一种整体罩合式袋装弹簧垫。包括有若干排螺旋弹簧排(1)和两层接合布料(2),所述的两层布料(2)的接合缝(3)分布在相邻的螺旋弹簧排(1)之间;上层布料(2-11)形成的上罩体(5)的上分隔缝(8)分布在螺旋弹簧排(1)的弹簧个体之间;下层布料(2-12)形成的下罩体(6)的下分隔缝(9)分布在螺旋弹簧排(1)的弹簧个体之间;若干排螺旋弹簧排(1)的弹簧个体分布在上层布料(2-11)和下层布料(2-12)所分别形成的上罩体(5)和下罩体(6)接合成的袋体(4)内。本发明结构简单、低成本、更环保,使用舒适,耐用。
Description
整体罩合式袋装弹簧垫
技术领域
本发明属于沙发或床垫家具等技术领域,涉及于一种用于沙发及床等弹簧垫。 背景技术
随着弹簧床垫的发展, 布袋弹簧以良好的透气性, 低干扰性, 卫生柔软的特 点从而用来提高沙发或床的舒适度。现有的布袋弹簧沙发垫和布袋弹簧床垫主要 通过若干条布袋弹簧 2-1采用胶水 1-1粘接而成,如图 1所示。采用该粘接结构, 存在以下问题:
( 1 ) 需要使用大量的胶水粘接, 因采用的胶水主要是由化学原料构成, 化 学原料会对人体的健康及环境造成一定的影响; 又因采用的胶水价格昂贵, 从而 增加了生产成本。
( 2) 随着时间的日积月累, 胶水的粘接性能即粘度会下降, 当人们再次挤 压布袋弹簧时, 布袋弹簧排之间易出现分裂。
( 3) 生产工艺繁琐, 要先生产出布袋弹簧, 再把布袋弹簧剪切成条, 再把 布袋弹簧条通过粘连组合机利用胶水粘接成垫。
(4)由于现有的粘接式布袋弹簧垫采用胶水粘接,把其用在电动折动床上, 胶水经过长期多次的折动拉扯连接处会容易破损。
综上所述, 现有的弹簧粘接沙发垫和弹簧床垫生产复杂, 结构稳定性差、各 布袋弹簧排之间易移位变形、 生产成本高且污染环境、 影响人们的身体健康。 发明内容
本发明的目的是, 针对现有技术存在的不足之处, 提供一种结构简单, 把弹 簧一体式连结与固定的弹簧床垫。
实现本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案达到:
整体罩合式袋装弹簧垫, 包括有若干排螺旋弹簧排和两层接合布料, 所述的 两层布料的接合缝分布在相邻的螺旋弹簧排之间;上层布料形成的上罩体的上分 隔缝分布在螺旋弹簧排的弹簧个体之间;下层布料形成的下罩体的下分隔缝分布 在螺旋弹簧排的弹簧个体之间;若干排螺旋弹簧排的弹簧个体分布在上层布料和 下层布料所分别形成的上罩体和下罩体接合成的袋体内。
实现本发明的目的还可以通过以下技术方案达到:
上所述的若干排螺旋弹簧排的弹簧个体的组合方式为纵横排布。
上所述的若干排螺旋弹簧排的弹簧个体的组合方式为错位排布。
上述的两层布料的接合缝的接合方式有单行接合、 双行接合、 多行接合、 弧 形接合或异形接合。
上所述的两层布料的接合缝与弹簧个体轴线垂直。
上所述的上罩体的上分隔缝与弹簧个体轴线平行。
上所述的下罩体的下分隔缝与弹簧个体轴线平行。
上所述的布料接合缝、 上分隔缝及下分隔缝采用焊接或缝纫或胶粘等方式结 本发明的有益效果是-
1、 结构简单, 把弹簧一体式连结与固定, 无需粘连工艺, 节省了胶水, 更低成 本、 更环保。
2、 布袋弹簧排之间的上层下层布料接合处强度高并柔软, 可增加产品的使用寿 命与便于开阔新使用领域。
3、 每排弹簧都是通过上层下层布料接合处单平面连结, 每排弹簧的独立性更好 并且强度高于胶水粘接, 增加睡眠或坐靠的帖服性与舒适性并更加耐用。
4、 旧技术采用胶水粘接, 两相邻的弹簧通过胶水的粘连后间距小, 容易互相碰 撞产生噪声。本发明每排弹簧间单平面接合处可通过双接合缝或异形接合缝把弹 簧分隔开, 使发明结构具有良好的重复折动性, 并且互不干扰不会产生噪音。 附图说明

