25、 根据权利要求 23或 24所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述异制式 RAT 载波聚合请求消息还包括异制式 RAT载波聚合请求指示信息, 所述异制式 RAT载波聚合响应消息还包括异制式 RAT载波聚合响应指示信息。
26、 根据权利要求 23-25任意一项所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述处理 单元在所述第一发送单元向辅载波聚合装置发送异制式 RAT载波聚合请求 消息之前, 确定所述主小区与所述 UE的通信链路质量并且所述第一邻区与 所述 UE的通信链路质量满足预设的异制式 RAT载波聚合条件。
27、 根据权利要求 23-26任意一项所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述异制 式 RAT载波聚合请求消息还包括: 建议的所述辅载波的属性信息集合, 所述 集合包括至少一种建议的所述辅载波的属性信息; 所述接收单元具体用于接收所述辅载波聚合装置发送的包括属于所述集 合中的所述辅载波的属性信息的异制式 RAT载波聚合响应消息。
28、 根据权利要求 23-27任意一项所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述接收 单元还用于所述第一发送单元向辅载波聚合装置发送异制式 RAT载波聚合 请求消息之前,接收所述 UE发送的能力指示消息,所述 UE的能力指示消息 包括所述 UE具有异制式 RAT载波聚合的能力指示信息。
29、 根据权利要求 28所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述能力指示消息为所 述 UE的 UE-EUTRA-Capability消息。
30、 根据权利要求 28或 29所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述 UE具有异 制式 RAT载波聚合的能力指示信息包括至少一种以下信息: 所述 UE具有演 进的通用陆地无线接入 E-UTRA频分双工 FDD与 E-UTRA时分双工 TDD之 间的载波聚合的能力指示信息、 所述 UE具有 E-UTRA与通用陆地无线接入 UTRA FDD之间的载波聚合的能力指示信息、所述 UE具有 E-UTRA与 UTRA TDD之间的载波聚合的能力指示信息、 所述 UE具有 E-UTRA与码分多址接 入 CDMA2000-1X无线传输技术 RTT之间的载波聚合的能力指示信息、 所述 UE具有 E-UTRA与 CDMA2000-高速分组数据 HRPD之间的载波聚合的能力 指示信息、 所述 UE具有 E-UTRA与全球移动通信系统演进的增强数据速率 无线接入网 GERAN之间的载波聚合的能力指示信息、所述 UE具有 E-UTRA 与无线兼容认证 Wi-Fi之间的载波聚合的能力指示信息。

RAT为 E-UTRA TDD, 所述异制式 RAT载波聚合请求指示信息为 E-UTRA FDD与 E-UTRA TDD之间的载波聚合请求指示信息, 所述异制式 RAT载波 聚合响应指示信息为 E-UTRA FDD与 E-UTRA TDD之间的载波聚合响应指 示信息; 或者,
所述第一邻区的工作 RAT为 E-UTRA FDD, 所述异制式 RAT载波聚合 请求指示信息为 E-UTRA TDD与 E-UTRA FDD之间的载波聚合请求指示信 息,所述异制式 RAT载波聚合响应指示信息为 E-UTRA TDD与 E-UTRA FDD 之间的载波聚合响应指示信息;
所述辅载波的属性信息包括: 所述辅载波中用于载波聚合的下行子帧的 图样或编号, 以及所述辅载波的承载速率。
32、 根据权利要求 31所述的装置, 其特征在于, 当所述第一邻区的工作 RAT为 E-UTRA TDD时, 所述辅载波的属性信息还包括至少以下一种信息: 所述辅载波的上行子帧配置图样、 所述辅载波的下行子帧配置图样。
33、 根据权利要求 30 所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述第一邻区的工作 RAT为 UTRA FDD, 所述异制式 RAT载波聚合请求指示信息为 E-UTRA与
UTRA FDD之间的载波聚合请求指示信息, 所述异制式 RAT载波聚合响应 指示信息为 E-UTRA与 UTRA FDD之间的载波聚合响应指示信息; 或者, 所述第一邻区的工作 RAT为 UTRA TDD, 所述异制式 RAT载波聚合请 求指示信息为 E-UTRA与 UTRA TDD之间的载波聚合请求指示信息,所述异 制式 RAT载波聚合响应指示信息为 E-UTRA与 UTRA TDD之间的载波聚合 响应指示信息; 或者,

