Abstract

The utility model relates to the field of household appliances and is intended for use both domestically and in facilities for processing fruit and vegetable products. The aim of the present utility model consists in improving the efficiency of juice extraction assemblies (juicers). The aim is achieved in that, during juice extraction, an air-suction assembly, which is built into the housing of a juicer, creates and maintains rarity of air (low pressure) in a juice-collecting container/vessel of the juicer. The extracted juice aims to more quickly enter this lower-pressure zone, i.e. the juice-collecting container/vessel, from a juice-draining aperture of the juicer. In this way, juice extraction time is decreased and juicing quality is increased. Implementation of the utility model: In normal juicers, juice flows from a juice extraction assembly into a juice-collecting container/vessel only under the effects of gravity and centrifugal force, while in the juicer having an air-suction effect, a built-in air suction assembly additionally creates, within the juice-collecting container/vessel, a zone having lower pressure than in the juice extraction apparatus, thus leading air and juice to aim to more quickly enter this lower-pressure zone, i.e. the juice-collecting container/vessel, from the juice extraction assembly.

Juicer with air suction effect.

The utility model relates to techniques for processing fruit and vegetable crops used in the food industry, as well as in domestic conditions.

There are several types of juicers. I give two types as an analogue.

1. A screw juicer, consisting of a housing with an engine and a working element with a screw and juice separating mesh.

2. A centrifuge juicer, consisting of a housing with an engine and a working element with a centrifuge drum with a grater.

In both types of juicers, the squeezed juice is poured into the juice collecting container-container under the action of only gravity and centrifugal force.

The task was to create a faster and more efficient selection of juices from juice-containing products in these types of juicers.

The problem is solved due to the fact that in the juicer with the effect of suction of air, an air-suction unit 3 is built into the juicer 1 body, and the juice collection container-container 2 is connected by a dense cuff 4 with the drain hole 5 of the juicer 1 and connected by a dense cuff 5 with an air inlet built into the housing juice extractors of the air suction unit 3. New features in the utility model are the incorporation of an air-suction unit into the juicer body and the implementation of a juice collection container-container with tight cuff connections with the juice extraction openings of the juicer and with tight cuff connections with the air intake openings of the suction units. Also, the juice container container has a juice separating partitions and has a tight lid on its drain hole.

The inclusion of an air suction unit integrated in the body of the juicer, sucking air from the juice collecting container-container of the juicer allows the juice to make it easier and faster to separate it from the pulp from the working element of the juicer. This will increase the speed and efficiency of the juicer.

An analysis of the claimed technical solution in comparison with the prior art for scientific, technical and patent documentation showed that the set of essential features of the claimed solution was not previously known. Therefore, it meets the condition of patentability “novelty”.
