随着科技的发展和人们生活水平的提高,供年轻人、小孩子、儿童玩耍的娱乐工具也越来越多,而滑板车就是最常用的代步玩耍工具之一。滑板车的款式繁多,以满足人们玩耍娱乐需要。中国专利号为 201120461088.9 的专利公开了一种带座位的滑板车,它是将座位固定安装到操控杆上,顾名思义,操控杆就是操控滑板车的转向,于是滑板车在前进过程中可通过把手来转动操控杆以实现滑板车的转向,由于座位是跟操控杆固定连接在一起的,于是座位也会跟着操控杆的转动而摆动,这时摆动后的座位在偏移滑板座后,坐在座位上小小年龄的小孩重心不在滑板座的上方而导致容易发生摔倒的危险;另外,由于座位只通过其前端来安装到操控杆上,这样只有操控杆来 支撑小孩子坐上座位的承受力 ,这对座位前部的韧性和强度要求,以及它与操控杆的安装牢靠性就显得至关重要,但不管怎样,在使用过程中座位始终存在发生断裂危险的较大可能性。综上两点,可以看出 中国专利号为 201120461088.9 的专利的结构不太合理,安全性能较低。

一种带座位的滑板车,包括有踏板座、前轮、后轮,在踏板座前部上固定安装有座位支架,在所述踏板座上方设有其前端固定安装到座位支架上的座位,在所述座位后部与踏板座之间设有重力支撑架。
在对上述带座位的滑板车的改进方案中,所述座位前端设有能卡在座位支架外壁上的开口;在该开口的尾部开有卡槽;在所述座位支架上设有供该卡槽卡入的定位肋,在所述定位肋上设有若干个高度调节孔;在位于卡槽两侧的座位上设有供座位锁紧螺丝插入安装到对应位置的那个高度调节孔中的螺丝孔;所述重力支撑架通过摆动或伸缩结构来调节其支撑高度。
在对上述带座位的滑板车的改进方案中,所述重力支撑架是 U 型钢线或铁线,所述钢线或铁线的下部两侧设有能在各自的支撑座的摆动孔中摆动的摆动轴;所述支撑座固定在踏板座上;在所述座位底部设有若干对高度卡槽;所述重力支撑架在座位处于不同高度时能摆动来使其上部的横梁两端同时落入对应的那对高度卡槽中;在每对高度卡槽之间的座位底部设有横梁锁板。

座位支架 4 和座位 5 之间的固定方式可以采用不同结构。在本实施例中,如图 1 、 5 、 6 所示,所述座位 5 前端设有能卡在座位支架 4 外壁上的开口 51 ;在该开口 51 的尾部开有卡槽 52 ;在所述座位支架 4 上设有供该卡槽 52 卡入的定位肋 41 ,在所述定位肋 41 上设有若干个高度调节孔 411 ;在位于卡槽 52 两侧的座位 5 上设有供座位锁紧螺丝 7 插入安装到对应位置的那个高度调节孔 411 中的螺丝孔 53 ,这样在安装座位时,在所要的座位高度时使其前端的卡槽 52 对准定位肋 41 卡进去,再用座位锁紧螺丝 7 从座位一侧的螺丝孔 53 穿进来并插入到对应的那个高度调节孔 411 后从另一侧的螺丝孔 53 穿出,再用螺母拧紧;所述重力支撑架 6 通过摆动或伸缩结构来调节其支撑高度,使座位 5 不管在哪个高度时,都可以支撑到座位以承受坐在座位 5 上的人体重力。在本实施例中,采用摆动结构的重力支撑架来调节其支撑高度,如图 1 、 3 至 6 所示,所述重力支撑架 6 是 U 型钢线或铁线,所述钢线或铁线的下部两侧设有能在各自的支撑座 8 的摆动孔 81 中摆动的摆动轴 61 ;所述支撑座 8 固定在踏板座 1 上;在所述座位 5 底部设有若干对高度卡槽 54 ,它们分别与座位支架 4 上的高度调节孔 411 相对应;所述重力支撑架 6 在座位 5 处于不同高度时能摆动来使其上部的横梁 62 两端同时落入对应的那对高度卡槽 54 中,即重力支撑架用 两个支撑点来承受小孩子的重量,这比起通常将横梁卡在一段长长的高度卡槽的结构来说,它可以使座位的支撑更平稳,从而让小孩子坐在座位上更加安全和舒服 ;在每对高度卡槽 54 之间的座位 5 底部设有横梁锁板 9 ,以防止重力支撑架的横梁脱出对应的高度卡槽 54 ;横梁锁板 9 由螺丝 30 安装到座位底部上。

在本实施例中,如图 5 、 6 所示,所述座位支架 4 是中空的塑胶套;所述滑板车还包括有把手杆 10 和连接在把手杆 10 上端的把手 20 ;所述把手杆 10 下端穿过塑胶套后与踏板座 1 或前轮轴 21 固定连接,当滑板车是由把手杆控制转向时,把手杆依次穿过塑胶套、踏板座后与前轮轴 21 连接;而当滑板车是靠重心偏移来控制转向时,把手杆可以固定到踏板座上,这时把手杆 10 纯粹是起到安放把手 20 的作用,而起不到跟 ZL201120461088.9 中的操控杆那样来操纵转向的作用。从上可以看出,座位的安装与把手杆是不相关连接,也就是说滑板车可以是有把手和把手杆的,也可以是无把手和把手杆的。在本实施例中,把手杆是固定到踏板座上的,而滑板车的转向是靠人体重心的偏移来实现的,这样可以让小孩在玩耍中更能锻炼到自己的灵活性、平衡感和柔韧度。
