本申请要求于2013年11月20日提交中国专利局、申请号为201310586895.7,发明名称为“一种实现画中画播放的方法及画中画播放装置”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本发明涉及通信领域,尤其涉及一种实现画中画播放的方法及画中画播放装置。
随着科学技术的日益发展和网络多媒体的广泛普及,用户对视频观看的体验感要求越来越高。现阶段的视频直播过程,不仅能够提供丰富多彩的电子节目导航页面,还能提供点播、电视回看、个人录制、信息浏览和游戏等服务,并且具有多种交互性的功能,而且整个直播流程分为正在直播和时移回放(即任意回放过去任意时间的直播内容)两个阶段,两个阶段的播放只能通过时间轴的切换进行控制。
例如,通过时间轴的切换控制上述两个阶段的播放的一个具体场景为:用户可能需要暂停播放当前直播的内容(例如用户有事离开片刻),当用户回来恢复播放以后播放的则是暂停过程中直播过的内容,若想要预览当前正在直播的内容,就必须拖动当前播放页面的时间轴上的播放头至当前正在直播的时刻。预览后,用户若想回到之前的播放页面,则又需将时间轴拖回,这样就使得视频在直播过程中要进行频繁的切换,这种频繁的切换直播和回放会增加调度请求的次数,加剧服务器的负担。
发明内容
本发明的实施例提供一种实现画中画播放的方法及画中画播放装置,解决用户观看直播视频进行时移回放时想要预览直播内容会产生较多的调度请求加剧服务器负担的问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明的实施例采用如下技术方案:
本发明的实施例提供一种实现画中画播放的方法,包括:
获取画中画播放功能的触发指令,并记录多媒体文件当前的播放进度;
发送所述触发指令至调度服务器;
接收来自所述调度服务器所指示的可使用的画中画播放模式的消息;
按照预设规则在所述可使用的画中画播放模式中确定需使用的画中画播放模式;
根据预置的画中画播放窗口的配置参数,创建所述画中画播放窗口,进而根据记录的所述播放进度,在所述画中画播放窗口中采用所述需使用的画中画播放模式播放所述多媒体文件。
所述可使用的画中画播放模式包括P2P(Peer to Peer,对等连接)模式、RTMP(Routing Table Maintenance Protocol,路由选择表维护协议)模式和物理切片模式中的至少一个;
其中,所述按照预设规则在所述可使用的画中画播放模式中确定需使用的画中画播放模式,包括:

具体的,当用户希望在某视频网站观看一场世界杯比赛的直播,那么用户可以通过多种方式实现画中画播放装置的画中画功能,其中,至少包括以下三种:
在第一种实现方式中,当用户操作当前视频播放界面的工具栏中的画中画播放功能按键(具体可以为用户点击画中画播放功能按键)时,画中画播放装置响应于用户操作获取触发指令,此时画中画播放装置内的处理程序会接受到相应触发指令,并将该触发指令发送给画中画播放装置内核,画中画播放装置内核会指示打开画中画播放功能,显示除当前播放视频外的画中画播放窗口,画中画播放窗口内播放正在直播的世界杯比赛。
其中,画中画播放装置内核用于对以数字形式存储的视频或音频文件进行解码,缓冲,频率转换等涉及音质的计算。
在第二种实现方式中,当用户对当前播放的世界杯直播进行暂停操作时,画中画播放装置响应于用户操作获取触发指令,此时画中画播放装置内的处理程序会接受到相应触发指令,并将该触发指令发送给画中画播放装置内核,画中画播放装置内核会指示打开画中画播放功能,显示除当前播放视频外的画中画播放窗口,画中画播放窗口内播放正在直播的世界杯比赛。
在第三种实现方式中,当用户当前播放的世界杯直播进行回放操作,例如操作快退键或者将移动当前播放界面内的时间轴上的播放头至已经播放过的视频内容时,画中画播放装置响应于用户操作获取触发指令,此时画中画播放装置内的处理程序会接受到相应触发指令,并将该触发指令发送给画中画播放装置内核,画中画播放装置内核会指示打开画中画播放功能,显示除当前播放视频外的画中画播放窗口,画中画播放窗口内播放正在直播的世界杯比赛。
另外,本发明实施例中的多媒体文件当前的播放进度,为画中画播放
装置获取画中画播放功能的触发指令时所指示的当前多媒体文件的播放位置。例如,用户在观看某电视剧第一集第二十二分触发画中画播放功能,此时画中画播放装置收到该用户的触发指令后记录当前多媒体文件的播放进度即第一集第二十二分钟。
102、画中画播放装置发送触发指令至调度服务器。
具体的,用户在观看视频节目时,调度服务器会获取当前的视频播放数据,控制参数以及服务地址等参数,当调度服务器在接收到画中画播放装置内核发送来的相应的触发指令后,会对当前的视频播放数据,控制参数以及服务地址等参数进行分析,确定当前情况下可使用的画中画播放模式进行播放。
103、画中画播放装置接收来自调度服务器所指示的可使用的画中画播放模式的消息。
其中,预置的画中画播放模式包括对等连接P2P模式、路由选择表维护协议RTMP模式、物理切片模式中的至少一个。