34、 一种辅载波聚合装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收单元,用于接收主载波聚合装置发送的异制式 RAT载波聚合请求消 息, 所述异制式 RAT载波聚合请求消息包括用户设备 UE的第一邻区的标识 信息,所述异制式 RAT载波聚合请求消息用于请求用于与主载波进行异制式 RAT载波聚合的辅载波的属性信息,所述辅载波为所述第一邻区的工作载波, 所述主载波为所述 UE的主小区的工作载波, 所述主小区工作的 RAT相异于 所述第一邻区工作的 RAT;
确定单元, 用于确定所述辅载波的属性信息;
发送单元,用于向所述主载波聚合装置发送异制式 RAT载波聚合响应消 息, 所述异制式 RAT载波聚合响应消息包括所述辅载波的属性信息;
处理单元,用于根据所述辅载波的属性信息,执行异制式 RAT载波聚合。
35、 根据权利要求 34所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述异制式 RAT载波 聚合请求消息还包括异制式 RAT载波聚合请求指示信息, 所述异制式 RAT 载波聚合响应消息还包括异制式 RAT载波聚合响应指示信息。
36、 根据权利要求 34或 35所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述异制式 RAT 载波聚合请求消息还包括建议的所述辅载波的属性信息集合, 所述集合包括 至少一种建议的所述辅载波的属性信息;
所述确定单元具体用于从所述建议的所述辅载波的属性信息集合中确定 所述辅载波的属性信息。
37、 根据权利要求 34-36任意一项所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述第一 邻区的工作 RAT为演进的通用陆地无线接入 E-UTRA时分双工 TDD, 所述 异制式 RAT载波聚合请求指示信息为 E-UTRA频分双工 FDD与 E-UTRA TDD之间的载波聚合请求指示信息, 所述异制式 RAT载波聚合响应指示信 息为 E-UTRA FDD与 E-UTRA TDD之间的载波聚合响应指示信息; 或者, 所述第一邻区的工作 RAT为 E-UTRA FDD, 所述异制式 RAT载波聚合 请求指示信息为 E-UTRA TDD与 E-UTRA FDD之间的载波聚合请求指示信 息,所述异制式 RAT载波聚合响应指示信息为 E-UTRA TDD与 E-UTRA FDD 之间的载波聚合响应指示信息;
所述辅载波的属性信息包括: 所述辅载波中的用于载波聚合的下行子帧 的图样或编号, 以及所述辅载波的承载速率。
38、 根据权利要求 37所述的装置, 其特征在于, 当所述第一邻区的工作 RAT为 E-UTRA TDD时, 所述辅载波的属性信息还包括至少以下一种信息: 所述辅载波的上行子帧配置图样、 所述辅载波的下行子帧配置图样。
39、 根据权利要求 34-36任意一项所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述第一 邻区的工作 RAT为通用陆地无线接入 UTRA FDD, 所述异制式 RAT载波聚 合请求指示信息为 E-UTRA与 UTRA FDD之间的载波聚合请求指示信息,所 述异制式 RAT载波聚合响应指示信息为 E-UTRA与 UTRA FDD之间的载波 聚合响应指示信息; 或者,
所述第一邻区的工作 RAT为 UTRA TDD, 所述异制式 RAT载波聚合请 求指示信息为 E-UTRA与 UTRA TDD之间的载波聚合请求指示信息,所述异 制式 RAT载波聚合响应指示信息为 E-UTRA与 UTRA TDD之间的载波聚合 响应指示信息; 或者,
所述第一邻区的工作 RAT为码分多址接入 CDMA2000-1X无线传输技术 RTT , 所述异制式 RAT 载波聚合请求指示信息为 E-UTRA 与 CDMA2000-1XRTT之间的载波聚合请求指示信息, 所述异制式 RAT载波聚 合响应指示信息为 E-UTRA与 CDMA2000-lxRTT之间的载波聚合响应指示 信息; 或者,

所述辅载波的属性信息包括: 所述辅载波的承载速度和所述辅载波的起 始时间。
40、 一种用户设备 UE, 其特征在于, 包括: 接收单元,用于接收主载波聚合装置发送的异制式 RAT载波聚合指示消 息, 所述异制式 RAT载波聚合指示消息包括所述 UE的第一邻区的标识信息 和用于与主载波进行异制式 RAT载波聚合的辅载波的属性信息,所述异制式 RAT载波聚合指示消息用于指示所述 UE进行异制式 RAT载波聚合,所述辅 载波为所述第一邻区的工作载波, 所述主载波为所述 UE的主小区的工作载 波, 所述主小区工作的 RAT相异于所述第一邻区工作的 RAT;
处理单元, 用于根据所述异制式 RAT载波聚合指示消息, 执行异制式 RAT载波聚合。
41、 根据权利要求 40所述的 UE, 其特征在于, 还包括:
发送单元,用于所述接收单元接收主载波聚合装置发送的异制式 RAT载 波聚合指示消息之前, 向所述主载波聚合装置发送能力指示消息, 所述能力 指示消息包括所述 UE具有异制式 RAT载波聚合的能力信息。
42、 根据权利要求 41所述的 UE, 其特征在于, 所述能力指示消息为所 述 UE的 UE-EUTRA-Capability消息。
43、 根据权利要求 40-42任意一项所述的 UE, 其特征在于, 所述 UE具 有异制式 RAT载波聚合的能力指示信息包括至少一种以下信息: 所述 UE具 有演进的通用陆地无线接入 E-UTRA频分双工 FDD 与 E-UTRA 时分双工 TDD之间的载波聚合的能力指示信息、 所述 UE具有 E-UTRA与通用陆地无 线接入 UTRA FDD之间的载波聚合的能力指示信息、 所述 UE具有 E-UTRA 与 UTRA TDD之间的载波聚合的能力指示信息、所述 UE具有 E-UTRA与码 分多址接入 CDMA2000-1X无线传输技术 RTT之间的载波聚合的能力指示信 息、所述 UE具有 E-UTRA与 CDMA20001X高速分组数据 HRPD之间的载波 聚合的能力指示信息、 所述 UE具有 E-UTRA与全球移动通信系统演进的增 强数据速率无线接入网 GERAN之间的载波聚合的能力指示信息、 所述 UE 具有 E-UTRA与无线兼容认证 Wi-Fi之间的载波聚合的能力指示信息。
44、 根据权利要求 43所述的 UE, 其特征在于, 所述辅载波的属性信息 包括: 所述辅载波中的用于载波聚合的下行子帧的图样或编号, 以及所述辅 载波的承载速率; 或者,
所述辅载波的属性信息包括: 所述辅载波的承载速度和所述辅载波的起 始时间。
