Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif de fermeture avec une alarme de protection, lequel repose sur l'interaction entre une protection passive et une protection active d'un moyen de transport ou d'un objet contre une utilisation non autorisée (vol, cambriolage, capture). Le dispositif de fermeture comprend un corps et au moins un équipement de retenue, l'équipement de retenue venant se coupler au corps par le biais d'un mécanisme de verrouillage, ainsi qu'une alarme de protection disposée dans le corps du dispositif de fermeture et au moins une marque d'identification radiofréquence qui entre en interaction avec l'alarme de protection par commande d'un signal d'identification, l'alarme de protection étant arrêtée ou activée en fonction des résultats d'identification. Il est ainsi possible d'obtenir un dispositif de fermeture répondant aux exigences contemporaines en termes de sécurité et de commodité d'utilisation.