具体实施方式
以下结合图 2至图 10对本发明作进一步的详细描述。
整体罩合式袋装弹簧垫, 包括有若干排螺旋弹簧排 1和两层接合布料 2, 若 干排螺旋弹簧排 1的弹簧个体的组合方式为纵横排布。所述的两层布料的接合缝 3分布在相邻的螺旋弹簧排 1之间,两层布料的接合缝 3的接合方式有单行接合、 双行接合、 多行接合、 弧形接合或异形接合, 两层布料的接合缝 3与弹簧个体轴 线垂直。上层布料形成的上罩体 5的上分隔缝 8分布在螺旋弹簧排 1的弹簧个体 之间;下层布料形成的下罩体 6的下分隔缝 9分布在螺旋弹簧排 1的弹簧个体之 间;若干排螺旋弹簧排 1的弹簧个体分布在上层布料 2-11和下层布料 2-12所分 别形成的上罩体 5和下罩体 6接合成的袋体 4内, 所述的上罩体 5的上分隔缝 8 与弹簧个体轴线平行, 下罩体 6的下分隔缝 9与弹簧个体轴线平行。布料接合缝 3、 上分隔缝 8及下分隔缝 9采用焊接或缝纫或胶粘等方式结合。
本发明的若干排螺旋弹簧排的弹簧个体的组合方式为纵横排布,如图 3所示; 还可以若干排螺旋弹簧排的弹簧个体的组合方式为错位排布, 如图 9所示。
本发明在使用时, 如图 10所示, 由于袋体 4之间采用缝合密实, 缝合密实之 间存在有一定的间距 E, 具有良好的重复折动性, 并且互不干扰不会产生噪音。 即使弹簧体在使用时呈一定角度的倾斜、压缩回弹, 也很好地避免相邻的弹簧体 发生摩擦产生噪音, 使用更加的舒适。
Claims
1、整体罩合式袋装弹簧垫, 包括有若干排螺旋弹簧排(1 )和两层接合布料(2), 其特征是: 所述的两层布料的接合缝 (3) 分布在相邻的螺旋弹簧排 (1 ) 之间; 上层布料 (2-11 ) 形成的上罩体 (5) 的上分隔缝 (8) 分布在螺旋弹簧排 (1 ) 的弹簧个体之间; 下层布料(2-12)形成的下罩体(6) 的下分隔缝(9 )分布在 螺旋弹簧排 (1 ) 的弹簧个体之间; 若干排螺旋弹簧排 (1 ) 的弹簧个体分布在上 层布料 (2-11 ) 和下层布料 (2-12) 所分别形成的上罩体 (5) 和下罩体 (6)接 合成的袋体 (4) 内。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的整体罩合式袋装弹簧垫, 其特征是: 所述的若干排螺 旋弹簧排 (1 ) 的弹簧个体的组合方式为纵横排布。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的整体罩合式袋装弹簧垫, 其特征是: 所述的若干排螺 旋弹簧排 (1 ) 的弹簧个体的组合方式为错位排布。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的整体罩合式袋装弹簧垫, 其特征是: 所述的两层布料 的接合缝 (3) 的接合方式有单行接合、 双行接合、 多行接合、 弧形接合或异形 接合。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的整体罩合式袋装弹簧垫, 其特征是: 所述的两层布料 的接合缝 (3) 与弹簧个体轴线垂直。
6、根据权利要求 1所述的整体罩合式袋装弹簧垫,其特征是:所述的上罩体(5) 的上分隔缝 (8) 与弹簧个体轴线平行。
7、根据权利要求 1所述的整体罩合式袋装弹簧垫,其特征是:所述的下罩体(6) 的下分隔缝 (9) 与弹簧个体轴线平行。
8、 根据权利要求 1所述的整体罩合式袋装弹簧垫, 其特征是: 所述的布料接合 缝 (3)、 上分隔缝 (8) 及下分隔缝 (9) 采用焊接或缝纫或胶粘等方式结合。
