务网元建立政企网内的座机用户终端、 浏览器用户终端与被叫终端的 连接, 其中, 第四处理模块 124中的被叫终端是政企网外的用户终端。

本发明实施例还提供了一种政企网通信装置的架构, 参见图 5, 包括: Web TC网关 112、接入模块 111、 呼叫控制模块 125、媒体处理模块 1210、 互通模块 126、 业务逻辑处理模块 127、 数据库模块 129和 OAM&P模块 128,其中, WebRTC网关 112和接入模块 111共同构成前述的接收单元 11, 其余各个模块共同构成本发明的处理单元 12。
WebRTC网关 112可以接收通过 HTTP或者 WebSocket方式发送来的 通话请求, 并进行内部信令转换, 一般来说可以釆用 HTTP或者 SIP over WebSocket转 SIP, 并将该通话请求发送给呼叫控制模块 125;
接入模块 111 主要接收普通话机、 宽带话机或宽带视频话机发送来的 通话请求, 并将该通话请求发送给呼叫控制模块 125;
呼叫控制模块 125主要对用户的呼叫进行认证和呼叫处理, 和其他模 块进行交流, 包括了点到点的语音和视频呼叫、 路由的选择、 呼叫信息查 询、 媒体面 /ICE的协商及业务触发等功能;
媒体处理模块 1210主要是处理媒体的转码和协议转换等媒体功能; 互通模块 126主要是配置为与其他 IP网络互通;
业务逻辑处理模块 127包括呼叫中心, 补充业务, UC等业务, 呼叫中 心完成呼叫的排队和调度, 补充业务主要完成类似呼叫前传等补充类业务, uc完成消息和文件共享等业务;
数据库模块 129主要保存政企网的用户相关的业务数据和鉴权数据。 OAM&P 模块 128 ( Operation, Administration, Maintenance and Provisioning操作、 管理、 维护、 配置操作、 管理、 维护和配置)主要是处 理通信平台的故障、 性能等日常网管功能。
当所述通话请求呼叫的是政企网外部的被叫终端时, 处理单元 12将所 述通话请求通过以太网和路由器发送给网络语音电话业务网元( Voice over Internet Phone, VOIP )。 即本发明实施例中的处理单元通过中继线 ( FXO 或 E1 )与公共交换电话网络( Public Switched Telephone Network, PSTN ) 相连, 并将本地接收到非本政企网内的被叫终端的通话请求送至 PSTN, 进 行通话连接。 在进行通话前, 进行相应的协议转换, 如转化为适于 PSTN 的 Sip协议等。
本发明实施例中的政企网内部的终端需要预先进行注册, 具体的, 可 以是釆用 HTTP (用户名, 密码)或者 web socket协议进行用户注册, 可以 釆用用户名密码, Open ID或者 SIP Digest方式, 或者是在政企网通信平台 中注册, 如果用于呼叫中心业务, 用户也可以不注册。
下面以一个具体的例子对本发明实施例进行详细说明:
接收单元 11接收到主叫终端通过 HTTP或者 WebSocket发出的与被叫 终端的通话请求, 当所述主叫终端为政企网内部已经注册的终端时, 在接 收到所述通话请求时, 先判断所述主叫终端是否有呼叫权限, 当确定有权 限时, 处理单元 12将接收到的所述通话请求转换为预设协议后, 建立主、 被叫终端连接。 当所述通话请求呼叫的是政企网外部的被叫终端时, 处理 单元 12将所述通话请求通过以太网和路由器发送给网络语音电话业务网元 VOIP。
本发明实施例提供的基于 WebRTC 的政企网通信装置能够使政企网 内、 外不同的类型终端进行互拨, 使通话不依赖于运营商网络, 节省漫游 费用, 从而降低了成本。 实施例二
本发明实施例提供了一种政企网的通信方法, 参见图 6, 该方法包括: S601、 接收浏览器用户终端通过具备 WebRTC能力的浏览器发送来的 与被叫终端进行通话的通话请求;
S602、 根据所述通话请求建立该浏览器用户终端与所述被叫终端的连 接。
该步骤具体包括: 将通话请求转换为预设协议, 再根据所述通话请求 建立所述主叫终端与所述被叫终端连接。 所述预设协议为本发明实施例的 政企网通信装置内部通用的相应的协议, 如: SIP协议、 Opus 或者 G.711 协议。
例如,将 HTTP或 Websocket的通话申请统一转化为 SIP协议,或者当被 叫终端是政企网内部的座机用户时, 将通话申请转换为 Opus和 G.711协议。
本发明实施例中的所述主叫终端包括: 政企网内部的已注册的浏览器 用户终端和座机用户终端, 浏览器用户终端如手机、 个人电脑、 平板电脑, 座机用户终端如普通话机 ost, 宽带话机 ( SIP Phone )或宽带视频话机 (SIP video Phone), 或者是政企网外部的浏览器用户终端, 如手机、 个人电脑或 平板电脑;
