Definitions
- the present invention relates to a multiple bottle rack structure that is based on the combination and coupling of a series of elongated profiles, with greater or lesser width and thickness and laterally provided with interlocking means adjacent to each other, by means of assembly pieces, being in all cases the affected profiles of one, two or more orifices alignments in which the necks of the bottles will be arranged so that they are fastened perfectly in the holes through their own necks.
- the object of the invention is to achieve a bottle rack structure that is not only designed for the storage of bottles with neck, but also serves as an exhibiting element for said bottles, allowing the vision of each and every one of them.
- the profiles can be rectangular, trapezoidal-rectangular or even trapezoidal, where the measurements, the number of holes drilled and the degrees of inclination of the sides, can be variable to form one type or another of structure.
- the present invention tries to gather a series of conditions that the market demands of those that lack other forms of storage and exhibition of bottles among which are:
- the multiple bottle rack structure that is recommended is intended to solve the problems previously exposed, that is, to provide a simple and effective solution to something as complex as the storage and exposure of bottles, trying to adapt to needs that demand the market , without forgetting that every day there is a greater need for better and greater use of natural resources, which is what the present patent application intends.
- the structure of the invention is constituted by the collateral assembly of a series of profiles that from a basic rectangular profile, which can be made of wood, plastic, methacrylate, aluminum, iron or construction materials such as concrete, cement , ceramic and others, presents a series of longitudinal incisions and with different degrees to form trapezoidal profiles or straight trapeziums, and in all cases affected by holes or through holes, in one, two or more alignments to place in each of them the neck of a bottle being this perfectly stable and cantilever with respect to the profile.
- a basic rectangular profile which can be made of wood, plastic, methacrylate, aluminum, iron or construction materials such as concrete, cement , ceramic and others, presents a series of longitudinal incisions and with different degrees to form trapezoidal profiles or straight trapeziums, and in all cases affected by holes or through holes, in one, two or more alignments to place in each of them the neck of a bottle being this perfectly stable and cantilever with respect to the profile.
- each profile can be curved-concave and / or curved-convex by their bases, and have grooves that can be rectangular or dovetail to accommodate in them coupling parts, first rectangular and in the second case with double dovetail, to collaterally assemble the profiles and form structures in which bottles will be attached to their necks.
- the holes or holes in the profiles will have a slight inclination to keep the bottle through its neck in a stable position, with elevation of the base with respect to the neck and thus keep the cap permanently covered by the liquid contained in the bottle, avoiding so that the cork dries, which in the case of wine bottles would thus produce the oxidation of this and consequently its acidity.
- each structure can be complemented with a base that can even be equipped with rolling means to be able to carry out a movement and mobility of the structure with the bottles and in the upper part it is endowed with a cover that will close the structure superiorly, that undoubtedly brings with it a better and optimum aesthetic aspect in the whole structure.
- both the lid and the base can be fixed by any appropriate system, either by means of brackets, screws, by gluing, spikes, etc.
- Figure 1. It shows a base profile, where the possible curved-concave or curved-convex shapes of the bases have been marked in dotted line, while laterally it shows, also marked by dashed lines, longitudinal incisions to different degrees, specifically at 60 °, 67 °, at 72 ° to 75 °, thus providing in each case a specific shape of each profile, positioned through another of its incisions, obtaining in any case a trapezoidal profile.
- Figures 2 and 3. They show an end view in general perspective of a trapezoidal profile with its corresponding holes and lateral grooves, and with an alignment of holes or holes.
- Figures 4 and 5. They show another view like that of the previous figure, but in this case with a dovetail groove in correspondence with one of the bases in this case it will be logically flat for coupling with another analogous profile.
- Figures 6 and 7 show respective perspective views of assembly elements between profiles, in one case by means of a rectangular part and in another case by means of a double dovetail part, to be housed in the grooves, either straight, or Dovetail with which the lateral sides of the profiles are affected.
