Abstract

As the part of education, the studying children need to perform geometrical exercises to find out and locate the center and other significant points of the geometrical figures. The geometrical figures are in different sizes and shapes as Circle, Ellipse, Triangle, Square, Rectangle, trapezium, rhombus, parallelogram, Hexagon, pentagon, heptagon, octagon, nonagon and other figures drawn by any other means,in which the above said points of the geometrical figures are unavailable or invisible. The present invention 'THE POINT FINDER AND LOCATOR DEVICE (PFLD)' helps to perform the above geometrical exercises in a systematic manner very simply and easily without spending much effort and time. In addition, a pin unit also may be connected with the center of the PFLD for increased efficiency in using the same for geometrical application. The PFLD connected with pin unit provides scope to induce the creativeness of the studying children during their learning period. The strain in doing the same is removed completely and time will be saved, thus they may concentrate more on the other part of their education.

The fo!lowing specification particularly describes the invention and the manner in which it is to be performed.
TECHNICAL FIELD
The invention relates to the geometrical application to find out and locate the center and other significant points of the geometrical figures.
BACKGROUND OF INVENTION
As the part of education, the studying children need to perform geometrical exercises to find out and locate the center and other significant points of the geometrical figures. The geometrical figures are in different shape and sizes as Triangles, Squares, Rectangles, Trapeziums, Rhombuses, Parallelograms,
Hexagons, Pentagons, Heptagons, Octagons, Nonagons, polygons, Circles, Semi circles, ellipses and any other geometrical figures formed or drafted or plotted or printed by any other means or methods in which the center and other significant points of the respective geometrical figures are unavailable or invisible or unknown. No device or method available to perform the above in an easy and systematic manner.

Numerous and different geometrical methods are in practice across the globe to solve the above problem. In this task, people especially the studying children need to perform additional geometrical exercises on the outer and inner area of the geometrical figures as mentioned above, by drawing some more lines, arcs, circles and so on. In this process, they are using other tools and different objects as rulers, compasses, dividers, pencils, books, threads, circular rings, bangles, square cutouts, triangle cutouts and so on. Meanwhile they are drawing different geometrical figures and shapes by using the above-mentioned tools in non- systematic manners. All the efforts towards this process are time consuming and laborious for studying children, which makes them loose their patients and feel them tiresome during study hours.
OBJECT OF INVENTION
The human efforts need not to be wasted towards the laborious process of finding out and locating the center and other significant points of the different geometrical figures. The performers could be relived from getting tiresome in doing such monotonous geometrical exercises as said in the prior art. Finding out and locating the significant points of various geometrical figures could be done directly by the present innovative method, as not doing any additional geometrical exercise on the outer and inner area of the different geometrical figures and the users can perform their task in a systematic manner very easily and very quickly and without any stress or strain.
Drawing different geometrical figures in different sizes on the required object like papers, geometry boxes and others may be done in easy and systematic manner. The present invention of geometrical device provides lot of scope to induce the creativeness of schooling children on it usage during their learning period.
STATEMENT OF INVENTION
The present invention relates to a device for geometrical application using point finder and locater opening or hole or pore mechanism and included with figures provider mechanism without doing any additional geometrical exercise on the outer and inner area of the different geometrical figures, said device comprises different SEGMENTS for the application of respective geometrical figures as Triangles, Squares, Rectangles, Trapeziums, Rhombuses, Parallelograms,
Hexagons, Pentagons, Heptagons, Octagons, Nonagons ,polygons , Circles, Semi circles , ellipses, any other geometrical figures and/or combination thereof, also a method of manufacturing the device and pin unit to be connected with center of the device for increased efficiency in using the same, also a method of using the device and pin unit for geometrical application substantially as herein above described with reference to the accompanying drawings.

