Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de séparer un flux d'alimentation dans une tour de distillation, ledit procédé pouvant consister à conserver une section de zone de congélation régulée dans la tour de distillation qui forme des solides à partir d'un flux d'alimentation, la section de zone de congélation régulée comprenant un ou plusieurs éléments disposés à l'intérieur et une paroi de zone de congélation régulée comportant une surface de paroi interne à l'intérieur de la tour de distillation, à modifier soit les éléments disposés à l'intérieur, soit la surface de paroi interne ou les deux avec un mécanisme de traitement qui consiste à (a) retirer des parties de la surface de paroi interne et/ou (b) appliquer une surface de revêtement, à introduire le flux d'alimentation dans la section de zone de congélation régulée, à former les solides à partir du flux d'alimentation dans la section de zone de congélation régulée et à empêcher et/ou à déstabiliser l'adhérence des solides à la surface de paroi interne avec le mécanisme de traitement.
