随着人们生活水平的提高,智能电视在家庭中的普及率日益广泛,替代传统电视的趋势越来越强,智能电视在人们的日常休闲与娱乐生活中起到越来越重要的作用。
目前,智能电视已经可以播放来自多种信号源的节目,其中包括传统的直播电视节目以及网络视频节目等,使得用户对于所要观看的电视节目的可选择性越来越大,在任何时刻都能够自主地选择自己感兴趣的节目进行观看。其中,在智能电视的桌面上一般会按照节目类型排列所有的节目。用户通过操作遥控器来浏览位于智能电视的桌面上的节目,并寻找到自己感兴趣的节目。但是在播放节目的过程中,用户只能被动收看,播什么就只能看到什么,无法看到正在播放的节目的关联节目,如,以电视剧节目为例,关联节目可以是当前正在播放的电视剧的上一集或下一集,还可以是全集列表等。
针对这一问题,现有的智能电视通常会提供网络浏览功能,使得用户可以通过智能电视打开搜索引擎网页,利用遥控器操作,以类似电脑访问互联网的方式,利用智能电视访问互联网,从互联网中搜索正在播放的节目的关联节目,然后链接到关联节目的网络地址,通过电视在线观看关联节目。
但是,在实现本发明的过程中,本发明的发明人发现现有技术中至少存在如下问题:如果通过电视访问互联网,利用遥控器操作搜索关联节目的过程比较复杂,且操作繁琐耗时,无法简单方便的达到电脑的搜索和操作体验,且在搜索关联节目的过程中,用户无法同时观看该节目,也就是说,现有的智能电视无法使用户在观看节目的同时简单方便地查看该节目的关联节目,这势必造成用户的体验不佳。而且当按照节目类型排列所有的节目时,用户如果想要查找到自己感兴趣的节目,就需要先浏览海量节目,然后再对浏览到的各节目进行筛选,其中包括排除冗余的节目。而整个查找过程常常需要花费用户大量的时间,有时,用户按照上述繁琐的方式进行查找后,也无法找到自己感兴趣的节目,严重影响用户的观看效率,导致用户对智能电视的体验差。

在这里,在正在播放的节目画面中显示推荐给当前用户的节目,可以沿播放画面中的至少一个侧边设置信息推荐框,在所述信息推荐框中显示推荐的节目,这样不会影响用户对于正在播放的节目的观看。

由于用户正在观看的节目可能来自于直播电视,也可能来自于网络视频,所以在获取正在播放的节目的名称时,可以首先检测正在播放的节目的信号源,这里信号源为:直播电视信号源或网络视频信号源。
当信号源为直播电视信号源时,获取正在播放的节目名称的方法可以为:截取正在播放的节目的播放画面,识别播放画面中的电视台台标所标识的电视台,然后通过互联网从各电视台的节目单中搜索识别出的电视台的节目单,并从搜索到的节目单中提取与当前时刻对应的节目的名称,作为正在播放的节目的名称。
当信号源为网络视频信号源时,可以从正在播放的节目的网页描述中提取节目的名称,作为正在播放的节目的名称。
此外,正在播放的节目也可能是本地存储或移动设备中存储的文件,此时可以直接提取该文件的名称作为正在播放的节目的名称。正在播放的节目的名称也可以从电视或服务器在播放节目时产生的缓存数据或cookie中获取,本实施例并不对此做任何限定。

应用本申请实施例的技术方案,用户不仅可以在播放界面中看到智能电视服务器根据正在播放的节目的名称为用户推荐的关联节目的信息,还可以直接从推荐的关联节目中直接选取自己感兴趣的节目点击观看,这样可以省略用户根据推荐的关联节目的信息手动搜索推荐的关联节目的播放地址的过程与时间,提高用户的节目观看效率,提升节目观看体验。

在本申请实施例中,为了使向用户推荐的节目更加符合用户的兴趣,避免偶然性,并不只是将用户观看的频繁程度最高的类型的节目向用户推荐,而是统计用户观看频繁程度最高和次高的节目类型,分别以第一推荐类型和第二推荐类型的方式向用户推荐,这样更能保证推荐结果的准确性,使推荐结果更加贴合用户的观看习惯。
在这里,本申请实施例并不只限于将两种推荐类型的节目向用户推荐,当历史观看记录中同时存在几种观看频繁程度较高的节目类型,或者某种节目类型的观看频繁程度远远高于其它节目类型时,本申请实施例还可以同时搜索几种类型的节目,或者只搜索一种类型的节目,作为向用户推荐的节目。

