本申请要求于2013年10月28日提交中国专利局、申请号为201310516407.5、发明名称为“机顶盒控制方法及装置”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种机顶盒控制方法及装置。
背景技术
随着在互联网上层(Over The Top,OTT)业务的发展,家庭可能同时存在有线电视机顶盒以及OTT业务相关的网络机顶盒。有线电视机顶盒通过高清晰度多媒体接口(High-Definition Multimedia Interface,HDMI)输入端连接到网络机顶盒,网络机顶盒通过HDMI输出端连接到电视。
网络机顶盒的工作模式可以包括HDMI IN模式和HDMI OUT模式,在HDMI IN模式下,电视可以通过网络机顶盒接收有线电视机顶盒提供的信号,在HDMI OUT模式下,电视仅能接收网络机顶盒提供的信号。在HDMI OUT模式下,当用户正在通过电视使用网络机顶盒提供的OTT业务时,若需要使用有线电视机顶盒提供的业务,用户需要通过遥控器将网络机顶盒切换为HDMI IN模式,需要手动操作,操作过程麻烦。

有鉴于此,本发明要解决的技术问题是,如何方便的切换网络机顶盒的工作模式。
解决方案
为了解决上述技术问题,在第一方面,本发明提出了一种机顶盒控制方法,包括:

实施例1
图1a为根据本发明实施例一的机顶盒控制方法的流程图。如图1a所示,该机顶盒控制方法主要包括:

