但采用“机械碰撞自卸式”底门开闭机构的漏斗车目前采用的二级锁闭方案均为锁闭操作柄原理,适应性比较局限,而且也无法满足双向开关底门的要求。
发明内容

其中,作为施力单元的一种具体的实现方式,施力单元包括第一滚轮17、第一定位销13、第一连接件14,施力臂10上开设有第一通孔11和第一长圆孔12,第一连接件14上开设有第二通孔15和第三通孔16,第一滚轮17上开设有第四通孔18,第一曲杠杆7的b端8依次穿过第一通孔11和第二通孔15,第一定位销13穿设于第二通孔15、第四通孔18和第一长圆孔12,当第一定位销13处于第一长圆孔12下半圆处时,第一滚轮17的下缘凸出于施力臂10,对第一滚轮17施加向上的作用力,第一滚轮17带动第一定位销13向上运动,第一定位销13带动第一连接件14向上运动,第一连接件14对第一曲杠杆7的b端8施加向上的作用力,直至第一定位销13到达第一长圆孔12的上半圆处。
本实施例中,第一连接件14插接于第一滚轮17的凹槽内,第一滚轮17插接于施力臂10的凹槽内,使该施力单元的结构更加紧凑。
其中,作为复位机构的一种具体的实现方式,复位机构包括拉杆6、拦块24、弹性部件25(本实施例中,弹性部件是15)、第二曲杠杆19、第二转轴22、第三转轴26、螺堵23、复位臂27和限制单元,拉杆6包括p端42和q端43,第二曲杠杆19包括c端20和d端21,拉杆6的p端42铰接于锁键4,拉杆6的q端43通过第三转轴26连接于第二曲杠杆19的c端20,第二曲杠杆19通过第二转轴22连接于复位臂27,螺堵23内设有供拉杆6的q端43、 第三转轴26和第二曲杠杆19的c端20移动的容置空间39,拦块24固定连接于拉杆6上,弹性部件25的一端固定连接于拦块24,弹性部件25的另一端固定连接于螺堵23,锁键4与锁键限位座3接合时,复位臂27能够阻止第二曲杠杆19以第二转轴22为轴逆时针旋转,此时,弹性部件25呈拉伸状。
其中,限制单元包括第二滚轮30、第二定位销35、第二连接件32,复位臂27上开设有第五通孔28和第二长圆孔29,第二连接件32上开设有第六通孔33和第七通孔34,第一滚轮30上开设有第八通孔31,第二曲杠杆19的d端21依次穿过第五通孔28和第六通孔33,第二定位销35穿设于第六通孔33、第八通孔31和第二长圆孔29,当锁键4与锁键限位座3接合时,第二定位销35处于第二长圆孔29的上半圆处,第二长圆孔29的上半圆阻止第二定位销35向上运动,从而阻止第二连接件32向上运动,进而阻止第二曲杠杆19以第二转轴22为轴逆时针旋转。
本实施例中,第二连接件32插接于第二滚轮30的凹槽内,第二滚轮30插接于复位臂27的凹槽内,使该限制单元的结构更加紧凑。
本发明还提供了一种漏斗车底门,包括本发明提供的二级锁闭装置,施力臂10是底门的第一开关门臂,复位臂27是底门的第二开关门臂。
本发明提供的漏斗车底门具有本发明提供的二级锁闭装置,在第一开关门臂、第二开关门臂振动引起离合器意外分离导致第一开关门臂和第二开关门臂外打开时,复位机构能够使该离合器重新接合阻止传动轴旋转从而阻止第一开关门臂、第二开关门臂意外打开,利用平面四连杆机构过死点开闭的漏斗车底门在应用时更加可靠。
本发明还提供了一种漏斗车,包括本发明提供的漏斗车底门。
本发明提供的漏斗车具有本发明提供的漏斗车底门,能够阻止第一开门臂、第二开门臂意外打开,应用时更加可靠。
本发明提供的漏斗车在运行过程中,第一开关门臂在地面开门斜台的作用下,第一滚轮17首先受到向上的作用力,第一滚轮17带动第一定位销13向上运动,第一定位销13带动第一连接件14向上运动,第一连接件14对第一曲杠杆7的b端8施加向上的作用力,直至第一定位销13到达第一长圆孔12的上半圆处,锁键4从锁键限位座3的键槽中脱离,弹性部件25从拉伸状态变为压缩状态,第一传动轴1和第二传动轴2分离,但是,当该漏斗车反向运行时,施加在第一滚轮17上的向上的作用力逐渐消失,此时,弹性部件25逐渐从压缩状态复原,第一定位销13、第一滚轮17和第一连接件14在自身重力的作用下,带动压杆1向左运动,压杆1继而带动锁键4向左运动,重新插入到锁键限位座3中,第一传动轴1和第二传动轴2重新接合而复位。