Description
DESCRIPTION
MEN'S OR WOMEN'S LIQUID HOLDER ACCESSORY EQUIPPED WITH A NEBULIZER (SPRAY) DEVICE. TECHNICAL FIELD
The present Model refers to a men's or women's accessory with a nebulizing spray device intended to offer the opportunity of having a small amount of liquid with them at all times, which could be their own perfume or, without prejudice to this possibility, a medicine in liquid form, to be used as needed (spray) or in the case of a medicine, also in cases of necessity or in emergency situations. The innovative concept of the present model is the expression of an action that is not known, that is. the dispensing of the liquid contained in an accessory according to the present model. An embodiment according to the present model goes beyond the independence of the aims and uses of the prior-art parts (Fig. 1 and Fig. 2), which, if assembled together, yield an innovative use (examples found in Fig. 3, Fig. 4 and Fig. 5 and the respective technical attachments, and Fig. 6).
DISCLOSURE OF INVENTION
In one embodiment, the Model constitutes a semi-rigid or rigid bracelet made of any suitable material with a prior-art nebulizing spray container, with a small amount of perfume therein. Said embodiment is conveniently worn around the wrist and as is already known, vaporization of the perfume contained inside takes places at will by pressing the button for the spray dispenser directed on the body area one intends to sprinkle with perfume. In another embodiment, the Model constitutes a necklace made of any suitable material, with the above-mentioned prior-art nebulizing spray container, and with a small amount of liquid therein.
Any embodiment of the Model, if comfortable, can enable the use, that is,
the spray dispensing of the liquid contained therein directly with the accessory being worn, thus without any need for the latter to be removed.
BACKGROUND ART
Daily use of perfumes by human beings has long been known, that is, fragrant compositions that often serve to create personal well-being or even to express one's personality. It is also known that some people affected by discomfort such as nausea and vomiting, generally caused by motion in vehicles that they may not be accustomed to, or who suffer from anxiety (caused by new or unexpected events), or who are prone to asthmatic crises, are in a state of necessity and sometimes of emergency to take metered-dose spray products.
Traditional perfume is found contained in bottles made of glass, plastic or derivatives thereof, which are small, medium or large in size and generally used the morning before leaving the house or during the day, but only by bringing the container along. Likewise, products for persons suffering from asthma attacks or emotional shocks are contained in small metered-dose spray canisters for use in the event of necessity and as first aid in the event of an emergency.
Bringing along perfume is often inconvenient and using it is certainly not simple and direct, especially for men who, unlike women, generally do not carry purses in which to place the perfume bottle. For those who instead need to have the spray dispenser containing the medicine with them at all times, it is sometimes of vital importance to be able to use it rapidly and thus it is better if this procedure can be carried out quickly and simply, having the container of medicine directly on their arm, hanging from their neck or on that part of the body where the Model realized is worn.
A first aim of the present Model is to enable anyone to wear an accessory not only as a decorative object that completes attire, but also as an object with a
system that does not cause inconvenience, that thus improves and/or solves the problems of the traditional systems mentioned hereinabove and that is particularly simple, effective and reliable. Another aim of the Model is to devise an accessory that has a structure and system that are easily realized. Another aim of the Model is to enable easy passage through security checkpoints at airport departure gates and bring along a small amount of liquid contained in the accessory (for example the amount of perfume needed for one's vacation), without the risk of having to leave it behind and thus throw it out at the checkpoint
These and other aims are achieved according to the present Industrial Utility Model by means of an embodiment of an accessory (bracelet, necklace, watch, ring, etc.) with a suitable structure and materials, and that includes a liquid holder container equipped with a spray dispenser system. As a substitute for the liquid holder container (e.g. in Fig. 2), the accessory realized may have a structure suitable for directly containing the liquid by the assembly of a vaporizer mounted by pressure or screwed or using any other suitable system that enables dispensing of the product according to the present Model.
Further advantageous aspects of the present Utility Model are stated in the dependent claims.
By wearing an accessory that contains perfume or the necessary amount of medicine to be used in cases of first aid after an emotional shock, greater and better use of the accessory worn is achieved than that which is achievable with the traditional systems or methods of the prior art. Furthermore, construction of the structure of the Invention is simple.
A further advantageous aspect of the present Utility Model is that by adopting a system that provides the option of substituting the liquid container, the type of perfume therein, the type of medicine, and/or simply being able to refill the container or the structure of the accessory (if it is
suitable for directly containing the liquid) once it is empty, ensures marked and efficient use and duration of the accessory.
The characteristics and advantages of the present Utility Model will clearly emerge from the following detailed descriptions of three practical embodiments, which are illustrated as non-limiting examples in the accompanying drawings, in which:
Fig. 1 shows bracelets according to the prior art;
Fig. 2 shows traditional containers for perfume according to the prior art;
- Fig. 3 and the related technical attachments 1, 2 and 3 show a woman's accessory (bracelet) in accordance with a first embodiment of the present utility model;
Fig. 4 and the related technical attachments 1, 2 and 3 show a men's accessory (bracelet) in accordance with a second embodiment of the present utility model;
Fig..5 and the related technical attachments 1, 2 and 3 show an accessory (bracelet) in accordance with a third embodiment of the present utility model.