网络机顶盒和有线电视机顶盒可以通过高清晰度多媒体接口(HDMI)连接线连接,其中,网络机顶盒与该HDMI连接线连接的接口为HDMI输入(IN)接口,网络机顶盒与电视连接的接口为HDMI输出(OUT)接口。网络机顶盒的工作模式可以包括HDMI IN模式和HDMI OUT模式,图1b为网络机顶盒的工作模式为HDMI OUT模式的示意图,图1c为网络机顶盒的工作模式为HDMI IN模式的示意图。如图1b所示,在网络机顶盒的工作模式为HDMI输出模式的情况下,网络机顶盒的HDMI输入接口不工作且网络机顶盒的HDMI输出接口工作,此时,电视无法接收有线电视机顶盒的有线电视信号而只能接收网络机顶盒提供的电视信号。如图1c所示,在网络机顶盒的工作模式为HDMI IN模式的情况下,网络机顶盒的HDMI输入接口工作且网络机顶盒的HDMI输出接口也工作,此时,电视可以接收有线电视机顶盒通过网络机顶盒转发的有线电视信号,即:网络机顶盒可以通过HDMI输入接口接收有线电视机顶盒发送的有线电视信号,并通过HDMI输出接口向电视发送该有线电视信号。
步骤S130、所述网络机顶盒根据所述切换码,控制所述网络机顶盒所处的工作模式。
具体地,网络机顶盒通过HDMI连接线接收有线电视机顶盒发送的工作模式切换命令之后,可以根据该工作模式切换命令中携带的与强制业务对应的切换码,切换网络机顶盒的工作模式。例如,网络机顶盒可以根据切换码将自身的工作模式由HDMI输出模式切换为HDMI输入模式。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述网络机顶盒根据所述切换码,控制所述网络机顶盒所处的工作模式,包括:
所述网络机顶盒从所述工作模式切换命令中解析获取所述切换码;
若所述切换码存在对应的强制业务,则所述网络机顶盒将所述工作模式从高清晰度多媒体接口HDMI输出模式切换为HDMI输入模式。
具体地,工作模式切换命令为网络机顶盒能够识别的命令,可以为基于某种协议的工作模式切换命令,例如可以为基于消费电子控制(Consumer Electronics Control,CEC)协议的工作模式切换命令或基于红外(Infrared,IR)协议的工作模式切换命令。网络机顶盒可以解析该工作模式切换命令,并从该工作模式切换命令中获取该工作模式切换命令携带的切换码。该切换码与业务存在对应关系,因此,网络机顶盒可以根据该切换码,判断与该切换码对应的业务是否为强制业务。
强制业务为有线电视机顶盒提供的业务,可以包括紧急告警消息业务、节目预订业务和节目录制业务中的至少一种。其中,紧急告警消息业务可以为强制用户观看的视频消息或收听的音频消息,例如某地发生地震地质灾害,紧急告警消息业务为在终端设备上滚动的某地发生地震地质灾害的字幕,或紧急告警消息业务为在终端设备上播放的某地发生地震地质灾害的消息。节目预订业务可以为用户根据喜好或需求额外订制的节目的业务,例如订制每周五晚八点直播的某节目。节目录制业务可以为用户根据喜好或需求录制的节目的业务,例如录制周一晚七点直播的某球赛。
若网络机顶盒判定与该切换码对应的业务为强制业务,网络机顶盒可以将自身的工作模式由HDMI输出模式切换为HDMI输入模式。即:用户当前使用的业务是网络机顶盒提供的业务,若网络机顶盒接收到有线电视机顶盒发送的工作模式切换命令,并判定与该工作模式切换命令中的切换码对应的业务为强制业务,则网络机顶盒可以将当前的HDMI输出模式切换为HDMI输入模式,以使用户能够通过电视观看有线电视机顶盒提供的强制业务。
举例而言,假设用户于2013年10月18日星期五18:00点通过电视观看网络机顶盒提供的动画片,用户订制了有线电视机顶盒提供的2013年10月18日星期五19:30的娱乐节目。网络机顶盒可以在2013年10月18日星期五19:29接收到有线电视机顶盒发送的工作模式切换命令,解析该工作模式切换命令获取了切换码为0x13,可以判定与0x13对应的 娱乐节目的业务为节目预订业务,且该节目预订业务的时间为2013年10月18日星期五19:30。因此,网络机顶盒可以在2013年10月18日星期五19:30将自身的工作模式由HDMI输出模式切换为HDMI输入模式。
对比于通常的通过遥控器切换网络机顶盒的工作模式,需要用户手动操作遥控器,操作过程麻烦,且如果不及时操作遥控器来切换网络机顶盒的工作模式,将错过关心的业务。例如,假设用户于2013年10月18日星期五18:00点通过电视观看网络机顶盒提供的动画片,用户订制了有线电视机顶盒提供的2013年10月18日星期五19:30的娱乐节目。用户可能由于其它节目太精彩而忘记了在2013年10月18日星期五20:30时操作遥控器,用户错过了定制的娱乐节目。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述网络机顶盒将所述工作模式从HDMI输出模式切换为HDMI输入模式之后,包括:
所述网络机顶盒将从所述有线电视机顶盒接收到的有线电视信号发送给电视。
具体地,在网络机顶盒将自身的工作模式由HMDI输出模式切换为HMDI输入模式之后,可以通过HMDI输入接口接收有线电视机顶盒发送的有线电视信号,并通过HMDI输出接口将该有线电视信号发送给电视。
举例而言,假设用户于2013年10月18日星期五18:00点通过电视观看网络机顶盒提供的动画片,用户订制了有线电视机顶盒提供的2013年10月18日星期五19:30的娱乐节目,假设网络机顶盒在2013年10月18日星期五19:30将自身的工作模式由HDMI输出模式切换为HDMI输入模式。网络机顶盒可以在2013年10月18日星期五19:30通过HDMI输入接口接收有线电视机顶盒发送的该娱乐节目的信号,并通过HMDI输出接口将该娱乐节目的信号发送给电视。
本发明实施例的机顶盒控制方法,网络机顶盒可以根据有线电视机顶盒发送的工作模式切换命令,控制自身所处的工作模式,能够自动切换网络机顶盒的工作模式,操作过程简单,方便用户使用,可以及时切换工作模式,改善用户体验。
实施例2
图2为根据本发明实施例二的机顶盒控制方法的流程图。如图2所示,该机顶盒控制方法主要包括:

有线电视机顶盒和网络机顶盒可以通过高清晰度多媒体接口(HDMI)连接线连接,其中,网络机顶盒与该HDMI连接线连接的接口为HDMI输入(IN)接口,网络机顶盒与电视连接的接口为HDMI输出(OUT)接口。网络机顶盒的工作模式可以包括HDMI IN模式和HDMI OUT模式,参见图1b,在网络机顶盒的工作模式为HDMI输出模式的情况下,网络机顶盒的HDMI输入接口不工作且网络机顶盒的HDMI输出接口工作,此时,有线电视机顶盒的有线电视信号不能发送给网络机顶盒,即:电视无法接收有线电视机顶盒的有线电视信号而只能接收网络机顶盒提供的电视信号。参见图1c,在网络机顶盒的工作模式为HDMI IN模式的情况下,网络机顶盒的HDMI输入接口工作且网络机顶盒的HDMI输出接口也工作,此时,有线电视机顶盒的有线电视信号可以发送给网络机顶盒,电视可以接收有线电视机顶盒通过网络机顶盒转发的有线电视信号,即:有线电视机顶盒可以通过HDMI输入接口向网络机顶盒发送有线电视信号。因此,有线电视机顶盒只能在网络机顶盒的工作模式为HDMI IN模式时,才可以将有线电视信号通过HDMI输入接口发送给网络机顶盒。