历史观看记录中包含用户观看过的节目名称,电视或服务器可以根据该节目名称确定该节目的类型,比如动作片、战争片等节目类型,归属于某个导演、主演的节目类型,或者其它形式的节目类型,并且,由于节目可能通过网络在线观看,也可能通过直播电视频道观看,还可能通过某视频网站运营商的服务器直接推送给应用该视频网站运营商所提供的电视轮播系统的付费用户或会员,所以节目的类型可以利用节目的名称由电视或服务器在互联网中搜索确定,也可以由服务器从本身存储的分类资源中获取该节目名称对
应的类型,还可以通过各服务器之间进行资源交互获取,本实施例并不对此做任何限定。
判断出每个节目的类型之后,就可以统计历史观看记录中出现的每种类型的次数,次数越多,说明用户观看该类型的节目的频繁程度越高,也就可以看作用户对该类型的节目最感兴趣。
节目推荐模块,用于将描述所述推荐给当前用户的节目的信息加载在正在播放的节目的视频数据中,以便在所述正在播放的节目的播放画面中显示所述推荐给当前用户的节目,描述所述推荐给当前用户的节目的信息中至少包括节目名称。
在本申请实施例中,搜索出当前用户观看频率高的类型的节目,作为推荐给当前用户的节目,然后将描述推荐给当前用户的节目的信息,比如包含节目名称的列表等,加载在正在播放的节目的视频数据中,就可以在当前正在播放的节目画面中显示出推荐给当前用户的节目。
在这里,在正在播放的节目画面中显示推荐给当前用户的节目,可以沿播放画面中的至少一个侧边设置信息推荐框,在所述信息推荐框中显示推荐的节目,这样不会影响用户对于正在播放的节目的观看。
可以理解的是,当用户无需观看推荐的节目,或者为了避免节目推荐框影响用户观看正在播放的节目时,用户可以选择执行取消推荐节目或关闭节目推荐框的操作,此时,智能电视的服务器可以响应于用户对所述推荐给当前用户的节目的关闭操作,停止将描述所述推荐给当前用户的节目的信息加载在所述正在播放的节目的视频数据中,以便停止在所述正在播放的节目的播放画面中显示所述推荐给当前用户的节目,这样能够使节目推荐框随用户的需要显示或取消显示,进一步增加用户的人性化体验。
应用上述本申请实施例提供的技术方案,可以获取当前用户的历史观看记录,历史观看记录中至少包括用户观看过的节目的名称;根据历史观看记录统计当前用户观看每个类型的节目的频繁程度,搜索频繁程度高的类型的节目作为推荐给当前用户的节目;将描述推荐给当前用户的节目的信息加载在正在播放的节目的视频数据中,以便在正在播放的节目的播放画面中显示推荐给当前用户的节目,描述推荐给当前用户的节目的信息中至少包括节目
名称。这样就可以根据用户最常观看的节目类型为用户推荐感兴趣的节目,而且能够使用户在当前节目的播放画面中直接看到被推荐的感兴趣节目,从而能够快速找到自己感兴趣的节目,提高观看电视节目的效率,提升用户体验。
请参照图13所示,本申请实施例提供的节目搜索模块2,包括:
第一统计子模块21a,用于统计所述历史观看记录中的节目总数量,以及,确定所述历史观看记录中的每个节目的类型,并统计每个类型的节目数量;
历史观看记录中包含用户观看过的节目名称,电视或服务器可以根据该节目名称确定该节目的类型,比如动作片、战争片等节目类型,判断出每个节目的类型之后,就可以统计历史观看记录中出现的每种类型的次数,即每个类型的节目数量,某个类型的节目数量越多,说明用户观看该类型的节目的频繁程度越高,也就可以看作用户对该类型的节目最感兴趣。
第一计算子模块22a,用于分别计算每个类型的节目数量与所述历史观看记录中的节目总数量的比值;所述比值代表所述当前用户观看每个类型的节目的频繁程度;
用户观看每个类型的节目的频繁程度,具体表现在数值上,即为每个类型的节目数量与节目总数量的比值,也就是每个类型的节目数量在历史观看记录中的节目总数量中所占的比重大小。
由于节目可能通过网络在线观看,也可能通过直播电视频道观看,还可能通过某视频网站运营商的服务器直接推送给应用该视频网站运营商所提供的电视轮播系统的付费用户或会员,所以节目的类型可以利用节目的名称由电视或服务器在互联网中搜索确定,也可以由服务器从本身存储的分类资源中获取该节目名称对应的类型,还可以通过各服务器之间进行资源交互获取,本实施例并不对此做任何限定。
第一搜索子模块23a,用于选取所述比值中的最大值与次大值,以所述最大值对应的类型作为第一推荐类型,以所述次大值对应的类型作为第二推荐类型,搜索所述第一推荐类型的节目和第二推荐类型的节目作为推荐给当前用户的节目。
在本申请实施例中,为了使向用户推荐的节目更加符合用户的兴趣,避免偶然性,并不只是将用户观看的频繁程度最高的类型的节目向用户推荐,而是统计用户观看频繁程度最高和次高的节目类型,分别以第一推荐类型和第二推荐类型的方式向用户推荐,这样更能保证推荐结果的准确性,使推荐结果更加贴合用户的观看习惯。
在这里,本申请实施例并不只限于将两种推荐类型的节目向用户推荐,当历史观看记录中同时存在几种观看频繁程度较高的节目类型,或者某种节目类型的观看频繁程度远远高于其它节目类型时,本申请实施例还可以同时搜索几种类型的节目,或者只搜索一种类型的节目,作为向用户推荐的节目。
应用上述本申请实施例提供的技术方案,可以根据历史观看记录统计当前用户观看每个类型的节目的频繁程度,搜索频繁程度最高和次高的类型的节目,作为第一推荐类型的节目和第二推荐类型的节目推荐给当前用户。这样可以保证推荐结果的准确性,避免偶然性,使向用户推荐的节目更加符合用户的兴趣和贴合用户的观看习惯。
或者请参照图14所示,本申请实施例提供的节目搜索模块2,包括:
第二统计子模块21b,用于统计所述历史观看记录中的节目总数量,以及,确定所述历史观看记录中的每个节目的导演姓名或主演姓名,并统计每个节目的导演姓名或主演姓名在所述历史观看记录中出现的次数;

