Description

一种基于智能电视界面的指示模式切换方法和装置
本申请要求在2013年10月30日提交中国专利局、申请号为201310530871.X、发明名称为“一种基于智能电视界面的指示模式切换方法和装置”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请属于智能电视领域,尤其涉及一种基于智能电视界面的指示模式切换方法和装置。
背景技术
电视是现代社会中最常见的家用电器,随着科技技术的发展,具有全开放式平台,搭载了操作系统的智能电视也应运而生。用户在基于该智能电视欣赏普通电视内容的同时,可以自行安装和卸载各类应用软件,可持续对智能电视的功能进行扩充和升级,能够给用户带来丰富的个性化体验。
当前,智能电视的操作方式一般为焦点模式或空鼠模式。该焦点模式,是以焦点框的形式在智能电视屏幕上显示的操作方式,遥控器通过上下左右按键在界面上对焦点框所在位置进行调整,进而使得该焦点框移动到目的位置。空鼠模式是以指针的形式在智能电视的屏幕上显示的操作方式,用户每次点击某一个方向按键,对该方向上的电视屏幕上的指针相应移动预设的距离。
智能电视具有多个可供切换和操作的界面,然而当前智能电视的设置,使得该智能电视上各个界面的操作方式全部采用相同的操作方式,导致智能电视的操作方式单一,用户体验差。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本申请的目的之一在于提供一种基于智能电视界面的指示模式切换方法和装置,根据不同的界面中的选项的排列方式,选择适合的操作 方式,使得操作方式适应界面选项的排列方式,用户体验较好。
一种基于智能电视界面的指示模式切换方法,包括:
接收请求切换智能电视界面为目标界面的请求信息;
解析所述请求信息得到所述目标界面;
获取所述目标界面中选项的排列方式,并判断所述排列方式是否满足预设的焦点模式排列规则;
如果满足,切换智能电视至所述目标界面,以所述焦点模式执行所述目标界面的操作;否则,切换智能电视至所述目标界面,以空鼠模式执行所述目标界面的操作。
上述的方法,在本申请一实施例中,接收请求切换智能电视界面为目标界面的请求信息包括:
当所述目标界面为标签界面时,所述标签界面为触发所述智能电视浏览器界面的搜索栏上预设的标签按钮所生成的界面,所述标签界面包含并显示至少一个标签,任一标签指示一个网页;
所述标签按钮被触发时,接收切换当前智能电视界面为所述标签界面的请求信息。
上述的方法,在本申请一实施例中,预设的焦点模式排列规则包括:所述选项排列方式为单行排列或单列排列。

依据该目标界面得到该目标界面中的选项,进而可知该目标界面中选项的排列方式,获取该排列方式。

当目标界面中选项的排列方式不满足预设的焦点模式排列规则,则该目标界面中不适合采用焦点模式操作,可以采用空鼠模式执行该目标界面中的操作,适应用户对该界面的操作习惯。
本实施例中,根据目标界面中选项的排列方式判断是否满足预设的焦点 模式排列顺序,当满足该顺序时,自动切换操作方式为焦点模式,否则,切换为空鼠模式,但不限定于此,实际实施中,在切换操作方式之前,还可提出询问是否切换操作方式的询问信息,用户根据个人使用习惯确定是否切换操作方式,提高用户的参与度,用户体验更佳。
综上,本实施例提供的一种基于智能电视界面的指示模式切换方法,包括:接收请求切换智能电视界面为目标界面的请求信息;解析所述请求信息得到所述目标界面;获取所述目标界面中选项的排列方式,并判断所述排列方式是否满足预设的焦点模式排列规则;如果满足,切换智能电视至所述目标界面,以所述焦点模式执行所述目标界面的操作;否则,切换智能电视至所述目标界面,以空鼠模式执行所述目标界面的操作。采用该方法,根据不同的界面中选项的排列方式,选择适合的操作方式,使得操作方式适应界面选项的排列方式,适应用户对不同界面的操作习惯,提高用户体验。
在本实施例中,目标界面为标签界面,该标签界面是包含并显示至少一个标签的界面,所述标签界面中标签的排列方式为单行排列或单列排列时,则可判定该标签界面的排列方式满足预设的焦点模式排列规则,该标签界面中以所述焦点模式执行操作。
如图2所示,本申请另一实施例提供的一种基于智能电视界面的指示模式切换方法的流程图,本实施例中,目标界面为标签界面,则图1中所示的流程图中步骤S105包括:
步骤S1051:切换所述智能电视界面至标签界面,并显示所述标签界面上的各个标签以及焦点框;
切换智能电视显示的界面为目标界面,当该目标界面为标签界面时,切换该智能电视显示的界面为标签界面,该标签界面包含并显示至少一个标签,任一标签指示一个网页。

