本申请涉及通讯技术领域,更具体的说,涉及一种遥控装置和智能电视。
背景技术
随着科学技术的不断发展,遥控器作为控制元件已广泛应用于各行各业。然而,其简单的控制功能已经远远不能满足用户的多样化需求。例如,现有遥控器只能实现对媒体输出设备,如电视的电台节目的切换、音量大小的调节,而如果用户想通过手机遥控电视,并将手机当前播放的视频发送至电视进行播放,都是无法实现的。
因此,现有技术中遥控器与媒体输出设备的交互存在极大的局限性,急需一种可以实现与媒体输出设备进行多样化控制的装置。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本申请提供一种遥控装置和智能电视,以解决现有遥控器与电视的交互存在极大的局限性的问题。技术方案如下:
基于本申请的一方面,本申请提供一种遥控装置,应用于智能控制领域中,包括:
第一数据传输链路建立模块,设置为建立所述遥控装置与所述遥控装置处于同一局域网下的符合第一预设条件的媒体输出设备的通信控制连接;
第二数据传输链路建立模块,设置为建立所述遥控装置与所述遥控装置处于同一局域网下的符合第二预设条件的媒体输出设备的数据信息传输连 接;
第一控制模块,设置为利用已建立的与媒体输出设备对应的第一数据传输链路向所述媒体输出设备发送控制指令,以控制所述媒体输出设备执行所述控制指令;
第二控制模块,设置为利用已建立的与媒体输出设备对应的第二数据传输链路向所述媒体输出设备发送数据信息,以使得所述媒体输出设备在接收到所述数据信息后输出所述数据信息。

本申请提供的遥控装置可以作为一单独的遥控装置独立存在,也可以集成在其他装置中。为了便于更加详细的论述,在下述各个实施例中,本申请中所指的遥控装置均为集成在手机上,与手机一体的遥控装置。
请参见图1,其示出了本申请提供的一种遥控装置的一种结构示意图,包括:第一数据传输链路建立模块100、第二数据传输链路建立模块200、第一控制模块300和第二控制模块400。其中,
第一数据传输链路建立模块100,设置为建立遥控装置与遥控装置处于同一局域网下的符合第一预设条件的媒体输出设备的通信控制连接。

在本实施例中,媒体输出设备为处于与遥控装置同一局域网下的设备,可以包括在同一局域网内的个人计算机、PAD电脑、智能电视、智能电视盒等。这里所述符合第一预设条件的媒体输出设备即指的是可与遥控装置建立第一数据传输链路,并可接收遥控装置发送的控制指令,执行控制指令的媒体输出设备。所述符合第二预设条件的媒体输出设备即指的是可与遥控装置建立第二数据传输链路,并可接收遥控装置发送的数据信息,输出数据信息的媒体输出设备。此处为了便于更好的说明,现以遥控装置集成在智能手机上,形成手机遥控器,媒体输出设备为智能电视为例进行阐述。
在本实施例中,手机遥控器与智能电视存在两条数据传输链路,其中利用第一数据传输链路建立模块100可以实现手机遥控器与智能电视对应的第一数据传输链路的通信控制连接。所述第一数据传输链路的通信控制连接具体是指,利用手机遥控器中的第一控制模块300,通过建立的第一数据传输链路向媒体输出设备发送控制指令,以控制媒体输出设备按照控制指令进行动作,进而实现针对智能电视的基本控制操作。其中控制指令可以包括电台切换指令、音量调节指令、菜单指令、确定指令或返回指令中的至少一个。例如控制智能电视的电台选择、频道切换、音量大小调节、颜色灰度设置等。本申请通过第一数据传输链路建立模块100建立的第一数据传输链路,实现了手机遥控器与智能电视间的基本操作控制。
同时,利用第二数据传输链路建立模块200可以实现手机遥控器与智能电视对应的第二数据传输链路的数据信息传输连接。所谓第二数据传输链路的数据信息传输连接具体是指,利用手机遥控器中的第二控制模块400,通过建立的第二数据传输链路向媒体输出设备发送数据信息,以使得媒体输出 设备在接收到数据信息后输出数据信息,即将手机遥控器上的数据信息传输至智能电视,进而由智能电视继续输出。其中数据信息可以包括图片信息、视频信息或语音信息中的至少一个。例如将手机遥控器内存储的视频数据、音频数据、图片信息等传输至智能电视,由智能电视继续输出视频数据、音频数据或图片信息。当然,还可以包括:手机遥控器从互联网上获取视频数据、音频数据、图片信息等传输至智能电视,进而由智能电视继续输出视频数据、音频数据或图片信息。本申请通过第二数据传输链路建立模块200建立的第二数据传输链路,实现了手机遥控器与智能电视间的数据信息传输。

第二数据传输链路建立模块200,具体设置为利用获取模块700获取的设备信息中包含的目标媒体输出设备的物理地址向目标媒体输出设备发送数据信息传输连接请求以与目标媒体输出设备建立第二数据传输链路。