用户观看与每个导演或主演有关的节目的频繁程度,具体表现在数值上,
即为每个节目的导演姓名或主演姓名在所述历史观看记录中出现的次数与所述历史观看记录中的节目总数量的比值,将每个导演或主演看作一个类型,该比值也就可以代表每个类型的节目数量在历史观看记录中的节目总数量中所占的比重大小。
由于节目可能通过网络在线观看,也可能通过直播电视频道观看,还可能通过某视频网站运营商的服务器直接推送给应用该视频网站运营商所提供的电视轮播系统的付费用户或会员,所以节目的类型可以利用节目的名称由电视或服务器在互联网中搜索确定,也可以由服务器从本身存储的分类资源中获取该节目名称对应的类型,还可以通过各服务器之间进行资源交互获取,本实施例并不对此做任何限定。
第二搜索子模块23b,用于选取所述比值中的最大值与次大值,以所述最大值对应的导演或主演的节目作为第一推荐类型,以所述次大值对应的导演或主演的节目作为第二推荐类型,搜索所述第一推荐类型的节目和第二推荐类型的节目作为推荐给当前用户的节目。
在本申请实施例中,确定与每个导演或主演有关的节目与节目总数量的比值后,就可以根据比值大小搜索与比值最高的导演或主演有关的系列节目、作为向用户推荐的节目类型。
而为了使向用户推荐的节目更加符合用户的兴趣,避免偶然性,并不只是将用户观看的频繁程度最高的类型的节目向用户推荐,而是统计用户观看频繁程度最高和次高的节目类型,分别以第一推荐类型和第二推荐类型的方式向用户推荐,这样更能保证推荐结果的准确性,使推荐结果更加贴合用户的观看习惯。
在这里,本申请实施例并不只限于将两种推荐类型的节目向用户推荐,当历史观看记录中同时存在几种观看频繁程度较高的节目类型,或者某种节目类型的观看频繁程度远远高于其它节目类型时,本申请实施例还可以同时搜索几种类型的节目,或者只搜索一种类型的节目,作为向用户推荐的节目。
应用上述本申请实施例提供的技术方案,可以根据历史观看记录统计当前用户观看与每个导演或主演有关的节目的频繁程度,搜索频繁程度最高和次高的类型的节目,作为第一推荐类型的节目和第二推荐类型的节目推荐给
当前用户。这样可以根据用户喜欢的导演或主演搜索用户感兴趣的节目,并且可以保证推荐结果的准确性,避免偶然性,使向用户推荐的节目更加符合用户的兴趣和贴合用户的观看习惯。

