本发明涉及一种眼镜镜架,更具体的说,涉及一种眼镜镜架框的波浪形结构。
背景技术
在现有技术中,眼镜的镜架的镜片框对于镜片需要起到两方面的作用,一方面是固定作用,另一方面对镜片需要具有一定的弹性,以方便镜片的安装;在当前技术的眼镜镜架结构中,多采用弹线固定或者卡钩固定,这些结构在装配时较为烦琐,生产工艺落后,并且不能满足镜片形状的多样性。现有技术中的眼镜镜架存在的技术缺陷,成为本领域技术人员急待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的技术目的是克服现有技术中眼镜镜架对于镜片选择性单一并且固定及安装结构落后的技术问题,提供一种能兼容多种不同型号镜片并且安装方便、使用时牢固稳定的眼镜镜架的波浪形结构。
一种眼镜镜架的波浪形结构,包括有眼镜镜片框及镜架腿,所述眼镜镜片框的内圈呈波浪形结构。
更进一步的,所述眼镜镜片框的内圈波浪形结构与眼镜镜片接触处呈Y形开叉夹紧结构。
更进一步的,所述内圈的波浪形结构上设有防滑纹。
更进一步的,所述内圈的波浪形结构为镜架框圆周一部分。
更进一步的,所述眼镜镜片框中设有镜片,所述镜片与内圈的波浪形结构对应处设有沟槽。
更进一步的,所述眼镜镜片框的内圈波浪形结构为线切割制作。
本发明的有益技术效果是:在应用中,由于内圈呈波浪形结构的金属特性,既具有弹性,能兼容多种型号相似镜片,又能够牢固的稳定镜片,方便耐用,本发明结构简单、设计巧妙、成本低廉而且易于实施。

具体实施方式
结合图1,详细说明本发明的具体实施方式,但不对权利要求作任何限定。
在本发明一种眼镜镜架的波浪形结构,包括有眼镜镜片框100及镜架腿,眼镜镜片框100的内圈呈波浪形结构101。在实施中,眼镜镜片框100的内圈波浪形结构101与眼镜镜片接触处呈Y形开叉夹紧结构,具体的,既可使用单层开叉结构,即波浪形结构101只有一条波浪线,相邻之间两个波浪的浪尖分别向相反方向倾斜,将镜片下方夹紧。也可使用双层开叉结构,即在每个波浪线的浪尖设有一条Y形沟槽;将镜片下方夹紧。内圈的波浪形结构上设有防滑纹,以防止镜片滑动。内圈的波浪形结构在生产时可设置为镜架框圆周一部分。眼镜镜片框中设有镜片102,镜片102与内圈的波浪形结构101对应处设有沟槽。眼镜镜片框的内圈波浪形结构101为线切割制作,在实施时,镜片102也可替换为任意的安装有镜片的安装结构。
本发明由于内圈呈波浪形结构的金属特性,既具有弹性,能兼容多种相似镜片,又能够牢固的稳定镜片,方便耐用,与现有技术相比,具有突出实质性特点和显著的技术进步。

  1. 一种眼镜镜架的波浪形结构,包括有眼镜镜片框及镜架腿,其特征是:所述眼镜镜片框的内圈呈波浪形结构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种眼镜镜架的波浪形结构,其特征是:所述眼镜镜片框的内圈波浪形结构与眼镜镜片接触处呈Y形开叉夹紧结构。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种眼镜镜架的波浪形结构,其特征是:所述内圈的波浪形结构上设有防滑纹。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种眼镜镜架的波浪形结构,其特征是:所述内圈的波浪形结构为镜架框圆周一部分。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种眼镜镜架的波浪形结构,其特征是:所述眼镜镜片框中设有镜片,所述镜片与内圈的波浪形结构对应处设有沟槽。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的一种眼镜镜架的波浪形结构,其特征是:所述眼镜镜片框的内圈波浪形结构为线切割制作。