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种二级锁闭装置,其特征在于,包括第一传动轴、第二传动轴、离合器、压力机构和复位机构,在所述压力机构的压力作用下,所述离合器使所述第一传动轴和第二传动轴分离,在所述复位机构的作用下,所述离合器使所述第一传动轴和第二传动轴接合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述离合器包括锁键限位座和锁键,所述锁键限位座固定连接于所述第一传动轴,所述锁键固定连接于所述第二传动轴,所述压力机构能够向所述锁键施加压力,使得所述锁键从所述锁键限位座的键槽中脱离,所述第一传动轴和第二传动轴分离;所述复位机构能够向所述锁键施力,使得所述锁键重新插入到所述锁键限位座中,所述第一传动轴和第二传动轴重新接合而复位。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述压力机构包括压杆、第一曲杠杆、第一转轴、施力臂和施力单元,所述压杆包括m端和n端,所述第一曲杠杆包括a端和b端,所述压杆的m端铰接于所述锁键,所述第一曲杠杆的a端连接于所述压杆的n端,所述第一曲杠杆通过所述第一转轴连接于施力臂,所述施力单元能够对所述第一曲杠杆的b端施加向上的作用力,使得所述第一曲杠杆以所述第一转轴为轴顺时针旋转,推动所述压杆向右移动,所述压杆对所述锁键施加向右的作用力,使得所述锁键从所述锁键限位座的键槽中脱离,所述第一传动轴和第二传动轴分离。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的装置,其特征在于,所述施力单元包括第一滚轮、第一定位销、第一连接件,所述施力臂上开设有第一通孔和第一长圆孔,所述第一连接件上开设有第二通孔和第三通孔,所述第一滚轮上开设有第四通 孔,所述第一曲杠杆的b端依次穿过所述第一通孔和所述第二通孔,所述第一定位销穿设于所述第二通孔、第四通孔和第一长圆孔,当所述第一定位销处于所述第一长圆孔下半圆处时,所述第一滚轮的下缘凸出于所述施力臂,对所述第一滚轮施加向上的作用力,所述第一滚轮带动所述第一定位销向上运动,所述第一定位销带动所述第一连接件向上运动,所述第一连接件对所述第一曲杠杆的b端施加向上的作用力,直至所述第一定位销到达所述第一长圆孔的上半圆处。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述复位机构包括拉杆、拦块、弹性部件、第二曲杠杆、第二转轴、第三转轴、螺堵、复位臂和限制单元,所述拉杆包括p端和q端,所述第二曲杠杆包括c端和d端,所述拉杆的p端铰接于所述锁键,所述拉杆的q端通过所述第三转轴连接于所述第二曲杠杆的c端,所述第二曲杠杆通过所述第二转轴连接于复位臂,所述螺堵内设有供所述拉杆的q端、第三转轴和第二曲杠杆的c端移动的容置空间,所述拦块固定连接于所述拉杆上,所述弹性部件的一端固定连接于所述拦块,所述弹性部件的另一端固定连接于所述螺堵,所述锁键与所述锁键限位座接合时,所述复位臂能够阻止所述第二曲杠杆以所述第二转轴为轴逆时针旋转,此时,所述弹性部件呈拉伸状。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的装置,所述限制单元包括第二滚轮、第二定位销、第二连接件,所述复位臂上开设有第五通孔和第二长圆孔,所述第二连接件上开设有第六通孔和第七通孔,所述第一滚轮上开设有第八通孔,所述第二曲杠杆的d端依次穿过所述第五通孔和所述第六通孔,所述第二定位销穿设于所述第六通孔、第八通孔和第二长圆孔,当所述锁键与所述锁键限位座接合时, 所述第二定位销处于所述第二长圆孔的上半圆处,所述第二长圆孔的上半圆阻止所述第二定位销向上运动,从而阻止所述第二连接件向上运动,进而阻止所述第二曲杠杆以所述第二转轴为轴逆时针旋转。
  7. 一种漏斗车底门,其特征在于,包括权利要求1~6中任一所述的二级锁闭装置,所述施力臂是所述底门的第一开关门臂,所述复位臂是所述底门的第二开关门臂。
  8. 一种漏斗车,其特征在于,包括权利要求7所述的所述漏斗车底门。
