利用计算机系统控制低周波装置的方法及其应用 技术领域
本发明涉及一种计算机系统; 特别涉及一种兼具有电子针灸功能的创新 计算机系统结构形态设计。
背景技术
耳针, 为我国针灸疗法中的一部份, 我国古代的医学就已经知道耳廓与 内脏之间的连带关系, 故当时就已釆用针灸耳廓的方式来治疗多种疾病, 此 于相关经典上均有所记载, 例如灵枢说: 「耳者, 宗脉之聚也。」又说: 「十二 经脉, 三百六十五络, 其血管皆上于面, 而走穴窍, 其别气走于耳为听。 J; 另如千金方(唐孙思邈著 )说: 「用艾灸耳后筋上, 治疗风聋雷鸣」等等; 此 外, 目前的医学也已证实, 耳针对于某些疾病具有预防作用, 例如腮腺炎流 行时, 若针刺耳廓的腮腺点及内分泌点, 具有良好的预防作用, 又如晕车晕 船者, 乘坐车船前, 若针刺或埋针于 「皮质下」、 「神门」、 「枕」三个点上, 即可有效预止发生晕车晕船的症状; 而此等列举尚属耳针功能的一小部份而 已, 由此不难了解, 耳针疗法对于人体的健康确实具有一定程度的益助与功 用。
基于上述医学理论基础的支持与启发, 目前市面上遂有业界运用低周波 刺激的原理, 研发出一种称之为 「耳针治疗器」 的健身辅助产品, 所述耳针 治疗器通常具有一台耳针专用的控制主机, 藉以产生低周波与提供启闭调整 低周波的操控接口, 并具一组配备有耳廓夹持器的延长线, 该延长线连接于 前述控制主机, 藉此, 所述耳针治疗器使用上, 将所述耳廓夹持器夹持于使 用者的耳廓一处(注: 夹持位置是针对个人所欲达到的疗效或保健效果而定 ), 然后由控制主机操控调整低周波的状态。
然而, 前述习知耳针治疗器产品于实际应用上显然仍旧有其实用便利性 未臻完善之处, 概因, 耳针治疗器为方便使用者随身携带, 其控制主机通常 为自备有电池的形态, 再加上低周波产生器、 电子组件、 操控组件等等, 造 成其控制主机必须具备有一定体积形态(约相当于一台手机), 如此体积大小 使用者虽然亦可随身携带, 但目前广大使用者身上往往已经携带有智能型手 机或平板计算机、 充电器等装置, 因此若要再多带该耳针治疗器, 显然会变 得颇为多余沉重而麻烦不便, 故如何让此种电子式耳针治疗产品或其它电子 式针炙产品的使用能够更加便利、 更不占空间, 实为值得相关业界再思索突 破的技术课题。
发明内容
本创作的主要目的在于提供一种利用计算机系统控制低周波装置的方法 及其应用。
为达到上述目的, 本发明釆用以下技术方案:
一种利用计算机系统控制低周波装置的方法包括: 于一计算机系统中执 行一低周波控制软件; 设制一低周波装置, 该低周波装置独立于计算机系统 之外, 该低周波装置包括一低周波脉冲产生模块而能产生低周波脉冲并传输 到至少一正、 负电极; 该低周波装置通过 USB或耳机接口连接手段与计算机 系统电性连接, 而能通过该计算机系统提供电力与控制讯号给予低周波装置; 通过该低周波控制软件于计算机系统的显示控制接口中产生一低周波脉冲显 示控制单元, 以供用户操控执行该低周波装置产生低周波脉冲的电压与频率。
本发明的效果与优点, 能够利用计算机系统来控制低周波装置, 且提供 电力给予低周波装置 , 因此所述低周波装置本身无需设置电力与控制接口构 造, 结构可达到极简单与小体积状态, 故所述低周波装置应用作为电子式耳 针治疗产品或其它电子式针炙产品时, 使用上可更加便利、 更不占空间而达 到随身携带方便的实用进步性。

具体实施方式
如图 1、 2所示, 本发明利用计算机系统控制低周波装置的方法及其应用 的较佳实施例, 惟此等实施例仅供说明之用, 在专利申请上并不受此结构的 限制; 所述利用计算机系统控制低周波装置的方法包括下述:
于一计算机系统 10中执行一低周波控制软件 20; 设制一低周波装置 30 , 该低周波装置 30独立于计算机系统 10之外, 该低周波装置 30包括一低周波 脉冲产生模块 31而能产生低周波脉冲并传输(可透过电路线)到至少一正电 极 41与负电极 42 (注: 具体可设成但不限于夹具的形态);
该低周波装置 30通过耳机接口 50 (或 USB接口 51 , 如图 3所示)连接 手段与计算机系统 10电性连接, 而能通过该计算机系统 10提供电力与控制 讯号给予低周波装置 30;
通过该低周波控制软件 20于计算机系统 10的显示控制接口 11中产生一 低周波脉冲显示控制单元 12 , 此部份请进一步配合图 5所示, 以供使用者操 控执行该低周波装置 30产生低周波脉冲的电压与频率。
如图 4所示, 其中所述计算机系统 10包括: 桌上型电脑、 笔记本电脑、 平板计算机、 智能型手机(注: 组件符号均以 "10" 代表)。
本发明所揭方法实际应用上, 所述低周波装置 30可为一低周波计算机外 设装置(即图 1所揭形态), 包括一低周波脉冲产生模块 31 而能够产生低周 波脉冲并传输到至少一正、 负电极 41、 42 (注: 具体可设成但不限于夹具的 形态), 并包括一耳机接口 50 (或 USB接口 51 , 如图 3所示) 以与一计算机 系统 10电性连接; 藉此, 所述低周波计算机外设装置通过计算机系统 10提 供电力与控制讯号。
又本发明实际应用上, 所述低周波装置亦可为一低周波耳机装置 30B, 如 图 6所示, 该低周波耳机装置 30B包括左、 右侧耳机单元 32、 33以及一条传 输线 34 , 且该传输线 34的输入端并电性连接一低周波脉冲产生模块 31而能 够产生低周波脉冲并传输到至少一正、 负电极 41、 42 (注: 具体可设成但不 限于夹具的形态),又该低周波脉冲产生模块 31并包括一耳机接口 50 (或 USB 接口 51 , 如图 3所示)以与一计算机系统 10电性连接; 藉此, 所述低周波耳 机装置 30B通过计算机系统 10提供电力、 控制讯号以及音频的播放功能。 又 本实施例中, 该正、 负电极 41、 42与左、 右侧耳机单元 32、 33可为分开设 置(如图 6所示)或整合设置的形态, 均为可具体实施态样。

