步骤 S104, 接收到存在资源的资源提供方共享的资源, 其中, 该资源提供方依据 上述资源信息确定存在资源。 通过上述步骤, 在资源请求方一侧通过广播资源请求信息的方式来共享资源, 相 对于相关技术中, 请求资源的共享需要人工确定存在资源的资源提供方, 不仅流程烦 杂, 而且共享效率低下, 用户体验低, 通过广播的方式来共享资源, 由存在资源的资 源提供方直接向资源请求方共享资源, 不仅共享流程简单, 而且在一定程度上达到提 高了共享效率, 提升用户体验的效果。 广播资源请求信息可以采用多种处理方式, 例如, 可以通过声波的方式来广播资 源请求信息, 即将资源信息和链路信息调制编码为声波信号; 广播声波信号。 通过声 波的方式不仅能给预定范围内的终端发送资源请求信息, 该预定范围恰恰适合近距离 共享, 不至于太大也不至于太小, 从而有效避免了距离太大共享效果不好, 距离太小 资源提供方的共享选择不多的弊端。 另外, 声波信号还具有传播速率高, 承载量大的 优点。 优选地, 在接收到存在资源的资源提供方共享的资源时, 有可能存在接收到多个 资源提供方所提供的请求资源, 在这种情况下, 资源请求方可以根据需要对各个共享 的资源进行选择, 即在接收共享的资源之前, 还可以先接收到资源提供方发送的资源 提示信息; 依据资源提示信息判断是否接收资源提供方共享的资源; 在判断结果为是 的情况下, 才接收资源提供方共享的资源。 通过这样的处理, 不仅使得资源请求方能 够有针对性的选择想接收到的请求资源, 而且在一定程度上也对请求的资源进行了有 效过滤。 在本实施例中, 还提供了一种资源共享处理方法, 图 2是根据本发明实施例的资 源共享处理方法二的流程图, 如图 2所示, 该方法包括如下步骤: 步骤 S202, 接收资源请求方广播的资源请求信息, 其中, 该资源请求信息中携带 有用于标识请求的资源的资源信息和用于接收资源的链路信息; 步骤 S204, 依据资源信息确定存在资源; 步骤 S206, 依据链路信息向资源请求方共享资源。 通过上述步骤, 在资源提供方一侧, 通过接收资源请求方广播的资源请求信息, 向资源请求方共享资源请求方想要的资源, 相对于相关技术中, 需要与资源请求方人 工交互确定双方的供求关系, 不仅流程烦杂, 而且共享效率低下, 用户体验低, 通过 广播的方式来共享资源, 由存在资源的资源提供方直接向资源请求方共享资源, 不仅 共享流程简单, 而且在一定程度上达到提高了共享效率, 提升用户体验的效果。 优选地, 在通过声波信号的方式接收资源请求方广播的资源请求信息的情况下, 依据资源信息确定存在资源, 以及依据链路信息向资源请求方共享资源也可以采用多 种方式, 例如, 在此处介绍 一种通过声波与无线局域网 WLAN热点的方式来实现, 即通过声波信号的方式接收资源请求方的资源请求,之后通过 WLAN热点来共享请求 的资源, 处理如下: 先从声波信号中解析出资源信息和链路信息, 依据资源信息搜索 到资源 (即确定存在该资源); 之后, 通过链路信息对应的无线局域网 WLAN热点, 向资源请求方共享搜索到的该资源,其中,链路信息包括无线局域网 WLAN热点的服 务集标识 SSID。 对应的, 为确保向资源请求方共享的资源是资源请求方真正所需要的资源, 在通 过链路信息对应的无线局域网 WLAN热点,向资源请求方共享依据资源信息搜索到的 资源之前, 还包括: 向资源请求方发送资源提示信息, 其中, 资源提示信息用于提示 资源请求方是否接收资源。 在本实施例中还提供了一种资源共享处理装置, 该装置用于实现上述实施例及优 选实施方式, 已经进行过说明的不再赘述。 如以下所使用的, 术语 "模块"可以实现 预定功能的软件和 /或硬件的组合。 尽管以下实施例所描述的装置较佳地以软件来实 现, 但是硬件, 或者软件和硬件的组合的实现也是可能并被构想的。 图 3是根据本发明实施例的资源共享处理装置一的结构框图, 如图 3所示, 该装 置包括广播模块 32和第一接收模块 34, 下面对该装置进行说明。 广播模块 32, 设置为广播资源请求信息, 其中, 资源请求信息中携带有用于标识 请求的资源的资源信息和用于接收资源的链路信息; 第一接收模块 34, 连接至上述广 播模块 32, 设置为接收到存在资源的资源提供方共享的资源, 其中, 资源提供方依据 资源信息确定存在资源。 图 4是根据本发明实施例的资源共享处理装置一中广播模块 32的优选结构框图, 如图 4所示, 该广播模块 32包括编码单元 42和广播单元 44, 下面对该广播模块 32 进行说明。 