在使用时,可以通过编号区3的编号进入数据库查询立体防伪区2的图片,通过对防伪标签和高清图片的对照,可以很简单方便的辨别出产品的真伪。
优选的实施方式为,标签本体1上还设置有条形码区4,条形码区4与编号区3位于标签本体1的同一侧。
在手动输入编号时,难免会出现输入错误,容易造成将正确的防伪标签认为是错误的。因此在标签本体1上设置有条形码区4,将每一个防伪标签都设置不同的条形码,通过条形码的扫描,将条形码发送到电脑上,登录数据库后,通过条形码检索立体防伪区2的高清图片,从而可以有效的减少因编号输入错误而造成的错误。
更优选的实施方式为,标签本体1上还设置有二维码区6,二维码区6与编号区3位于标签本体1的同一侧。
扫描条形码还需要配备有条形码扫描器,无形中增加了使用者的使用成本,因此不是每一个使用者都可以使用条形码。为减少因编号输入错误而造成的错误,在标签本体1上还设置有二维码区6,这样就可以使用如智能手机等常用设备进行二维码的扫描,登录数据库 后,通过二维码进行检索立体防伪区2的高清图片,从而可以有效的减少因编号输入错误而造成的错误。
标签本体1上还设置有查询网址区5,查询网址区5与编号区3位于标签本体1的同一侧。

标签本体1上还设置有保护罩7,保护罩7罩住立体防伪区2。
由于立体防伪区2上设有有机物碎屑,因此其高度会比其他区域的高度略高,故在使用时会容易造成损坏。在标签本体1上设置有保护罩7,将保护罩7罩在立体防伪区2的上方,保护住立体防伪区2,从而减少其损坏的几率,延长了防伪标签的使用寿命。
标签本体1上还设置有保护层8,保护层8覆盖在编号区3上。
由于编号区3上设有的编号是查询立体防伪区2信息的必要信息,因此如果编号区3有损坏从而造成看不清编号区3上的编号或编号区3上的编号缺损,就会造成无法进行查询立体防伪区2的真伪信息。
保护层8可以做的大一些,将编号区3、条形码区4、查询网址区5和二维码区6都进行覆盖,只要能保证编号区3、条形码区4和二维码区6中的任意一个被完整保护就可以进行真伪的验证。
标签本体1为方形或圆形。方形或圆形为最常用形状,其模具的制造也比较简单,从而可以节省制造成本。需要指出的是,标签本体1的形状可以为方形或圆形,但不局限与方形或圆形,其还可以是矩形、菱形、椭圆形等其他形状,甚至还可以是不规则形状等。
本发明防伪标签与现有技术中的防伪标签相比,其设置了立体防伪区,通过立体防伪区上的彩色乳胶漆和有机物碎屑进行防伪,有机物碎屑的形状和彩色乳胶漆的颜色及形状不易被复制,从而避免了被大量复制及套用,达到了具有唯一性的效果。
以上的仅是本发明的一些实施方式,本发明的实施例仅为举例说明。对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围,这都属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 防伪标签,其特征在于,包括标签本体、立体防伪区和编号区;所述立体防伪区包括彩色乳胶漆和碎屑,所述碎屑被所述彩色乳胶漆粘在所述立体防伪区内;所述编号区用于设置编码,编码用于验证所述立体防伪区真伪。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的防伪标签,其特征在于,所述标签本体上还设置有条形码区,所述条形码区与所述编号区位于所述标签本体的同一侧。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的防伪标签,其特征在于,所述标签本体上还设置有二维码区,所述二维码区与所述编号区位于所述标签本体的同一侧。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的防伪标签,其特征在于,所述标签本体上还设置有查询网址区,所述查询网址区与所述编号区位于所述标签本体的同一侧。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的防伪标签,其特征在于,所述标签本体上与所述编号区相对的一侧,还设置有胶粘层和保护层,所述保护层覆盖在所述胶粘层上,用于防止所述胶粘层失效。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的防伪标签,其特征在于,还包括自毁区,以模切方式依次穿过所述标签本体和所述胶粘层,所述自毁区的裁切边长度大于所述自毁区连接边长度,用于防止防伪标签重复利用。
  7. 一种防伪标签的制作方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
    将不同颜色的水性色浆与无光乳胶漆混溶,加水稀释搅拌成流体状态,得到彩色乳胶漆;
    将所述彩色乳胶漆随机挥洒在标签本体的第一区域上,直至第一区域被彩色乳胶漆覆盖;
    将有机物碎屑与液体胶水搅拌形成胶体混合物,将所述胶体混合物随机蘸抹在晾干的彩色乳胶漆之上;
    在第二区域上印制识别码。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种防伪标签的制作方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    在所述标签本体上形成胶粘层;
    形成一部分与所述标签本体连接,另一部分与所述胶粘层连接的自毁区。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种防伪标签的制作方法,其特征在于,所述自毁区以模切方式依次穿过所述标签本体和所述胶粘层,所述自毁区的裁切边长度大于所述自毁区连接边长度。
  10. 一种防伪方法,其特征在于,
    根据如权利要求1至6中任一项所述的防伪标签,在数据库中预存立体防伪区高清图片和与高清图片对应的编号,并在所述高清图片和所述编号之间建立关联;
    利用所述防伪标签上的编号区中显示的编号在所述数据库中查询对应的所述立体防伪区高清图片;
    对比所述防伪标签上的立体防伪区图片与查询得到的所述立体防伪区高清图片是否一致。