接收模块420,用于接收有线电视机顶盒发送的工作模式切换命令,所述工作模式切换命令中携带强制业务的切换码。
机顶盒控制装置400例如网络机顶盒,可以和有线电视机顶盒通过高清晰度多媒体接口(HDMI)连接线连接。机顶盒控制装置400的工作模式可以包括HDMI IN模式和HDMIOUT模式。参见图1b,在机顶盒控制装置400的工作模式为HDMI输出模式的情况下,机顶盒控制装置400的HDMI输入接口不工作且机顶盒控制装置400的HDMI输出接口工作,此时,电视无法接收有线电视机顶盒的有线电视信号而只能接收机顶盒控制装置400提供的电视信号。参见图1c,在机顶盒控制装置400的工作模式为HDMI IN模式的情况下,机顶盒控制装置400的HDMI输入接口工作且机顶盒控制装置400的HDMI输出接口也工作,此时,电视可以接收有线电视机顶盒通过机顶盒控制装置400转发的有线电视信号,即:机顶盒控制装置400可以通过HDMI输入接口接收有线电视机顶盒发送的有线电视信号,并通过HDMI输出接口向电视发送该有线电视信号。
控制模块440,用于根据所述切换码,控制所述网络机顶盒所处的工作模式。
具体地,接收模块420通过HDMI连接线接收有线电视机顶盒发送的工作模式切换命令之后,控制模块440可以根据该工作模式切换命令中携带的与强制业务对应的切换码, 切换机顶盒控制装置400的工作模式。例如,机顶盒控制装置400可以根据切换码将自身的工作模式由HDMI输出模式切换为HDMI输入模式。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述控制模块440还用于:
从所述工作模式切换命令中解析获取所述切换码;
若所述切换码存在对应的强制业务,则将所述工作模式从高清晰度多媒体接口HDMI输出模式切换为HDMI输入模式。

若控制模块440判定与该切换码对应的业务为强制业务,控制模块440可以将机顶盒控制装置400的工作模式由HDMI输出模式切换为HDMI输入模式。即:用户当前使用的业务是机顶盒控制装置400提供的业务,若接收模块420接收到有线电视机顶盒发送的工作模式切换命令,并且控制模块440判定与该工作模式切换命令中的切换码对应的业务为强制业务,则控制模块440可以将当前的HDMI输出模式切换为HDMI输入模式,以使用户能够通过电视观看有线电视机顶盒提供的强制业务。
举例而言,假设用户于2013年10月18日星期五18:00点通过电视观看机顶盒控制装置400提供的动画片,用户订制了有线电视机顶盒提供的2013年10月18日星期五19:30的娱乐节目。机顶盒控制装置400的接收模块420可以在2013年10月18日星期五19:29接收到有线电视机顶盒发送的工作模式切换命令,机顶盒控制装置400的控制模块440解析该工作模式切换命令获取了切换码为0x13,可以判定与0x13对应的娱乐节目的业务为节目预订业务,且该节目预订业务的时间为2013年10月18日星期五19:30。因此,控制模块440可以在2013年10月18日星期五19:30将自身的工作模式由HDMI输出模式切换为HDMI输入模式。
对比于通常的通过遥控器切换机顶盒控制装置400的工作模式,需要用户手动操作遥控器,操作过程麻烦,且如果不及时操作遥控器来切换机顶盒控制装置400的工作模式,将错过关心的业务。例如,假设用户于2013年10月18日星期五18:00点通过电视观看机顶盒控制装置400提供的动画片,用户订制了有线电视机顶盒提供的2013年10月18日星期五19:30的娱乐节目。用户可能由于其它节目太精彩而忘记了在2013年10月18日星期五20:30时操作遥控器,用户错过了定制的娱乐节目。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述控制模块440还用于将从所述有线电视机顶盒接收到的有线电视信号发送给电视。
具体地,在控制模块440将机顶盒控制装置400的工作模式由HMDI输出模式切换为HMDI输入模式之后,可以通过HMDI输入接口接收有线电视机顶盒发送的有线电视信号,并通过HMDI输出接口将该有线电视信号发送给电视。
举例而言,假设用户于2013年10月18日星期五18:00点通过电视观看网络机顶盒提供的动画片,用户订制了有线电视机顶盒提供的2013年10月18日星期五19:30的娱乐节目,假设控制模块440在2013年10月18日星期五19:30将机顶盒控制装置400的工作模式由HDMI输出模式切换为HDMI输入模式。控制模块440可以在2013年10月18日星期五19:30通过HDMI输入接口接收有线电视机顶盒发送的该娱乐节目的信号,并通过HMDI输出接口将该娱乐节目的信号发送给电视。