被选中标签显示的简要信息包括:该标签的缩略图、所述标签对应的网页名称和所述标签对应网址;未被选中标签显示的简要信息包括:该标签的缩略图。
当任一标签被焦点框选中时,为了将使被选中的标签醒目,可以在焦点框移动到该标签上时,带动该被选中的标签移动至视觉焦点位置,如智能电视的正中央位置,或者在焦点框移动到该标签上时,将该标签的显示尺寸放大、改变该标签颜色等;当该焦点框移动到其他标签上时,将该标签回复原状。

综上,本实施例提供的一种基于智能电视界面的指示模式切换方法,当该目标界面为包含并显示至少一个标签的标签界面时,切换所述智能电视界面至所述标签界面,并显示所述标签界面上的各个标签以及焦点框;生成切换焦点模式命令,并调用遥控器模式切换接口将所述切换焦点模式命令发送至遥控器,以使所述遥控器控制所述焦点框在各个所述标签间移动,并显示标签的简要信息。将该标签界面中的操作方式切换为焦点模式,适合用户对标签界面中显示的多个标签进行选择控制,符合用户的操作习惯,提高用户体验。
本实施例中,该目标界面为网页界面,由于网页界面中存在大量的选项,选项排列多行多列,可判定该网页界面的排列方式不满足预设的焦点模式排列规则,该网页界面中以空鼠模式执行操作。
如图3所示,本申请另一实施例提供的一种基于智能电视界面的指示模式切换方法的流程图,本实施例中,目标界面为网页界面,则图1中所示的流程图中步骤S106,包括:
步骤S1061:切换所述智能电视界面至所述网页界面,并显示所述网页界面上的网页内容以及鼠标指针;
当所述目标界面为网页界面时,切换当前智能电视界面至网页界面,并且在该智能电视的屏幕上显示该网页界面上的网页内容,以及网页上最常用的鼠标指针。
步骤S1062:生成切换空鼠模式命令,并调用遥控器模式切换接口将所述切换空鼠模式命令发送至遥控器,以使所述遥控器控制所述鼠标指针移动。
在切换智能电视界面的过程中,还要将智能电视的操作方式切换为与该网页界面的排列方式适合的空鼠模式。
智能电视中专门设置一个遥控器模式切换接口,通过该接口可将遥控器 模式切换命令发送至遥控器。
具体实施中,该智能电视将遥控器模式切换命令可通过蓝牙传输给遥控器。

其中,所述接收模块101,配置为接收请求切换智能电视界面为目标界 面的请求信息;
当用户请求切换智能电视的界面时,接收模块101接收该请求切换当前智能电视界面为目标界面的请求信息。用户可通过遥控器等控制装置或是设置在智能电视的相应设备装置等请求切换,该控制装置或智能电视的相应设备装置生成请求信息。
其中,所述解析模块102,配置为解析所述请求信息得到所述目标界面;
该请求信息中可以包括:请求信息生成时间、请求的目标界面、切换预设时间等多种与切换相关的信息。

例如,预设的焦点模式排列规则包括:所述选项排列方式为单行排列或单列排列,或者为不多于两行或不多于两列的排列方式,或者为较小规模的九宫格的排列方式(如3×3格式)等,只要是采用焦点模式比较方便的都可设置为焦点模式排列规则。

