Abstract

The present invention relates to a dispenser designed for use of products made of paper such as paper towels, toilet papers and the like and enabling the product amount remaining therein to be seen from the outer portion thereof. The dispenser according to the present invention comprises a body (3), a cover (4) and an inner receptacle (5) for placing the product (2) thereinto, wherein it further comprises a transparent concave lens (1) positioned on the upper portion thereof and enabling the product (2) inside the dispenser to be seen.

Description

DESCRIPTION
A DISPENSER ENABLING THE PRODUCT LEVEL REMAINING THEREIN TO BE SEEN
Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a dispenser designed for use of products made of paper such as paper towels, toilet papers and the like and enabling the product amount remaining therein to be seen from the outer portion thereof.
Present State of the Prior Art
Products made of paper are used in houses, work places or many public areas, toilets and areas with wet surfaces. Products made of paper are offered to the consumers by being placed into the dispensers. Products made of paper are generally offered to the consumers by being wound around a core tube in the form of rolls, wherein they can be used by being opened from the outer portions thereof; in addition, products that are not wound around a. core tube and can be used by being opened through the gap in the roll center of the product are also available. Products made of paper provided with a use in different ways, as well as dispensers offering different uses, are available. The product can be placed into the dispenser inner receptacle so as to be the output direction is parallel or perpendicular to the ground plane and the product is used by being pulled from outside of the dispenser. In the currently used dispensers, there is no mechanism or indicator showing the amount of product remaining therein. Particularly, finding out the remaining product amount becomes even more difficult for the products placed into the dispenser so as to be perpendicular to the ground plane and started to be used from the interior portion thereof. The amount of product remaining in the dispenser cannot be monitored by being seen from outside; thus, the dispenser is considered to be empty only when the product is finished. In some dispensers, transparent outer cover application is provided. This case allows the interior portion of the dispenser to be seen; however, the transparent cover application leads to design constraints since it allows limited number of colors and materials to be employed. In addition, in the case of using the product by pulling it through the gap in the center of the roll, the decrease in the product's diameter cannot be noticed when viewed from outside and this situation prevents the amount of product remaining in the dispenser from being determined by the transparent cover application. Further, in the transparent outer cover use, visibility of the interior portion of the dispenser is not a preferred situation for aesthetic reasons.
The dispenser according to the present invention has been developed to provide solutions to the aforementioned problems. The dispenser according to the present invention can comprise different forms allowing for different types of product use. Objects of the Invention
The object of the present invention is to develop a dispenser for use of products made of paper such as paper towels, toilet papers and the like enabling the product amount remaining therein to be seen from the outer portion thereof and enabling the product amount remaining therein to be-easily monitored in a hygienic manner. Description of the Invention
The present invention relates to a dispenser designed for use of products made of paper such as paper towels, toilet papers and the like and enabling the product amount remaining therein to be seen from the outer portion thereof.
The dispenser according to the present invention comprises a body (3), a cover (4) and a receptacle (5) for placing the product (2) there into, wherein it further comprises a transparent lens (1) positioned on the upper portion thereof. The mentioned transparent lens (1) is a concave lens. The lens (1) positioned on the dispenser is placed on the vertical axis of the product (2). Visibility of the product (2) when the dispenser is viewed from side is provided without the necessity of viewing the dispenser from above due to the concave structure of the transparent lens (1). With the use of the dispenser developed within the scope of the present invention, the product (2) amount remaining in the dispenser can be easily monitored. The concave lens (1) positioned on the upper portion of the dispenser on the vertical axis of the product (2) made of paper so as to be above the product (2) acts as a diverging lens. The incident rays (9) parallel to the optical axis (6) of the diverging lens refract by traveling away from the optical axis (6). The incident rays (9) coming from product (2) made of paper travel parallel to the optical axis (6) on the way to the concave lens (1) which is acting as a diverging lens and refract in a direction such that its extension passes through the focal point (7) of the concave lens (1). The refracted rays (8) disperse in different directions due to the characteristics of the concave lens (1) and create a clear image for the user viewing the optical axis (6) of the concave lens (1) with an angle. The lens (1), with the concave structure thereof, enable the product (2) made of paper positioned inside the dispenser to be seen from the side without the necessity of viewing from above and the user can easily see that the product (2) is finished or reduced.
Designing of the dispenser, developed within the scope of the present invention and shown in Figures 1 and 2, in different shapes and forms is possible.

Claims

1. A dispenser developed for use of the products (2) made of paper and comprising a main body (3), a cover (4) and an inner receptacle (5) for placing the product (2), characterized in that it further comprises a transparent lens (1) positioned on the upper portion and positioned on the vertical axis of the product (2) provided therein.
2. The dispenser according to claim 1, characterized in that said lens (1) comprises a concave structure acting as a diverging lens and enabling the product (2) positioned inside the dispenser to be seen from outside when viewed from the side thereof.