排序子模块31,用于将描述所述推荐给当前用户的节目的信息按照预设的优先级进行排序,生成信息列表;
加载子模块32,用于将所述信息列表加载在正在播放的节目的视频数据中,以便在所述正在播放的节目的播放画面中显示所述信息列表。
在本申请实施例中,描述推荐给当前用户的节目的信息可以为包含节目名称的列表,具体实现方式可以是:将描述所述推荐给当前用户的节目的信息按照预设的优先级进行排序,生成信息列表;将所述信息列表加载在正在播放的节目的视频数据中,以便在所述正在播放的节目的播放画面中显示所述信息列表。这里的预设的优先级可以为按照名称中的首字母顺序或按照名称中的序号顺序对节目信息进行正向排序或倒向排序,使得信息列表更加清楚,推荐的节目更加直观,方便查找和选取。

图16为本申请提供的另一种智能电视的节目推荐装置的结构示意图。
请参照图16所示,基于图11本申请实施例提供的智能电视的节目推荐装置,在上述实施例的基础上,还包括:节目播放模块4,用于响应于用户对所述推荐给当前用户的节目的链接地址的点击操作或响应用户对所述描述所述关联节目的信息中包含的所述关联节目的链接地址的点击操作,停止播放所述正在播放的节目,开始播放用户点击的链接地址所对应的关联节目或推荐给当前用户的节目。
这里的链接地址可以以图片或文字或缩略视频的形式呈现,也可以以文字描述加链接地址的形式呈现,本申请实施例不对此做任何限定。
在本申请实施例中,当描述推荐给当前用户的节目的信息中还包括推荐
给当前用户的节目的链接地址时,当用户对信息推荐框中的某个节目更感兴趣时,或者在上述描述所述关联节目的信息或中还包括关联节目的链接地址时,当用户对推荐的关联节目中的某个节目更感兴趣时,都可以点击该节目的链接地址,此时,智能电视或服务器可以响应于用户对所述推荐给当前用户的节目的链接地址的点击操作,停止播放所述正在播放的节目,开始播放用户点击的链接地址所对应的推荐给当前用户的节目。这样,在为用户推荐节目后,用户点击推荐的节目、即发出播放指令时,服务器可以响应于用户的播放指令,开始播放用户所选择的推荐的节目。
应用本申请实施例的技术方案,用户不仅可以在播放界面中看到智能电视服务器根据历史观看记录为用户推荐的节目的信息,还可以直接从推荐的节目中直接选取自己感兴趣的节目点击观看,这样可以省略用户根据推荐的节目的信息手动搜索推荐的节目的播放地址的过程与时间,提高用户的节目观看效率,提升节目观看体验。

图17为本申请提供的又一种智能电视的节目推荐装置的结构示意图。
请参照图17所示,基于图16本申请实施例提供的智能电视的节目推荐装置,在上述实施例十一的基础上,还包括:
节目筛选模块5,用于依据用户对所述链接地址的点击操作的记录,对所述推荐给当前用户的节目进行二次筛选,并将描述二次筛选出的节目的信息加载在正在播放的节目的视频数据中,以便在所述正在播放的节目的播放画面中显示所述二次筛选出的节目;描述二次筛选出的节目的信息中至少包括节目名称。
在本申请实施例中,用户点击链接地址的同时,服务器或智能电视可以记录用户在推荐的节目中的点击操作,进而依据用户对所述链接地址的点击操作的记录,对所述推荐给当前用户的节目进行二次筛选,并将描述二次筛选出的节目的信息加载在正在播放的节目的视频数据中,以便在所述正在播放的节目的播放画面中显示所述二次筛选出的节目;描述二次筛选出的节目的信息中至少包括节目名称。这种二次筛选可以从推荐的节目中再次筛选用户更加感兴趣的节目,对用户进行二次推荐,能够使推荐的节目更加适配用
户的兴趣,符合用户的观看习惯,从而进一步提升用户体验。
这里的二次筛选是指根据用户在推荐的节目中的观看记录,对推荐的节目进行再次筛选。二次筛选的依据可以是统计用户点击的链接地址所指向的节目的类型,根据用户点击的各类型的节目的频繁程度,从推荐给用户的节目中再次筛选出用户更感兴趣的节目。二次筛选的过程可以和节目推荐的方式类似,只是节目来源或搜索范围不同,此处不再赘述。