例如,用户在线收看直播的中国好声音节目,在画中画播放装置获取画中画播放功能的触发指令,经过调度服务器对当前的视频播放数据,控制参数以及服务地址等参数进行分析后,确定P2P播放模式、物理切片播放模式及RTMP播放模式都为可使用的画中画播放模式。此时,画中画播放装置根据预设的优先级顺序,先使用P2P播放模式进行直播数据加载,若加载失败,则选择物理切片模式进行直播数据加载,若加载成功,则在画中画播放窗口播放中国好声音的直播视频。
105、画中画播放装置根据预置的画中画播放窗口的配置参数,创建画
中画播放窗口,进而根据记录的播放进度,在画中画播放窗口中采用需使用的画中画播放模式播放多媒体文件。
其中,预置的画中画播放窗口的配置参数,具体包括:指示画中画播放窗口的可见性、播放时间显示、窗口大小、文案设置以及拖动设置的相应的数据。也就是说,用户可以在画中画播放窗口内对以上信息进行设置,例如调整画中画播放窗口的大小满足用户的观看习惯等。

本发明实施例提供的一种实现画中画播放的方法,在使用当前窗口播放当前多媒体文件的过程中,首先获取画中画播放功能的触发指令,进一步地,发送触发指令至调度服务器,以使调度服务器根据触发指令在预置的画中画播放模式中确定可使用的画中画播放模式,预置的画中画播放模式包括对等连接P2P模式、路由选择表维护协议RTMP模式、物理切片模式中的至少一个,当接收到来自调度服务器的指示可使用的画中画播放模式的消息,则按照预设规则在可使用的画中画播放模式中确定需使用的画中画播放模式,最后,根据预置的画中画播放窗口的配置参数,创建画中画播放窗口,进而采用需使用的画中画播放模式在画中画播放窗口中继续播放当前多媒体文件。该方案通过获取用户的触发指令,在直播页面内创建画中画窗口,进而调用已确定的直播模式在画中画窗口内播放直播内容,实现了在同一播放页面内直播内容以及用户指定内容的同时播放功能,减轻了服务器由于频繁响应直播和回放任务所带来的不必要开销,解决了用户观看直播视频进行时移回放时想要预览直播内容需频繁切换的问题。
实施例二
本发明的实施例提供一种实现画中画播放的方法,如图2所示,该方法包括:
201、画中画播放装置根据预置的画中画播放窗口的配置参数,建立画中画播放窗口。
其中,预置的画中画播放窗口的配置参数,具体包括:指示画中画播放窗口的可见性、播放时间显示、窗口大小、文案设置以及拖动设置的相应的数据。也就是说,用户可以在画中画播放窗口内对以上信息进行设置,例如调整画中画播放窗口的大小满足用户的观看习惯等。
另外,此处建立的画中画播放窗口,只有在获取触发指令以及确定画中画播放模式后才会打开,以使得画中画播放窗口中继续播放当前多媒体文件。在画中画播放功能没有实现的时候,画中画窗口一直处于隐藏关闭状态。
202、画中画播放装置对配置参数进行初始化,以指示可以获取画中画播放功能指令。
具体的,在执行画中画播放功能前,画中画播放装置需要对配置参数进行初始化操作,完成对画中画播放装置内部程序系统的初始部署,以使得用户可以对画中画播放装置进行操作指示。
203、画中画播放装置响应于用户操作播放当前多媒体文件数据。
具体的,当用户选择观看某一在线直播视频时,比如一场体育赛事直播,在当前播放界面内会播放体育赛事,同时,调度服务器会获取当前的视频播放数据,控制参数以及服务地址等参数,用于后续画中画播放功能的应用。
204、响应于用户操作当前视频播放界面的工具栏中的画中画播放功能按键的操作时,画中画播放装置获取到触发指令,执行步骤207。