本发明实施例的被叫终端包括: 政企网内部已注册的浏览器用户终端 和座机用户终端, 或者是政企网外部的浏览器用户终端和座机用户终端, 浏览器用户终端如手机、 个人电脑、 平板电脑, 座机用户终端如普通话机 post, 宽带话机(SIP Phone )或宽带视频话机 (SIP video Phone)。
当所述主叫终端为政企网内部已经注册的终端时, 在接收到所述通话 请求时, 先判断所述主叫终端是否有呼叫权限, 当确定有权限时, 再对所 述通话请求进行媒体协商, 根据所述通话请求建立所述主叫终端与所述被 叫终端连接。
当所述通话请求呼叫的是政企网外部的被叫终端时, 将所述通话请求 通过以太网和路由器发送给网络语音电话业务网元 VOIP。 即本发明实施例 中的处理单元通过中继线 (FXO 或 E1 ) 与公共交换电话网络( Public Switched Telephone Network, PSTN )相连,并将本地接收到非本政企网内的 被叫终端的通话请求送至 PSTN, 进行通话连接。 在进行通话前, 进行协议 转换, 如转化为适于 PSTN的 Sip协议等。
本发明实施例所述的方法还包括注册的步骤, 具体的, 可以是釆用 HTTP (用户名, 密码)或者 websocket协议进行用户注册, 或者是釆用用 户名密码, Open ID或者 SIP Digest方式,或者是在政企网通信平台中注册, 如果用于呼叫中心业务用户也可以不注册。 图 7为本发明实施例的另一种政企网的通信方法的流程图, 图 8为本 发明实施例二的实现政企网的通信方法的系统结构示意图, 参见图 5、 7和 8, 该通信方法包括:
5701、 浏览器用户访问政企网的网页进行注册;
该步骤具体包括: 浏览器用户通过 PC、 手机或平板电脑访问政企网的 网页, 网页中具备注册的链接, 通过该注册链接进行注册。
5702、 注册成功后, 浏览器用户利用 Sip over web socket进行呼叫或者 通过 HTTP发起呼叫, WebRTC 网关接受到 webscoket信令之后, 将 web socket或者 HTTP中所传递的主被叫信息,媒体信息等转换成内部协议传送 给呼叫控制模块;
该步骤具体包括: 注册成功后, 浏览器用户根据工作需要通过网页中 的通信录和点击通话按钮与其他同事进行音频,视频以及 UC类业务,点击 按钮的动作,会触发浏览器 webRTC API调用视音频资源实现呼叫业务,浏 览器会通过 websocket或者 HTTP将信息传递到 WebRTC网关, 比如被叫 号码、 工号(需要和号码对应), 将 web socket或者 HTTP中所传递的主被 叫信息, 媒体信息等转换成内部协议传送给呼叫控制模块。 完成补充业务 或者消息类业务等, 如果浏览器用户呼叫政企网座机用户, 则可能需要语 音编解码转换比如 Opus和 G.711的转换, 这个由媒体处理模块完成。
5703、 呼叫控制模块根据数据库模块中用户的权限进行认证, 并在判 定用户的被叫信息是该政企网的 SIP Phone, 处理好用户的主叫业务后将呼 叫传递给接入模块;
5704、 接入模块呼叫相应的 SIP Phone, 座机用户摘机, 这样双方开始 通话。
举例说明, 图 9为本发明实施例一种政企网的通信方法的互拨流程图, 如图 9所示, 当政企网座机客户 (比如 SIP phone )拨打浏览器用户号码, 被叫信息以及媒体面信息传递给政企网通信装置的接入模块, 接入模块将 该呼叫信息传递给呼叫控制模块, 呼叫控制模块根据主叫用户的业务签署, 首先处理该 SIP Phone的主叫业务(比如补充类业务), 然后根据被叫号码 发现该被叫用户已经注册在呼叫控制模块中,则通过 WebRTC模块利用 Sip over web socket寻路到该 WebRTC用户, WebRTC用户会振铃,并接听电话。
当主叫终端是政企网外部的能够登陆浏览器的终端时, 且要与企业网 坐席进行通话(即主叫终端拨通的是政企网的服务热线电话), 将该通话请 求进行协议转化, 必要时在进行排队和调度后, 建立主叫终端与企业网坐 席的连接;
政企网的外部客户通过浏览网页, 点击网页链接可以直接实现与政企 网坐席的通话, 不需要经过运营商网络, 当客户点击通话按钮, 该呼叫将 通过 Sip over WebSocket或者 HTTP传递给政企网通信装置的 WebRTC网关 进行处理, WebRTC 网关会记录该用户的地址信息, 便于寻址, 政企网通 信装置中的呼叫模块根据被叫信息判断这是一个呼叫中心的号码, 触发到 业务逻辑处理模块, 业务逻辑处理模块将对呼叫进行排队, 同时通过媒体 处理模块向等待用户放音。 业务逻辑处理模块对呼叫进行调度, 并根据坐 席的状态, 将呼叫分发到对应的坐席处理。