处理模块540,用于在所述检测模块520检测到所述有线电视信号属于强制业务时,向网络机顶盒发送工作模式切换命令,所述工作模式切换命令中携带所述强制业务的切换码。
机顶盒控制装置500例如有线电视机顶盒,可以和网络机顶盒通过高清晰度多媒体接口(HDMI)连接线连接。网络机顶盒的工作模式可以包括HDMI IN模式和HDMI OUT模式,参见图1b,在网络机顶盒的工作模式为HDMI输出模式的情况下,网络机顶盒的HDMI输入接口不工作且网络机顶盒的HDMI输出接口工作,此时,机顶盒控制装置500的有线电视信号不能发送给网络机顶盒,即:电视无法接收机顶盒控制装置500的有线电视信号而只能接收网络机顶盒提供的电视信号。参见图1c,在网络机顶盒的工作模式为HDMIIN模式的情况下,网络机顶盒的HDMI输入接口工作且网络机顶盒的HDMI输出接口也工作,此时,机顶盒控制装置500的有线电视信号可以发送给网络机顶盒,电视可以接收机顶盒控制装置500通过网络机顶盒转发的有线电视信号,即:机顶盒控制装置500可以通过HDMI输入接口向网络机顶盒发送有线电视信号。因此,机顶盒控制装置500只能在网络机顶盒的工作模式为HDMI IN模式时,才可以将有线电视信号通过HDMI输入接口发送给网络机顶盒。

图6为根据本发明实施例六的机顶盒控制装置600的结构框图。所述机顶盒控制装置600可以是具备计算能力的主机服务器、个人计算机PC、或者可携带的便携式计算机或终端等。本发明具体实施例并不对计算节点的具体实现做限定。
所述机顶盒控制装置600包括处理器(processor)610、通信接口(Communications Interface)620、存储器(memory array)630和总线640。其中,处理器610、通信接口620、以及存储器630通过总线640完成相互间的通信。
通信接口620用于与网元通信,其中网元包括例如虚拟机管理中心、共享存储等。
处理器610用于执行程序。处理器610可能是一个中央处理器CPU,或者是专用集成电路(Application Specific Integrated Circuit,ASIC),或者是被配置成实施本发明实施例的一个或多个集成电路。

    若所述切换码存在对应的强制业务,则所述网络机顶盒将所述工作模式从高清晰度多媒体接口HDMI输出模式切换为HDMI输入模式。

  9. 根据权利要求8所述的机顶盒控制装置,其特征在于,所述控制模块还用于将从所述有线电视机顶盒接收到的有线电视信号发送给电视。
  10. 一种机顶盒控制装置,其特征在于,包括:
    检测模块,用于检测有线电视信号;
    处理模块,用于在所述检测模块检测到所述有线电视信号属于强制业务时,向网络机顶盒发送工作模式切换命令,所述工作模式切换命令中携带所述强制业务的切换码。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的机顶盒控制装置,其特征在于,所述处理模块还用于:
    控制所述机顶盒控制装置的处理器向所述网络机顶盒发送基于消费电子控制CEC协议的工作模式切换命令;或
    控制所述机顶盒控制装置的红外增强器向所述网络机顶盒发送基于红外协议的工作模式切换命令。
  12. 根据权利要求10或11所述的机顶盒控制装置,其特征在于,
    所述检测模块还用于,检测所述网络机顶盒是否处于高清晰度多媒体接口HDMI输入模式;
    所述处理模块还用于,在所述检测模块检测到所述网络机顶盒处于所述HDMI输入模式的情况下,向所述网络机顶盒发送所述有线电视信号。
