为此,也有公幵了可持续向四面八方送风的电风扇,如中国专利 CN2705641Y (申请 号为 200420059656.2), 公开了一种可同时 360度吹风的风扇, 具有可支撑站立的底座 及一个上盖, 底座与上盖间的内部设有一电机, 电机上枢设一扇叶, 扇叶具有多数水平 360度排列的叶片;又如中国专利 CN202280639U (申请号为 201120438859.2)公开的一种 四周环风式电风扇, 包括底座、 电机和风扇头, 风扇头由竖向设置在底座上的转动轴、 多片扇叶和圆筒状防护网罩组成, 电机竖向设置在底座内, 多片扇叶竖向设置在转动轴 上。
上述这些风扇,可以保持持续的向四面送风,然而当使用的场合所需要的送风方向 不处于同一水平面上时, 如向风扇周围不同高度的成人、 小孩送风时, 这种风扇不能作 出相应的调整, 无法满足实际的需求, 因此还需要作一定的改进。 发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术存在的问题,提供一种 360度出风 的电风扇, 能够调节出风平面的角度, 适应不同场合的需要。

当需要调节出风平面时, 可抓紧第二调节板 32使其固定不动, 而使得底座 2通过 第一调节板 31在第二调节板 32上滑动到所需的位置, 此时, 底座 2相对水平面不再平 行而形成一定的角度, 即叶片 113和中空轴 112不再与水平面垂直, 由此可以向四周送 出位于不同平面的风, 从而适应不同场合的需要, 扩大了使用的范围。
在上文中, 第一调节板 31和第二调节板 32为中间低四周高的形状, 可替代的, 也 可以采用中间高四周低的形状,具有一定的弧度即可,这种情况下需要再设置限位部件; 或者第一调节板 31和第二调节板 32的表面为水平,此时导向杆、滑动部 311和滑槽 321 呈弧形, 并且此时滑动部 311不与相对调节板的表面接触, 而是在滑槽 321内滑动。 滑 动部 311和滑槽 321的位置可互换。
在上述实施例中,第一调节板 31和第二调节板 32之间通过一对滑动部和滑槽实现 一个方向的滑动。 可替代的, 在不使用导向杆的情况下, 也可以采用一个滑动部和对应 的两个滑槽的方式实现两个方向的滑动, 此时, 两个滑槽可呈垂直分布, 当滑动部沿着 第一个滑槽在一个方向上滑动一定距离到达与第二个滑槽的交叉处时,可改变方向后沿 着第二个滑槽在另一个方向 (与上一个方向垂直)上滑动, 由此使得出风平面更加的多样 化。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、一种 360度出风的电风扇,包括内设有电机 (21)的底座 (2)和内设有叶轮 (11)的壳 体 (1); 其中, 所述电机 (21)的输出轴 (211)的端部向上延伸入至所述壳体 (1)内;
所述叶轮 (11)包括与电机 (21)输出轴 (211)的端部固定连接的中空轴 (112)以及环绕 中空轴 (112)设置的轴向延伸的叶片 (113);
其特征在于: 所述底座 (2)下方设有角度调节座 (3); 所述角度调节座 (3)包括相对设 置的第一调节板 (31)和第二调节板 (32),第一调节板 (31)与底座 (2)固定, 所述第一调节板 (31)的下表面和第二调节板 (32)的上表面两者中的其中一个设有弧形的滑动部 (311), 两 者中的另一个设有呈弧形并且与滑动部 (311)弧度一致的滑动配合的滑槽 (312),使得第一 调节板 (31)相对第二调节板 (32)滑动后底座 (2)相对水平面的角度改变。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的 360度出风的电风扇, 其特征在于, 所述第一调节板 (31) 的下表面和第二调节板 (32)的上表面均为弧形, 与滑动部 (311)和滑槽 (312)的弧度一致, 所述滑动部 (311)与相对的一个调节板的表面接触。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的 360度出风的电风扇, 其特征在于, 所述第一调节板 (31) 的下表面和第二调节板 (32)的上表面呈中间低四周高的内凹状。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的 360度出风的电风扇, 其特征在于, 所述滑动部 (311)和滑 槽 (312)的侧面分别设有互相滑动配合的第一导向杆 (312)和第二导向杆 (322), 第一导向 杆 (312)和第二导向杆 (322)的弧度与滑动部 (311)—致。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的 360度出风的电风扇, 其特征在于, 所述第一导向杆 (312) 与第二导向杆 (322)相对的一侧开设有第一导向槽 (313), 第二导向杆 (322)相对第一导向 槽 (313)的部分能插入到第一导向槽 (313)内并相对滑动, 所述第二导向杆 (322)相应侧幵 设有第二导向槽 (323), 第一导向杆 (312)相对第二导向槽 (323)的部分能插入到第二导向 槽 (323)内并相对滑动。
6、 如权利要求 1-5中任一项所述的 360度出风的电风扇, 其特征在于, 所述叶轮 (11)还包括与所述输出轴 (211)垂直的圆盘 (111), 所述叶片 (113)轴向延伸穿过圆盘 (111) 并固定, 所述中空轴 (112)位于圆盘 (111 )的中心。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的 360度出风的电风扇, 其特征在于, 所述叶片 (113)呈半圆 形, 并且平直的一侧与中空轴 (112)固定并平行。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的 360度出风的电风扇, 其特征在于, 所述叶片 (113)至少在 径向外侧末端的部分向叶片 (113)的旋转方向逐渐弯曲。
9、 如权利要求 1-5中任一项所述的 360度出风的电风扇, 其特征在于, 所述底座 (2)上设有控制电机 (21)的开关 (22), 所述开关 (22)为一键式按钮开关。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的 360度出风的电风扇, 其特征在于, 所述开关 (22)的背面 设有显示电源接通状态的背光源。