当所述通话请求呼叫的是政企网外部的被叫终端时, 将所述通话请求 通过以太网和路由器发送给网络语音电话业务网元 VOIP进行连接。具体是 通过中继线(FXO或 E1 )与 PSTN相连, 将本地电话呼叫送至 PSTN, 并 与内部以太网和路由器相连,将 IP长途呼叫送至 VoIP网络。根据起呼用户 的不同,需要进行 webscoket-Sip,以及 webSocket-PTSN以及 HTTP到 PSTN 的转换。
当政企网内部的被叫终端签署了前传业务(比如该用户出差), 则将所 有呼叫路由到该被叫终端的前传终端号码上。 例如, 当政企网内部的某个 工作人员出差, 可以将呼叫其座机的主叫转移到其手机上, 从而有效保证 通信的畅通。
本发明实施例还提供了一种计算机存储介质, 其中存储有计算机可执 行指令, 所述计算机可执行指令用于执行上述任一实施例所述的方法。
上述各模块可以由电子设备中的中央处理器( Central Processing Unit, CPU ), 数字信号处理器 (Digital Signal Processor, DSP )或可编程逻辑阵 列 (Field - Programmable Gate Array, FPGA ) 实现。
本领域内的技术人员应明白, 本发明的实施例可提供为方法、 系统、 或计算机程序产品。 因此, 本发明可釆用硬件实施例、 软件实施例、 或结 合软件和硬件方面的实施例的形式。 而且, 本发明可釆用在一个或多个其 中包含有计算机可用程序代码的计算机可用存储介质 (包括但不限于磁盘 存储器和光学存储器等)上实施的计算机程序产品的形式。 本发明是参照根据本发明实施例的方法、 设备(系统)、 和计算机程序 产品的流程图和 /或方框图来描述的。 应理解可由计算机程序指令实现流程 图和 /或方框图中的每一流程和 /或方框、以及流程图和 /或方框图中的流程和 /或方框的结合。 可提供这些计算机程序指令到通用计算机、 专用计算机、 嵌入式处理机或其他可编程数据处理设备的处理器以产生一个机器, 使得 在流程图一个流程或多个流程和 /或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的功 能的装置。
这些计算机程序指令也可存储在能引导计算机或其他可编程数据处理 设备以特定方式工作的计算机可读存储器中, 使得存储在该计算机可读存 储器中的指令产生包括指令装置的制造品, 该指令装置实现在流程图一个 流程或多个流程和 /或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的功能。
这些计算机程序指令也可装载到计算机或其他可编程数据处理设备 上, 使得在计算机或其他可编程设备上执行一系列操作步骤以产生计算机 实现的处理, 从而在计算机或其他可编程设备上执行的指令提供用于实现 在流程图一个流程或多个流程和 /或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的功 能的步骤。
本发明实施例提供了一种政企网通信装置及通信方法、 计算机存储介 质, 能够支持政企网内部不同的终端进行互拨, 还能支持政企网内外不同 的终端进行通话, 且通话不依赖于运营商网络, 大大节省了费用, 从而降 低了成本。
以上所述, 仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式, 但本发明的保护范围并 不局限于此, 任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内, 可轻易想到的变化或替换, 都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。 因此, 本 发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书的保护范围为准。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种政企网通信装置, 其中, 该装置包括:
接收单元, 配置为接收浏览器用户终端通过具备基于浏览器的实时通 信 WebRTC能力的浏览器发送来的与被叫终端进行通话的通话请求;
处理单元, 配置为根据所述通话请求建立所述浏览器用户终端与所述 被叫终端的连接。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的政企网通信装置, 其中, 所述处理单元包括 第一处理模块或 /和第二处理模块;