- 一种智能电视的节目推荐方法,其特征在于,该方法包括:获取正在播放的节目数据以及当前用户数据;根据所述正在播放的节目获取所述正在播放的节目的关联节目,和/或根据当前用户数据获取推荐给当前用户的节目;将描述所述关联节目的信息和/或描述所述推荐给当前用户的节目的信息加载在所述正在播放的节目的视频数据中,以便在所述正在播放的节目的播放画面中显示所述描述所述关联节目的信息和/或所述描述所述推荐给当前用户的节目的信息,其中,所述描述所述关联节目的信息至少包括所述关联节目的节目名称和节目序号,所述描述所述推荐给当前用户的节目的信息中至少包括节目名称。
- 根据权利要求1所述的节目推荐方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述正在播放的节目获取所述正在播放的节目的关联节目,进一步包括:根据正在播放的节目数据获取正在播放的节目的名称;以所述节目的名称为关键字,搜索名称为所述关键字的节目,并将搜索到的节目作为所述正在播放的节目的关联节目。

- 根据权利要求2-4中任意一项所述的节目推荐方法,其特征在于,还包括:响应用户对所述关联节目的关闭操作,停止将所述关联节目的数据加载在所述正在播放的节目的视频数据中,以便停止在所述正在播放的节目的播放画面中显示所述关联节目。
- 根据权利要求2-4中任意一项所述的节目推荐方法,其特征在于,所述获取正在播放的节目的名称,具体包括:检测所述正在播放的节目的信号源;所述信号源为:直播电视信号源或网络视频信号源;当所述节目的信号源为直播电视信号源时,截取所述正在播放的节目的播放画面,识别所述播放画面中的电视台台标所标识的电视台,从各电视台的节目单中搜索识别出的电视台的节目单,并从搜索到的节目单中提取与当前时刻对应的节目的名称,作为所述正在播放的节目的名称;当所述节目的信号源为网络视频信号源时,从所述正在播放的节目的网页描述中提取所述节目的名称,作为所述正在播放的节目的名称。
- 根据权利要求1所述的节目推荐方法,其特征在于,所述根据当前用户数据获取推荐给当前用户的节目,进一步包括:根据当前用户数据获取当前用户的历史观看记录,所述历史观看记录中至少包括用户观看过的节目的名称;根据所述历史观看记录统计当前用户观看每个类型的节目的频繁程度,搜索频繁程度高的类型的节目作为推荐给当前用户的节目。
- 根据权利要求7所述的节目推荐方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述历史观看记录统计当前用户观看每个类型的节目的频繁程度,搜索频繁程度高的类型的节目作为推荐给当前用户的节目,具体包括:统计所述历史观看记录中的节目总数量,以及,确定所述历史观看记录中的每个节目的类型,并统计每个类型的节目数量;分别计算每个类型的节目数量与所述历史观看记录中的节目总数量的比值;所述比值代表所述当前用户观看每个类型的节目的频繁程度;选取所述比值中的最大值与次大值,以所述最大值对应的类型作为第一推荐类型,以所述次大值对应的类型作为第二推荐类型,搜索所述第一推荐类型的节目和第二推荐类型的节目作为推荐给当前用户的节目。