本发明利用计算机系统控制低周波装置的方法主要通过所述独立设于计 算机系统外的低周波耳机装置, 能够通过 USB接口或耳机接口与计算机系统 电性连接, 而能通过计算机系统提供电力与控制讯号的创新独特技术特征, 使本发明对照 【背景技术】 所提现有技术而言, 可利用计算机系统来控制低 周波装置, 且提供电力给予低周波装置, 因此所述低周波装置本身无需设置 电力与控制接口构造, 结构可达到极简单与小体积状态, 故所述低周波装置 应用作为电子式耳针治疗产品或其它电子式针灸产品时, 将可直接利用目前 人们身边常用或者随身携带的桌面计算机、 笔记本电脑、 平板计算机、 智能 型手机等计算机产品作为其供电源与控制接口, 因此使用上更加便利、 更不 占空间而达到随身携带方便、 节省使用成本的实用进步性。
补充说明的是, 本发明技术特征于市面上具体贩卖的形态, 如同后述申 请专利范围所界定的范畴, 包括整体计算机系统的配置形态(如权利要求 1 ~ 2所界定者), 或者仅为贩卖所述低周波计算机外设装置的形态 (如权利要求 3 ~ 4所界定者),亦或者仅为贩卖所述低周波耳机装置的形态(如权利要求 5 ~ 7所界定者)。
以上所述, 仅为本发明的具体实施方式, 但本发明的保护范围并不局限 于此, 任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内, 可轻易 想到的变化或替换, 都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。 因此, 本发明的保 护范围应以权利要求的保护范围为准。

权利要求 书
1、 一种利用计算机系统控制低周波装置的方法, 其特征在于包括: 于一计算机系统(10) 中执行一低周波控制软件(20); 设制一低周波装置 (30), 该低周波装置(30)独立于计算机系统(10)之外, 该低周波装置(30) 包括一低周波脉冲产生模块(31 ) 而能产生低周波脉冲并传输到至少一正、 负 电极(41、 42);
该低周波装置(30)通过 USB接口 (51 )或耳机接口 (50)连接手段与计 算机系统(10) 电性连接, 而能通过该计算机系统(10)提供电力与控制讯号 给予低周波装置(30);
通过该低周波控制软件 (20) 于计算机系统(10) 的显示控制介面 (11 ) 中产生一低周波脉冲显示控制单元 (12), 以供使用者操控执行该低周波装置 (30)产生低周波脉冲的电压与频率。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的利用计算机系统控制低周波装置的方法, 其特征 在于所述计算机系统( 10) 包括: 桌上型计算机、 笔记本电脑、 平板计算机、 智能型手机。
3、 一种低周波计算机外设装置, 其特征在于包括一低周波脉冲产生模块 (31 ) 而能够产生低周波脉冲并传输到至少一正、 负电极(41、 42), 并包括一
USB接口 (51 )或耳机接口 (50) 以与一计算机系统(10) 电性连接;
藉此, 所述低周波计算机外设装置通过计算机系统(10)提供电力与控制 讯号。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的低周波计算机外设装置, 其特征在于所述所述计 算机系统(10) 包括: 桌面计算机、 笔记本电脑、 平板计算机、 智能型手机。
5、 一种低周波耳机装置(30B), 其特征在于包括左、 右侧耳机单元(32、 33) 以及一条传输线(34), 且该传输线(34) 的输入端并电性连接一低周波脉 冲产生模块(31 )而能够产生低周波脉冲并传输到至少一正、 负电极(41、 42), 又该低周波脉冲产生模块并包括一 USB接口 (51 )或耳机接口 (50) 以与一计 算机系统(10) 电性连接;
藉此, 所述低周波耳机装置(30B)通过计算机系统(10)提供电力、 控制 讯号以及音频的播放功能。
6、根据权利要求 5所述的低周波耳机装置,其特征在于所述计算机系统( 10 ) 包括: 桌面计算机、 笔记本电脑、 平板计算机、 智能型手机。
7、根据权利要求 6所述的低周波耳机装置,其特征在于所述正、负电极(41、 42)与左、 右侧耳机单元(32、 33)为分开设置或整合设置的形态。