编码单元 42, 设置为将资源信息和链路信息调制编码为声波信号; 广播单元 44, 连接至上述编码单元 42, 设置为广播声波信号。 图 5是根据本发明实施例的资源共享处理装置一的优选结构框图, 如图 5所示, 该装置除包括图 3所示的所有模块外, 还包括第二接收模块 52和判断模块 54, 下面 对该优选结构进行说明。 第二接收模块 52,连接至上述广播模块 32,设置为接收到资源提供方发送的资源 提示信息; 判断模块 54, 连接至上述第二接收模块 52和第一接收模块 34, 设置为依 据资源提示信息判断是否接收资源提供方共享的资源; 第一接收模块 34, 还设置为在 判断模块 54的判断结果为是的情况下, 接收资源提供方共享的资源。 图 6是根据本发明实施例的资源共享处理装置二的结构框图, 如图 6所示, 该装 置包括第三接收模块 62、 确定模块 64和共享模块 66, 下面对该装置进行说明。 第三接收模块 62, 设置为接收资源请求方广播的资源请求信息, 其中, 该资源请 求信息中携带有用于标识请求的资源的资源信息和用于接收资源的链路信息; 确定模 块 64, 连接至上述第三接收模块 62, 设置为依据资源信息确定存在资源; 共享模块 66, 连接至上述确定模块 64, 设置为依据链路信息向资源请求方共享资源。 图 7是根据本发明实施例的资源共享处理装置二中确定模块 64和共享模块 66的 优选结构框图, 如图 7所示, 该确定模块 64包括解析单元 72和搜索单元 74, 该共享 模块 66包括共享单元 76, 下面对该确定模块 64和共享模块 66进行说明。 该确定模块 64包括: 解析单元 72和搜索单元 74, 其中, 该解析单元 72, 设置为 在通过声波信号的方式接收资源请求方广播的资源请求信息的情况下, 从声波信号中 解析出资源信息和链路信息, 该, 该搜索单元 74, 设置为依据上述资源信息搜索到该 资源;共享模块 66包括:共享单元 76,设置为通过链路信息对应的无线局域网 WLAN 热点, 向资源请求方共享搜索到的该资源, 其中, 链路信息包括无线局域网 WLAN热 点的服务集标识 SSID。 图 8是根据本发明实施例的资源共享处理装置二的优选结构框图, 如图 8所示, 该装置除包括图 6所示的所有模块外, 还包括发送模块 82, 下面对该发送模块 82进 行说明。 发送模块 82, 连接至上述确定模块 64和共享模块 66, 设置为向资源请求方发送 资源提示信息, 其中, 资源提示信息用于提示资源请求方是否接收资源。 图 9是根据本发明实施例的终端的结构框图, 如图 9所示,该终端 90包括上述资 源共享处理装置一 92和 /或上述资源共享处理装置二 94。 针对在相关技术中, 请求资源的共享需要人工确定存在资源的资源提供方, 不仅 流程烦杂, 而且共享效率低下, 用户体验低的问题, 在本实施例中, 由接收方群发需 要请求的资源信息(比如, 名称、 类型或标识符等), 多个收到请求信息的终端根据某 种规则判断自己是否拥有接收方所需要的资源并同意共享, 然后共享资源给接收方。 例如, 利用声波这种媒介可以将信息同时扩散给多人的性质, 将接收方想请求的资源 信息广播出去, 多个收到声音的终端, 可以从中提取出请求信息, 判断自己拥有相应 资源后, 直接和接收方建立连接, 将资源共享给接收方。 下面结合附图对本发明优选实施方式进行说明。 在本实施例中提供了一种使用声波方式将接收方请求的信息广播出来, 然后发送 方提取声波中的有效信息,然后直接将其所需资源共享给接收方的方法。图 10是根据 本发明优选实施方式的通过声波请求资源共享的结构示意图, 如图 10所示,该结构包 括: 具备发声和充当 WLAN 热点功能的终端 A, 及其他几个具备声音采集和连接 WLAN热点功能的终端 B, C等。 终端 A将需要请求的资源信息(比如,名称、类型或标识符等)和其建立的 WLAN 热点的 SSID等信息, 调制成声波信号, 并通过发声设备 (比如, 扬声器) 广播出去。 在能接收到声波范围内的终端 B, C等, 采集到声音后, 从中解析出终端 A请求的资 源信息以及 WLAN热点的 SSID等信息, 然后在终端的数据库中查找自己是否具有相 应的资源, 有的话则提示用户是否将该资源共享给终端 A。 如果用户同意则自动连接 该 WLAN热点将资源(还可以包括资源的缩略图或者概略信息)发送给终端 A。 