所述第一处理模块, 配置为在所述接收单元接收到的是政企网内部的 浏览器用户终端发送来的通话请求时, 进行协议转换, 根据所述被叫终端 号码查询已注册的用户, 当查询到所述被叫终端时, 建立该政企网内部的 浏览器用户终端与所述被叫终端的连接;
所述第二处理模块, 配置为在所述接收单元接收到的是政企网外部的 浏览器用户终端发送来的通话请求时, 进行协议转换, 根据所述被叫终端 号码查询已注册的用户, 当查询到所述被叫终端时, 建立该政企网外部的 浏览器用户终端与所述被叫终端的连接;
其中, 所述被叫终端是政企网内部的用户终端。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的政企网通信装置, 其中, 所述处理单元还包 括: 第三处理模块;
所述接收单元还配置为, 接收政企网内的座机用户终端发送来的与被 叫终端进行通话的通话请求;
所述第三处理模块, 配置为在所述接收单元接收到的是政企网内的座 机用户终端发送来的通话请求时, 进行协议转换, 根据所述被叫终端号码 查询已注册的用户, 当查询到所述被叫终端时, 建立该政企网内的座机用 户终端与被叫终端的连接, 其中, 所述被叫终端是政企网内部的用户终端。
4、 根据权利要求 1至 3任一项所述的政企网通信装置, 其中, 所述处 理单元还包括: 第四处理模块;
所述接收单元还配置为, 接收政企网内的座机用户终端发送来的与被 叫终端进行通话的通话请求;
所述第四处理模块, 配置为在所述接收单元接收到的是政企网内的座 机用户终端, 以及浏览器用户终端发送来的通话请求时, 进行协议转换, 根据所述被叫终端号码查询已注册的用户, 当未查询到所述被叫终端时, 将所述通话请求通过以太网和路由器发送给网络语音电话业务网元, 通过 所述网络语音电话业务网元建立政企网内的座机用户终端、 浏览器用户终 端与被叫终端的连接, 其中, 所述被叫终端是政企网外的用户终端。
5、 根据权利要求 1至 3任一项所述的政企网通信装置, 其中, 所述接收单元还配置为, 在接收到政企网内的座机用户终端或浏览器 用户终端发送来的通话请求时, 如座机用户终端或浏览器用户终端有权限, 则触发所述处理单元。
6、 一种政企网的通信方法, 其中, 该方法包括:
接收浏览器用户终端通过具备基于浏览器的实时通信 WebRTC能力的 浏览器发送来的与被叫终端进行通话的通话请求, 根据所述通话请求建立 该浏览器用户终端与所述被叫终端的连接。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其中,
当接收到的是政企网内部的浏览器用户终端发送来的通话请求时, 进 行协议转换, 根据所述被叫终端号码查询已注册的用户, 当查询到所述被 叫终端时, 建立该政企网内部的浏览器用户终端与所述被叫终端的连接; 当接收到的是政企网外部的浏览器用户终端发送来的通话请求时, 进 行协议转换, 根据所述被叫终端号码查询已注册的用户, 当查询到所述被 叫终端时, 建立该政企网外部的浏览器用户终端与所述被叫终端的连接; 其中, 所述被叫终端是政企网内部的用户终端。
8、 根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其中, 该方法还包括: 接收政企网内 的座机用户终端发送来的与被叫终端进行通话的通话请求;
当接收到的是政企网内的座机用户终端发送来的通话请求时, 进行协 议转换, 根据所述被叫终端号码查询已注册的用户, 当查询到所述被叫终 端时, 建立该政企网内的座机用户终端与被叫终端的连接, 其中, 所述被 叫终端是政企网内部的用户终端。
9、 根据权利要求 6至 8任一项所述的方法, 其中, 该方法还包括: 接 收政企网内的座机用户终端发送来的与被叫终端进行通话的通话请求; 当接收到的是政企网内的座机用户终端, 以及浏览器用户终端发送来 的通话请求时, 进行协议转换, 根据所述被叫终端号码查询已注册的用户, 当未查询到所述被叫终端时, 将所述通话请求通过以太网和路由器发送给 网络语音电话业务网元, 通过所述网络语音电话业务网元建立政企网内的 座机用户终端、 浏览器用户终端与被叫终端的连接, 其中, 所述被叫终端 是政企网外的用户终端。
10、 根据权利要求 6至 8任一项所述的方法, 其中, 还包括: 接收政 企网内的座机用户终端发送来的与被叫终端进行通话的通话请求;
当接收到的是政企网内的座机用户终端或浏览器用户终端发送来的通 话请求时, 如座机用户终端或浏览器用户终端有权限, 则根据所述通话请 求建立该座机用户终端、 浏览器用户终端与所述被叫终端的连接。
11、 一种计算机存储介质, 其中存储有计算机可执行指令, 所述计算 机可执行指令用于执行所述权利要求 6至 10任一项所述的方法。