THE POINT FINDER and LOCATOR DEVICE is designed with different SEGMENTS for the application of respective geometrical figures as Triangles, Squares, Rectangles, Trapeziums, Rhombuses, Parallelograms, Hexagons, Pentagons, Heptagons, Octagons, Nonagons , olygons , Circles, Semi circles ,ellipses and any other geometrical figures. Every segment is provided with a minute locator opening or hole or pore on its exact center point and other holes on the required significant locations. The SEGMENTS are used for locating the significant points of the similar geometrical figure, the segment pertains to similar geometrical figure is to be placed over the similar geometrical figure already drawn and the required significant points could be transferred from the segment of the device to the similar geometrical figure by marking with a marker tool like pencil, pen etc through the center locator pores of the selected segment of the device. A pin unit may be connected to the center of the segment(s) for increased efficiency in using the devise.
The locator holes other than center locator hole of the segment are useful for creating other geometrical figures according to the creativity of the users like drawing lines, diameters, diagonals, arcs and other figures needs. In order to get expertise in performing the above geometrical exercises as learning and knowledge enriching process, the invented device also provides facility to draw the geometrical figures of different shapes and sizes in a systematic manner. The same is also used for the studying children to check the correctness of the configuration of geometrical figures with the help of related SEGMENT of the device and vice versa.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF INVENTION:
The following specification particularly described the nature of the invention and manner in which it is to be performed.
The present invention relates geometrical application using POINT FINDER AND LOCATOR HOLES MECHANISM (PFLH) to find out and locate the significant points of different geometrical figures without performing any additional geometrical exercises on the outer and inner area of the respective geometrical figures, also figures provider-mechanism to draw different geometrical figures.
In yet another embodiment of the present invention wherein the body of the device is separated as SEGMENT(S) and each and every SEGMENT(S) for the respective geometrical application of different geometrical figures as Circle, Ellipse, Triangle, Square, Rectangle, Trapezium , Rhombus, Parallelogram, Hexagon, Pentagon, Heptagon, Octagon, Nonagon and other figures and combination of any figures. In still another embodiment of the present invention where in the devise is provided with various SEGMENTS(S) for the application similar type of geometrical figures. Every individual SEG ENT(S) is made for the application of the respective geometrical figures as detailed above.
In still another embodiment of the present invention wherein the SEG ENTS(S)s as detailed above are undetectable .That is all the SEGMENTS(S) are made as single device and the SEGMENT(S) are unable to detach from the device.
In still another embodiment of the present invention wherein, various
SEG ENTS(S) detailed above are detachable. Each individual devise will act as a separate device. One SEGMENT(S) (pertain to one geometrical figure) could be attached with any other SEGMENT(S) (pertain to other geometrical figure) and formed as small single unite device. Like the same more number of individual SEGMENTS(S) could be attached and formed as a big single unite devise and alt the SEG ENT(S) could be detached and stored in a compact manner. Attaching one SEGMENT(S) with any other SEGMENTS(S) may be by the mechanisms as press type or insert type or screw type or slide type or slot type or disk type or magnetic type and/or combination thereof.
In still another embodiment of the present invention where in the devise is provided with various SEG ENTS(S) for the application of different type of geometrical figures. Every individual SEGMENT(S) is made for the application of various geometrical figures. in still another embodiment of the present invention wherein, different geometrical figures are drawn with different sizes from the center of the figures to the outer end of the respective SEGMENT(S) ,as increasing in sizes of every fractional measurement of centimeter and inch to the maximum sizes to accommodate in the respective size of the SEGMENTS(S).
In still another embodiment of the present invention wherein The SEGMENTS(S) are made up of thin sheet or boxes or objects and/or combination thereof. The SEGMENTS could be folded-up or rolled-up and/or combination thereof. in still another embodiment of the present invention wherein minute locator openings or holes or pores are provided as point locators at the centers of the respective geometrical figures and other significant places of all figures drawn in all the SEGMENTS(S). in still another embodiment of the present invention wherein the shape of the minute openings ( as locator openings )may be in any shape as round, square, triangle or any other shape. Any size of the locator opening is provided according to the tip of marking tool are used. Through these locator openings, the tip of the marking tools like pen, pencil or any other marking tools can pass through during marking operation of the geometrical exercise.
