Description

具有低周波脉冲功能的智能型手机 技术领域
本发明涉及一种智能型手机; 特别涉及一种兼具有低周波脉沖功能的创 新智能型手机。
背景技术
随着通讯科技的快速发展, 目前智能型手机已经是使用普遍率相当高的 一种电子通讯产品, 其所具备的实时上网、 影音传输、 电子娱乐等功能, 将 便携设备推向另一个崭新的世界, 更大幅提升人们的生活便利性。
智能型手机发展至今时间并不算太长, 虽然相关业界已陆续提供许多的 应用程序( APP )供消费使用者选择使用或购买, 但相较于广大多元的消费使 用者需求可能性而言, 其实仍旧有相当大的发展空间存在, 有待相关业界再 加以思索创新突破。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种具有低周波脉沖功能的智能型手机。 为达到上述目的, 本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种具有低周波脉沖功能的智能型手机, 包括: 一智能型手机主体, 包 括具有电性连接接口的一壳体、 一运算处理单元以及一显示与触控面板; 一 低周波脉沖模块, 设于智能型手机主体内部, 该低周波脉沖模块包括一高压 电子脉沖电路模块、 藉以输出高压电子脉沖的至少一第一输出电极以及一第 二输出电极; 一作用电极单元, 包括至少一第一作用电极以及一第二作用电 极, 电性连接低周波脉沖模块的第一输出电极以及第二输出电极; 一低周波 脉沖控制软件, 执行于智能型手机主体的运算处理单元, 藉以调整低周波脉 沖模块的输出电压、 频率; 一导电接口, 设于智能型手机主体内部, 藉以电 性连接高压电子脉沖电路模块的输出正、 负电极与该作用正、 负电极; 该第 一作用电极设于壳体上端, 第二作用电极则设于壳体至少一侧边; 藉此, 使 用者持拿手机时就能直接接触到该第二作用电极, 并可将壳体上端所设第一 作用电极直接点触于欲进行低周波治疗的人体部位。
本发明的另一主要目的在于提供所述具有低周波脉沖功能的智能型手机 另一实施形态, 其有别于较佳实施例之处包括: 一延伸式导电接口, 设于智 能型手机主体外部呈一延伸导电线形态, 该延伸式导电接口包括一延伸端以 及一电性接口, 其中电性接口藉以与壳体的电性连接接口组接, 电性连接接 口内端则与低周波脉沖模块的第一输出电极电性连接; 第一作用电极设于延 伸式导电接口的延伸端, 第二作用电极则设于壳体一侧边并与低周波脉沖模 块的第二输出电极电性连接; 藉此, 使用者持拿手机时就能直接接触到该第 二作用电极, 并可将延伸式导电接口延伸端所设第一作用电极直接点触于欲 进行低周波治疗的人体部位。
本发明的又一主要目的在于提供所述具有低周波脉沖功能的智能型手机 又一实施形态, 其有别于较佳实施例之处包括: 一延伸式导电接口, 设于智 能型手机主体外部呈一延伸导电线形态, 该延伸式导电接口包括一延伸端以 及一电性接口, 其中电性接口藉以与壳体的电性连接接口组接, 电性连接接 口内端则与低周波脉沖模块的第一输出电极及第二输出电极电性连接; 第一 作用电极与第二作用电极设于延伸式导电接口的延伸端呈分开状形态; 藉此, 用户可将延伸式导电接口延伸端所设第一作用电极与第二作用电极直接点触 于欲进行低周波治疗的人体部位。
本发明的主要效果与优点, 能够令智能型手机兼具有低周波脉沖功能而 具有电子针灸的效果, 进而能够达到进一步提升智能型手机产品功能与附加 价值的实用进步性。

具体实施方式

一低周波脉沖模块 20 ,设于智能型手机主体 10内部, 该低周波脉沖模块 20包括一高压电子脉沖电路模块 23、 藉以输出高压电子脉沖的至少一第一输 出电极 21以及一第二输出电极 22 ;
一作用电极单元 30 , 包括至少一第一作用电极 31 以及一第二作用电极 32 , 电性连接低周波脉沖模块 20的第一输出电极 21以及第二输出电极 22 ; 一低周波脉沖控制软件 40 , 执行于智能型手机主体 10 的运算处理单元 12 , 藉以调整低周波脉沖模块 20的输出电压、 频率;