其中,本实施例中的回放操作,包括操作快退键或者将移动当前播放界面内的时间轴上的播放头至已经播放过的视频内容。

这里要说明的是,步骤204至步骤206没有时间先后顺序,选择其中一个步骤就可以完成本方案,此处不做限定。
207、画中画播放装置记录多媒体文件当前的播放进度。
本发明实施例中的多媒体文件当前的播放进度,为画中画播放装置获取画中画播放功能的触发指令时所指示的当前多媒体文件的播放位置。例如,用户在观看某直播球赛至第三十二分触发播放页面的暂停按键,此时画中画播放装置收到该用户的触发指令后记录当前多媒体文件的播放进度即第三十二分钟。
208、画中画播放装置发送触发指令至调度服务器,以使调度服务器根据触发指令在预置的画中画播放模式中确定可使用的画中画播放模式。
其中,预置的画中画播放模式包括对等连接P2P模式、路由选择表维护协议RTMP模式、物理切片模式中的至少一个。
具体的,用户在观看视频节目时,调度服务器会获取当前的视频播放

例如,用户在线观看央视春晚直播视频,当用户暂停当前直播视频时,画中画播放装置获取触发指令,调度服务器在接收到画中画播放装置内核发送来的相应的触发指令后,会对当前的视频播放数据,控制参数以及服务地址等参数进行分析,确定当前情况下可使用的画中画播放模式为P2P模式和物理切片模式,此时,画中画播放装置根据预设的优先级顺序,使用P2P播放模式进行直播数据加载,加载成功后,画中画播放装置会显示被隐藏关闭的画中画播放窗口,在播放窗口内以相应的播放模式进行央视春晚视频直播播放,若用户此时操作关闭画中画播放功能按键,那么画中画播放装置会停止P2P播放模式的数据加载并隐藏画中画播放窗口。