In still another embodiment of the present invention wherein, the top end or mouth of point finder holes are made with concave or tapper impressions or tapper cavity or conical cavity and/or combination thereof. All the pointer holes are provided at the center with metallic coating or metallic ring.
In still another embodiment of the present invention wherein, blank through openings or holes are provided in similar shapes with increasing in sizes of every fractional measurement of centimeter or inch.
In still another embodiment of the present invention wherein, blank through openings or holes are provided in different shapes with increasing in sizes of every fractional measurement of centimeter or inch.
In still, another embodiment of the present invention wherein the edges of blank through holes are marked with graduation marking lines.
In still another embodiment of the present invention wherein, the two
SEGMENTS(S) are connected as lengthwise by a connecting mechanism.
In still another embodiment of the present invention wherein, the SEGMENTS(S) are integrated and formed as a box or a container with lid or lids.
In still another embodiment of the present invention wherein the SEGMENTS(S) are provided with various type of joining mechanism. The joining mechanism may be as slot type, press type, slide type, screw type, or zip type or magnetic type or any other type.
In still another embodiment of the present invention wherein, the center of SEGMENTS) is provided with a connecting mechanism to connect with a with a PIN UNIT (PU) which has its connecting end or both ends with square shape.
In still, another embodiment of the present invention wherein, the center of SEGMENT(S) is provided with a connecting mechanism to connect with PIN UNIT (PU) that has its connecting end or both ends with circular shape
In still another embodiment of the present invention wherein, the center of SEG ENT(S) is provided with a connecting mechanism to connect with the PIN UNIT (PU) vertically. In still another embodiment of the present invention wherein, the PI UNIT (PU) comprises with the components as an OUTER CASE, a PIN HOLDER attached with a PIN, a COVER CAP, a PUSH BUTTON and a SPRING. The ends of all these components of are provided with MALE CONNECTING (MC) parts and FEMALE CONNECTING (FC) parts. The single PIN UNIT (PU) is formed by assembling the components one in to other vertically. Whole PIN UNIT (PU) is connected vertically with the SEGMENT(S) (CENTER POINT LOCATOR DEVISE denoted as PRO) by a connecting mechanism. On the top of the PIN UNIT (PU), a locking mechanism of PIN HOLDER is also provided. During usage, on pushing the button downward from the top, the tip of the PIN from the PIN UNIT (PU) will pass through the center hole of the SEGMENT(S) connected and ready for performing geometrical exercises as marking center point and other points on any object like drawing paper. After usage, the push button of the PIN UNIT (PU) may be moved up ward and the PIN HOLDER is locked on the top surface of COVER CAP of the same unit by rotating the SEGMENTS(S) button for few degrees.
The connecting mechanism of a SEGMENT(S) with PIN UNIT (PU ) and the locking mechanism of PIN HOLDER are may be in the form of press type or insert type or screw type or slide type or slot type or disk type or magnetic type or sticker type or any other type of connecting mechanism and/or combination thereof
In still another embodiment of the present invention wherein, the cross-section shape of all the parts of the PIN UNIT (PU) as B-SEGMENTS(S) button, H- PIN HOLDER, P- COVER CAP, O- OUTER CASE, G-SPRING, N-PIN and locking mechanism are in Square, Circle, Ellipse, Triangle, Square, Rectangle, Trapezium , Rhombus, Parallelogram, Hexagon, Pentagon, Heptagon, Octagon, Nonagon and other shapes and combination thereof.
In still another embodiment of the present invention wherein, the bottoms of the PIN UNIT (PU) as square in cross section is connected with the SEGMENT(S) vertically by a connecting mechanism.
In still another embodiment of the present invention wherein, the bottoms of the PIN UNIT (PU) as circular in cross-section is connected with the SEGMENT(S) vertically by a connecting mechanism.
In still another embodiment of the present invention wherein, the parts of locking mechanism in PIN HOLDER and COVER CAP are as circular in cross-section.
In still another embodiment of the present invention wherein the connecting mechanism of SEGMENT(S) with PIN UNIT (PU) and PIN HOLDER Socking mechanism are provided with various type of mechanism. The joining mechanism may be as slot type, press type, slide type, screw type, zip type, magnetic type or any other types or combination thereof.
In still another embodiment of the present invention wherein, the SEG ENTS(S) and all the parts of PIN UNIT (PU) are made up of transparent plastic or
nontransparent plastic material Or glass material or metallic or nonmetallic or any other material or combination thereof.
In still another embodiment of the present invention wherein the SEGMENTS(S) are made up of any color or combination of colors
In still another embodiment of the present invention wherein, the SEGMENTS(S) are provided with dimensional markings as numbers, letters and lines.
In still another embodiment of the present invention wherein, convex
transparent plastic or glass material provided on the top of every dimensional markings individually. That acts as a convex lens and magnifies the numbers and letters for increased ratability.