在本实施例中,遥控装置中的检测模块500首先需要对与遥控装置处于同一局域网内的所有符合第一预设条件和/或第二预设条件的媒体输出设备进行检测。进而确定模块600从检测模块500检测到的所有媒体输出设备中确定至少一个媒体输出设备作为目标媒体输出设备。具体地,确定模块600确定其中至少一个媒体输出设备作为目标媒体输出设备可以包括:检测模块500检测到可以进行连接的媒体输出设备后,将检测到的所有媒体输出设备通过显示屏显示出来,以供用户进行选择。用户选中哪个媒体输出设备,遥控装置便确定该媒体输出设备为目标媒体输出设备,默认后续所有数据交互的对象均为该目标媒体输出设备;或者,遥控装置将检测到的所有媒体输出设备均确定为目标媒体输出设备;或者,遥控装置按照检测到的媒体输出设备的顺序依次确定出多个,比如3个,确定先检测到的前3个媒体输出设备为目标媒体输出设备;或根据用户自行设定,符合用户设定规则的媒体输出设备为目标媒体输出设备。

具体地,在本实施例中,获取模块700获取目标媒体输出设备的设备信息可以包括,接收目标媒体输出设备发送的广播信息,该广播信息中包括目标媒体输出设备的设备信息。或,移动设备对局域网内的目标媒体输出设备进行扫描,直接获取目标媒体输出设备的物理标识,依据该物理标识获取设 备信息。

在本实施例中,第二设备检测模块504检测与遥控装置处于同一局域网下的符合第二预设条件的媒体输出设备时,也会花费大量的网络资源来搜索局域网内所有的媒体输出设备进行第二数据传输链路的数据信息传输连接的建立,而通常用户需要的目标媒体输出设备的个数也仅为一个,最多三个。与局域网内搜索出的所有媒体输出设备进行第二数据传输链路的建立不仅浪费了大量的网络资源,甚至还会造成网络堵塞,造成网络时延。基于此,为了便于遥控装置高效地检测出与遥控装置处于同一局域网下的符合第二预设条件的媒体输出设备,遥控装置可以检测与遥控装置处于同一局域网下的电子设备,判断该电子设备是否为支持预设媒体传输协议的电子设备,并获取第二判断结果。
当确定模块600确定第二结果获取模块506获取的第二判断结果表明电子设备为支持预设媒体传输协议的电子设备时,则确定检测到符合第二预设条件的媒体输出设备。
需要说明的是,本实施例中的第一设备检测模块501与第二设备检测模块504可以为检测模块500内的两个独立的检测子单元,也可以集成为一个检测单元用来实现不同的检测目的。同理,第一判断模块502和第二判断模块505也可以为检测模块500内的两个独立的判断子单元,也可以集成为一个判断单元用来实现不同的判断目的。第一结果获取模块503和第二结果获取模块506,可以为检测模块500内的两个独立的获取子单元,也可以集成为一个获取单元用来实现不同的获取目的。本申请对于装置具体的设置手段不做限定,凡是可以实现本申请发明目的的设置方式都属于本申请的保护范围。
应用上述技术方案,本申请可以实时高速地检测出目标媒体输出设备,建立与目标媒体输出设备对应的第一数据传输链路的通信控制连接和与目标媒体输出设备对应的第二数据传输链路的数据信息传输连接。
为了保证遥控装置与同一个媒体输出设备在第一数据传输链路的通信控制连接建立的基础上,同时建立第二数据传输链路的数据信息传输连接,保证遥控装置与媒体输出设备同时建立完成第一数据传输链路和第二数据传输链路。请参阅图4,本申请提供的一种检测模块的另一种结构示意图,包括:第一设备检测模块501、第一判断模块502、第一结果获取模块503、第三判断模块507、第三结果获取模块508、第四结果获取模块509和比较模块510。其中,
第一设备检测模块501,设置为检测与遥控装置处于同一局域网下的电子设备。
第一判断模块502,设置为判断第一设备检测模块501检测得到的电子设备是否为具有预设标识的通用即插即用UPNP设备。
第一结果获取模块503,设置为在第一判断模块502判断第一设备检测模块501检测得到的电子设备为具有预设标识的通用即插即用UPNP设备时,获取第一判断结果。
第三判断模块507,设置为判断检测得到的与遥控装置处于同一局域网下的电子设备是否为支持预设媒体传输协议的电子设备。
第三结果获取模块508,设置为在第三判断模块507判断检测得到的与遥控装置处于同一局域网下的电子设备为支持预设媒体传输协议的电子设备时,获取第三判断结果;
第四结果获取模块509,设置为当第三判断结果表明电子设备为支持预设媒体传输协议的电子设备时,获取检测到的UPNP设备的物理地址以及支持预设媒体传输协议的电子设备的物理地址。
比较模块510,设置为比较UPNP设备的物理地址与支持预设媒体传输协议的电子设备的物理地址是否相同。
其中,确定模块600具体设置为当比较模块510比较UPNP设备的物理地址与支持预设媒体传输协议的电子设备的物理地址相同时,确定检测到符合预设条件的媒体输出设备。
需要说明的是,这里所述检测到符合预设条件的媒体输出设备即指的是检测到同时满足第一预设条件和第二预设条件的媒体输出设备。