Fig. 6 show an accessory (bracelet) in accordance with embodiment the present utility model.
The practical embodiments represented in the accompanying drawings, as well as the dimensions, measurements, descriptions and/or explanations thereof appearing below are reported by way of example and do not represent in any case definitive and/or limiting embodiments of the present Utility Model.
Any embodiment generating the advantages and aims and that respects the properties and the innovative concept contained and represented therein - as
of the date on which the present Model with the description, claims and drawings is made available to the public - is understood as realized in conformity with the present Model.
The effects of this Utility Model Patent are extended to models that achieve equal utility provided that they utilize the same innovative concept.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS
Accessories (more specifically women's bracelets) and examples of perfume containers according to the prior art are shown in Fig. 1 and in Fig. 2, respectively.
The two products - according to the prior art - are independent and realized for different uses and purposes. The accessory, more specifically the bracelet, appearing in Fig. 1, is created to be worn and it constitutes a decorative object that completes attire. The perfume container shown in Fig. 2 is created to contain a small amount of liquid, in practice generally consisting of perfume (e.g. complementary samples) distributed free of charge for promotional purposes.
The innovative concept of the present model goes beyond the independence of the aims and uses of the above-mentioned prior-art parts (Fig. 1 and Fig. 2), which, if assembled together, constitute an embodiment in accordance with the present utility model.
An accessory according to a first embodiment of the present utility model is shown in Fig. 3 and technical attachments 1, 2 and 3. It consists in a women's bracelet and comprises a structure constituting the bracelet (technical attachment 2, Fig. 3, point 3) with a liquid holder container inside with a spray dispenser (technical attachment 2, Fig. 3, point 2) that is possibly removable, and with a closure cap (technical attachment 2, Fig. 3, point 1).
The structure of the bracelet (Fig. 3) can be realized in any manner (shape
and design) and with any material, provided that the use thereof is in accordance with the present Model and proves to be useful, effective, convenient and comfortable.
An accessory according to a second embodiment of the present Model is shown in Fig. 4 and technical attachments 1, 2 and 3. It consists in a men's bracelet and in the same manner as the one appearing in the preceding Fig. 3, it comprises a structure constituting the bracelet (technical attachment 2, Fig. 4, point 3) with a liquid holder container inside with a spray dispenser (technical attachment 2, Fig. 4, point 2) that is possibly removable, and with a closure cap (technical attachment 2, Fig. 4, point 1).
An accessory according to a third embodiment of the present Model with the same characteristics as the preceding accessories (Fig. 3 and Fig. 4), but with a different design, is shown in Fig. 5 and technical attachments 1, 2 and 3. An accessory according to a fourth embodiment of the present Model with the same characteristics as the preceding accessories (Fig. 3, Fig. 4 and Fig. 5), but with a different design, is shown in Fig.6.
The liquid holder container with a spray dispenser that is possibly removable may not be necessary if the structure of the accessory is suitable for directly containing the liquid by the assembly of the vaporizer mounted by pressure or screwed or using any other system that enables dispensing of the product in accordance with the present Model.
BEST MODE FOR CARRYNG OUT THE INVENTION
With a design of the bracelet as shown in Fig. 3, 4 and 5, that is, semi-open, a rigid or semi-rigid structure is preferable, ensuring a higher degree of stability of the accessory on the wrist. Preferably, as in Fig. 3 and 5, the structure of the accessory has one or more empty inner portions so as to lighten the structure and make its use more comfortable. The shape of the accessory (in this case of the bracelet) and thus the design or the structure,
can be curved- as shown in Fig. 3, 4 and 5 - in the shape of an arc or it can be different, for example rectangular or square, and it may also not contain empty portions and thus be solid.
A light and rigid structure enables a person to wear the accessory comfortably, facilitating use of the spray dispenser contained therein.
In accordance with the present Model, the structure of the accessory and/or the design thereof can be suitable for directly containing the liquid by the assembly of the vaporizer mounted by pressure or screwed or using any other suitable system that enables dispensing of the product, as a substitute for the prior-art container (Fig. 2) to be inserted in the structure.
The materials of the accessory in accordance with the present Model can be of a very wide variety, including already known materials, existing materials and newly invented materials, such as plastic materials and derivatives thereof, metal materials and derivatives thereof, and wood and derivatives thereof.
The colour or the combinations of colours of the accessory in accordance with the present Model can be of a very wide variety, including already known colours, existing colours and newly invented colours.
Any other physical or ornamental element (logo? trademark, letters, etc.) can be applied to the accessory, whatever it may be, realized in accordance with the present Model, provided that in any case it does not alter the purposes and uses of the accessory.