少一个,当接收到来自调度服务器的指示可使用的画中画播放模式的消息,则按照预设规则在可使用的画中画播放模式中确定需使用的画中画播放模式,最后,根据预置的画中画播放窗口的配置参数,创建画中画播放窗口,进而采用需使用的画中画播放模式在画中画播放窗口中继续播放当前多媒体文件。该方案通过获取用户的触发指令,在直播页面内创建画中画窗口,进而调用已确定的直播模式在画中画窗口内播放直播内容,实现了在同一播放页面内直播内容以及用户指定内容的同时播放功能,减轻了服务器由于频繁响应直播和回放任务所带来的不必要开销,解决了用户观看直播视频进行时移回放时想要预览直播内容需频繁切换的问题。
所属领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到,为描述的方便和简洁,仅以上述各功能模块的划分进行举例说明,实际应用中,可以根据需要而将上述功能分配由不同的功能模块完成,即将装置的内部结构划分成不同的功能模块,以完成以上描述的全部或者部分功能。上述描述的系统,装置和单元的具体工作过程,可以参考前述方法实施例中的对应过程,在此不再赘述。
在本申请所提供的几个实施例中,应该理解到,所揭露的系统,装置和方法,可以通过其它的方式实现。例如,以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,例如,所述模块或单元的划分,仅仅为一种逻辑功能划分,实际实现时可以有另外的划分方式,例如多个单元或组件可以结合或者可以集成到另一个系统,或一些特征可以忽略,或不执行。另一点,所显示或讨论的相互之间的耦合或直接耦合或通信连接可以是通过一些接口,装置或单元的间接耦合或通信连接,可以是电性,机械或其它的形式。
所述作为分离部件说明的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部单元来实现本实施例方案的目的。
另外,在本发明各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理单元中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中。上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软
件功能单元的形式实现。
所述集成的单元如果以软件功能单元的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分或者该技术方案的全部或部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)或处理器(processor)执行本发明各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。
Claims (10)
- 一种实现画中画播放的方法,其特征在于,包括:获取画中画播放功能的触发指令,并记录多媒体文件当前的播放进度;发送所述触发指令至调度服务器;接收来自所述调度服务器的用于指示可使用的画中画播放模式的消息;按照预设规则在所述可使用的画中画播放模式中确定需使用的画中画播放模式;根据预置的画中画播放窗口的配置参数,创建所述画中画播放窗口,进而根据所述播放进度,在所述画中画播放窗口中采用所述需使用的画中画播放模式播放所述多媒体文件。
- 根据权利要求1所述的实现画中画播放的方法,其特征在于,所述可使用的画中画播放模式包括对等连接P2P模式、路由选择表维护协议RTMP模式和物理切片模式中的至少一个;其中,所述按照预设规则在所述可使用的画中画播放模式中确定需使用的画中画播放模式,包括:确定所述可使用的画中画播放模式中优先级最高的画中画播放模式,并将所述优先级最高的画中画播放模式作为所述需使用的画中画播放模式。
- 根据权利要2所述的实现画中画播放的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:判断在所述画中画播放窗口中采用所述需使用的画中画播放模式播放所述多媒体文件是否成功;若判断结果为不成功,且所述可使用的画中画播放模式包括至少两个时,根据记录的所述播放进度,在所述画中画播放窗口中采用所述可使用的画中画播放模式中的优先级次高的画中画播放模式播放所述多媒体文件。
- 根据权利要求1所述的实现画中画播放的方法,其特征在于,所述触发指令为所述用户触发画中画播放功能按键而产生的指令;或者为所述用户触发暂停功能按键而产生的指令;或者为所述用户触发回放功能按键 而产生的指令。
- 根据权利要求1至4任一所述的实现画中画播放的方法,其特征在于,所述预置的画中画播放窗口的配置参数,具体包括:指示画中画播放窗口的可见性、播放时间显示、窗口大小、文案设置以及拖动设置的相应的数据。
- 一种画中画播放装置,其特征在于,包括:获取单元,用于获取画中画播放功能的触发指令,并记录多媒体文件当前的播放进度,以及接收来自所述调度服务器的用于指示可使用的画中画播放模式的消息;发送单元,用于发送所述触发指令至调度服务器;处理单元,用于按照预设规则在所述可使用的画中画播放模式中确定需使用的画中画播放模式;执行单元,用于根据预置的画中画播放窗口的配置参数,创建所述画中画播放窗口,进而根据所述播放进度,在所述画中画播放窗口中采用所述需使用的画中画播放模式播放所述多媒体文件。
- 根据权利要求6所述的画中画播放装置,其特征在于,所述可使用的画中画播放模式包括对等连接P2P模式、路由选择表维护协议RTMP模式和物理切片模式中的至少一个;所述处理单元,还用于确定所述可使用的画中画播放模式中优先级最高的画中画播放模式,并将所述优先级最高的画中画播放模式作为所述需使用的画中画播放模式。
- 根据权利要求7所述的画中画播放装置,其特征在于,所述处理单元,还用于判断在所述画中画播放窗口中采用所述需使用的画中画播放模式播放所述多媒体文件是否成功;所述执行单元,还用于若判断结果为不成功,且所述可使用的画中画播放模式包括至少两个时,根据记录的所述播放进度,在所述画中画播放窗口中采用所述可使用的画中画播放模式中的优先级次高的画中画播放模式播放所述多媒体文件。
- 根据权利要求6所述的画中画播放装置,其特征在于,所述触发指令为所述用户触发画中画播放功能按键而产生的指令;或 者为所述用户触发暂停功能按键而产生的指令;或者为所述用户触发回放功能按键而产生的指令。
- 根据权利要求6至9任一所述的画中画播放装置,其特征在于,所述预置的画中画播放窗口的配置参数,具体包括:指示画中画播放窗口的可见性、播放时间显示、窗口大小、文案设置以及拖动设置的相应的数据。