其中,所述第二切换模块106,配置为切换智能电视至所述目标界面,以空鼠模式执行所述目标界面的操作。
第二切换模块106切换智能电视显示的界面为目标界面;比如,当该目标界面为网页界面时,切换该智能电视显示的界面为网页界面;当该目标界面为其他的界面时,切换该智能电视显示的界面为其他的界面,该目标界面可以为智能电视中涉及的所有界面。
当目标界面中选项的排列方式不满足预设的焦点模式排列规则,则该目标界面中不适合采用焦点模式操作,可以采用空鼠模式执行该目标界面中的操作,适应用户对该界面的操作习惯。
本实施例中,根据目标界面中选项的排列方式判断是否满足预设的焦点模式排列顺序,当满足该顺序时,自动切换操作方式为焦点模式,否则,切换为空鼠模式,但不限定于此,实际实施中,在切换操作方式之前,还可提出询问是否切换操作方式的询问信息,用户根据个人使用习惯确定是否切换操作方式,提高用户的参与度,用户体验更佳。
综上,本具体实施例提供的一种基于智能电视界面的指示模式切换装置,包括:接收模块、解析模块、获取模块、判断模块、第一切换模块和空第二切换模块;其中,所述接收模块,配置为接收请求切换智能电视界面为目标界面的请求信息;所述解析模块,配置为解析所述请求信息得到所述目标界面;获取模块,配置为获取所述目标界面中选项的排列方式;所述判断模块,配置为判断所述排列方式是否满足预设的焦点模式排列规则,如果满足,触发第一切换模块,否则,触发第二切换模块;所述第一切换模块,配置为切换智能电视至所述目标界面,以所述焦点模式执行所述目标界面的操作;所述第二切换模块,配置为切换智能电视至所述目标界面,以空鼠模式执行所述目标界面的操作。采用该装置,根据不同的界面中选项的排列方式,选择 适合的操作方式,使得操作方式适应界面选项的排列方式,适应用户对不同界面的操作习惯,提高用户体验。
在本申请另一实施例中,目标界面为标签界面,该标签界面是包含并显示至少一个标签的界面,任一标签指示一个网页,所述标签界面中标签的排列方式为单行排列或单列排列时,则判断模块104可判定该标签界面的排列方式满足预设的焦点模式排列规则,触发第一切换模块105,在该标签界面中以所述焦点模式执行操作。
如图5所示,本申请另一实施例提供的一种基于智能电视界面的指示模式切换装置的结构示意图,本实施例中,目标界面为标签界面,则图4中所示的结构中,所述第一切换模块105包括:标签切换模块1051、第一命令生成模块1052、第一发送模块1053和第一显示模块1054;
其中,所述标签切换模块1051,配置为切换所述智能电视界面至所述标签界面;所述第一命令生成模块1052,配置为生成切换焦点模式命令;所述第一发送模块1053,配置为调用遥控器模式切换接口将所述切换焦点模式命令发送至遥控器,以使所述遥控器控制所述焦点框在各个所述标签间移动;第一显示模块1054,配置为显示所述标签界面上的各个标签和焦点框,以及所述标签的简要信息。
标签切换模块1051切换智能电视显示的界面为目标界面,当该目标界面为标签界面时,切换该智能电视显示的界面为标签界面。
当目标界面中选项的排列方式满足预设的焦点模式排列规则,则该目标界面中适合采用焦点模式操作,以焦点模式执行该目标界面中的操作,适应用户对该界面的操作习惯。
该标签界面的排列方式满足预设的焦点模式排列规则,第一显示模块1054在切换得到的该标签界面中显示该标签界面上的各个标签以及标识焦点所在的焦点框。
具体实施中,可在浏览器界面的搜索栏上预设标签按钮,触发该标签按 钮时,切换的目标界面为标签界面,生成的请求信息为请求切换智能电视界面为标签界面的请求信息。
在切换智能电视界面的过程中,还要将智能电视的操作方式切换为与该标签界面的排列方式最适合的焦点模式。

被选中标签显示的简要信息包括:该标签的缩略图、所述标签对应的网页名称和所述标签对应网址;未被选中标签显示的简要信息包括:该标签的缩略图。
当任一标签被焦点框选中时,为了将使被选中的标签醒目,可以在焦点框移动到该标签上时,带动该被选中的标签移动至视觉焦点位置,如智能电视的正中央位置,或者在焦点框移动到该标签上时,将该标签的显示尺寸放大、改变该标签颜色等;当该焦点框移动到其他标签上时,将该标签回复原状。