- 根据权利要求16-18中任意一项所述的节目推荐装置,其特征在于,所述节目获取模块,具体包括:检测子模块,用于检测所述正在播放的节目的信号源;所述信号源为:直播电视信号源或网络视频信号源;直播电视获取子模块,用于当所述节目的信号源为直播电视信号源时,截取所述正在播放的节目的播放画面,识别所述播放画面中的电视台台标所标识的电视台,从各电视台的节目单中搜索识别出的电视台的节目单,并从搜索到的节目单中提取与当前时刻对应的节目的名称,作为所述正在播放的节目的名称;网络视频获取子模块,用于当所述节目的信号源为网络视频信号源时,从所述正在播放的节目的网页描述中提取所述节目的名称,作为所述正在播放的节目的名称。
- 根据权利要求15所述的节目推荐装置,其特征在于,所述节目获取模块,进一步用于获取当前用户的历史观看记录,所述历史观看记录中至少包括用户观看过的节目的名称;所述节目搜索模块,进一步用于根据所述历史观看记录统计当前用户观看每个类型的节目的频繁程度,搜索频繁程度高的类型的节目作为推荐给当前用户的节目;所述节目推荐模块,进一步用于将描述所述推荐给当前用户的节目的信息加载在正在播放的节目的视频数据中,以便在所述正在播放的节目的播放画面中显示所述推荐给当前用户的节目,描述所述推荐给当前用户的节目的信息中至少包括节目名称。
- 根据权利要求21所述的节目推荐装置,其特征在于,所述节目搜索模块,具体包括:第一统计子模块,用于统计所述历史观看记录中的节目总数量,以及,确定所述历史观看记录中的每个节目的类型,并统计每个类型的节目数量;第一计算子模块,用于分别计算每个类型的节目数量与所述历史观看记录中的节目总数量的比值;所述比值代表所述当前用户观看每个类型的节目的频繁程度;第一搜索子模块,用于选取所述比值中的最大值与次大值,以所述最大 值对应的类型作为第一推荐类型,以所述次大值对应的类型作为第二推荐类型,搜索所述第一推荐类型的节目和第二推荐类型的节目作为推荐给当前用户的节目。
- 根据权利要求21所述的节目推荐装置,其特征在于,所述节目搜索模块,具体包括:第二统计子模块,用于统计所述历史观看记录中的节目总数量,以及,确定所述历史观看记录中的每个节目的导演姓名或主演姓名,并统计每个节目的导演姓名或主演姓名在所述历史观看记录中出现的次数;第二计算子模块,用于分别计算每个节目的导演姓名或主演姓名在所述历史观看记录中出现的次数与所述历史观看记录中的节目总数量的比值;所述比值代表所述当前用户观看每个导演或主演的节目的频繁程度;第二搜索子模块,用于选取所述比值中的最大值与次大值,以所述最大值对应的导演或主演的节目作为第一推荐类型,以所述次大值对应的导演或主演的节目作为第二推荐类型,搜索所述第一推荐类型的节目和第二推荐类型的节目作为推荐给当前用户的节目。
- 根据权利要求21所述的节目推荐装置,其特征在于,所述节目推荐模块,具体包括:排序子模块,用于将描述所述推荐给当前用户的节目的信息按照预设的优先级进行排序,生成信息列表;加载子模块,用于将所述信息列表加载在正在播放的节目的视频数据中,以便在所述正在播放的节目的播放画面中显示所述信息列表。
- 根据权利要求21所述的节目推荐装置,其特征在于,还包括:节目播放模块,用于响应于用户对所述推荐给当前用户的节目的链接地址的点击操作,停止播放所述正在播放的节目,开始播放用户点击的链接地址所对应的推荐给当前用户的节目。
- 根据权利要求25所述的节目推荐装置,其特征在于,还包括:节目筛选模块,用于依据用户对所述链接地址的点击操作的记录,对所述推荐给当前用户的节目进行二次筛选,并将描述二次筛选出的节目的信息 加载在正在播放的节目的视频数据中,以便在所述正在播放的节目的播放画面中显示所述二次筛选出的节目;描述二次筛选出的节目的信息中至少包括节目名称。
- 根据权利要求21-26中任意一项所述的节目推荐装置,其特征在于,还包括:关闭模块,用于响应于用户对所述推荐给当前用户的节目的关闭操作,停止将描述所述推荐给当前用户的节目的信息加载在所述正在播放的节目的视频数据中,以便停止在所述正在播放的节目的播放画面中显示所述推荐给当前用户的节目。
