4.1, 系统对人脸进行对比, 并设定人脸相似度阈值为 95%; 针对人脸的对比, 可采用面部识别技术对照片 A与图像 a中人脸的面部特征进行 识别, 确定照片 A和图像 a中面部的眼睛、 鼻翼、 嘴角等五官轮廓在相应图像中的大 小、 位置、 角度、 亮度等属性信息, 得到两幅图像中面像的几何特征量, 这些几何特 征量形成该面像的特征向量,在比对时,将图像 a与照片 A进行的特征向量度量匹配。
4.2, 系统对背景进行对比, 并设定背景相似度阈值为 85%; 针对背景的对比, 可釆用背景识别技术对照片 A与图像 a中背景特征进行识别, 确定照片 A和图像 a背景中饰物的大小、 位置、 角度、 亮度等属性信息, 得到两幅图 像中背景的几何特征量, 这些几何特征量形成该背景的特征向量, 在比对时, 将图像 a与照片 A进行特征向量度量匹配。
4.3, 当两幅图像中人脸相似度和背景相似度均达到对应的阈值时, 执行步骤 6。 步骤 5, 手机通过震动或声音方式, 提示用户调节取景框内的预览内容。 优选地, 当用户在左右或者上下对取景内容进行调整时, 根据符合程度通过震动 的频率或者烈度来提示用户。例如: 当用户的调整导致符合程度高时, 震动逐渐加强; 当用户的调整导致符合程度低时, 震动逐渐减弱。 步骤 6, 手机发出拍照提示音, 自动进行照片的拍摄和保存。
与方法实施例相对应, 本发明实施例还提供一种便携终端, 如图 2所示, 具体包 括: 图像获取模块 210, 设置为基于用户触发, 调用前置摄像头, 摄取照片 Pl, 将所 述 P1缓存后, 切换至后置摄像头, 并截取取景框内的预览图像 P2; 智能匹配模块 220, 设置为检测 P2与 P1的相似度, 当相似度达到设定阈值时, 发出拍照提示。 其中, 智能匹配模块 220在发出拍照提示后, 基于当前取景框内的预览图像 P2, 便携终端可以自动进行照片拍摄, 也可以由用户手动完成照片拍摄。 综上所述, 本实施例所述便携终端, 通过使用前置摄像头进行预取景, 再使用后 置摄像头来拍摄, 实现了在不增加任何硬件的基础上, 提高了后置摄像头的拍照准确 性。 基于上述实施原理, 下面给出在上述结构下的几个优选实施方式, 用以优化本发 明所述便携终端的功能, 涉及如下内容: 本实施例中, 智能匹配模块 220, 包括: 特征提取子模块 221, 设置为提取 P1和 P2两幅图像中的人物面部特征和景物特 征; 匹配子模块 222, 设置为对两幅图像中的人物面部特征和景物特征分别进行相似 度匹配; 拍照提示子模块 223, 设置为当两幅图像中的人物面部特征相似度和景物特征相 似度均达到设定的阈值时, 发出拍照提示。 其中, 匹配子模块 222, 设置为计算 P1和 P2中人物面部特征在相应图像中的几 何特征量以及景物特征在相应图像中的几何特征量, 通过比较人物面部特征间的几何 特征量, 进行人物面部特征相似度匹配, 以及通过比较景物特征间的几何特征量, 进 行景物特征相似度匹配; 其中, 所述几何特征量包括下述信息中的一个或多个: 具体特征点在相应图像中 的大小、 位置、 角度、 及亮度信息。 如图 3所示, 本实施例中, 所述便携终端还包括: 调整提示模块 230, 设置为当所述相似度未达到设定阈值时, 按照设定的提示方 式提示用户调整当前取景框, 当用户调整后继续提取取景框内的预览图像, 并以该预 览图像作为待检测图像, 触发所述智能匹配模块 220。 优选地, 调整提示模块 230, 设置为检测当前相似度与阈值间的差值, 并根据设 定的差值大小与提示强弱的反比例对应关系,确定提示强度, 并基于确定的提示强度、 按照设定的提示方式提示用户调整当前取景框。 也就是说, 本发明中, 在用户调整取 景框时, 会通过提示强度来指示用户向高相似度方向调整, 以加快拍照效率。 显然, 本领域的技术人员可以对本发明进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本发明的精 神和范围。 这样, 倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要求及其等同技术的 范围之内, 则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。 工业实用性 如上所述, 在上述实施例及优选实施方式中, 通过使用前置摄像头进行预取景, 再使用后置摄像头来拍摄, 实现了在不增加任何硬件的基础上, 提高了后置摄像头的 拍照准确性。

Claims

提取 P1和 P2两幅图像中的人物面部特征和景物特征;
对两幅图像中的人物面部特征和景物特征分别进行相似度匹配; 当两幅图像中的人物面部特征相似度和景物特征相似度均达到设定的阈值 时, 发出拍照提示。 、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中, 所述对两幅图像中的人物面部特征和景物特 征分别进行相似度匹配, 具体包括:
计算 P1和 P2中人物面部特征在相应图像中的几何特征量以及景物特征在 相应图像中的几何特征量; 通过比较人物面部特征间的几何特征量, 进行人物面部特征相似度匹配, 以及通过比较景物特征间的几何特征量, 进行景物特征相似度匹配;
其中, 所述几何特征量包括下述信息中的一个或多个: 具体特征点在相应 图像中的大小、 位置、 角度、 及亮度信息。 、 如权利要求 1或 2或 3所述的方法, 其中, 所述方法还包括: 当所述相似度未达到设定阈值时, 按照设定的提示方式提示用户调整当前 取景框, 当用户调整后继续提取取景框内的预览图像, 并检测该预览图像与 P1 间的相似度。 、 如权利要求 4所述的方法, 其中, 所述按照设定的提示方式提示用户调整当前 取景框, 进一步包括: 检测当前相似度与阈值间的差值, 并根据设定的差值大小与提示强弱的反 比例对应关系, 确定提示强度; 基于确定的提示强度、 按照设定的提示方式提示用户调整当前取景框。 、 一种便携终端, 包括: 图像获取模块, 设置为基于用户触发, 调用前置摄像头, 摄取照片 Pl, 将 所述 P1缓存后, 切换至后置摄像头, 并截取取景框内的预览图像 P2;
智能匹配模块,设置为检测 P2与 P1的相似度,当相似度达到设定阈值时, 发出拍照提示。 、 如权利要求 6所述的便携终端, 其中, 所述智能匹配模块, 包括: 特征提取子模块, 设置为提取 P1和 P2两幅图像中的人物面部特征和景物 特征;
匹配子模块, 设置为对两幅图像中的人物面部特征和景物特征分别进行相 似度匹配; 拍照提示子模块, 设置为当两幅图像中的人物面部特征相似度和景物特征 相似度均达到设定的阈值时, 发出拍照提示。 、 如权利要求 7所述的便携终端, 其中, 所述匹配子模块, 设置为计算 P1和 P2 中人物面部特征在相应图像中的几何特征量以及景物特征在相应图像中的几何 特征量, 通过比较人物面部特征间的几何特征量, 进行人物面部特征相似度匹 配, 以及通过比较景物特征间的几何特征量, 进行景物特征相似度匹配;