在本实施例中,本申请先检测得到一目标媒体输出设备建立第一数据传输链路的通信控制连接后,继续判断该目标媒体输出设备是否为支持预设媒体传输协议的电子设备,且进一步建立与该目标媒体输出设备的第二数据传输链路的数据信息传输连接。通过对检测到的媒体传输设备进行进一步验证,在媒体传输设备同时满足为UPNP设备且为支持预设媒体传输协议的设备时,确定该媒体传输设备为目标媒体传输设备,保证了对同一媒体输出设备的第一数据传输链路和第二数据传输链路同时建立的准确性。
需要说明的是,本申请还可以包括先检测得到一支持预设媒体传输协议的目标媒体输出设备,建立第二数据传输链路的数据信息传输连接后,进而 继续判断该目标媒体输出设备是否为UPNP设备,建立与该目标媒体输出设备的第一数据传输链路的通信控制连接。对于该过程的实现与上述实施例的实现过程相近,发明人不再详细阐述。
在上述实施例的基础上,请参阅图5,本申请提供的一种遥控装置的再一种结构示意图,还包括:数据存储模块800和/或数据获取模块900。其中,
数据存储模块800设置为存储遥控装置的本地资源的数据信息。
数据获取模块900设置为从局域网上获取数据信息。
在本实施例中,用户可以从数据存储模块800中获取遥控装置本地资源中存储的数据信息,将获取的数据信息利用第二数据传输链路传输至目标媒体传输设备。也可以利用数据获取模块900从局域网上获取数据信息,将获取的数据信息利用第二数据传输链路传输至目标媒体传输设备。
此外,数据获取模块900还可以从局域网上获取数据信息的数据链接,将数据链接发送至目标媒体传输设备,以使目标媒体输出设备获取该数据链接后,依据该数据链接在从互联网上获取相应数据信息。
请参阅图6,本申请提供的一种智能电视的结构示意图,包括:第一接收模块1000和第二接收模块2000。其中,
第一接收模块1000,设置为接收与智能电视处于同一局域网下的遥控装置的控制指令。所述控制指令设置为控制智能电视接收到控制指令后执行控制指令。
其中,控制指令可以包括电台切换指令、音量调节指令、菜单指令、确定指令或返回指令中的至少一个。例如控制智能电视电台选择、频道切换、音量大小调节、颜色灰度设置等。
第二接收模块2000,设置为接收与智能电视处于同一局域网下的遥控装置的数据信息。所述数据信息设置为在智能电视接收到数据信息后输出数据信息。
其中数据信息可以包括图片信息、视频信息或语音信息中的至少一个。 例如将遥控装置内存储的视频数据、音频数据、图片信息等传输至智能电视,由智能电视继续输出视频数据、音频数据或图片信息。还可以包括:遥控装置从互联网上获取视频数据、音频数据、图片信息等传输至智能电视,进而由智能电视继续输出视频数据、音频数据或图片信息。
在本实施例中,第一接收模块1000具体为具有预设标识的通用UPNP模块,第二接收模块2000为DLNA网络协议模块。
本申请保护的智能电视可以同时实现电视的基本视频切换、播放等功能,还可接收遥控装置发送的数据信息,继续输出数据信息,实现播放遥控装置发送的视频、音频、图片信息的功能,赋予用户更多的操作体验。
需要说明的是,本说明书中的各个实施例均采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似的部分互相参见即可。对于装置类实施例而言,由于其与方法实施例基本相似,所以描述的比较简单,相关之处参见方法实施例的部分说明即可。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种遥控装置,应用于智能控制领域中,其特征在于,包括:
    第一数据传输链路建立模块,设置为建立所述遥控装置与所述遥控装置处于同一局域网下的符合第一预设条件的媒体输出设备的通信控制连接;
    第二数据传输链路建立模块,设置为建立所述遥控装置与所述遥控装置处于同一局域网下的符合第二预设条件的媒体输出设备的数据信息传输连接;
    第一控制模块,设置为利用已建立的与媒体输出设备对应的第一数据传输链路向所述媒体输出设备发送控制指令,以控制所述媒体输出设备执行所述控制指令;
    第二控制模块,设置为利用已建立的与媒体输出设备对应的第二数据传输链路向所述媒体输出设备发送数据信息,以使得所述媒体输出设备在接收到所述数据信息后输出所述数据信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的遥控装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    检测模块,设置为检测与所述遥控装置处于同一局域网下的符合第一预设条件和/或第二预设条件的媒体输出设备;
    确定模块,设置为在所述检测模块检测到的媒体输出设备中确定至少一个媒体输出设备作为目标媒体输出设备;