一导电接口 50 ,设于智能型手机主体 10内部, 藉以电性连接高压电子脉 沖电路模块 23的第一、 第二输出电极 21、 22与该第一、 第二作用电极 31、 32;
且其中, 该第一作用电极 31设于壳体 11上端, 第二作用电极 32则设于 壳体 11至少一侧边。
藉由上述结构组成, 可令智能型手机兼具有低周波脉沖功能(或称为电 子针灸), 其实际应用上, 当使用者手握持手机主体 10时如图 2所示, 就能 直接接触到该第二作用电极 32 , 即可操作使用该低周波脉沖功能, 利用低周 波脉沖控制软件 40的执行, 可于手机主体 10的显示与触控面板 13形成一个 特定的操控界面 135 (如图 1、 2所示, 其具体实施形态并无局限), 以供操控 调整壳体 11上端所设第一作用电极 31输出电子脉沖的输出电压、 频率启闭 及强弱状态, 当该第一作用电极 31输出电子脉沖时, 即可将其直接点触于欲 进行低周波治疗的人体部位而产生电子针灸效果, 使用上相当灵活多元而好 用。
如图 3所示, 其中该手机主体 10的壳体 11外部更可包括呈附加式的一 保护外壳 60 , 以使第一作用电极 31设于该保护外壳 60上端, 第二作用电极 32则设于该保护外壳 60至少一侧边, 又该保护外壳 60设有一第二电性连接 接口 61以与壳体 11所设电性连接接口 115达成电性连接状态。
其中, 该壳体 11所设电性连接接口 115以及保护外壳 50所设第二电性 连接接口 51 , 可为 USB (通用串行总线 Universa l Ser ia l Bus , 缩写 USB )、 音讯端子、 SMBus (系统管理总线 Sys tem Management Bus.缩写 SMBus )、 I2C、 IEEE 1394 (中文名:火线 (Fi reWi re )界面, 是由苹果公司领导的开发联盟 开发的一种高速传送接口) 、 GPI0 (为通用型之输入输出(Genera l Purpose Input/Output) 的筒称)等任其中一种形态。
接着如图 4 所示智能型手机, 为本发明结构形态另一实施例, 本例中, 该智能型手机主体 10、 低周波脉沖模块 20、 作用电极单元 30、 低周波脉沖控 制软件 40等结构均相同于前述图 1、 2所揭实施例, 而本例相较于前揭实施 例的不同点包括:
一延伸式导电接口 70,设于智能型手机主体 10外部呈一延伸导电线形态, 该延伸式导电接口 70包括一延伸端 71以及一电性接口 72, 其中该电性接口 72藉以与壳体 11的电性连接接口 115组接,该电性连接接口 115内端则与低 周波脉沖模块 20的第一输出电极 21电性连接;
且其中, 该第一作用电极 31设于延伸式导电接口 70的延伸端 71, 第二 作用电极 32则设于壳体 11至少一侧边并与低周波脉沖模块 20的第二输出电 极 22电性连接;
藉此, 使用者持拿手机时就能直接接触到该第二作用电极 32, 并可将延 伸式导电接口 70延伸端 71所设第一作用电极 31直接点触于欲进行低周波治 疗的人体部位。
如图 5所示智能型手机 A3, 为本发明结构形态又一实施例, 本例中, 该 智能型手机主体 10、 低周波脉沖模块 20、 作用电极单元 30、 低周波脉沖控制 软件 40等结构均相同于前述图 1、 2所揭实施例, 而本例相较于图 1、 2所揭 实施例的不同点包括:
一延伸式导电接口 70, 设于智能型手机主体外部呈一延伸导电线形态, 该延伸式导电接口 70包括一延伸端 71以及一电性接口 72, 其中该电性接口 72藉以与壳体 11的电性连接接口 115组接,该电性连接接口 115内端则与低 周波脉沖模块 20的第一输出电极 21及第二输出电极 22电性连接;
该第一作用电极 31与第二作用电极 32设于延伸式导电接口 70的延伸端 71呈分开状形态;
藉此, 用户可将延伸式导电接口 70延伸端 71所设第一作用电极 31与第 二作用电极 32直接点触于欲进行低周波治疗的人体部位。