其中,所述网页切换模块1061,配置为切换所述智能电视界面至所述网页界面;所述第二命令生成模块1062,配置为生成切换空鼠模式命令;所述第二发送模块1063,配置为调用遥控器模式切换接口将所述切换空鼠模式命令发送至遥控器,以使所述遥控器控制所述鼠标指针移动;所述第二显示模块1064,配置为显示所述网页界面上的网页内容以及鼠标指针。
当所述目标界面为网页界面时,网页切换模块1061切换当前智能电视界面至网页界面,并且通过第二显示模块1064在该智能电视的屏幕上显示该网页界面上的网页内容,以及网页上最常用的鼠标指针。

本申请提供了一种基于智能电视界面的指示模式切换方法的具体应用场景。
一应用场景的流程,如图7所示。
本应用场景中切换主要涉及浏览器中从网页界面切换为标签界面。
步骤S201:点击预设在智能电视浏览器搜索栏上的标签按钮;
如图8所示的智能电视的浏览器界面的示意图,在智能电视浏览器搜索栏201上预设标签按钮202,触发该标签按钮,可生成请求切换当前智能电视界面为标签界面的请求信息。
点击标签按钮,生成请求切换当前智能电视界面为标签界面的请求信息;该目标界面——标签界面中包含有4个标签,并且呈单行排列,则依据标签界面中标签选项的排列顺序,判定适合该标签界面的操作方式为焦点模式。
步骤S202:切换智能电视至标签界面,并且在所述标签界面中显示已选中某个标签的焦点框;
切换得到的标签界面如图9,该标签界面中含有3个可用标签,分别为1、 2、3,还有一个新增页面标签“+”,四个标签呈单行排列,当前选中的为1,显示该标签的缩略图、对应的网页名称“乐视网”和所述标签对应网址“http://tv.letv123.com/”,未选中的为其余3个,只显示该标签的缩略图。
步骤S201~S202为切换成标签界面的过程。
一应用场景的另一流程图,如图10所示。
在进入标签界面后,对该标签界面中的标签进行操作的流程。
该流程图中,步骤S202之后还包括:
步骤S203:用户按向左键控制焦点框向左移动,选中相邻标签;
如图11的标签界面另一示意图,该标签界面为焦点框移动后的标签界面,当前选中的为2,显示该标签的缩略图、对应的网页名称“百度”和所述标签对应网址“www.baidu.com”,未选中的为其余3个,只显示该标签的缩略图。
步骤S204:用户按向上键控制焦点框向上移动,选中该标签的“关闭”功能按钮,点击确定键,关闭该标签;
如图12所示的标签界面又一示意图,当前选中的为2,显示该标签的缩略图、对应的网页名称“百度”和所述标签对应网址“www.baidu.com”,未选中的为其余3个,只显示该标签的缩略图,用户点击向上按键后,焦点框向上移动至关闭功能按钮“×”,用户点击确定后,关闭该标签2,标签界面中剩余1、3和新增页面标签共3个标签。
步骤S205:用户按向右键控制焦点框右移动,至新增页面标签,点击确定,打开该智能电视预设的主页,增加新的标签。
如图13所示的标签界面再一示意图,当前选中的为新增页面标签,点击确定按键,打开该智能电视预设的主页,在该主页中用户可查找内容并增加新的标签。
本应用场景中,步骤S201~S202为切换成标签界面的过程,后续的步骤S203~S205为在该标签界面中,进行控制焦点框移动的过程。具体实施中,两个过程并不绑定在一起,并且各个控制焦点框移动的过程也可分别执行, 并不绑定。其他场景中,用户可根据实际需求对焦点框移动,进行相应的操作。
另一应用场景的具体流程图,如图14所示。
本应用场景中切换主要涉及浏览器中从标签界面切换为网页界面。
步骤S301:点击标签界面中的任一标签;
移动焦点框后的标签界面如图11,当前选中的为2,显示该标签的缩略图、对应的网页名称和所述标签对应网址,未选中的为其余3个,只显示该标签的缩略图。
点击标签1的缩略图,生成请求切换当前智能电视界面为网页界面的请求信息;由于网页界面中存在大量的选项,选项排列多行多列,依据网页界面中选项的排列方式,可判定该网页界面的排列方式不满足预设的焦点模式排列规则,采用的操作方式为空鼠模式。
步骤S302:切换智能电视至网页界面,并且在所述网页界面中显示网页内容以及鼠标指针。
切换得到的网页界面如图15,在智能电视浏览器搜索栏301上预设标签按钮302,并且显示鼠标指针303。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种基于智能电视界面的指示模式切换方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    接收请求切换智能电视界面为目标界面的请求信息;
    解析所述请求信息得到所述目标界面;
    获取所述目标界面中选项的排列方式,并判断所述排列方式是否满足预设的焦点模式排列规则;
