   具体地,如图1所示,清洁器13设置至少两个且对称均布在清洁支架11上。在清洗过滤网16的过程中,可以是清洁器13在运动,过滤网16静止不动,也可以是过滤网16在运动,清洁器13在运动,还可以是清洁器13和过滤网16同向转动,但速度不一样,只要两者之间存在相对运动,均可以实现清洗过滤网16的功能。不管采用何种方式,清洁器13在清洗过滤网16的过程中,都需要对过滤网16进行挤压的,为了使过滤网16能够受力的均匀,确保在清洗过程中保持平稳,便将清洁器13设置至少两个,并且对称均布在清洁支架11上,这样避免了在清洗过滤网16时由于受力均而造成卡死的现象发生。
   具体地,如图1所示,伸缩机构14包括一端设置于清洁支架11上的推杆141和套设在推杆141上的弹性件142,弹性件142一端固定连接在清洁支架11上,另一端固定连接在支撑件12上。当作用于推杆141上时,便可以推动清洁支架11沿着支撑件12往下滑动,使清洁器13与过滤网16表面接触相紧贴。由于弹性件142一端是固定连接在清洁支架11上,另一端是固定连接在支撑件12上的,因此,在推动清洁支架11滑动时,便会拉伸弹性件142,这样,在清洗完成后,可以在弹性件142的作用下,带动清洁支架11收回,使清洁器13与过滤网16分离,不再相紧贴。通过弹性件142来实现控制清洁支架11的运动,结构简单、运动稳定性高、控制方便。弹性件142可为弹性性能好的弹簧,橡胶件等。在本实施例中,弹性件142为弹簧。
   具体地,如图1所示,推杆141的另一端连接有用于控制清洁支架11升降的控制件(图中为示出),支撑件12上设置有用于定位控制件位置的定位块121,控制件与定位块121相卡配。为了方便控制推杆141,便在推杆141上设置有控制件,而推杆141在运动时需要定位,便在支撑件12上相应的设置有定位块121,通过控制件与定位块121的卡配,实现定位清洁支架11位置的功能,进而实现控制清洁器13与过滤网16的分离或相接触紧贴,确保了清洗过滤网16功能的实现。
   具体地,如图2和图4所示,清洁支架11与支撑件12之间设置有导向组件,导向组件包括设置在清洁支架11上的导向槽151和凸设在支撑件12上的导向条152,导向条152滑动设置于导向槽151内。通过这样的设置,使清洁支架11能够在导向组件的导向作用下稳定的滑动,确保了操作控制清洁支架11运动的方便性。导向组件可为齿轮-齿条、也为滑槽和滑动凸块等。在本实施例中,在确保导向的前提下,而又方便生产制造,便将导向组件设置为相互配合的导向槽151和导向条152结构,导向条152滑动设置于导向槽151内,能在导向槽151内来回滑动,对清洁支架11实现了导向的功能。
   优选地,如图1所示,导向组件设置至少两对、且对称均布在清洁支架11及支撑件12上。为了使清洁支架11能够在支撑件12上平稳地滑动,便将用于导向清洁支架11运动的导向组件设置至少两对,并且对称均布,使清洁支架11能够受力均匀,避免滑动时发生卡死或滑动不顺畅的情况发生,确保了运动的平稳性。
   本实用新型还提供了一种榨汁机,包括过滤网16和上盖17,还包括上述用于清洗过滤网16的清洁组件,清洁组件设于上盖17内。通过在榨汁机的上盖17内设置有上述的清洁组件,用于清洗过滤网16,减少人工清洗的工作量,使清洗过滤网16变得方便,提高了清洗的效率和使用的便捷性。此外,在本实施例中,由于支撑件12为空心圆柱体,因此,用于支撑清洁支架11的支撑件12不仅能支撑清洁支架11,还能起到通过支撑件12投放待加工食物的功能,使用方便,榨汁机结构紧凑,美观度高。
   以上所述仅为本实用新型的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本实用新型,凡在本实用新型的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换或改进等,均应包含在本实用新型的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种清洁组件,用于清洗过滤网,其特征在于,包括清洁支架、支撑件以及可与所述过滤网相贴、用于清洗所述过滤网的清洁器,所述清洁器安装在所述清洁支架上,所述清洁支架与所述支撑件滑动连接,所述清洁支架上连接有驱动所述清洁支架沿所述支撑件往复滑动以靠近或离开所述过滤网伸缩机构。
  2.    如权利要求1所述的清洁组件,其特征在于,所述清洁支架上开设有用于安装所述清洁器的安装槽,所述安装槽内开设有供所述清洁器穿过的通孔,所述清洁器上相应的设置有与所述安装槽配合的挡板,所述挡板卡固在所述安装槽内。
  3.    如权利要求1所述的清洁组件,其特征在于,所述清洁器为硅胶清洁器,所述清洁器与所述过滤网相贴的一端设有与所述过滤网倾斜角度相同的斜面,所述斜面与所述过滤网相贴。
  4.    如权利要求1所述的清洁组件,其特征在于,所述清洁器为毛刷清洁器,所述清洁器与所述过滤网相贴的一端设有用于清刷所述过滤网的刷毛。
  5.    如权利要求1所述的清洁组件,其特征在于,所述清洁器设置至少两个且对称均布在所述清洁支架上。
  6.    如权利要求1所述的清洁组件,其特征在于,所述伸缩机构包括一端设置于所述清洁支架上的推杆和套设在所述推杆上的弹性件,所述弹性件一端固定连接在所述清洁支架上,另一端固定连接在所述支撑件上。
  7.    如权利要求6所述的清洁组件,其特征在于,所述推杆的另一端连接有用于控制所述清洁支架升降的控制件,所述支撑件上设置有用于定位所述控制件位置的定位块,所述控制件与所述定位块相卡配。
  8.    如权利要求1或6或7所述的清洁组件,其特征在于,所述清洁支架与所述支撑件之间设置有导向组件,所述导向组件包括设置在所述清洁支架上的导向槽和凸设在所述支撑件上的导向条,所述导向条滑动设置于所述导向槽内。
  9.    如权利要求8所述的清洁组件,其特征在于,所述导向组件设置至少两对、且对称均布在所述清洁支架及所述支撑件上。
  10. 一种榨汁机,包括过滤网和上盖,其特征在于,还包括权利要求1至9中任意一项用于清洗所述过滤网的所述清洁组件,所述清洁组件设于所述上盖内。