其中, 该第一作用电极 31与第二作用电极 32可设为夹具形态 (如图 4、 5所示)。
其中, 该壳体 11所设电性连接接口 115以及延伸式导电接口 7G的电性 接口 72 , 可为 USB (通用串行总线 Universa l Ser ia l Bus , 缩写 USB )、 音讯 端子、 SMBus (系统管理总线 Sys tem Management Bus.缩写 SMBus ), I2C、 IEEE 1394 (中文名:火线(Fi reWi re )界面, 是由苹果公司领导的开发联盟开发的 一种高速传送接口 ) 、 GPI0 (为通用型之输入输出 (Genera l Purpose Input/Output) 的筒称)任其中一种形态。
补充说明的一点是: 本发明中所提到的第一输出电极 21、 第二输出电极 22以及第一作用电极 31、 第二作用电极 32 , 其正极、 负极的配置并无局限, 以作用电极为例, 所述第一作用电极 31可以是正极、 也可以是负极, 当第一 作用电极 31为正极时, 则第二作用电极 32即相对为负极, 可以此类推, 特 此申明之。
本发明的优点:
本发明具有低周波脉沖功能的智能型手机主要藉由手机主体设有所述低 周波脉沖模块、 作用电极单元、 低周波脉沖控制软件以及导电接口 (或延伸 式导电接口) 的创新独特结构形态与技术特征, 以使该低周波脉沖控制软件 能够通过手机主体的显示与触控面板操控调整低周波脉沖模块的作用电极单 元输出电子脉沖的输出电压、 频率启闭及强弱状态, 可令智能型手机兼具有 低周波脉沖功能而具有电子针灸的效果, 进而能够达到进一步提升智能型手 机产品功能与附加价值的实用进步性。
以上所述, 仅为本发明的具体实施方式, 但本发明的保护范围并不局限 于此, 任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内, 可轻易 想到的变化或替换, 都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。 因此, 本发明的保 护范围应以权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims

权利要求 书
1、 一种具有低周波脉冲功能的智能型手机, 其特征在于包括:
一智能型手机主体(10), 包括具有电性连接接口 (115) 的一壳体(11 )、 一运算处理单元 ( 12 ) 以及一显示与触控面板 ( 13 );
一低周波脉冲模块(20), 设于智能型手机主体( 10) 内部, 该低周波脉冲 模块(20) 包括一高压电子脉冲电路模块(23)、 藉以输出高压电子脉冲的至少 一第一输出电极(21 ) 以及一第二输出电极(22);
一作用电极单元( 30 ), 包括至少一第一作用电极( 31 ) 以及一第二作用电 极(32), 电性连接低周波脉冲模块(20) 的第一输出电极(21 ) 以及第二输出 电极 ( 22 );
一低周波脉冲控制软件 (40), 执行于智能型手机主体(10) 的运算处理单 元(12), 藉以调整低周波脉冲模块(20) 的输出电压、 频率;
一导电接口 (50), 设于智能型手机主体( 10) 内部, 藉以电性连接高压电 子脉冲电路模块(23) 的第一、 第二输出电极(21、 22) 与该第一、 第二作用 电极(31、 32);
该第一作用电极(31 )设于壳体(11 ) 上端, 第二作用电极(32) 则设于 壳体( 11 )至少一侧边;
藉此, 使用者持拿手机时就能直接接触到该第二作用电极(32), 并可将壳 体 11上端所设第一作用电极(31 )直接点触于欲进行低周波治疗的人体部位。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的具有低周波脉冲功能的智能型手机, 其特征在于 所述智能型手机主体( 10)的壳体( 11 )外部更包括呈附加式的一保护外壳(60), 以使第一作用电极(31 )设于该保护外壳 (60)上端, 第二作用电极(32) 则 设于该保护外壳 (60) 至少一侧边, 又该保护外壳 (60)设有一第二电性连接 接口 (51 ) 以与壳体(11 )所设电性连接接口 (115)达成电性连接状态。