终端 A在收到有共享资源的提示后, 可以选择是否接收。 终端 A是资源共享的请求方,也就是整个功能流程的发起方,它完成了几个工作, 一个是建立一个可供连接,用来接收共享资源的 WLAN热点,二是将需要请求的资源 信息及 WLAN热点的 SSID等信息编码调制成声波信号, 三是将该声波信号播放广播 给附近的终端, 所以终端 A应该包含 WLAN, 声波编码, 声波输出的处理。 在能接收到声波范围内的终端 8、 C等, 是资源共享的提供方, 也是声波信息的 接收方。 终端 B、 C所执行的操作: 一是从声波中解析出有效信息 (终端 A请求的资 源信息以及 WLAN热点的 SSID等信息), 二是能利用信息在数据库中查找匹配资源, 三是将匹配的资源通过连接 WLAN热点的方式共享给终端 A, 所以终端 B应该执行 声波采集, 声波解析, WLAN等的处理。 例如, 在终端 A向临近的终端 B, C等请求张三的电话号码这种场景时, 终端 A 只需将张三的名字, 名片夹这种类型信息, 及 WLAN热点的 SSID等信息通过声波广 播出去, 接收到声波的终端 B和终端 C的设备就可以自动查找, 将联系人数据库中的 张三的名片夹发给终端 A了, 终端 A可以选择接收。 在本实施例中, 采用了接收方通过声波广播共享资源请求的方式。 通过该方法, 解决了在用户需要某种共享资源时, 还要人工去确认附近哪个终端具备此种资源的不 便, 利用了声波的实时和可以同时广播给多人的特性, 使得用户可以快速的获得自己 需要的资源, 提高了用户体验度, 有广阔的应用前景。 此外, 在对终端的处理中, 只 需要对移动终端做较小的改动就可以达到预期的效果, 不需要做大规模的软件和硬件 变更。 图 11是根据本发明优选实施方式的声波请求资源共享的流程图, 如图 11所示, 为了简化描述,这里指列举了终端 A向声波接收范围内的终端 B请求共享资源的情况, 原则上在声波接收范围内可以有多个终端对终端 A的请求进行响应, 该流程包括如下 步骤: 步骤 S1102, 终端 A建立 WLAN, 即建立一个可以接收共享资源的 WLAN热点。 步骤 S1104, 终端 A进行声波编码(WAVE CODING), 将包含用户所需要请求资 源的名称类型等信息及 WLAN的 SSID等信息的字串, 编码成一段频率高低变化的音 频。 步骤 S1106, 终端 A的声波输出设备 (进行声波播放 (WAVE PLAYER)), 来向 外广播这段音频, 广播过程中可以循环, 如果不需要了可以停止, 这个共享请求只在 广播期间有效。 步骤 S1108, 终端 B位置处在终端 A附近, 可以接收到终端 A发出的声波, 终端 B进行声波采集 (WAVE PICKING), 采集到终端 A发出的声波。 步骤 S1110, 终端 B进行声波解析 (WAVE DECODING), 通过对完整周期的声 波中频率高低的检测, 获得其中包含的请求资源的信息, SSID等内容, 然后从数据库 中搜索是否有请求中要求的资源。 步骤 S1112, 如果有且用户同意共享的话, 终端 B通过 WLAN就会根据 SSID等 信息自动连接终端 A的热点, 将查找到的资源共享给终端 A。 步骤 S1114, 终端 A通过传输过来的资源缩略图或概率信息等, 决定是否接收。 如果同意接收, 则传输开始。 显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用 的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者分布在多个计算装置所 组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现, 从而, 可以 将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行, 并且在某些情况下, 可以以不同于此处 的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤, 或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块, 或者将 它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明不限制于任 何特定的硬件和软件结合。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领域的技 术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所作的 任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。 工业实用性 如上所述, 本发明实施例提供的一种资源共享处理方法、 装置及终端具有以 下有益效果: 解决了在相关技术中请求资源的共享需要人工确定存在资源的资源提 供方, 不仅流程烦杂, 而且共享效率低下, 用户体验低的问题, 进而达到了共享流 程简单, 而且在一定程度上达到提高了共享效率, 提升用户体验的效果。