    如果满足,切换智能电视至所述目标界面,以所述焦点模式执行所述目标界面的操作;否则,切换智能电视至所述目标界面,以空鼠模式执行所述目标界面的操作。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述接收请求切换智能电视界面为目标界面的请求信息包括:
    当所述目标界面为标签界面时,所述标签界面为触发所述智能电视浏览器界面的搜索栏上预设的标签按钮所生成的界面,所述标签界面包含并显示至少一个标签,任一标签指示一个网页;
    所述标签按钮被触发时,接收切换当前智能电视界面为所述标签界面的请求信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1-2任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述预设的焦点模式排列规则包括:所述选项排列方式为单行排列或单列排列。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,当所述目标界面为标签界面时,所述标签界面中标签的排列方式为单行排列或单列排列时,所述切换智能电视至所述目标界面,以所述焦点模式执行所述目标界面的操作,包括:
    切换所述智能电视界面至所述标签界面,并显示所述标签界面上的各个标签以及焦点框;
    生成切换焦点模式命令,并调用遥控器模式切换接口将所述切换焦点模式命令发送至遥控器,以使所述遥控器控制所述焦点框在各个所述标签间移动,并显示标签的简要信息。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,当所述标签界面为触发浏览器界面的搜索栏上预设的标签按钮所生成的界面,所述标签为焦点框选中的标签时,所显示标签的简要信息包括:所述标签的缩略图、所述标签对应的网页名称和所述标签对应网址;
    当所述标签为焦点框选中的标签时,所显示标签的简要信息包括:所述标签的缩略图。
  6. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,当所述目标界面为网页界面时,所述网页界面中选项排布方式不满足预设的焦点模式排列规则,则所述切换智能电视至所述目标界面,以空鼠模式执行所述目标界面的操作,包括:
    切换所述智能电视界面至所述网页界面,并显示所述网页界面上的网页内容以及鼠标指针;
    生成切换空鼠模式命令,并调用遥控器模式切换接口将所述切换空鼠模式命令发送至遥控器,以使所述遥控器控制所述鼠标指针移动。
  7. 一种基于智能电视界面的指示模式切换装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:接收模块、解析模块、获取模块、判断模块、第一切换模块和空第二切换模块;
    其中,
    所述接收模块,配置为接收请求切换智能电视界面为目标界面的请求信息;
    所述解析模块,配置为解析所述请求信息得到所述目标界面;
    获取模块,配置为获取所述目标界面中选项的排列方式;
    所述判断模块,配置为判断所述排列方式是否满足预设的焦点模式排列规则,如果满足,触发第一切换模块,否则,触发第二切换模块;
    所述第一切换模块,配置为切换智能电视至所述目标界面,以所述焦点模式执行所述目标界面的操作;
    所述第二切换模块,配置为切换智能电视至所述目标界面,以空鼠模式 执行所述目标界面的操作。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,当所述目标界面为标签界面时,所述标签界面是包含并显示至少一个标签的界面,所述标签界面包含并显示至少一个标签,任一标签指示一个网页,所述标签界面中标签的排列方式为单行排列或单列排列时,所述第一切换模块包括:
    标签切换模块,配置为切换所述智能电视界面至所述标签界面,
    第一命令生成模块,配置为生成切换焦点模式命令;
    第一发送模块,配置为调用遥控器模式切换接口将所述切换焦点模式命令发送至遥控器,以使所述遥控器控制所述焦点框在各个所述标签间移动;
    第一显示模块,配置为显示所述标签界面上的各个标签和焦点框,以及所述标签的简要信息。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,当所述目标界面为网页界面时,所述网页界面中选项排布方式不满足预设的焦点模式排列规则,则所述第二切换模块包括:
    网页切换模块,配置为切换所述智能电视界面至所述网页界面;
    第二命令生成模块,配置为生成切换空鼠模式命令;
    第二发送模块,配置为调用遥控器模式切换接口将所述切换空鼠模式命令发送至遥控器,以使所述遥控器控制所述鼠标指针移动;
    第二显示模块,配置为显示所述网页界面上的网页内容以及鼠标指针。