    获取模块,设置为获取所述目标媒体输出设备的设备信息,所述设备信息至少包括所述目标媒体输出设备的物理地址;
    其中,所述第一数据传输链路建立模块,具体设置为利用所述获取模块获取的设备信息中包含的目标媒体输出设备的物理地址向所述目标媒体输出设备发送通信控制连接请求以与所述目标媒体输出设备建立第一数据传输链路;
    所述第二数据传输链路建立模块,具体设置为利用所述获取模块获取的设备信息中包含的目标媒体输出设备的物理地址向所述目标媒体输出设备发 送数据信息传输连接请求以与所述目标媒体输出设备建立第二数据传输链路。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的遥控装置,其特征在于,所述检测模块包括:
    第一设备检测模块,设置为检测与所述遥控装置处于同一局域网下的电子设备;
    第一判断模块,设置为判断所述第一设备检测模块检测得到的所述电子设备是否为具有预设标识的通用即插即用UPNP设备;
    第一结果获取模块,设置为在所述第一判断模块判断所述第一设备检测模块检测得到的所述电子设备为具有预设标识的通用即插即用UPNP设备时,获取第一判断结果;
    其中,所述确定模块具体设置为当所述第一判断结果表明所述电子设备为UPNP设备时,则确定检测到符合预设条件的媒体输出设备。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的遥控装置,其特征在于,所述检测模块包括:
    第二设备检测模块,设置为检测与所述遥控装置处于同一局域网下的电子设备;
    第二判断模块,设置为判断所述第二设备检测模块检测得到的所述电子设备是否为支持预设媒体传输协议的电子设备;
    第二结果获取模块,设置为在所述第二判断模块判断检测得到的与所述遥控装置处于同一局域网下的电子设备为支持预设媒体传输协议的电子设备时,获取第二判断结果;
    其中,所述确定模块具体设置为当所述第二判断结果表明所述电子设备为支持预设媒体传输协议的电子设备时,则确定检测到符合预设条件的媒体输出设备。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的遥控装置,其特征在于,所述检测模块还包括:
    第三判断模块,设置为判断检测得到的与所述遥控装置处于同一局域网下的电子设备是否为支持预设媒体传输协议的电子设备;
    第三结果获取模块,设置为在所述第三判断模块判断检测得到的与所述遥控装置处于同一局域网下的电子设备为支持预设媒体传输协议的电子设备时,获取第三判断结果;
    第四结果获取模块,设置为当所述第三判断结果表明所述电子设备为支持预设媒体传输协议的电子设备时,获取检测到的UPNP设备的物理地址以及支持预设媒体传输协议的电子设备的物理地址;
    比较模块,设置为比较所述UPNP设备的物理地址与所述支持预设媒体传输协议的电子设备的物理地址是否相同;
    其中,所述确定模块具体设置为当所述比较模块比较所述UPNP设备的物理地址与所述支持预设媒体传输协议的电子设备的物理地址相同时,确定检测到符合预设条件的媒体输出设备。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的遥控装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    数据存储模块,设置为存储所述遥控装置的本地资源的数据信息;
    如/或,
    数据获取模块,设置为从局域网上获取数据信息。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的遥控装置,其特征在于,所述控制指令可以为电台切换指令、音量调节指令、菜单指令、确定指令或返回指令中的至少一个。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的遥控装置,其特征在于,所述数据信息可以包括图片信息、视频信息或语音信息中的至少一个。
  9. 一种智能电视,应用于智能控制领域中,其特征在于,包括:
    第一接收模块,设置为接收与所述智能电视处于同一局域网下的遥控装置的控制指令,所述控制指令设置为控制所述智能电视接收到所述控制指令后执行所述控制指令;
    第二接收模块,设置为接收与所述智能电视处于同一局域网下的遥控装置的数据信息,所述数据信息设置为在所述智能电视接收到所述数据信息后 输出所述数据信息。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的智能电视,其特征在于,
    所述第一接收模块为具有预设标识的通用即插即用UPNP模块;
    所述第二接收模块为数字生活网络联盟DLNA网络协议模块。