Claims

We claim ;
1. A device for geometrical application using point finder and locator- mechanism to find out and locate the center and significant points of different geometrical figures without performing any other geometrical exercises on the outer and inner area of the figures, also figures provider-mechanism to draw different geometrical figures wherein the individual segments are provided for the application of different geometrical figures as triangle, square, rectangle, trapezium, rhombus, parallelogram, hexagon, pentagon, heptagon, octagon, nonago , polygon , circle, semi circle , ellipse , other shapes and /or combination thereof.
2. The device as claimed in claim 1 wherein the outer profile of individual
segments are made with any size and shape as triangle, square, rectangle, trapezium, rhombus, parallelogram, hexagon, pentagon, heptagon, octagon, nonagon , polygon , circle, semi circle, ellipse, other shapes and/or
combination thereof and formed as thin sheet or boxes or objects and/or combination thereof.
3. The device as claimed in claims 1 and 2 wherein the individual segments are provided with similar shape of figures and/or combination of different shape of figures.
4. The device as claimed in claims 1, 2 and 3 wherein the geometrical figures and blank through openings are provided with increasing in sizes of fractional measurements of centimeter and inch.
. The device as claimed in claims 1, 2, 3, and 4 wherein the segments are
undetectable or detachable and attachable or folded or winded and/or combination thereof.
. The device as claimed in claims 1, 2, 3, and 4 wherein the segments are
provided with minute pointer holes, openings, or pores or with any other shape and size at the center point and other significant points. The inner surfaces of pointer holes are formed with concave or tapper impressions or tapper cavity or conical cavity and/or combination thereof and provided with a part of metallic coating or a ring.
7. The device as claimed in claims 1, 2, 3, and 4 wherein the segments are connected with a pin unit and that comprises with the components as an outer case, a pin holder attached with a pin, a cover cap, and a push button and with or without a spring.

The device as claimed in claims 1,2,3,4 and 7 wherein ail the segments and components of pin unit are provided with male and female connecting parts of attaching and connecting mechanisms to attach/ detach and connect/ disconnect with other segments or other components and/or combination thereof on length wise or breadth wise or height wise or one over other or vertically. Optionally the location of male connecting parts and related female connecting parts are interchangeable.
9. The device as claimed in claims 1, 2 , 3 ,4 and 8 wherein all the segments and components of pin unit are provided with horizontal, vertical, cross , inclined lines ,figures out lines , numbers , letters, markings for centimeter scale, inch scale and degree graduations of protractor.
10. The device as claimed in claims 7 wherein the pin holder and cover cap are provided with male and female locking parts of locking mechanism to arrest the vertical movement of pin holder on the top surface of cover cap and to arrest the pin inside of the outer case as unexposed condition.

The device as claimed in claim 7 , 8,9 and 10 wherein the cross sectional shape of the connecting part of segments, the components of pin unit , connecting and locking parts of pin unit are in triangle, square, rectangle, trapezium, rhombus, parallelogram, hexagon, pentagon, heptagon, octagon, nonagon , polygon , circle, semi circle ,ellipse ,other shapes and/or
combination thereof.
12. The device as claimed in claims 7 , 8,9 and 10 wherein the attaching
, connecting and locking mechanism are in the form of press type or insert type or screw type or slide type or slot type or disk type or magnetic type or sticker type or any other type of connecting mechanism and/or combination thereof.
13. The device as claimed in claims 1, 2 , 3 , 4 , 6 ,7, 8 ,9,10,11 and 12 wherein the segments, the pointer holes, the components of pin unit, male and female connecting parts of attaching, connecting and locking mechanisms , letters, numbers, lines and figures are made up of transparent or nontransparent plastic or glass or metallic or non metallic or any other material and/or combination thereof and the color of materia! is with any color or without color and/or combination thereof.
14. The device as claimed in claim 10 wherein the top surface of the numbers , letters and other markings are provided or inbuilt with convex lenses made up of transparent plastic or glass material of any color and/or combination thereof.