1. 一种资源共享处理方法, 包括: 广播资源请求信息, 其中, 所述资源请求信息中携带有用于标识请求的所 述资源的资源信息和用于接收所述资源的链路信息;
接收到存在所述资源的资源提供方共享的所述资源, 其中, 所述资源提供 方依据所述资源信息确定存在所述资源。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 广播所述资源请求信息包括: 将所述资源信息和所述链路信息调制编码为声波信号; 广播所述声波信号。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 在接收到存在所述资源的所述资源提供方 共享的所述资源之前, 还包括:
接收到所述资源提供方发送的资源提示信息; 依据所述资源提示信息判断是否接收所述资源提供方共享的所述资源; 在判断结果为是的情况下, 接收所述资源提供方共享的所述资源。
4. 一种资源共享处理方法, 包括: 接收资源请求方广播的资源请求信息, 其中, 所述资源请求信息中携带有 用于标识请求的所述资源的资源信息和用于接收所述资源的链路信息;
依据所述资源信息确定存在所述资源;
依据所述链路信息向所述资源请求方共享所述资源。
5. 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其中, 在通过声波信号的方式接收所述资源请求 方广播的所述资源请求信息的情况下, 依据所述资源信息确定存在所述资源, 以及依据所述链路信息向所述资源请求方共享所述资源包括:
从所述声波信号中解析出所述资源信息和所述链路信息; 依据所述资源信息搜索到所述资源; 通过所述链路信息对应的无线局域网 WLAN热点,向所述资源请求方共享 搜索到的所述资源,其中,所述链路信息包括无线局域网 WLAN热点的服务集 标识 SSID。 根据权利要求 4所述的方法,其中,在通过所述链路信息对应的所述 WLAN热 点, 向所述资源请求方共享搜索到的所述资源之前, 还包括: 向所述资源请求方发送资源提示信息, 其中, 所述资源提示信息用于提示 所述资源请求方是否接收所述资源。 一种资源共享处理装置, 包括:
广播模块, 设置为广播资源请求信息, 其中, 所述资源请求信息中携带有 用于标识请求的所述资源的资源信息和用于接收所述资源的链路信息; 第一接收模块,设置为接收到存在所述资源的资源提供方共享的所述资源, 其中, 所述资源提供方依据所述资源信息确定存在所述资源。 根据权利要求 7所述的装置, 其中, 所述广播模块包括: 编码单元, 设置为将所述资源信息和所述链路信息调制编码为声波信号; 广播单元, 设置为广播所述声波信号。 根据权利要求 7所述的装置, 其中, 还包括: 第二接收模块, 设置为接收到所述资源提供方发送的资源提示信息; 判断模块, 设置为依据所述资源提示信息判断是否接收所述资源提供方共 享的所述资源; 所述第一接收模块, 还设置为在所述判断模块的判断结果为是的情况下, 接收所述资源提供方共享的所述资源。 一种资源共享处理装置, 包括:

确定模块, 设置为依据所述资源信息确定存在所述资源; 共享模块, 设置为依据所述链路信息向所述资源请求方共享所述资源。
11. 根据权利要求 10所述的装置, 其中, 所述确定模块包括: 解析单元和搜索单元, 其中, 所述解析单元, 设置为 在通过声波信号的方式接收所述资源请求方广播的所述资源请求信息的情况 下, 从所述声波信号中解析出所述资源信息和所述链路信息, 所述搜索单元, 设置为依据所述资源信息搜索到所述资源;
所述共享模块包括: 共享单元, 所述共享单元, 设置为通过所述链路信息 对应的无线局域网 WLAN热点, 向所述资源请求方共享搜索到的所述资源,其 中, 所述链路信息包括无线局域网 WLAN热点的服务集标识 SSID。