- Figure 8 shows a perspective view of a structure obtained by assembling several profiles as represented in the previous figures which specifically correspond to a semi-polygonal structure.
- Figures 9 and 10. Correspond to an extreme and perspective view of a profile with two alignments of holes or holes.
- Figure 11 shows a structure formed by the collateral coupling of three profiles as shown in figures 9 and 10.
- Figure 12 shows a wine rack structure for its application on a flat surface or wall.
- Figure 13 shows a perspective view of a structure similar to figure 8 but with a plurality of bottles that does not correspond in the holes or holes of the profiles.
- Figure 14.- Shows another top perspective view of a structure, in this case formed by a plurality of profiles forming a polygonal outline from whose face a plurality of bottles emerge stably fixed through the collars in the holes or holes with which those profiles are affected.
- Figure 15. Shows a representation like the one in the previous figure, but in this case with three alignments of holes in each of the profiles, without the bottles, showing this figure the great capacity of storage and exhibition of bottles that will have the structure.
- a base profile (1) can be observed as far as configuration is concerned, which is laterally affected by longitudinal incisions (2) that can be sectioned through any of them to form trapezoidal profiles, as represented for example in the second figure, where the side faces will have greater or lesser inclination depending on the amplitude or degrees of the cut incisions (2) commented, having also been represented with dashed lines the curved-concave (3) and curved-convex (4) lines, which establish a configuration of the bases of own profile (1), that is to say that in addition to the flat and lateral oblique faces, the profile (1) can have its bases , concave (3) or convex (4), without discarding other configurations.
- the profile (1) will be affected by a plurality of holes or holes (5), with a certain inclination, for the introduction of the bottlenecks (6) being retained in those holes or holes (5), as a consequence of the inclination of the same, and whose inclination will determine that the bases of the bottle are higher than the neck so that the plugs always stay in contact with the contained liquid and thus air intake is avoided.
- the profile (1) has on its sides grooves (6) and (7) in the first case rectangular and in the second trapezoidal, may be in both cases rectangular or in both cases trapezoidal, and in any case, these grooves (6) and (7) assembly pieces (8) and (9), respectively, will be introduced, so that the piece (8) is rectangular to lodge in the groove (6) and the piece (9) in form of double dovetail to be coupled in the groove (7), all this establishing the lateral coupling between the profiles (1) as shown in Figure 8.
- the profile can have a dovetail groove (10) as shown in Figure 4, to allow coupling through that face where the groove is (10). ) with other analogous profiles.
- Figure 9 and Figure 10 show the profile (1) with two alignments of holes (5) and their lateral grooves (6) and (7), allowing to form structure as shown in figure 11, where logically the number of bottles to be supported will be greater than the one that can store the structure or bottle rack of the figure 8
- Figure 12 shows several profiles 1 coupled together forming a kind of semi-polygon with respect to its contour, with a flat front part (12) to be arranged attached to a wall, the profiles (1) presenting the already referred coupling means and in addition three orifice alignments (5) in each case.
- Figure 13 another structure is shown, like that of Figure 8 holding bottles (13) through their necks housed in the holes or holes (5).
- FIG 14 Another embodiment of Figure 14, where the structure formed by different profiles (1) is a closed structure forming a complete polygon where the storage capacity or exposure is greater, however seen in Figure 15 a structure also closed as the one of the previous figure in this case with profiles (1) affected by three alignments of holes or holes (5) where the storage capacity and exposure is very high.
- multiple structures can be formed, with greater or lesser capacity for storage or exposure of bottles, depending on the number of alignments of holes or holes (5) with which the profiles (1) have, so that in any case each structure , whether closed, open or whatever configuration, can be completed with a lid (14), which will have the same upper contour of the structure to close or hide the necks of the bottles, being able to complement with a base (15) as shown in figure 17, capable of incorporating wheels for the displacement of the structure with the bottles or even to establish a means of rotation of the structure with respect to a fixed point, in which case said base ( 15) would have an anchor hole (16) for connecting the shaft for the union twist of the structure itself.
