The dispenser (A) according to the present invention comprises a dispenser cap (6), an inner dispenser container (7) for accommodating a receiving element (1) in which the product is located, a rear panel (5) and an anti-fallout system (2) during its placement in the dispenser. The hinge element (4) allows the system to move. The receiving element (1), located inside the inner container (7) of the dispenser, moves in the forward (F) and backward (B) directions, as shown in FIG. 3, in other words, in the direction of the cover (6) and the rear panel (5). The receiving element (1), after placing the product (2) in it, moves so as to create pressure on the spring (3) located in the rear part, thanks to the hinge element (4) (Fig. 4).