3、 一种具有低周波脉冲功能的智能型手机, 其特征在于包括:
一智能型手机主体(10), 包括具有电性连接接口 (115) 的一壳体(11 )、 一运算处理单元( 12 ) 以及一显示与触控面板( 13 );
一低周波脉冲模块(20), 设于智能型手机主体( 10) 内部, 该低周波脉冲 模块(20) 包括一高压电子脉冲电路模块(23)、 藉以输出高压电子脉冲的至少 一第一输出电极(21 ) 以及第二输出电极(22);
一作用电极单元( 30 ),包括一第一作用电极( 31 )以及一第二作用电极( 32 ), 电性连接低周波脉冲模块 ( 20 )的第一输出电极 ( 21 )以及第二输出电极 ( 22 );
一低周波脉冲控制软件 (40), 执行于智能型手机主体(10) 的运算处理单 元(12), 藉以调整低周波脉冲模块(20) 的输出电压、 频率;
一延伸式导电接口 (70), 设于智能型手机主体( 10)外部呈一延伸导电线 形态, 该延伸式导电接口 (70) 包括一延伸端 (71 ) 以及一电性接口 (72), 其 中该电性接口 (72)藉以与壳体(11 ) 的电性连接接口 (115)组接, 电性连接 接口 (115) 内端则与低周波脉冲模块(20) 的第一输出电极 (21 )或第二输出 电极(22)任其中一者电性连接;
该第一作用电极(31 )设于延伸式导电接口 (70) 的延伸端 (71 ), 第二作 用电极(32) 则设于壳体(11 ) 至少一侧边并与低周波脉冲模块(20) 的第二 输出电极(22) 电性连接;
藉此, 使用者持拿手机时就能直接接触到该第二作用电极(22), 并可将延 伸式导电接口 (70)延伸端 (71 ) 所设第一作用电极(21 ) 直接点触于欲进行 低周波治疗的人体部位。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的具有低周波脉冲功能的智能型手机, 其特征在于 所述第一作用电极(21 )设为夹具形态。
5、 一种具有低周波脉冲功能的智能型手机, 其特征在于包括:
一智能型手机主体(10), 包括具有电性连接接口 (115) 的一壳体(11 )、 一运算处理单元 ( 12 ) 以及一显示与触控面板 ( 13 );
一低周波脉冲模块(20), 设于智能型手机主体( 10) 内部, 该低周波脉冲 模块(20) 包括一高压电子脉冲电路模块(23)、 藉以输出高压电子脉冲的至少 一第一输出电极 (21)以及一第二输出电极 (22);
一作用电极单元 (30), 包括一第一作用电极 (31)以及一第二作用电极 (32), 电性连接低周波脉冲模块 (20)的第一输出电极 (21)以及一第二输出电极 (22);
一低周波脉冲控制软件 (40) , 执行于智能型手机主体 (10)的运算处理单元 (12), 藉以调整低周波脉冲模块 (20)的输出电压、 频率;
一延伸式导电接口(70),设于智能型手机主体 (10)外部呈一延伸导电线形态, 该延伸式导电接口(70)包括一延伸端 (71)以及一电性接口(72) , 其中该电性接口 (72)藉以与壳体 ( 11 )的电性连接接口( 115)组接, 该电性连接接口( 115)内端则与低 周波脉冲模块 (20)的第一输出电极 (21)及第二输出电极 (22)电性连接;
且其中, 该第一作用电极 (31)与第二作用电极 (32)设于延伸式导电接口(70) 的延伸端呈分开状形态;
藉此, 用户可将延伸式导电接口(70)延伸端 (71)所设第一作用电极 (31)与第 二作用电极 (32)直接点触于欲进行低周波治疗的人体部位。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的具有低周波脉冲功能的智能型手机, 其特征在于 所述第一作用电极 (31)与第二作用电极 (32)设为夹具形态。
